Lawyer Pleads Guilty to Destruction of Porn Files from Church Computer

A well-known Conn. attorney admitted this week that he destroyed evidence in a child pornography investigation at Christ Church in Greenwich, the former church of President George H.W. Bush. Philip Russell pleaded guilty to one count of misprision for his knowledge of a felony and failure to report it. He could now go away for 14 months. What is interesting about the case is that Russell insisted that he did not know of any criminal investigation at that time.
