I have previously written how President Joe Biden is the most anti-free speech president since John Adams. For his part, Biden has continued to double down on his anti-free speech policies with the appointment of figures who have long supported bans and other speech controls. The latest such appointment is Andy Volosky, who was made deputy director of platforms for the White House’s Office of Digital Strategy. Volosky has been outspoken in support of banning former president Donald Trump from social media platforms.
In my new book, The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage, I lay out the chilling comparisons between the Adams and Biden Administrations in the crackdown of free speech. For Adams, that led to defeat in 1800 when Jefferson ran in part on restoring free speech. To my surprise, Trump and his fellow challengers in this election have not made free speech a central issue to force Biden to defend the massive censorship system supported by his Administration.
The public does not support censorship. This is a movement that originated in higher education and has been pushed by the political and media establishment, not the voters.
Volosky will now help direct digital strategies for the White House. He previously praised the banning of Trump, asking “What took them so long?” in a 2021 blog post.
In Volosky’s blog post, titled “A New, and Hopefully Welcome, Standard,” he warned that “Twitter still allows the accounts of various world leaders, governments, and spokespeople, who use Twitter for what one can only describe as propaganda as cover for autocracy, to continue to use their platform.”
He praised how Democrats have “long advocated for regulating the [social media] platforms” and emphasized how active social media users like himself and others can “keep the platforms honest.”
He added that
“we can play a role in keeping the platforms honest and improving the positive role of social in people’s lives…It’s past time for the platforms to take content moderation and user safety seriously; as social media professionals, we should be ready and eager to make that happen, and we hope that [banning Trump] can be a small step in getting that ball rolling.”
Again, with the White House doubling down on censorship, Trump and others need to force him to defend his overwhelmingly anti-free speech record. The 2024 election can give voters the same choice that they faced in 1800. Democracy is not on the ballot, but free speech is.
My federal agency has proposed my removal from federal service after a radical leftist on Twitter doxed me. Im being accused of “misogyny” and “unacceptable discriminatory animus” because I made truthful comments that the majority of homicides are committed by Blacks, that Native Americans slaughtered each other in pre-Columbian America, that I said it was cowardly for women to not report sexual assault, and other statements as a private citizen on issues of public concern. Among their reasons for removal is that I own “assault-style” weapons and silencers. This is what happens when federal agencies are packed with leftists. Id love representation from you.
GO hire a lawyer, there’s thousands of people out there who are being fired from decent jobs. Take the money you earned on that decent job, and spend it on a lawyer, fight back, and quit wasting all your extra money on guns and ammo. Oh I kknow how it goes, I been a confessed “gun nut” for decades.
If I had a nickel for every supposed right winger who spent their extra money on guns and didn’t give a dime for politics, nor even an hour to volunteer, and is then AMAZED that the liberals have taken over! God helps those who help themselves. Dont like NRA? Try GOA. Don’t like the politicians? Start out in local politics and learn something, don’t just let other people do it.
Sorry dont mean to pick on you just seems like i had this conversation a thousand times before

Who woulda thought Donald Trump would be running for president as the champion of restoring free speech to the government, which Biden so effectively has destroyed, albeit hopefully temporarily. This guy Turley writes about, Volotsky(sp.), will rise his up on Trump’s ‘enemies list’ for prompt and swift ‘eradication’ come January 20, 2025. One has to keep asking: WHO is making these poor personnel decisions inside the WH? It can’t be Joe himself.
“Can you point to one person or entity that has been “censored” by the Biden administration?”
That’s easy. Start with the NY Post and all those who tried to publicize HB’s laptop. That censorship campaign was fueled by Antony Blinken and the “Spies Who Lie.” A censorship campaign that the media then ran with.
Then fast forward to the administration’s attempt to censor the reporting of Biden’s dementia, with its “deep fake” hoaxes. A censorship campaign that the media then ran with.
That, by the way, is how the Left’s censorship is *worse* than Adams’. His was clear, public, with penalties stated openly, and tried in a court of law. The Left’s censorship is textbook fascism — done by bureaucrats hidden from public view, with plausible deniability, while putting the screws to private companies to do their dirty work.

