McCaskill: Trump is Trying to “Disappear” People Like “his Buddy Putin”

MSNBC analyst and former Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill has long been criticized for unhinged rhetoric. That was evident on “Morning Joe” recently when McCaskill said that the deportation of alleged Venezuelan gang members was akin to Putin “disappearing” people. It is not the first such analogy by McCaskill, who has called those opposing the censorship under the Biden Administration “Putin lovers.” However, just for the record, Putin does not generally disappear people by putting them on flights back to their countries. He tends more toward nerve agents than immigration agents to remove people.

McCaskill’s comments have been echoed by others on the left, even before the election. On ABC’s “The View,” Whoopi Goldberg told viewers how Trump is already committed to being a dictator who will “put you people away … take all the journalists … take all the gay folks … move you all around and disappear you.”

I have expressed concerns over the alleged failure to comply with the order of U.S. District Judge James “Jeb” Boasberg in his order to stop such flights and return those in transit. To the extent that the White House is arguing that this is a non-justiciable matter, that is an argument to raise on appeal. I have criticized some judges for intrusion into areas of presidential discretion. However, the Trump Administration would only undermine such cases by defying court orders.

Trump struck the perfect tone after coming into office by pledging to comply with opposing court orders while appealing them. That is what he did in his first term with considerable success.

Nevertheless, the analogy of McCaskill is the latest example of the rising hysteria on the left. She stated on MSNBC:

“We’ve got to make sure that people cannot be picked up and disappeared like his buddy Putin does. Like his buddy. He does like his buddy Xi does, like his biddy Kim Jong Un does. They do this? They disappear people and many times murder them. So we’re not going to go down that road. I don’t care how much the president screams irresponsibly about impeachment, there’s no way.”

McCaskill tends to paint those with opposing views as Nazis or Putin sympathizers. After one hearing (where I also testified against the censorship system under the Biden Administration), McCaskill appeared on MSNBC to denounce the witnesses (Sen. Chuck Grassley, Sen. Ron Johnson, and former Rep. Gabbard) as “Putin apologists” and Putin lovers. She exclaimed, “I mean, look at this, I mean, all three of those politicians are Putin apologists. I mean, Tulsi Gabbard loves Putin.”

She has also said that Trump is “more dangerous than Hitler” — a person who committed the genocide of millions and triggered a war killing tens of millions. Yeah, that Hitler.

The problem with the escalating rhetoric is that there is nowhere to go from here. You jumped the shark. What is left after saying that Trump is more dangerous than Hitler and is disappearing people like Putin? That leaves only Ebola and cholera.

There is a danger to such “rage rhetoric” when it gives a license to others to take violent action, including attempting to assassinate a justice or a president. Indeed, once the left hit the maximal level of panic politics, you cannot ratchet down without being yourself subject to attack from the mob. You have to keep the rhetoric at a DEFCON 1 level.

There is another possibility worth considering. Every administration has come into power with sweeping changes. They are hashed out in the courts. If history is any guide, it is likely that Trump will win many but also lose some of these cases. That includes challenges to the authority of courts.

You can criticize these moves without reaching for the Hitler and Putin analogies. We have the most stable, most successful constitutional system in the history of the world. This is no constitutional crisis. We have this. Our constitution and courts will resolve any conflicts and we will continue as a free people. The only thing likely to “disappear” are the ratings and viewers of networks who traffic in rage rhetoric and panic politics.

  1. Roberts comes off his chair whenever anyone talks of impeaching a federal judge. I wouldn’t read too much into that, in terms of how he is likely to vote when a case is brought to him on the merits. Plus even if he goes the wrong way, he’s outnumbered by five others as we saw in Dobbs. The survival of Western Civilization now depends on one woman – Amy Coney Barrett.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. But I could be persuaded otherwise by probative evidence.

    1. “Roberts comes off his chair whenever anyone talks of impeaching a federal judge.”

      With the exception of AOC.

      https://ocasio-cortez.house.gov/media/press-releases/ocasio-cortez-introduces-articles-impeachment-against-justice-thomas-and

Has Roberts came off his chair to condemn her talk at impeaching not one but two of his fellow Supreme Court Justices? I tried to look for such an article of condemnation from him, but couldn’t find one.

