Bad Hair Day: Indiana Parolee Arrested in Mid Hair Cut During Alleged Drug Deal

We have seen some unfortunately mug shots, but Marcus T. Bailey, 28, has reason to be aggrieved. The parolee allegedly stepped out of a barbershop in the middle of his haircut to do a drug deal — only to be arrested and then booked before, to quote Norma Desmond, he was ready for his close up.

The suspects arrested with Bailey said that he told them to meet him at the barbershop if they wanted to buy crack. Bailey insists that he was buying not selling the drugs. When arrested, the police uncovered 21 grams of crack cocaine and charged Bailey with cocaine distribution. Bailey was previously convicted of handgun violation, resisting arrest, and criminal recklessness. He was on parole for a cocaine distribution charge.

The two other suspects, Demorrio Lawrence and Tamarra Blue, were both charged with possessing drug paraphernalia.
