
Dionisio pleaded guilty in March to manslaughter. Dionisio had crossed over into opposing traffic when he hit Fleming, who was riding his 1965 Harley-Davidson FLH.
After he was taken to Norwalk Hospital, Dionisio, an executive chef, was found by a nurse drinking his urine from a bed pan. A urine test found traces of ecstasy, alcohol and cocaine.
Dionisio wept in the courtroom as people spoke of Fleming and he specifically told his lawyer not to ask for less jail time. He apologized to the family for his actions.
