For years, scientists and commentators who questioned COVID policies were censored, blacklisted, and canceled across the country. Many of these dissenting views have since been vindicated from the lab origins theory to the lack of efficacy of surgical masks to the opposition to the closure of schools. Now, a new study in the Journal of Infection further undermines the once orthodox views of the pandemic, concluding that “reopening schools did not change the existing trajectory of COVID-19 rates.” In other words, we shut down our schools, without any demonstrable benefit to the country. We did, however, succeed in reducing free speech in the name of combating “disinformation.”
The report is based on one of the comprehensive studies to date on the pandemic:
“Data were extracted from government websites. Cases and COVID-19 hospitalization and death incidence rates were calculated during the Delta and early Omicron periods in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland and the United Kingdom, for two weeks preceding and six weeks after schools reopened. We summarized stringency of public health measures (GRI), COVID-19 vaccination rates by age and SARS-CoV-2 testing rates.”
In comparing these different countries, the scientists found no significant differences in reported cases: “No consistent patterns in cases, hospitalizations or deaths despite school re-openings or changes to public health measures,”
The suppression of the lab theory and the targeting of dissenting scientists show the true cost of censorship and viewpoint intolerance.
The very figures claiming to battle “disinformation” were suppressing opposing views that have now been vindicated as credible. It was not only the lab theory. In my recent book, I discuss how signatories of the Great Barrington Declaration were fired or disciplined by their schools or associations for questioning COVID-19 policies.
Some experts questioned the efficacy of surgical masks, the scientific support for the six-foot rule and the necessity of shutting down schools. The government has now admitted that many of these objections were valid and that it did not have hard science to support some of the policies. While other allies in the West did not shut down their schools, we never had any substantive debate due to the efforts of this alliance of academic, media and government figures.
Not only did millions die from the pandemic, but the United States is still struggling with the educational and mental health consequences of shutting down all our public schools. That is the true cost of censorship when the government works with the media to stifle scientific debate and public disclosures.
Many still hope that Congress and the incoming Trump administration will conduct a long-needed investigation into the origins to allow for a more credible and open debate. That hope was increased by the nomination of Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, one of the organizers of the Great Barrington Declaration, to be the next head of the National Institutes of Health.
One of the most lasting costs was born by our children who have shown both educational and psychological harm from the shutting down of schools. The study confirms what dissenters said all along: there is no evidence that this was necessary or had any benefit to society:
“Our findings show that there were no consistent patterns to case, hospitalisation or death rates in each country or jurisdiction, irrespective of whether schools were open for onsite learning or changes to PHSM. School closures were adopted by many countries as part of a suite of PHSM but in the future should only be implemented where there is strong evidence of effectiveness. Predesigned and approved study protocols, along with scenario-based planning for schools are needed to prepare for the next pandemic. The negative consequences on child health and development are profound, so understanding the role of schools in SARS-CoV-2 transmission should be a priority for pandemic preparedness and response.”