      1. If he didn’t he should have. Maybe he figured she is such a deranged little pipsqueak that few people of any consequence listen to her anyway.

  2. Liberals have obviously forgotten the story about “The Boy Who Called Wolf!” Liberals have been calling conservatives Nazi’s since ar least the 1970s. Eventually no one will listen to them, which is happening now.

  3. What Trump supporters believe and expect

With Donald Trump’s decisive victory in the Nov. 5 presidential election, he is poised to make sweeping policy changes at home and abroad. What do the voters in Trump’s coalition want? How do they view the country and its challenges? Here’s what we know from Pew Research Center’s preelection surveys over the past year.

1-) The economy and immigration were top issues for Trump supporters. Just as it was in 2020, the economy was the most important issue for Trump voters this year. In a September survey, Among Trump supporters, the economy (93%), immigration (82%) and violent crime (76%) are the leading issues.

    * 93% said the economy it was very important to their vote. For Harris supporters, large majorities also cite the economy (68%)

    * Immigration ranked second, as 82% said it was very important to their vote. This was a substantial increase from 2020, when 61% of Trump supporters rated it as very important to them. And 70% All voters too.

    * 83% viewed the criminal justice system as not tough enough on criminals.  And 61% all voters too. Trump holds a slight edge over Harris for handling law enforcement and criminal justice issues (51% Trump, 47% Harris). While Trump’s advantage over Harris on immigration policy is less pronounced than it was over Biden, he continues to hold a 7-point edge. Voters are as confident in his ability to make wise decisions about immigration policy as they were in July (52%).

2-) Trump supporters felt they understood his policy positions ahead of the election. Trump supporters saw Harris’ positions on several issues, including immigration and the economy, as less clear than Trump’s.

    * (94%) said he had clearly explained his policies for addressing illegal immigration.
    * Large majorities said the same about his policies on the economy and foreign policy.

3-) Top voting issues: 2020 versus 2024 Immigration ranked

About six-in-ten voters (61%) today say immigration is very important to their vote – a 9 percentage point increase from the 2020 presidential election and 13 points higher than during the 2022 congressional elections.

Immigration is now a much more important issue for Republican voters in particular: 82% of Trump supporters say it is very important to their vote in the 2024 election, up 21 points from 2020.

About four-in-ten Harris supporters (39%) say immigration is very important to their vote. This is 8 points higher than the share of Democratic congressional supporters who said this in 2022.

    Young Voters Shifted Toward Trump

However, 40% of youth chose the economy and jobs as their top priority—by far the highest of any issue, and those youth voted for Trump by a more than 22-point margin. Immigration was the third most-chosen top issue among youth, and the young people who chose it voted for Trump by a nearly 70-point margin.

    CONCLUSIONS

1- Trump is consequently fulfilling the wishes of 80% of his voters and a vast majority of the 60% of Americans in general.

2-And since the American criminal justice system is not tough enough on criminals, we thank President Nayib Bukele and his exemplary Salvadoran Justice System for helping us, “while the ax comes and goes” (Mientras el hacha va y viene) as the saying goes in Spanish.

3- WE DON’T GIVE A DAMN what she says!!!!

    1. Trump claimed that he would “immediately” bring down the cost of groceries and THAT’s why substantial numbers of people who otherwise would not have, did vote for Trump. From “CNN” 11/14/2024:

“Americans are shelling out 22% more for groceries compared to when President Joe Biden took office in January 2021, according to October Consumer Price Index inflation data. While wages finally began to outpace the rate at which food prices were rising last year and have continued to, Americans have, understandably, been enraged at how much it’s costing them to feed themselves.

Voters took those feelings with them to the ballot box, where they delivered President-elect Donald Trump an overwhelming victory.

A stunning 96% of voters said “high prices for gas, groceries and other goods” factored in to how they cast their ballots, according to AP VoteCast, a survey of more than 120,000 registered voters conducted from October 30 to November 5. Among the 40% of people who named that issue the single-most important factor driving their decision, nearly two-thirds voted for President-elect Donald Trump.

