Was Donald Trump the Victim of White Privilege? A Democratic Member Wants to Know

For most of us, this election could not become more confusing. However, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D., Tx.) may have added a whole new level of confusion for many in suggesting that Donald Trump may have been the latest victim of systemic racism among law enforcement in the United States.

Trump previously cited his alleged abuse in the criminal justice system as a point of shared experience with some in the black community.

Crockett, however, seems to be willing to go further in suggesting that he may be the latest victim of a racist law enforcement system.

In the hearing with Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, the failure to stop and hold Thomas Crooks was raised by both parties in an unprecedented failure of security.

Crockett then got her chance and suggested that Trump may have come close to dying at the hands of white privilege.

“I want to talk about training and the fact that there was a little bit of confusion between this suspicious person and this perceived threat situation, and it seems like a different analysis is being done. One of my questions is what training your officers are getting on bias.

I’ve learned over and over again, dealing with law enforcement, that there’s generally no perception of threat when it’s a young white male, even if he’s carrying a long gun. Yet a lot of times, at least in this country, when it comes to law enforcement, there’s a perception of threat simply because a person has a little bit more melanin in their skin.

…Often times, one of the things that we’ve consistently advocated for on my side — and when I say my side, I mean when we’re faced with a tragedy where law enforcement has made a mistake — is bias training and whether or not our officers are getting it. So I’m curious, in some of the training that you’re talking about that’s part of your budget, is bias training part of it?”

Cheatle responded with “Yes, that’s true.” (An apparent response to the training element).

Notably, Crockett began by getting Cheatle to acknowledge that this was not a failure due to DEI, or Diversity Equity and Inclusion, policies. She then suggested that further DEI training may be needed in light of the assassination attempt.

To be clear, there is no evidence that Crooks was allowed to walk away after being spotted with a “long gun.” The current theory is that Crooks hid the gun before the event.

Moreover, he was identified as a possible threat due to being found with a golf range finder. However, that was not considered a barred or threatening device by the Secret Service.

Yet, Trump may find common ground here with Vice President Kamala Harris who has long maintained that “We do have two systems of justice” and has added:

“I don’t think that most reasonable people who are paying attention to the facts would dispute that there are racial disparities and a system that has engaged in racism in terms of how the laws have been enforced. It does us no good to deny that. Let’s just deal with it. Let’s be honest. These might be difficult conversations for some, but they’re not difficult conversations for leaders, not for real leaders.”

Trump may be willing to have the “difficult conversation” as the now purported victim of white privilege in the dismissal of would-be presidential assassins.

    1. Poor Anon.
Jus Soli applies unless Harris’ parents were in the US on a diplomatic mission. Neither were. Both were students.

Now what is Amazing is how such smart people had a low IQ daughter.
I guess it was the 60’s and there were a lot of drugs involved.

    2. The only definition of NATURAL BORN CITIZEN in the universe in history.

The Law of Nations or the Principles of Natural Law (1758)

      BOOK 1, CHAPTER 19

      § 212. Citizens and natives.

The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

      2. Poor Anon…
        Again. Learn the law.
Jus Soli applies where the only exception is if the parents were in the US on a diplomatic mission.

Your ignorance is showing worse than Kamel Toe or the MSM that want to ignore history as they try to prop her up.

She’s qualified to run, but the qualifications are written that almost any US born citizen over the age of 35 will qualify.

In terms of competency… I doubt it. Unless of course you like Venn Diagrams or Yellow school buses. Who doesn’t like yellow school busses?
        (Most people…)

    3. The point of the demoncrats is to subvert the Constitution in every way imaginable, and this is just another way to do so. The leviathan and the Council will assist in order to maintain treasury draining power and expansive globalism.

OF COURSE SHE DOES NOT QUALIFY, THAT IS THE EXACT POINT.
Over 50% put up on the debate stages for several 4 year series do not qualify either. It is often past a supermajority.

Like I’ve said before, I am PRAYING Vladimir Putin knocked up a hottie years ago and she has formerly dropped the baby on US soil, it has grown up and is almost ready to run for POTUS. The demoncrats loft it to their corrupt lying perch, THEN discover it’s Putin’s love child…
Watch how quickly they discover the US Constitutional requirements then.
“things have uh, come to light , man…”

    4. I’ll give your opinion credit because it’s an American opinion in truth. Harris or shall I say Biden would not have been elected because of Harris as vp. They wouldn’t trust her.

They are always suspicious about the presidency. A couple could have a child and the child would be natural born. An American would think perhaps it’s a plan to seize control of the executive branch by a foreign power. The stay would have to be several generations.