Trump’s ICE just rounded up 50 murderers and child rapists that Biden flew into America to kill and rape innocent people, and the clown 🤡 DNC troll below would rather these violent thugs keep on killing and maiming if he could save 3 cents on a pound of coffee. What a tool!
https://nypost.com/2025/01/26/us-news/feds-bust-50-tren-de-aragua-members-in-colorado-as-part-of-deportation-raids/
79,999,950 illegal aliens to go.
And boy are they going. ICE is super busy and many are self-deporting. MAGA baby!
The next time you buy coffee and the cost is way up, I hope you give thanks to your orange god because he was caught flat footed when Columbia refused to accept a plane full of PEOPLE in chains.
Yea, your orange god is a dweeb that doesn’t understand basic humanity.
Sickening.
^^ cry harder, DNC troll, we can’t hear you 😂
Obviously you heard. And responded.
Be better.
Why doesn’t Colombia want their nationals back? If their president thinks the US treated them inhumanely, why doesn’t he welcome them back with kind treatment? Why doesn’t he treat them the way Israel treats its returned hostages?
The obvious reason is that they are undesirables. Probably criminals. Their president doesn’t care that they surely face an indefinite period of detention on their return.
It is not probably – they are criminals. At the current rate of deportation it will take 3 years just to deport all the criminals.
As soon as ICE gets a budget increase, trump slows deportations and pockets the money.
The President of Columbia already buckled. You were behind in school just like you are behind on the blog.
Community note:
This is false. It comes from an AOC tweet that was immediately proven false. Both because plenty of other countries are happy to send coffee into the huge American market (it’s not like Colombia is the only place in the world that produces coffee), and because the president of Colombia made it a non-issue by complying with Trump’s demand within 30 minutes. As people on the internet said, AOC’s tweet aged like hot milk.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/aoc-roasted-post-colombia-tariffs-coffee-prices-aged-like-hot-milk
ATS columbia has capitulated. The president of Columbia offering to send the columbian presidential jet to pick up- deportees.
As to “People in chains” – the people being deported right now are CRIMINALS. These are drug dealers, rapists, murders.
At the current rate of deportation – about 1000-1200 a day it will take 3 years to get past deporting Criminals to deporting people who just entered the country illegally in the past 4 years.
To deport all of those who arrived in the US illegally in the past 4 years we would have to deport 21,000 A DAY,
No columbia does not want these people – because THEY ARE CRIMINALS.
Most if not all of them were Criminals when they left Columbia.
Whatever else you may beleive about immigration – this country is not a dumping ground for south and central Americas criminals.
While this argument is nonsense.
If the cost of removing the illegal immigrants who are drug dealers, rapists, and murders is higher coffee prices – I am fine with that.
And my guess is all Americans are.
AOC is likely pissed because it might raise the price of another major columbian export Cocaine.
So have a party and drink tea…
Gee, why does Dr. Fauci need a pardon?
Because he committed crimes.
Because Trump is a vindictive pathological liar, Dr. Fauci embarrassed him and he’s out for revenge for perceived slights when Dr. Fauci refuted Trump’s stupid ideas.
* he tanked up on Johnson and Johnson stock?
The singular American failure is the judicial branch, with emphasis on the Supreme Court.
There is no constitutional basis to impose “emergency powers” that are nonexistent.
There is no constitutional basis to impose martial law.
Americans enjoy the freedoms of mobility, assembly, enterprise, markets, attending work, attending school, acquiring healthcare in free markets, etc.
He’s your “Uncle Sam,” not your mommy.
The American thesis is Freedom and Self-Reliance.
In America, it is the government that is severely limited and restricted, and the People who are maximally free.
The singular American failure is the judicial branch, with emphasis on the Supreme Court.
All these excesses and Soviet style police state fascism are the result of totalitarian Democrats in Washington DC – blaming courts for the decisions they made is another channeling of Democrat guilt onto others.
The singular American failure is not exterminating Confederate Democrats and their Kluxxers like Hugo Black, Robert Byrd, Joe Biden, etc. when they added communism as we’ve seen from Obama, Biden, and now George.
The singular American failure is the continuing existence of the racist neo-communist Democratic Party even after their progression from simple racism to neo-communist Soviet “Progressivism” as we see from Obama, Biden, and their spokesliar here, George.
Fixed your daily Leninist-communist byline for you George , you vicious lying Marxist thug.

