High School Drug Counselor Arrested For Drug Dealing

Federal prosecutors allege that high school drug counselor was a bit too close to his subject. They have charged the intervention specialist with conspiracy to distribute and distribution of oxycodone.

The prosecutors allege that they have a confidential informant who made four controlled buys of oxycodone from Smith. He teaches at Rainier Beach High School.