The bout in food inflation over the last few years stems from many sources, including the pandemic; the war in Ukraine, which propped up wheat prices, a key input for many foods; as well as energy prices, which had made it more costly to transport food. With some of these pressure points softening, food prices have cooled to rates comparable to before the pandemic.”

TRUMP LIED about the ability to bring down groceries–and more Americans disapprove of him than approve of him. From “NBC” 3/19/2025: “The national NBC News poll shows Trump’s approval rating at 47% with more registered voters seeing the US as heading in the right direction than at any point since early 2004. Albeit, the majority of Americans still say the country is on the wrong track and he holds a higher rate of 51% that disapprove of his performance as president right now, according to the report.”

TRUMP STOLE POWER ONCE AGAIN BY CHEATING–AND AMERICANS REGRET VOTING FOR HIM. So, no, Trump is NOT “fulfilling the wishes of 80% of voters”–and you MAGA morons do NOT speak for “we” or “us”–meaning most Americans.

      1. Please get help. You are getting more and more delusional. I am scared for you.

  4. The reemergence of the Deep Deep State “Swamp” after a massive landslide victory by President Donald J. Trump and the Conservative Republicans, including an insurmountable mandate.

A “revolt by republicans” agaisnt the vote and the WILL of the People.

    Something’s got to give.

  5. Deporting illegal immigrant members of a cartel, who would have been denied a visa if they’d even applied, is like Putin?

This is yet another 80/20 issue for which Democrats chose the wrong side. The overwhelming majority of Americans support deporting criminal illegal aliens.

In a similar vein, Mahmoud Khalil has lost his visa because he violated the terms of his visa agreement. Supporting or espousing terrorism is grounds for deportation. Khalil was handing out flyers obtained from terrorist organization Hamas, promoting the Al Aqsa Flood, which is the code name for the October 7 terrorist, mass murder, and gang rape attack on Israelis. He also promoted the destruction of Israel, broke US laws by obstructing students from attending class, harassed Jewish students, and espoused terrorism and murder of Jews both here and in Israel. If he’d been honest about what he was going to do here on his Visa application, then that Visa would have been denied. That is now being rectified with the process of removal.

    https://www.uscis.gov/laws-and-policy/other-resources/terrorism-related-inadmissibility-grounds-trig

    1. Karen S: why do you do this? Where is the proof that those deported are “illegal immigrant members of a cartel”? The government did NOT prove this. Again, you go after Democrats, and cite NO authority for the conclusions you got from MAGA media. And, espousing support for Palestine is not “espousing terrorism”. Where is your proof of what you claim are facts? Why don’t you start your usual BS with: “I heard on News Max” or whatever other MAGA media you rely on? Excerpted from “Wikipedia”:

“Khalil was targeted by an online campaign to have him deported.[30] Far-right Jewish group Betar US posted on Twitter in January 2025 that it had given his information to “multiple contacts” and that ICE was “aware of his home address and whereabouts”.[31] Canary Mission, a pro-Israel doxing website, also compiled a webpage about him.[22] According to an email Khalil sent Columbia president Katrina Armstrong on March 7, the campaign was being led by Columbia affiliates Shai Davidai and David Lederer, who had labeled him a “security threat” and called for his deportation.[31] The New York Times said that Davidai “called on Marco Rubio to deport Mr. Khalil.”[30] Khalil urged Armstrong and Columbia to “intervene and provide the necessary protections to prevent further harm” and asked for legal support for himself and other international students threatened with deportation.[31] After Khalil attended a protest at Barnard College in early March 2025, Ross Glick, a pro-Israel activist, met with aides to United States Senator John Fetterman and Ted Cruz to discuss Khalil.[32] According to Glick, the aides promised that their respective senators would “escalate” attention to Khalil.[32]

According to Khalil’s wife, he was subject to an “intense” campaign in the week before his arrest, when false claims were spread about him.[33] The day before his detention, Khalil privately reported to Columbia officials incendiary statements that had inspired hateful responses and calls for his deportation, saying, “I haven’t been able to sleep, fearing that ICE or a dangerous individual might come to my home.”[31] Zeteo reported that those included a “threatening post by the pro-Israel organization Betar in January”, in which the group claimed “that he said ‘Zionists don’t deserve to live’—a statement Khalil ‘unequivocally’ denied making”.[31] The quote came from a different student, who was expelled.[22]