Biden simply would not have been elected and Harris would be nowhere. The president is the only federally elected office that represents all 50 states. It’s a tough hill to climb.

Way it is but hey, it’s a new day.

The topic is Ms Crockett and white privilege and open carry.

  1. To the idiots that keep yapping about privilege and slavery. Do you own a home or property? If you own it, why do you pay the government taxes to live in it? If you work and are prosperous, why does the government take .25 cents out of every dollar you make? When you fill up at the pump why are you paying a premium for gas made from oil taken out of federally owned land, doesn’t it belong to all citizens and shouldn’t citizens see that reflected in price? Right now every citizen of the United States owes over $100,000 dollars to pay off the $34.8 T National debt that our elected government officials have squandered.

We are all now slaves, wake up!

  2. The Turleyville Hired-Troll Pledge:

    (1) I have almost no understanding of the basic rules of grammar, and I just make up my own rules of punctuation.
    (2) On a daily basis I go online and post a thousand times more words than I’ve ever read or ever will read.
    (3) I never let the fact that I’ve no clue what I’m talking about or the proper way to express my thoughts in writing inhibit my burning desire to foist my ignorant opinions on others.
    (4) Someday I might decide to read an entire book.
    (5) Calling me the mental equivalent of a toothless hillbilly is insulting to toothless hillbillies.
    (6) When I read a comment that agrees with my limitless stupidity and can’t think of anything to add to it, I respond “Well said.”
    (7) I am a webmaster orchestrating the online nonsense of a celebrity lawyer’s festering comment section.
    (8) I work in a wolfpack with a few other hired trolls that employ multiple fake screen names.
    (9) Whenever I disagree with someone, I baselessly accuse them of being a democrat or leftist.
    (10) Above all else, I support my boss’s concept of Fake Free Speech.

    1. A long winded diatribe uniquely singling out those on the right for tactics that are near universal on the left.

“(1) I have almost no understanding of the basic rules of grammar, and I just make up my own rules of punctuation.”
This is an internet blog. comment section – If you are being paid to write here – you owe those who are paying you decent grammar spelling and punctuation. Otherwise, left or right you do not owe anyone anything.

Those like you who set themselves up as grammar police merely demonstrate that you haven’t a clue about anything else.

“(2) On a daily basis I go online and post a thousand times more words than I’ve ever read or ever will read.”
Your conclusion – but again so what ?
Left or right I judge posts on their content – not my guess as to whether the author read the posts of others here – very few of which are worth reading.

“(3) I never let the fact that I’ve no clue what I’m talking about or the proper way to express my thoughts in writing inhibit my burning desire to foist my ignorant opinions on others.”
Near universally true of posters from the left who are oblivious to FACTS.
These are the people who bought the collusion delusion,
Still think the Hunter Biden laptop is russian disinformation.
Thing Trump is worse than Hitler,
Think Joe Biden is competent – bother medically and in terms of the stupid choices he has made throughout his life,
And are still wearing a mask in public.

“(4) Someday I might decide to read an entire book.”
More of this left wing nut nonsense making assumptions about people you know nothing about.
It is self evident from the posts of many here – mostly those on the right, that they are incredibly well read – particularly the classics.

“(5) Calling me the mental equivalent of a toothless hillbilly is insulting to toothless hillbillies.”
Ad hominem is a logical fallacy. Someone claiming to bne well read would not be constantly engaging in it.

“(6) When I read a comment that agrees with my limitless stupidity and can’t think of anything to add to it, I respond “Well said.””
Really ? Are you so ignorant that you treat providing feedback as a demonstration of stupidity ?

“(7) I am a webmaster orchestrating the online nonsense of a celebrity lawyer’s festering comment section.”
If you do not like the blog – LEAVE – that is how freedom works.
BTW Turley is a “celebrity lawyer” – because of decades of legal scholarship that is well respected.
I almost never completely agree with him. But I would never claim his views are nonsense. In fact they are ALWAYS worthy of serious consideration.

Who are you to smear Turley – without bothering to offer your own views on an issue or any criticism beyond ad hominem.

“(8) I work in a wolfpack with a few other hired trolls that employ multiple fake screen names.”
Whether on the left or the right, I can not figure out for the life of me why so many here care about any of this.
If you post anonymously each post must be weighed only by the 4 corners of the post.
Posting anonymously is a right – if comes at a cost – credibility.
I would prefer to see people post under a consistent pseudo name.
Those who post anonymously while at the same time pretending that magically we all know which anonymous is which are deeply narcissistic.

