Before the State of the Union, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) joined other leaders in promising Americans that the Democrats will unleash a revenge tour after taking power in November, pledging to start throwing Trump people in jail when they retake Congress. Murphy went on MS NOW to feed the rage addiction that has taken over his party.
We recently discussed how Susan Rice joined the mob in stating that “When it comes to the elites, you know, the corporate interests, the law firms, the universities, the media … it’s not going to end well for them.”
She followed other Democrats, assuring voters that, if they returned Democrats to power, they would crack down on their political opponents.
Republicans and law enforcement are now regularly called “Nazis” and “fascists” by Democratic leaders. Some are promising arrests from the President to individual police officers. Last week, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner promised to “hunt down” ICE officers like “Nazis.” Democratic strategist James Carville previously threatened that “collaborators” may be treated in the same way as they were after World War II.
Gov. Tim Walz, who has called ICE officers “Gestapo,” said that this may be our “Fort Sumter” moment, a triggering event for a civil war that killed hundreds of thousands of Americans.
Democratic members have been warned that they have to join the mob or be devoured by it. Bravo star and liberal podcast host Jennifer Welch praised footage of a “No Kings” protester celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk. After playing the clip, Welch laughed with joy and declared, “So listen up, Democratic establishment. You can either jump on board with this s—, or we’re coming after you in the same way that we come after MAGA. Period.”
Murphy clearly got the message and added his voice in declaring that “they’re going to get their clocks cleaned this November, and a bunch of people are probably gonna end up going to jail.”
It is a curious pledge, since the Democrats could retake the House and Senate in November. That would not give them the ability to throw people into jail even if they had actual crimes to charge.
What is clear is that the Democratic Party has now decided to try to ride the rage wave to power, leading the mob with such reckless rhetoric. 60% Disapprove Of Trump
Trump’s disapproval rating stood at 60 percent in a new Washington Post-ABC News-Ipsos poll, the highest it has been since shortly after the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by a mob of his supporters. Because midterm elections are almost always a referendum on a president’s performance, that number is daunting for the Republicans who hold control of both houses of Congress — the House by a razor-thin margin.

Turnabout is fair play. Turley seems to have forgotten how Trump himself went on a revenge spree. Just last week, Jeanine Pirro finally dropped her prosecution of Democratic lawmakers for exercising their free speech rights, which was a bit odd for Turley, to say the least. It also looks like he’s conveniently glossed over Trump’s first term, when he kept floating the idea of prosecuting Hillary Clinton and anyone else he saw as an enemy. Then there’s Letitia James, James Comey, and Sen. Mark Kelley—all of whom Trump’s DOJ attacked and prosecuted, including investigators involved in the classified documents case and voter fraud probes. Turley missed a lot of Trump’s revenge and retribution campaigns. Now, Democrats are promising to reciprocate against Trump’s corrupt officials. As the saying goes, turnabout is fair play.
Democrats are going to gum up the Trump administration agenda if they win back Congress, and it seems very likely that they will.
Sadly, both parties are playing this dangerous game.
These threats on folks who disagree with the Marxist continue, so I ask under what law will they prosecute and jail Americans. They currently release felons and illegals each and everyday, so what law has them in an uproar for prosecution and jail? Maybe justice for the felons and illegals can be found under that law?
One can only hope! I don’t particularly like President Trump. I voted against him in the 2016 Republican primary. I reluctantly voted for him in 2020 as I judged Mr. Biden to be suffering from early stage dementia.
At times President Trump will put his mouth in gear long before his brain. I am much more concerned by Democrat comments threatening to jail Republicans if they take over. Are trying to start a real civil war? That concerns me much more.
