DUI Dress Code Don’ts: Leave the “I Have A Drinking Problem” Tee-Shirt At Home

Here is free advice for anyone allegedly drinking and driving: leave the “I Have A Drinking Problem” tee-shirt at home. Due to such lack of forethought, James Johnson, 50, took a mug shot that is likely to remain on the wall of the local police station coffee room for years.

This beats the clown mug shot and the “I Love Weed” mug shot. and the giant breathalyzer. Of course, even positive statements like “Trust” can result in selection on our best mug shot lists.

Police found Johnson in a Ford pickup truck on the front stairs of a house after it crashed in Webster, Massachusetts. It was his fourth such arrest but he reportedly blamed his brother as the one who was driving.

By the way, if you too want a memorable mug shot, these tee-shirts are available at the Senor Frog’s restaurant chain.