Each of us is free to post anonymously under a screen name, under multiple screen names.

I personally do not understand why anyone would. The only thing that effects what screen name I use is whether I post from my phone or my laptop – because the automatic wordpress/FB logins are different on different devices.
Regardless I am pretty sure those here know exactly who I am on each screenname.

And if they dont – I am the one harmed. You can not build a trusted reputation if you are constantly changing identities.

Regardless, that so many here left and right are so fascinated by the impossible task of figuring out who some anonymous poster is or which screen names are being used by the same person is lunacy. IT DOES NOT MATTER. Thinking it does is a red flag for inability to reason.

“(9) Whenever I disagree with someone, I baselessly accuse them of being a democrat or leftist.”
If another poster baselessly accuses you of anything – that should be pretty easy to discredit. I do not care if they accuse you of being on the left or the right.

Other posters are entitled to draw conclusions about a persons politics based on their posts. And if they do so incorrectly – you are free to demonstrate their error.

I am constantly accused of being a MAGAt for attacking left wing nut stupidity or defending the rule of law and attacking lawlessness, or defending Trump on those occasions he is right. I would be happy to do the same for Biden and harris – if those on the right would attack them without any basis. But that is rare.

I am libertarian and have voted libertarian for atleast a decade. That does not preclude voting for a republican or democrat, but I have not voted for a republican or democrat for president in atleast a decade.

“(10) Above all else, I support my boss’s concept of Fake Free Speech.”
Nope – Turley does not go far enough is supporting free speech.

      1. LOL LOL LOL — According to the word counter website, my “long winded diatribe” is 197 words. That’s shorter than the Gettysburg Address that it took Lincoln TWO MINUTES to deliver.
        https://education.nationalgeographic.org/resource/gettysburg-address/

In contrast with my “long winded diatribe.” your MORONIC “reply” is 939 words, which is almost FIVE TIMES longer.
Congratulations for simultaneously flunking English AND math.

        1. Do those of you on the left actually think before you post ?
Did you actually think it would be difficult to discredit – either your first diatribe or the 2nd ?

It often takes many words to note all the failures of something stupid.
Would you have preferred 10 individual posts each addressing the garbage of one of your points.

The Gettysburg address has meaningful and truthful content.

Something long false pretentious and dripping with projection is accurately described as a long winded diatribe.

Something is not long winded because it has many words.
Les Miserables by Victor Hugo has 568 751 words
It is neither long winded, nor a diatribe.

I would be happy to post a shorter response, all that requires is less error and nonsense on your part.
I would be happy to not reply at all – all that would require would be a lack of idiocy on your part

  3. Poll showed Kamala Harris 2 points ahead of Trump. 44% to 42%. It’s just one poll so far, but…it is sort of an indicator that Trump is dealing with a very different opponent. A younger and more coherent one. Republicans are going all out to attack Harris. That means she poses a serious challenge. One Republican already wrote an article of impeachment against Harris. The sexist and racist rhetoric, which is expected, is already being hurled about. Republicans could make it worse for themselves if they go overboard on the attacks.

    1. Life-long Conservatives like Mike Pence were not welcome at the Republican National Convention. There are significant percentages of Republicans who will leave the Presidential section of the ballot blank or stay home.
Trump’s support among independents is, how shall I put this, ……..wobbly.

From the beginning, he was going to have electoral challenges running against anybody who could talk in complete sentenc

    2. ^^^from the same idiot who predicted a month ago that pols dont mean anything and joe was going to win.

      LMAO at you, spastic idiot

Trump was up by 9 in the Harris poll. So yea, lets see.

The fact you think there were enough undecideds that this changed a thing proves you are deluded.

But then again, you thought Biden was “within one or 2 behind” when he was no such thing.

What kind of moron thought the R’s wouldnt attack anybody they selected. What did you think they would do, dum dum, praise her.

    3. You have the worst case of brain fog known to mankind. Kamala ran in 2020 and got exactly zero (0) votes. The only threat she poses is if the dems are able to cheat enough to install their next puppet. Ppl think her handling of the border was bad. They haven’t seen anything yet. Wait until she’s running the entire country.

    4. And there are polls showing Harris further behind than Biden.

Trump is dealing with a very differenty opponent – one that is actually worse.
Harris does NOT have dimensia as an excuse.

Harris Coherent ? ROFL, she is WORSE than Biden without Dimensia as an excuse.