FULL INTERVIEW with Yuri Bezmenov: The Four Stages of Ideological Communist Subversion
Hi Jonathan. Four scientists looked at data and say there is no clear pattern showing harm from reopening schools. That was the hope: we reopen when it looks like there would not be harm. We could easily say the finding of lack of a pattern of harm suggests well done and maybe variations on this study would be helpful to see if we can find a pattern. But you falsely assert this is about the effect of closing schools, not reopening them. The authors say the schools were closed to limit transmission and they suggest changes to protocols so science can asses the effect of closures. All of these plain and clear and simple statements for the good of society and children ought to stop caring, qualified people from misinterpreting this as a study that concludes that school closings during a COVID pandemic are unnecessary. But not everyone is caring and/or qualified.
Another cowardly Anonymous Democrat tried this; The authors say the schools were closed to limit transmission and they suggest changes to protocols so science can asses the effect of closures.
Select Committee Investigation finds Biden’s school closure policies were lobbied for by teachers’ union
https://www.americanexperiment.org/investigation-finds-school-closure-policies-teachers-union-lobbied-for-harmed-children/
School closure policies aggressively lobbied for by the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), and specifically AFT president Randi Weingarten, caused avoidable and substantial harm to students, according to a 520-page report from the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic
SELECT COMMITTEE ON THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC
After Action Review Of The Covid-19 Pandemic
https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/12.04.2024-SSCP-FINAL-REPORT.pdf
What’s next? Going to explain the “science” behind Biden’s government closing schools and keeping them closed as the teachers’ union president, Randi Weingarden told them to do?
Dear cowardly Anonymous Democrat: you have a problem that’s almost as bad as lacking any credibility here. Most people here have memories long enough to remember Weingarden’s role in keeping schools closed. That was 100% grift to benefit the teachers in her union – NOT to protect and care for children, much less adults.
Maybe the best worst part, you cowardly feckless Democrat, is when teachers said they would not return to classrooms until the police were defunded in their jurisdictions. You don’t remember that? Or the “science” behind that demand?
You sure there’s room in The Three Democrat Marxist Stooges clown car for you?
Old Airborne Dog
“The authors say the schools were closed to limit transmission and they suggest changes to protocols so science can asses the effect of closures.”
“The authors say the schools were closed to limit transmission and they suggest changes to protocols so science can asses the effect of closures.”
First the thinking, then action.
Not the reverse.
Turley: you are wasting your time with this one. MAGAs don’t believe in science–they believe in Trump. So, if studies prove that Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin are not effective in treating COVID–they believe Trump–and literally NOTHING will shake that belief. You claim that the government and media worked to: ” stifle scientific debate and public disclosures”. You base today’s little piece on a “new” study–but what was the worldwide scientific consensus when the pandemic was raging 5 years ago, and what actual scientific evidence was there THEN that masks, social distancing, and distance learning didn’t save lives when COVID is KNOWN to be a disease that spreads via respiratory droplets? What was there to “debate”? Was there some study that said that it was worthless to use masks, social distancing and distance learning to help curb the spread of COVID? NO–there wasn’t any study at the time, and you KNOW it–you wrote this to defend Trump and his abuse of the CDC and Dr. Fauci–more chum for the MAGA morons, who will now claim that Trump was right and scientists were wrong–which is WHY you wrote this piece. You EXIST, Turley, to try to legitimize Trump’s unhinged attacks against Dr. Fauci and MAGA media.
Here’s what the NIH said in its review of multiple studies regarding the use of masks:
“Methods:
This was a systematic review and meta-analysis of cohort and case-control studies, considering the best level of evidence available. Electronic databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, and Clinical Trials.gov) were searched to identify studies that evaluated the effectiveness of wearing masks compared with that of not wearing them during the COVID-19 pandemic. Risk of bias and quality of evidence were assessed using the Cochrane risk of bias tool and the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation.
Of the 1,028 studies identified, 9 met the inclusion criteria (2 cohort studies and 7 case-control studies) and were included in the analysis. The meta-analysis using cohort studies alone showed statistically significant differences, wearing a cloth mask decreased by 21% [RD = −0.21 (95% CI, −0.34 to −0.07); I2 = 0%; p = 0,002] the risk of COVID-19 infection, but the quality of evidence was low. Regarding case-control studies, wearing a surgical mask reduced the chance of COVID-19 infection [OR = 0.51 (95% CI, 0.37-0.70); I2 = 47%; p = 0.0001], as did wearing an N95 respirator mask [OR = 0.31 (95% CI, 0.20-0.49); I2 = 0%; p = 0.00001], both with low quality of evidence.
Here’s what the Journal “Science” says about proactive school closings:
