Like yearbooks, some mugshots just seem to call out for blind predictions. In the case of Bernard Marsonek, 58, “most likely to have sex with pit bull” would actually seem an option. The Tampa man was arrested after not only being seen having sex with one of his eight large pit bulls, but then refusing to stop when confronted by neighbors.
By the time the police arrived, a small angry crowd had formed. Marsonek is a convicted felon.
The police found eight dogs, a gun, and ammunition at the home. Just what you want in the neighborhood, a convicted felon with eight pit bulls and weapons.
Marsonek hit the jackpot on criminal charges with charges of cruelty to animals, sex with animals, and illegal gun possession. I would assume public indecency and other collateral charges will be stacked on top of those crimes. The first challenge however will be a psychological evaluation. His case will also raise questions about how a convicted felon and clearly disturbed person got hold of a gun and ammunition.
Chicago wrote laws because of this guy.
I guess when he goes to prison he won’t have to worry about Bubba wanting him.

Well, there are a lot of unanswered questions which inquiring minds want to know?
1. Was it a male pitbull?
2. Was there consent by the dog?
3. Was there payment for sex?
4. Is the guy married to a human?
5. Was he married to the dog?
6. Was it a bi sexual bi human/dog marriage and is that legal in Florida?
7. Is that the mug shot for his arrest or his prom photo?
8. Did he use a condom?

FL needs more mental health professionals, and more social workers, Gov. Scott. Not fewer. I would even say FL needs the highest of these per capita.
Granted, the whole thing is disgusting, but from the look of him I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that his thyroid is totally out of whack, which all by itself can make a person crazy. The bulging eyes are the thing.

Is it true that it is not a federal crime to have sex with animals in America? Is it true that a few states even treat this indecent act as a mere misdemeanor? These crimes should be treated as a felony with a minimun of 5 years in prison.
There are a few foreign countries that allow humans to have sex with animals (or there are no laws prohibiting it, in a few countries?).
This man needs help…..I would hate to be his pyschiatrist (besides asking him how are you doing, do you just skip to the point and state: ‘Sir, do you realize that you are one sandwich short of a picnic?’ ).
What I would like to know ? Is he on disability with a social worker assigned ?
