Colorado Man On Frontier Flight Urinates On Back of Seat After Being Moved For Allegedly Groping A Woman

According to an FBI affidavit, Michael Allen Haag, 45, set a new low for unruly passengers.  The Colorado man is accused of first groping women on a flight and then, when moved to a new row, urinated on the seat in front of him — as captured by another passenger.  Ironically, this was a Frontier flight from Colorado less than a week after another Frontier passenger on a flight from Colorado punched a service dog in the head and a deaf pregnant woman in the stomach.

Haag is accused of drinking double vodka and tonics on the flight. He reportedly told a woman next to him that he was on his way to see an old girlfriend and was “physically excited.” He then allegedly touched a woman who was sleeping next to him.  He was moved to the rear of the plane where he  “started urinating on the seat in front of him.”

He was removed by Charleston Aviation Authority Police Department, but as with the earlier Frontier airlines controversy, the conduct on an airplane left jurisdiction in the hands of the federal government.

He was later charged in a U.S. District Court complaint of interfering with flight crew members and obscene or indecent exposure of genitals.

  1. Hmmm. I wonder what the excuse was??? Anyway, Haag has earned an Irish Poem!

There once was an unruly flyer,
Who got to First Base, but no higher.
Then, he peed on a seat. . .
And when that drew the heat,
He exclaimed that, “The Plane was on fire!”

  2. I cannot see how alcohol alone would account for this behavior.

What a mess, on every level.

  3. I believe you got the age wrong. He’s clearly 65, not 45. Oh wait, that’s what too much booze does to your mind and body. As seen here.

  4. When questioned by authorities, Mr. Schneiderman explained that he was just “role playing.”

  5. Frontier is a scraping-the-bottom airline, with a poor reputation. So this does not surprise me. Sort of like a NYC subway car, only with wings.

  6. This is a form of airplane vandalism…the plane will be out of service while the carpeting is thoroughly cleaned and the seat upholstery replaced, or else the smell will linger.

He should go on the “no fly” list.

    1. Or they might just spray some Air Wick on the afflicted seat, and let it go at that.

  7. Now that is not indecent exposure!!! And it is clear he had to go, he has some pressure behind that stream.

    1. YEA but that’s GROSS and LAZY as fmuck. He was like two steps from the bathroom, he could have stumbled that far.

  8. I found it interesting how the United States Code adopts by reference the District of Columbia Code for the purpose of charging persons with ordinary crimes while under the Special Aircraft Jurisdiction of the United States.

I’ve seen examples over the years of where, for examples, cities will adopt by reference a model traffic ordinance of a state or adopt by reference the United States Department of Transportation’s Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. But I haven’t seen where the Federal Government adopts a local, almost a municipal code, for the rest of the country.

    1. Huh? this is a “leave shaming remarks only” comments page.