” Proactive school closures—closing schools before there’s a case there—have been shown to be one of the most powerful nonpharmaceutical interventions that we can deploy. Proactive school closures work like reactive school closures not just because they get the children, the little vectors, removed from circulation. It’s not just about keeping the kids safe. It’s keeping the whole community safe. When you close the schools, you reduce the mixing of the adults—parents dropping off at the school, the teachers being present. When you close the schools, you effectively require the parents to stay home.
There was a wonderful paper published that analyzed data regarding the Spanish flu in 1918, examining proactive versus reactive school closures. When did [regional] authorities close the schools relative to when the epidemic was spiking? What they found was that proactive school closing saved substantial numbers of lives. St. Louis closed the schools about a day in advance of the epidemic spiking, for 143 days. Pittsburgh closed 7 days after the peak and only for 53 days. And the death rate for the epidemic in St. Louis was roughly one-third as high as in Pittsburgh. These things work.”
As to social distancing, the NIH also reviewed multiple studies and reported:
“After screening 1638 abstracts and 8 additional articles from other sources, 41 studies were included for synthesis of findings. The review found that the outcomes of social distancing measures were mainly indicated by changes in Rt, incidence and mortality, along with indirect indicators such as daily contact frequency and travel distance. There was adequate empirical evidence for the effect of social distancing at the individual level, and for partial or full lockdown at the community level. However, at the level of social settings, the evidence was moderate for school closure, and was limited for workplace/business closures as single targeted interventions. There was no evidence for a separate effect of public transport restriction.
Conclusions
In the community setting, there was stronger evidence for the combined effect of different social distancing interventions than for a single intervention. As fatigue of preventive behaviours is an issue in public health agenda, future studies should analyse the risks in specific settings such as eateries and entertainment to implement and evaluate measures which are proportionate to the risk.”
Each of these articles cites multiple studies. All the data form the piece you quoted came from other countries–who knows the extent to which their practices, protective equipment, public health messaging, etc. are comparable to ours? I just hope we don’t have another respiratory-spread pandemic while Trump is stinking up America because he will bully public health officials to put out whatever lies he wants told about best practices to prevent the spread, vaccines, etc. and the dumbaxx MAGAs will go along with whatever lies the fat orange clown puts out. Even though most of America is NOT MAGA, there are enough of them out there who could be coughing on us, touching surfaces without washing their hands–I’m looking at YOU, Hegseth, that they can spread it to the rest of us. Yes, Hegseth actually brags about not washing his hands–you know those dipstick MAGAs think that’s “cool”, just like they believe that a woman-abusing, arrogant alcoholic who couldn’t even manage two veterans charities is qualified to handle the biggest military in the world. You, Turley, are helping spread distrust over science, and as a result, a new respiratory pathogen may well spread more than otherwise and people may die unnecessarily. The deeper you go in defending MAGA, the more you risk having blood on your hands, Turley.
I’m here to help!
Nice! 👍
That is so nice of you Dr. Kevorkian, hope he takes advantage of your offer of ‘assistance.’
Anyone so miserable as to wish death by cancer on others always has a very special place in my heart.
There were a lot of different models of “shutting down schools.” Teaching math at the City Colleges, I thought the transition to Zoom (which I had never heard of) was pretty seamless. Since, through the years, catching the flu was a regular fact of life in education, going back in felt risky. For the teachers’ unions to fight to delay the return was a rare example of expressing the rank and file’s wishes. Since the pandemic, most of the full time professors are still teaching on Zoom, most in person classes are taught by powerless adjuncts.
Isn’t that consistent with the public perception that the education establishment, including teachers unions -especially the unions – are all about what is best for the adults even if it’s bad for the kids?
Good evening oldmanfromkansas,
Lgbmiel – it seems to me the anonymous commenter is saying anyone born in the US is automatically subject to its jurisdiction for purposes of 14A.1, whereas you are saying that there are two distinct requirements, and being born here in itself only fulfills one of them. It is a basic rule of constitutional interpretation that no language should be considered surplusage. Your interpretation gives meaning and effect to both phrases, whereas the other commenter is suggesting that the phrase, “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” has no independent meaning, thereby rendering it mere surplusage. Therefore, his argument is weaker than yours because it violates one of the principal rules of constitutional interpretation.
Thank you so much for your reply. I appreciate your kind words supporting my argument. I apologize for taking so long to acknowledge your response, it seems some comments were deleted yesterday.
One’s presence in the Country puts one under the power/authority of the US government. It is to what extent that people disagree. Not everyone is subject to the full power of the government. Voting, jury duty, holding office, being drafted. Not everyone in the Country can do these things. These belong to citizens.
So, it is both — the legal and political power/authority that one must be under to be a citizen.
* There’s more dead weight in administration most likely. The bureaucrats are heavy. Tell me a good idea they’ve ever had other than passing the buck ?