Of Course Republicans will attack Harris – just as Democrats attack Trump – that is an absurd remark. It is called politics.
You have several problems. First you have nothing left to throw at Trump. His current numbers are those AFTER you have thrown the kitchen sink at him. They are the MINIMUM he will get on election day.
Conversely Harris is on a sugar high right now – she is the shiny new thing. But she is not going to stay shiny or new for long. She is only likely to go down from here. She was a total mess BEFORE Biden picked her as VP.
She has been an abysmal VP – One of the reasons that Biden decided to run again and democrats were initially behind that was because demented Biden appeared a much better choice than Kackling Kamala.
Harris has ZERO appeal to working class voters. Biden atleast did – when he was coherent.
These are the voters that are likely to decide this election. Trump’s pick oif Vance is to build on his already strong appeal to working class voters. Trump is in their corner. He says he is one of them. But he did not rise from their ranks. Vance is almost a modern day Lincoln – born in an apalachin cabin with an outhouse. Kamala IS and always was an elite. It is remotely possible that she does better with Black voters than Biden – but not likely by much – she is not especially liked by blacks – especially Black WOMEN.
She has all of Biden’s policies arround her neck – plus whatever nonsense she makes up in the next few weeks.

I would Strongly suggest listening to Gabbard Dismember Harris as it is likely toi become a campaign add. More importantly Gabbard is speaking the Truth about Harris – and it has only gotten worse. Harris’s record as a prosecutor is Abysmal. Worse still she put together a huge fund to bail out BLM protestors – but less than 10% of the money went to bail out BLM protestors, Nearly all of it went to bailing out Violent criminals – many many of whom committed heinous crimes while out on bail.
Harris will be trivial to “Willie Horton” – except the scale of Harris’s coddling of violent criminals is greater and the number who subsequently committed violent offenses is larger and her personal involvement is much greater.
While she can not distance herself from the disasterous Biden administration policies – she EXPECIALLY tied to the border Mess.

Finally – most of the country grasps that Joe can not handle the job. But Kamala is near the top of the list of people LYING that Joe was competent for YEARS. She claimed to have reqular weekly meetings of substance with Biden. She claimed he was competent when now everyone grasps he was not – probably all the way back to 2016 according to SC Hurr. This is called LYING.
She has defended Biden administration policies – BADLY, and finally she provided the tie breaking vote in the Senate to all the Biden spending that caused inflation.

No one wants to be Harris’s VP – they KNOW a sinking ship.

And that is just the tip of the Iceberg.

RCP has Trump +2 head to head and +2.7 in a 5 way race. And this moment is likely the HIGHEST Harris will get.
Betting odds are 2:1 in favor of Trump

Of course Republicans are going to attack Kamala – GLEEFULLY.
Republicans smell the blood in the water. The election is 100 days away and this moment is Harris’s high water mark.
Last polling I saw had Trump with ATLEAST 312 electoral votes, and possibly with near 350 – AGAINST HARRIS.
We do not have Trump/Harris polling in all states – but we DO have it in most swing states. Harris does poorly in most swing states – many WORSE than Biden because she can not connect with working class voters. Because she is clearly an elite, and this is an anti-elite election, and because she owns the mess at the border.
Hillary lost the debates to Trump Harris lost democratic debates to FAR WORSE debaters
Harris is nearly as bad in a debate as Biden is now – and Harris does not have the excuse of demensia.

Democrats threw everything they had at Trump – going into overdrive through the first half of 2024.
They FAILED short of video of Trump F$%lking his daughter there is nothing that is going to bring Trump further down.

Further like it or not, Trump is now one of very few presidential candidates EVER that has “taken a bullet”.
T%hat has motivated a republican base that was ALREADY over energized.
Harris is NOT charismatic – Trump is. Harris is further left than the wacko Biden administration.

To have a Chance against Trump – Democrats needed a miracle candidate – Hypothetically Michelle Obama would be that candidate or Oprah.
In the real world it is unlikely that Michelle would have fared well – she HATES politics, and campaigning and she is so bad at it that Obama barely used her. And Democrats are not getting away with another basement campaign.

Does Harris pose a serious challenge ? We shall see. But she managed to get exactly ZERO delegates in 2020, and was sliced and diced in real time by Tulsi Gabbard in the Democrat debates.

    5. Can we cut the nonsense – it is neither Racist or Sexist to attack Harris. She is a parody of herself. There are plenty of capable black Women – Harris is not one of those.

What exactly is it that you think it racist and sexist rhetoric being hurled at Harris
Harris’s problem is not that she is black, or that she is a woman. It is that she is a lousy candidate. Unless something has changed today – Obama has not endorsed her.