      Trump administration actions
While campaigning for a second term as U.S. president, Trump consistently vowed to cancel the visas of international students who take part in pro-Palestinian protests. At a rally on October 16, 2023, he said, “Under the Trump administration, we will revoke the student visas of radical, anti-American and antisemitic foreigners at our colleges and universities, and we will send them straight back home.”[34] After taking office, Trump signed executive order 14188 on January 29, 2025.[35] Among other things, this executive order singles out institutions of higher education and calls for the deportation of students with visas who have broken laws during any anti-Israeli protest since the October 7 attacks.[36][35]

Khalil’s arrest occurred during a period of heightened federal scrutiny of Columbia University. The day before the arrest, the Trump administration canceled approximately $400 million in federal grants and contracts to Columbia, citing an alleged failure to protect Jewish students from antisemitic harassment on campus.[20] Columbia said it was reviewing the government’s actions and remained committed to combating antisemitism while ensuring its community’s safety and well-being.[37][38] The administration subsequently wrote to 60 other universities “under investigation for Title VI violations relating to antisemitic harassment and discrimination” to warn them of potential penalties.[39][40] In a social media post on March 4, 2025, Trump said federal funding would stop for any school “that allows illegal protests”, that “agitators” would be imprisoned or deported, and that American students would be expelled or arrested.[41] The U.S. State Department said it would use AI to review thousands of student visa holders’ social media accounts as well as news reports of demonstrations to identify foreign nationals allegedly engaging in antisemitism as part of new “catch and revoke” policy.[42]

      Arrest and detention
At around 8:30 pm on March 8, multiple[43] ICE officers took Khalil from the lobby of his apartment building in Columbia University housing.[44] Khalil’s wife, Noor Abdalla, said that when she and Khalil were returning home from an Iftar dinner, an ICE officer followed them into their building. The agent asked Khalil to confirm his identity, which he did. The officer told Khalil to give his wife the keys to their apartment so that she could go upstairs. When she refused to leave, the officer said, “I will arrest you, too.”[19] Abdalla retrieved Khalil’s immigration paperwork from their apartment and gave it to an agent. She says the agent told someone on the phone, “This guy has a green card”; the person on the other end said to “bring him anyway”.[22]”

The First Amendment protects Khalil’s right to protest what Israel is doing to the Palestinian people. And, don’t forget, your hero is in favor of the slaughter of the Palestinian people because he wants to turn Gaza into the “Riviera of the Middle East”.

  6. “IN CASE OF REBELLION THE PUBLIC SAFETY MAY REQUIRE IT”

“We are on the precipice of a constitutional crisis.”

    – Dennis McIntyre
    _____________________

The Constitution vests all executive power “in a President.”

All hail the Juristocracy that believes that it holds all power to legislate, execute, and adjudicate all acts of this three-branch experiment in self-governance.

This putsch by the judicial branch and sinister forces, aka the Deep Deep State “Swamp,” is the catalyst.

Congress may suspend habeas corpus “in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.”
    __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

    Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

  7. Jonathan: We are on the precipice of a constitutional crisis. We may be in one already because DJT’s DOJ is refusing to comply with the orders of Chief Judge Boasberg. He ordered DOJ lawyers to provide a timeline of when the planes carrying the Venezuelan immigrants left the US, when they landed in El Salvador and the identities on those on board the 3 planes. In a hearing the DOJ lawyers refused the order claiming authority under the “state secrets” doctrine. Boasberg told the DOJ lawyers he would hold a hearing to consider that defense. It’s likely the “state secrets” doctrine is not a defense to a court order when it involves when planes take off and land. That information is not exactly a well guarded “state secret”. In fact, major news outlets have already published the path of the 3 chartered planes.