Mark Oram posted: For the teachers’ unions to fight to delay the return was a rare example of expressing the rank and file’s wishes.
Yes Mark, nothing like having Marxist teachers’ unions setting public health policy to help with The Great Leap Forward!
How’s your memory as one of those teachers, Mark? Mine’s pretty good!

Proclamation 80—Calling Forth the Militia and Convening an Extra Session of Congress
“On April 15, 1861,…President Abraham Lincoln issued a proclamation calling forth the state militias, to the sum of 75,000 troops, in order to suppress the rebellion. He appealed ‘to all loyal citizens to favor, facilitate, and aid this effort to maintain the honor, the integrity, and the existence of our National Union.’”
Proclamation 92—Warning to Rebel Sympathizers
“[On] July 17, 1862,…I, Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States, do hereby proclaim to and warn all persons within the contemplation of said sixth section to cease participating in, aiding, countenancing, or abetting the existing rebellion or any rebellion against the Government of the United States and to return to their proper allegiance to the United States on pain of the forfeitures and seizures as within and by said sixth section provided.”
_______________________________________________________________________________
Now President Donald J. Trump MUST pull a full “Lincoln” and close the border, impose martial law, prosecute a war against the communist rebellion without a formal declaration, shred the Communist Manifesto and irrevocably extirpate all principles of communism in America, implement the “manifest tenor” of the Constitution and Bill of Rights including absolute freedom, absolute free enterprise, absolute free markets, and absolute private property including a fully constitutional dearth of taxation and regulation, eliminate the Departments of Labor, Education, Agriculture, Energy, HUD, and EPA, issue the “Deportation Proclamation” deporting all illegal aliens, past and present, including those who illegally pursued citizenship as criminal border crossers and “asylum” seekers who all made false and fraudulent claims of phantom, nonexistent persecution as foreign citizens with no U.S. rights, establish coherent voter qualifications by State legislatures per the Constitution, declare English the sole official language of the United States, suspend habeas corpus, smash opposition printing presses, networks, podcasts, social media platforms, etc., and throw anyone and everyone who opposes him in prison to Save the Union until America is placed squarely back on the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
* you do know a person who’s been naturalized had to show reading, writing and speaking in English as a requirement?

Ever notice how hard people study English wanting to become naturalized? Imagine having a different alphabet? Most settle for residency? Congratulations naturalized citizens.
You’ll need an amendment to change all of that. States must align with federal.
It’ll be straightened out sort of…
Jonathan: DJT is also showing a “consistent pattern” in trying to force government agencies to bend to his personal agenda. It’s what most authoritarian types do–they begin by firing anyone in government who will not agree to a “loyalty oath” to the dictator. Victor Orban in Hungary did it. So is Javier Gerardo Milei in Argentina. DJT admires both Orban and Milei.
So in a “Friday Night Massacre” DJT fired 17 independent Inspector Generals in various agencies. The IGs are authorized by Congress to investigate fraud, waste and abuse in government. By statute all IGs must be confirmed by the Senate. Under the 2022 Amendments to the “Inspector General Act of 1978”, approved by both Democrats and Republicans, the President must notify Congress 30 days prior to removal of an IG and provide “substantive rationale, including detailed and case-specific reasons” for any removal (5USC, Section 403(b)). DJT didn’t do any of that.
DJT’s firings are in flagrant violation of the law. And the AGs are fighting back. They threaten a lawsuit if DJT refuses to back off. That’s the answer to an authoritarian who thinks he is above the law!
Dennis
From what I read on the matter, most were people he had installed in his first term. Perhaps he has something more important for them after 4 years of service at that position, or they just may be douchebags! Either way, there’s nothing wrong with what he’s doing, he’s the chief executive!

I signed the Great Barrington Declaration, which, as a man with an MD and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology, made sense to me. Fortunately, I am no one of any consequence, so no one noticed my endorsement of the Declaration, and I did not lose my job.
Unfortunately, those “Great Barrington Declaration” signers still push the VIRUS MYTH.

In the fall of 2020 things opened up enough that My GI doctor scheduled a colonoscopy. My entire extended family has GI problems, and my Mother died of Colon Cancer – so they check me regularly.
Something went wrong in the colonoscopy and I ended up in the hospital 12hrs after with sepsis. After putting 4 liters of saline into me they got my BP UP to 80/50. I was told that the infection I had had a 35% mortality rate.
Made Covid look alot less of a threat.

You are lucky. In my state, we were under ‘regulations’ until February of 2022. My wife and I actually drove to AZ that month for a concert. There, they didn’t care about our ‘papers’; we took them, and they pushed them aside when back home we needed them to do anything whatsoever. About a week after we returned home it was announced by our state’s glorious dictator that we were now ‘free’, and could forego all of that. Where we were (and we moved states in 2023), this was a full two years. We will never get it back, and between the schools closing (my wife is an educator), small businesses going belly-up, never to return, the shortages that actually continue to this day there, insane inflation, and myriad other things – thank God for November. We must never forget, and we must never forget who the perpetrators were.
STOP GOING TO DOCTORS for that nonsense.
“Colon cancer” = easily curable with FENBENDAZOLE.

