Passing the D Cup: Politician Raffles Off Breast Implants to Raise Campaign Cash

Gustavo Rojas, a Venezuelan legislative candidate, is passing around the cup for campaign donations and hit upon a novel raffle: free breast implants.

His website announces: “Raffle tickets on sale now: win a breast implant operation for yourself or your partner.”

Rojas is running with the opposition against President Hugo Chavez’s United Socialist Party of Venezuela. He is with the Justicia Primero (Justice First) party. Well, it appears breast implants come first and then justice.