The DOJ lawyers then bizarrely said in a court filing: “The two branches of government [executive and judicial] are co-equal. And the court’s continued intrusion into the prerogatives of the Executive branch, especially on a non-legal and factually irrelevant matter, should end”. See a problem here? It is not up to DOJ lawyers to tell a federal judge what is relevant to a judge’s factual determinations. That responsibility rests solely with a judge.

And it became more bizarre when AG Pam Bondi appeared on Fox News, the state propaganda machine for the DJT regime, and was asked whether her lawyers will provide the information in Boasberg’s order. She declared ” Our lawyers are working on this and we will answer appropriately. What I will tell you is that this judge has no right to ask those questions…You have one unelected federal judge trying to control foreign policy…the judge has no power to do what he did…”

Bondi is wrong on all counts. Federal judges are appointed, not elected, by the president. But every federal judge has the power to rule on “foreign policy” issues when a president violates the law. It’s called “separation of powers”. Bondi knows the law. She knows that federal judges can demand information from the government. But she has chosen to ignore the law to serve the interests of one person–DJT. Under Bondi the DOJ is no longer independent but a willing arm of the DJT regime.

If Bondi and her lawyers continue to defy Judge Boasberg’s orders he has a remedy. He can hold the DOJ lawyers in civil or criminal contempt. That has been the law for decades and decades. In a 1975 case the SC ruled: “Persons who make determinations of the law and refuse to obey an order generally risk criminal contempt even if the order is ultimately ruled incorrect”. Bondi understands this and I suspect she will tell her lawyers to fully comply with Judge Boasberg’s order–notwithstanding her bluster on Fox News. But, hey, I’ve been wrong before. Maybe Bondi doesn’t want to get on her boss’s bad side and she will do DJT’s bidding. In which case we will then be in a full blown constitutional crisis.

    1. @Dennis

You have a loooot of time on your hands every day, Dennis. Are you independently wealthy? A trust funder? Just old and crusty and collecting an excellent pension? How do you do it when the rest of us work every day, literally EVERY DAY, hm?

  8. “McCaskill: Trump is Trying to ‘Disappear’ People Like ‘his Buddy Putin’”

    – Professor Turley
    _____________________

    McCasskill insults “people.”

Referring to Tren de Aragua gang members as people is like saying the murdering butchers and vermin of Hamas are people.

    We’ll put McCaskill down as pro-savage, pro-dictatorship, pro-mayhem, pro-rape, pro-murder, pro-Venezuelan, pro-communist, anti-human, and anti-American.

  9. No, Turley, your opinion is based on your belief in judicial supremacy, and is accordingly wrong. The government is of three “separate but equal” branchs, with no proviso that the Supreme Court gets to tell the other branches what to do, much less the lesser courts. The Supreme Court has no enforcement arm, and as such it is powerless. If Congress passes an unconstitutional law, the SCOTUS cannot order congress to retract it; its only power comes when and if the results of that law find their way into a courtroom. Similarly, the President is not required to jump and dance at the Supreme Court’s bidding, much less the whims of inferior court judges. Neither does the SCOTUS have the power to tell others not to obey his commands. They only have power if and when the issue comes before the court, for example, if a President has someone arrested who refused to follow his orders. Nothing in the Constitution empowers a District Court Judge to overrule the President or veto his orders. The President, in fact, has every right to interpret the Constitution without the assistance of an inferior judge. Every day the Chief Justice waits before bringing the lesser courts under some kind of control will only expose more and more the fact that the SCOTUS is a toothless entity. The Chief Justice should limit himself to disciplining the District Court Judge, not the President of the United States.

  10. Turley has to dig deep to ignore the REAL stories and find something, anything, to criticize Democrats for. That dumb stripper-haired loser of an AG actually said that Judge Boasberg “had no right” to ask questions about when the illegal charter flights departed and when they landed. So long as the flights had not landed, they remained under US control and it makes no difference what “air space” they were in. Stupid bottle blondie wasn’t answering the Judge’s questions because she KNOWS that his order was violated and that she is in contempt of court for deliberately defying the judge’s order. I hope that, eventually, Bondi will be disbarred, and she SHOULD be–deliberate contempt of Court and unhinged attacks on a sitting judge are disqualifying. The remedy for a court ruling with which you disagree is appeal. And, at minimum, the American people have the right to expect that the Attorney General will comply with the Rules of Professional Conduct and abide by Court Orders. Blondie refuses to do either. Maybe she doesn’t realize that even though Teflon Don Trump gets away with lying, committing crimes and refusing to abide by Court Orders–that does not extend to her. Disbarment proceedings should be initiated immediately.