It is not republicans that were calling their political opponent worse than Hitler – and then looked like fools when someone tried to assassinate him.

It is not Republicans that accused the other party of being the end of democracy – and then staged a coup against their own elected candidate.

You do not seem to understand the extent to which you have burned your own credibility with a long sequence of lies.

  4. White privilege is old news. Anti-Semitism is the real deal. For just one election cycle, it would be helpful if Jews refrained from voting for Democrats. Memo to America’s Jews: remember Israel. Remember these things, O Jacob, and Israel, for thou art my servant. I have formed thee, thou art my servant, O Israel, forget me not – Isaiah 44:21

Tensions Between Bibi Netanyahu and Kamala Harris

When Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addresses a joint session of Congress Wednesday, Vice President Kamala Harris won’t be there. Despite having become the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, she decided that an earlier commitment to the Zeta Phi Beta sorority’s convention in Indianapolis mattered more than a speech by the leader of one of America’s closest allies at a time of conflict and crisis in a region involving vital U.S. interests.

    1. @ Estovir: “White privilege is old news. Anti-Semitism is the real deal.”

I think anti-semitism is related to white privilege at least in the US. Hardly any group has done more for blacks than Jewish people and yet blacks in particular seem to resent them most vocally and tend to align with Muslim haters. By contrast Muslims have been particularly harsh to blacks, still are in some parts of the world and blacks embrace them.

      1. yet blacks in particular seem to resent them most vocally and tend to align with Muslim haters.

Richmond is 50% black, so it was surprising to see right after the Hamas massacre of Jews last year, that at a nearby convenience store, owned/run by blacks, that caters to a black, lower-socioeconomic population, has on its outside wall painted with the infamous “from the river to the sea” phrase, complete with imagery. The mural takes up the entire outside wall of their building, while patrons congregate beneath it or near it to gather and talk, smoke, hang out. It isn’t even subtle. Richmond is run by black Democrats so it follows they won’t do anything about it. However, if anti-black graffiti were painted on just one building in Richmond, all of the national MSM key anchors would be reporting live just like they did for Charlottesville, VA. In fact, US Civil War monuments in Richmond were destroyed under the present Richmond Mayor, a black Democrat race baiting dude. But anti-Semitic murals on a building are just dandy. These things do more harm to blacks in general because not all blacks think alike. Some see the egregious hate by these race hustlers and distance themselves from them. There are many honorable blacks, some of whom are neighbors, church friends, university students/faculty, etc. Identity politics is Marxist

        1. Estovir: “These things do more harm to blacks in general because not all blacks think alike. Some see the egregious hate by these race hustlers and distance themselves from them. There are many honorable blacks, some of whom are neighbors, church friends, university students/faculty, etc. Identity politics is Marxist.”

I agree completely. With all of the outrageous black behavior supported by the media and far-left politicians they are smothering the reputations of the many good people in the black community.

It’s dangerous to speak out. Harvard Professor Roland Fryer did a study showing that the narrative that police were slaughtering black people is false. In fact, I think he found that whites were more likely to be shot than blacks. He was pressured not to publish his results and when he did Harvard President, Claudine Gay, sought ways to punish him. He also needed armed security at times. The truth isn’t safe these days. And, by the way, he is black.

          https://freespeechunion.org/harvard-professor-needed-armed-protection-after-publishing-research-that-challenged-woke-orthodoxies/

  5. The racists are the ones perpetuating completely unconstitutional welfare, affirmative action, quotas, forced busing, public housing, social services, WIC, SNAP, TANF, Obamacare, etc., etc., ad infinitum, ad nauseam.

Equity is the absence of bias and favoritism.

    The Constitution guarantees freedom.

The Constitution does not guarantee success, failure, acceptance, or rejection.

The slaves said they wanted freedom.

What they really wanted was “free stuff” and “free status.

What they really wanted was all of your money and all or your country.

Is that too much to ask for the “privileged” and “protected” “colored” class?

    Thou Shalt Not Covet

Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness

Thou Shalt Not Steal (other people’s money)

  6. What was the point of including a quote of legitimate concern on racial disparities in criminal justice alongside this Congresswoman’s off the wall line of questioning?

  7. I am assuming this is satire.

Police absolutely treat a 20 something white male with a long gun at a public function as a very serious threat.

That combination matches probably 80% of all mass shootings.

    Absolutely that is racial profiling.
Absolutely we want and expect the police to do so.