So now we’re sharing about our colonoscopies. Oh How the mighty have fallen…
Mr Say: I am sorry to hear that…..the same thing happened to my husband. The look on the doctor’s faces as he was being wheeled into emergency surgery) helped concentrate our minds to where we wanted to be in life (we weren’t married at the time). After he recovered, we made our move to the small Southern town where we had vacationed for many years and married in the teeth of Covid in September ‘20 (a whole other story). Glad you are recovered! Stay well!

What you THINK is a “virus” is ACUTE ONSET ACIDOSIS caused by ELEVATED INDOOR CO2 levels.
That’s why “groups” of people seem to “get it”. Because that GROUP was in a CO2-rich environment for a long time.
Install a CO2 meter in your home. WATCH IT. When you COOK, when you run your GAS DRYER, your indoor CO2 levels RISE in the winter.
Your house is all closed up. CO2 just accumulates.
This is the BIG LIE…we’re told that CO2 is bad OUTSIDE…it’s NOT…you WANT CO2 outside.
But you do NOT want it inside. THAT is what makes us SICK.

Jonathan: There are “consistent patterns” in DJT’s actions this week. Here are two that show he is a petty and mendacious tyrant who thinks he is above the law:
1. Birthright citizenship: In one of his first EOs DJT tried to end birthright citizenship. It was immediately blocked by a federal judge in Seattle. DJT’s action is clearly in violation of the plain language of the 14th Amendment and a hundred years of court precedents. Not even the SC will endorse such a clear abuse of presidential power.
2. Pardons for J. 6 insurrectionists: DJT’s pardons for all the J. 6 insurrectionists was a travesty of justice. Polls show a majority of Americans oppose those pardons. DJT even pardoned the worst of the worst. Take Daniel Charles Ball, age 39 from Florida. In May 2023 Ball was arrested and charged with numerous felonies–assaulting Capitol police on J. 6, resisting arrest, even using an explosive device. Due his serious criminal charges Ball was being held without bail when he was pardoned and released on Tuesday.
On Wednesday of this week Ball, following his release, was arrested in Fl on separate pending federal gun charges. Ball had 2 previous convictions for domestic violence, battery by strangulation and resisting arrest in 2021. Ball was charged with possessing a firearm as a convicted felon in 2023.
Ball’s attorney, Amy Collins, says her client’s FL case “should be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to President Trump’s January 20th proclamation as to January 6 defendants”. Sorry, Amy, but DJT’s pardon only covers Ball’s actions on Jan. 6. The pardon does not cover indictments on separate charges.
Americans have made their views clear on DJT’s pardons. They don’t believe a person, like Ball, who was willing to strangle a woman or use violence against Capitol police with an explosive device, should be walking around free. He’s a danger to society. I expect DJT’s pardons will come cack to haunt him. It starts with Ball but it will not end with him.
Jonathan: There are “consistent patterns” in DJT’s actions this week.

Heed it, or don’t; we will all still think the same. 🤷🏻♂️
On this site in particular, the trolls have likely convinced precisely 0% of the folks that comment (is it possible for it to be in the negative?) of the people here, of anything. Waste your time and your money elsewhere.
“DJT’s action is clearly in violation of the plain language of the 14th Amendment”
If the language of the 14th Amendment was so clear, why would Native Americans be denied birthright citizenship till Congress awarded it to them in 1924, a half-century later?

Why am I NOT surprised?????
An exercise in control of the Sheep. America was almost lost. Wake up sheep, no one takes better care of you than yourself.
“Little Bo Peep has lost her sheep,
And doesn’t know where to find them.
Leave them alone and they’ll come home,
Bringing their tails behind them”
This from the Lesbian in Florida who has never had children who complained about the Florida Constitution mandating funding of public schools via property taxes, thus depriving her of monies she earned. Yea, no irony there, Lin.
How did you get all that out of a nursery rhyme?
You go Lin girl!
You make Dennis and George look like members of Mensa.
The viral pandemic will develop its own resolution and cure.
Science will develop an antidote, a vaccine.
Everything else is panic.
The President and Congress have no “emergency powers.”
School closures must be local and ordered by local authority.
Americans enjoy the freedom and choice of avoiding other people and staying home or attending school or work.
Americans enjoy the constitutional freedom of mobility, peaceable assembly, and acquisition of healthcare.
There is no “viral pandemic”. Never was one.
Stop pushing conspiracy theories.
