Fall From Grace: “Prophet of God” Charged After “Marrying” Ten Year Old Niece

In Minnesota, James Wallace Fall, 58, is accused of marrying his ten-year-old niece. Fall insists that he is a “prophet of God.” He insists that the marriage is sanctioned by the Bible, which is full of accounts of figures with multiple and often adolescent wives.

Fall “married” his niece during a summer vacation at Yellowstone National Park in 2001. He allegedly would alternative between the niece and his prior wife, Rosemary Fall, 49. This went on for nine years until the niece went to police. She is now 19.

The aunt has also been charged in the case.

He is also being investigated for possible murder and fraud connected to the death of his brother-in-law, Phillip Johnson, 10 years ago.