We do not want the TSA strip searching a white grandma in her depends. Not aware of a airline terrorist EVER being a white grandmother.

We expect cops to look for crime where crime is most commonly found, and not where it is not.

I am hard pressed to think of a single instance of an old Black female assassin.

    1. Why was a 20-year-old, Crooks, so confident that would be allowed to enter the PA venue, set up his position, and get his rounds off?

How did he know there would be a blind spot in that “secure” area?

Jack Ruby was provided an open side door into the Dallas Police Station to gain entry and shoot the “patsy,” Oswald.

      1. Given that open carry is legal in Pennsylvania and it’s common seeing Trump supporters exercising their 2nd amendment rights. It doesn’t seem suspicious at first. At a Trump rally it wouldn’t raise alarm. Crook likely took advantage of that to walk freely to his position.

    2. This was rural Pennsylvania. Open carry is legal. A 20 something carrying a long gun wouldn’t be alarming. Nobody really challenged him or approached him. Because as long as he wasn’t acting in an aggressive manner or wielding his weapon in an irresponsible manner most people at Trump rallies wouldn’t be concerned. When you’re among people accustomed to seeing open carrying you don’t question their motives.

    3. @John Say…
You had better define what you mean by mass shootings.

Using the FBI definition… A mass shooting is when you have 4 or more victims.
Here you have 3 wounded including Trump, 1 dead. So 4 victims.

However. most mass shootings involve handguns and not rifles. Most are committed by black men.

That said… if we talk about mass shootings of public events… in recent years… I think it would be white men.. then a trans woman.
      But I could be wrong.

  8. The communist American Deep Deep State “Swamp” Regime will ensconce Willy Brown’s ditzy lover and commence the FOURTH TERM of the wholly ineligible son of a foreign citizen and non-“natural born citizen,” Barack Hussein “Barry ‘I-Have-A-Statue-In-Jakarta’ Soetoro” Obama.

    1. The communist American Deep Deep State “Swamp” Regime hasn’t had a president for the past four years.

The communist American Deep Deep State “Swamp” Regime doesn’t need a president now.

  9. Why the fvck is there a military officer SALUTING VP Kamala Harris at the base of the stairs of AF2?

That is a slap in the face of all who serve or have served.

    1. Sorry, son.

That’s simply the nature of a dastardly surrender and a foreign takeover of America.

      Enjoy!

    2. I dont know, but someone tell her she’s not running for US prosecutor.

Hopefully, Trump’s people will be smart enough to have him shut her up with that. You

  10. I don’t like the way people are, so I am entitled to see them all nuked.

  11. I was surprised to learn this woman claims White Privilege (versus her racist DEI Black Privilege that she shares with Barack’s bud Louis Farrakhan) is still alive.

I thought it died when a Mulatto American, Barry Soetoro, abandoned his life of White Privilege his white Marxist mom and rabidly Marxist white banker grandparents gave him as they funded and pushed him through White Privilege schools. Abandoned so that Barry Soetoro could claim the black Kenyan life he never lived – so he could run for public office as Barack Obama, the po’ black chil’ who grew up in black poverty.

Before Obama popped up on the radar with Marxist promises of Hope And Change, I thought I knew where to find what was left of White Privilege.

I thought White Privilege was buried in the military cemeteries of Europe, the Pacific, Korea, Vietnam, etc.

  12. Racism BS is the only thing these idiots like Crockett have. Privilege is earned not given, work hard, pray hard, obey the laws and you get rewarded. Steal, murder, sell drugs, act like a fool get rewarded! America is done with this BLM rhetoric.

    1. Wait. Did you say obey the law?

Secession was not prohibited and was fully constitutional in 1860.

Everything Lincoln did was illicit and unconstitutional.

Existing immigration law on January 1, 1863, was the Naturalization Act of 1802, which, incidentally was never legally abrogated by legislative action, it being nullified by the liberal application of the illicit and unconstitutional kinetic force of criminal entities.

        1. Absolutely. Secession was not prohibited and was fully constitutional.

The TYRANT, Lincoln, unconstitutionally seized all power and imposed unconstitutional martial law.

Everything Lincoln did subsequent to his unconstitutional denial of secession was invalid, illegitimate, illicit, and unconstitutional, and must have been struck down by the Supreme Court, including the unconstitutional confiscation of legal and deeded private property, the failure to enforce existing immigration law which was the Naturalization Act of 1802, and the “Reconstruction Amendments” engendered by Lincoln’s fellow traveler, Karl Marx.