Simulated Report, Thurs, July 11
Regarding unpublished book: “The Blob In 216”.
Onetime journalist Dale Easterly is seeking representation for this nonfiction account of his former neighbor.
Said neighbor bragged he made $30,000 per year writing puppet dialog on various blogs. Few doubted his story. The neighbor was a bumptious bore terribly impressed with himself.
Here’s how Chapter 13 opens–
“Then they brought him out: ‘300 pounds and not an ounce of muscle’. An obese blob in filthy bathrobe looking confused.
The troll hadn’t left his apartment in 5 weeks. Food and alcohol were delivered. But he never took the garbage out. That’s what drew the bugs, causing neighbors to complain.
The troll typically consumed at a case of sugared cola per day. Then he needed alcohol to dull the caffeine. All along he stayed at his computer, attacking commenters with vulgar smears!
And that was ‘him’, led away by social workers; a nice Latina and courteous Black man in starched lab coats. They were taking the troll for an evaluation.
The county would have to determine if the troll was competent to manage his affairs before allowing him back to the apartment.
Meanwhile the building had been tented for intensive fumigation. Residents would have to leave for a night at their own expense. No one complained. They all knew the troll would leave a putrid mess.”
…………………………..
One imagines the anguish of neighbors having a troll next door. Some blob at a computer with garbage piled high. Building residents are encouraged to report suspected trolls. Letting trolls take root is a common mistake.

PUPPET WATCH
Pre-Dawn Edition,
Thursday. July 11
Professor Turley posted two columns on Wednesday. Neither received more than 70 comments. A dramatic low in contrast to June when comments frequently tallied at 300-500.
Yet the low counts for Wednesday had a positive effect. It was easier than ever to determine the ratio of comments posted by Floyd Estovir.
Both columns had just under 70 comments. And about 45 of 70 comments were posted by Floyd Estovir.
Yet Floyd Estovir deployed different puppet configurations for each comment thread.
For the column: “The War On Free–
Green anonymous posted 10 comments. Old Airborne Dog 9, Floyd, 3, Upstate Farmer 3. Then most established puppets posted at least one; including Highly-educated-suburban-woman, a legacy puppet used only sparingly.
Old Airborne Dog is currently trending as a leading puppet to take some load off Upstate Farmer. One should picture Old Airborne Dog as an Air Force veteran; or so Floyd hopes.
Floyd Estovir has also introduced a French puppet named ‘Toulon’ who reads like a lame joke. Toulon was present on both of Wednesday’s comment threads.
Toulon is kind of like a Morning Greek Chorus Bot but a little more featured.
For the column, ‘Partisan Mischief–
Green anonymous posted 8 comments. GEB 4, Toulon 4, Floyd 3. Then several established puppets with 2 comments each; including Old Dog, Traveler and Upstate.
The Morning Greek Chorus Bots numbered 11; a mixture of familer and one-day only puppets. Still, that’s 11 of 68 total posts.
So again, each column had just under 70 comments. Yet puppets accounted for roughly 45 of 70 comments.
One more thing to note. It appears that Floyd Estovir wants us to forget those walls of profanity he was posting 2 weeks ago.
So Estovir is getting a makeover; repackaging himself as cultured and well-traveled. For real..!! New lame puppet Toulon inspired a conversation about trips to France.

I have to admit, that I find the cyberstalker’s daily listing of all the “trolls” who post here each day, and their number of comments invaluable. I am getting old, and sometimes I just zonk out, and it is very helpful to know what I have been up to while in a somnambulant state. 🙂
Floyd is Joe Biden😂
Think about who the Democrats trot out to try and inflate their base. George Looney, Okra Winfrey and whatever other the latest Hollyweird schills are on hand. Why would anyone listen to what one of these idiots says? Do you think they live in your world or have to worry about gas prices, food prices, their kids education or a retirement plan? It’s pathetic, America for Americans, vote like your kids future depends on it because it does!
What I want to know is why does A-list always have to mean A-hole?

Democracy is on the ballot, and we shouldn’t have it. As you see, democracy cancels free speech, imprisons political foes, wars all over the world to steal murder and meet vengeance aspirations, and corrupts everything it touches.
A Constitutional Republic was formed by our Founders to avoid all that, but the dumbing down propaganda is almost permanent now.
