Police Arrest Three in YouTube Assault on Mentally Disabled Man

We have another couple of alleged felons who posted their crime on YouTube. In this case, the crime was particularly horrific: the alleged beating and raping of her mentally disabled roommate. David Rahman, 20, and Eli Smith, 20, are charged in the case. Elizabeth Haela, 17, is charged on separate abuse grounds.

The men are accused of dragging the 23-year-old victim around the house, punching him, kicking him, burning him with a lighter and sexually assaulting him. They are now charged with rape, kidnapping and multiple counts of assault and battery.

Haela is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for allegedly kicking the victim. She allegedly attacked him because she thought he had killed her cat.

The two allegedly taped the entire crime and posted it on YouTube. The victim is shown begging Smith to stop while Smith is laughing. Rahman reportedly recorded the incident and is reportedly heard in the video telling Smith that he was going to be famous.