          To wit,

“They consider…that it fell to the lot of Abraham Lincoln…to lead his country through…THE RECONSTRUCTION OF A SOCIAL WORLD. [B]”

    2. At least we have Jasmine Crockett to pick up where Sheila Jackson Lee left off🤣

Proudly carryin the torch of stupid into the future.

  13. I have never seen a human being of any stripe so publicly scrutinized in this country in my lifetime as Donald Trump. whatever one thinks of him, absurd. It is high time to kill CRT and DEI and get back to being people. So very tired of this sheet, her generation are exhausting, juvenile,, ridiculous, and useless. Enough. We will leave them behind, and she can enjoy the dust she’ll be eating for the rest of her self-made miserable life of grievance. Just, enough. 🙄

    1. If she weren’t serving in Congress, you can bet she’d be driving in the left hand lane at less than the speed limit and refusing to move over.

    2. “It is high time to kill CRT and DEI and get back to being people.”

I have a concern that, like entropy, this is not reversible.

    3. Best of all, we can make up our own rules of grammar and punctuation, then proudly go forth demonstrating to the world that even those dumber than a hunk of driftwood are allowed to post comments online in a celebrity lawyer’s comment section and get multiple upvotes from our fellow elementary school dropouts.

  14. Is Donald Trump the “victim” of a discriminatory media/press? How many of you readers knew about this under-reported tidbit hardly mentioned at all,– just 8 days ago:

“The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign and an affiliated super PAC violated federal election law in spending that totaled close to $6 million.
“The amount in question is more than 45 times the $130,000 a Manhattan court convicted former President Donald Trump of misreporting in business records during the same 2016 campaign.
“…In a separate matter, the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee agreed in 2022 to pay $113,000 to settle an FEC investigation into alleged violations of campaign finance law in relation to funding the infamous Steele dossier during the 2016 race, according to the Associated Press.

    Importantly:
“… on FEC forms, the Clinton campaign classified the spending as legal services…
“That’s interesting, because that’s exactly the violation [Alvin] Bragg said the Trump Organization committed in relation to paying Cohen.”

      1. LOL LOL LOL — Thank you for bringing our attention to our attention. Well said, Captain Well Said.

    1. Lin, I thought Clinton’s conviction on FEC violations for the 2016 election were old news as I thought they were adjudicated several years after the election, while the Clinton/campaign’s claims that Trump had violated election law were tossed out. But I see this is an appeals court, presumably an appeal to the amount of the fine? My memory is that Clinton and her campaign agreed to accept the fine to eliminate the threat of criminal prosecution.

Other Soviet Democrat notables who were not indicted as Trump was but merely fined were Barack Obama in a previous presidential election, Clinton’s lawyer Marc Elias of “Russia Dossier” fame was fined but not disbarred nor indicted for fraudulent financial statements to disguise the $6 MILLION they illegally paid to the foreign agents from Russia and Britain to write the “Russia Dossier”.

I think the record fine for criminal offences relating to FEC election laws is Mark Zuckerberg, fined for putting $420 MILLION Zuckerbucks into selected districts that voted reliably pro Soviet Democrat.

Zuckerburg was fined over $25 MILLION for buying votes for Biden – but he wasn’t charged by Alvin Bragg as Trump was.

“Facebook Hit with $25 Million in Fines for Breaking Election Law”

      1. The places that
Zuckerberg money went are precisely the locations that flipped the 2020 election.

Zuckerberg pumped a fortune into specific public election offices, in effect took them over and then made public information on who had and had not voted in real time. Given that these were all placed that voted 90% Democrat this was essentially a bribe to local election offices to provide Democrats real time data for GOTV efforts – but ONLY in about a dozen democrats cities.

This was critical to the ballot hardvesting efforts.

      2. No, you are wrong. It is not about any fines, it is about campaign characterization of itemized expenditures. Read the DC appellate court decision.

    2. “the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign and an affiliated super PAC violated federal election law in spending that totaled close to $6 million…The amount in question is more than 45 times the $130,000 a Manhattan court convicted former President Donald Trump of misreporting in business records during the same 2016 campaign”

So, when can we look forward to NYS Judge Jose Jimenez presiding over a trial where she is charged with 1,530 (if I multiplied correctly in my head) felony counts. Oh, wait she’s a Democrat. NM…

      1. What exactly did she violate? Was it intentional?

Trump was found guilty of intentional and willful falsification of business records by a jury.

    3. Hillary was the Senator from New York.
The Clinton’s have a home in New York

Why isn’t Alvin Bragg prosecuting ?
Seems like an open and shut case ?

