Tenant Calls Police After Landlord Found Naked On Her Couch . . . Landlord Evicts Tenant

If you feel that your landlord is a pain, you may want to consider the alternative. Meet Ivan Rak, 45, who was arrested after being found naked on the couch of a tenant. The tenant says that Rak has been harassing her and later evicted her in Lorain, Ohio.
The woman found the naked Rak when she came back from work. She said that she previously came home to find that Rak had prepared a bath for her and on another occasion left clothes in her apartment and asked where he should put them.
Later he evicted her. She found all of her clothes packed up by Rak — except her underwear, which was missing.
Rak has been charged with menacing and petty theft.
