Prom Meltdown Leads To Arrest

Jessica Halter, 18, had a prom to remember in Ohio. She is accused of assaulting an officer, a paramedic, and spitting blood at another officer.

Halter was at the orth Ridgeville High School prom when school officials reportedly received complaints about her conduct and being intoxicated. Teachers stated that whey they confronted Halter, she replied, “This is my fucking prom, this is bullshit.” She allegedly added “You are fucking bitches, this is my prom, I’m not drunk.” Police stated that, when they arrived, she swung a chair at them and was then seen “smacking her forehead into the chair handle causing her nose to bleed.”

She then allegedly kicked and spit on officers as they tried to cuff her. After forcing them to carry her out, she then allegedly “cleared her throat and spit a bloody ball of spit” at Officer Kyle Gelenius and continued to spit blood all over the car. There is no word on the lucky date of Halter. This mug shot will have to do for a prom picture — with a charge sheet alleging assault on an officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and underage drinking.

  1. AY, I can’t swear to it, but I’m pretty confident that Tootie’s comment was intended as a subtle swipe at the Islamic fascist terrorist who was just awarded the Miss USA crown in furtherance of the genocidal conspiracy against the white race.

  2. “the guys in her class would have chosen her as the runaway favorite for “Miss Community Chest.”

well, in my HS those guys probably would have been labeled ‘pigs’. 😉

  3. Tooties,

From what I have seen and heard others state about you, you are clearly not in your right mind. How can you say that a picture of a drunken child, albeit 18 is more beautiful than the other? Each woman is beautiful in their own right. Not that I, of all people should make a determination such as this. You, I am sure are more qualified.

  4. When I attended high school way back in the late middle of the last century, Ms. Halter would hardly have been considered Miss USA material. However, the guys in her class would have chosen her as the runaway favorite for “Miss Community Chest.”

  5. I’ve passed by the photo of this lovely young woman and felt I didn’t have anything to say.

Then it dawned on me that she is prettier than the new Miss USA. I reckon she can do a good pole dance too.

  7. It’s a wonder that there aren’t more cases like this, given the dysfunctional relationship we force children to have with alcohol in the United States.

Would Ms. Halter have been better prepared to drink responsibly had she been introduced to an occasional glass of wine with dinner for the last five years? Does much of Europe know something we do not?

  8. Wow! She’s a class act! I bet her parents are really, really proud of their little girl!

  9. So proms are a little more exciting here in Ohio – you got a problem with that?

  10. A real self-sufficient Redneck Woman or a future carwash entrepreneur…

  11. She’s got that “trailer trash” thing going for her that I find irresistible.

  12. I’m sure all in attendance will remember the prom, except her.

Seriously, after reading all the articles in the local papers, it would seem that this young lady was creating quite a stir. There doesn’t seem to be any over reaction by either the local police or the school officials.

I hope she can get her life on track but a 10 day suspension from school seems almost automatic given their alcohol use guidelines which means no graduation. Then there are the adult felony charges stemming from the incident and finally, alcohol.

This young lady has a rough road to hoe. I hope she finds the strength to meet the hard choices ahead of her.

  13. Hey, I’ve seen this movie! I thought she was supposed to be covered in pig blood and be a bit more plain and a lot less big hair looking? Oh, her name is Jessica? I must have been thinking of that other gal on ‘Sex in the City’. Carrie.

What’s that? Those are not the same “Carrie”‘s you say?

Hmmmm. Learn something new every day.

  14. This is very unfortunate for this young lady. I would have hoped that she would have been 16 as opposed to 17 in this story 18. The distinction is that she would be tried in Adult Court rather than Juvenile Proceedings. She will more than likely have a criminal record most likely a felony to start. In our society this will keep you from any likelihood of regular employment.