      1. John Say posted

Why isn’t Alvin Bragg prosecuting ?
Seems like an open and shut case ?

In 2015, prior to Clinton/Obama/Marc Elias/the DNC illegally hiring and paying one of Putin’s FSB apparatchuks working for the Brookings Institute (while being investigated by the FBI for expionage), whistleblowers bought wannabe president Clinton’s tax returns to the attention of both the news media and the IRS. Bill and Hillary were creatively reporting money they received from foreign governments and money they used on themselves and for non-charity purposes.

I don’t know what Alvin Bragg was doing nine years ago, but Obama’s federal political prosecutor Jack Smith didn’t prosecute her. Nor did any New York state prosecutor.

Clinton and her wife Bill were allowed to refile at least FIVE YEARS of fraudulent tax returns and just pay the income tax owed:

Bill and Hillary Clinton’s charities are refiling at least five annual tax returns after whistleblowers led to reviews which found errors in how they reported donations from governments, and said they may audit other Clinton Foundation returns in case of other errors.

The foundation and its list of donors have been under intense scrutiny in recent weeks. Republican critics say the foundation makes Clinton, who is seeking the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016, vulnerable to undue influence. Her campaign team calls these claims “absurd conspiracy theories”.

The charities’ errors generally take the form of under-reporting or over-reporting, by millions of dollars, donations from foreign governments, or in other instances omitting to break out government donations entirely when reporting revenue, the charities confirmed to Reuters.

For three years in a row beginning in 2010, the Clinton Foundation reported to the IRS that it received zero in funds from foreign and US governments, a dramatic fall-off from the tens of millions of dollars in foreign government contributions reported in preceding years.

Those entries were errors, according to the foundation: several foreign governments continued to give tens of millions of dollars towards the foundation’s work on climate change and economic development through this three-year period.

Separately, the Clinton Health Access Initiative (Chai), the foundation’s flagship programme, is refiling its form 990s for at least two years, 2012 and 2013, a Chai spokeswoman, Maura Daley, said, describing the incorrect government grant break-outs for those two years as typographical errors.

Chai, began filing separate tax returns in 2010, and has previously refiled at least once both its 2010 and 2011 form 990s. For both those years, Chai said its initial filings had over-reported government grants by more than $100m.

Some experts in charity law and taxes said it was not remarkable for a charity to refile an erroneous return once in a while, but for a large, global charity to refile three or four years in a row was highly unusual.

“I’ve never seen amendment activity like that,” said Bruce Hopkins, a Kansas City lawyer who has specialised in charity law for more than four decades, referring to the Chai filings.

Clinton stepped down from the foundation’s board of directors this month but her husband, Bill Clinton, and their daughter, Chelsea Clinton, remain directors.

      2. Because it’s a federal statute that is at issue. Not a state statute.

        1. doesn’t the state have parallel tax provisions? Clintons’ state taxes were premised on their federal filing.

    4. It seems this is a bad attempt at making an apples to apples comparison when in fact it’s more like an apples to coconuts comparison.

Did the alleged FEC violation occur exclusively in NY? Is it subject to NY law. Since it involves the FEC. It seems it’s a federal case, not a NY state case. They were operating under federal law. Why would NY law apply?

  15. Breaking.

Secret Service Director Cheatle has resigned.

*The buck stopped her and it resigned too.

  16. Interesting perspective. I would not have thought of it, could be true.

  17. This is Congress? Squabble over lightness or darkness of skin color and the supposed inequities of light or dark. The Congresswomen has achieved far in excess of most any light citizen could attain. A wise old man I worked for right out of the military said: “You can carry that chip around as long as you like but you must remember you may not fit through many doors”.

Being light I question, could a friendship or working relationship develop with a dark person who carries the chip of Racism towards light persons? Would I care to reach a hand across the table to someone who walks around with a chip yelling racist?

Now back to Congress and it’s squabbling over an inordinate amount of nonsense, all the while we have a RUNAWAY DEBT FUNDER BUDGET. How long can this blinded need to fund non-essential departments, projects or excess administrators go on before America collapses into runaway inflation? Current public held debt is $24.5 Trillion with a 2023 GDP of $27.4 Trillion. With this type of balance sheet, you would never get a loan at a bank, especially considering the off-balance debt adds another $7.6 Trillion bring the total us debt to +/- $35 Trillion.

    1. George, You mention the public debt and I agree but on the GDP? Is that what is the totalof our economy for a year? If so how much is produces and imported to this country?