Then, there’s the other dumb bottle blondie loser of a “press secretary” who lied about Judge Boasberg being a Democrat and that his order was politically motivated–he was elevated to the bench by Bush initially. Obama elevated him to the federal bench. Judge Boasberg’s nomination as a federal judge passed Congress by a 96-0 vote–such support does not get more bipartisan than that. How many gaffes do we need until she goes the way of Sean Spicer? We no longer have “press conferences”–just Trump propaganda sessions. She cannot and will not answer questions honestly and just repeats Trump’s lies.

But, the overarching issue here is the utter contempt for the law pushed by the orange idiot and his army of equally-stupid minions who are there BECAUSE they are stupid, won’t abide by their oath to the Constitution and will do what the orange idiot tells them to do. No former US President EVER preached disrespect for sitting judges. And, we have MAGA media defending the idiot, echoing the disrespect for the bench, trying to justify it, spreading conspiracy theories and lies — so, Turley goes after Claire McCaskill? She’s NOT wrong–Trump did make those Venezuelans disappear without due process and he DOES admire Putin who also makes people disappear. Those Venezuelans have not been convicted of anything–so all the MAGA media pundits who say they are criminals are lying. Where’s the proof? They had the right to due process–which was denied and they were whisked away to the worst prison on earth in violation of a Court Order that is being flaunted. Not only that, but the orange pig paid El Salvador $6 million of our tax money to put them in the worst prison on earth, and paid for private charter flights–why? It all fits in the pattern of his serious mental illness–malignant narcissism. He thrives on pushing around people he perceives to be weaker than he is–like migrants and federal employees. He also gets off on playing games with tariffs and aid to Ukraine–all for the sake of that ego.

    1. Giggles, did you lose a boyfriend or husband to a “stripper-haired loser” “bottle blondie” Pam Bondi

You sure seem to be hung up over our fairer friends. Unusually so.

      1. Bondi and Leavitt are not “fairer”–anyone with a couple of bucks can purchase hair bleach. The dollar store even sells it. The point is that they choose that fake look associated with cheapness, like strippers and porn actresses. Natural blondes do not have that fake brassy-ness to their hair–and oftentimes, the fake blonde hair brings out the sallow tones in their complexion and emphasizes the darkness of their eyes and the un-naturalness of their appearance–that’s true of Bondi, who isn’t even pretty. It’s true of Marjorie Taylor Greene who also isn’t even pretty. They do it because some males (like Trump) are attracted to fake blonde hair–not because it enhances their looks. According to Dr. Joyce Brothers, the attraction to blondness is associated with latent pedophilia–very young children are frequently naturally blonde–and THAT is the attraction–not improved looks. And, there’s nothing about light colored hair, especially when it is fake, that is automatically attractive, especially when there’s a landing strip of dark roots that looks like a bird took a dump on their head. Some of the world’s most beautiful women were dark haired–like Elizabeth Taylor, Hedy Lamarr and Gene Tierney. It’s all part of the package–Bondi is a phony and a lousy attorney. Leavitt is a liar and is incompetent.

        1. GooGoo
          ROTFLMAF
Let’s see….Melania Trump vs Big Mike Obama or Dr. Jill Biden. How about Karoline Leavitt vs Karine Jean-Pierre, is that her real blonde hair, oops wrong team. Oh wait…how about Pam Bondi vs Wasserman Schwartz… you could fry chicken in her hair, what a looker. Go away

        2. I thought feminists (and I count myself in that group) were above such corrosive jealousy. Bottle blonde? Stripper-haired? I am embarrassed for you.

          1. –As am I. Noticed that “Gigi” likes to berate people with insults regarding their looks “fat pig” “bottle blonde.” etc.
“Gigi’s got some real self-image problems which also undermine her claim that she is a lawyer. but works in nursing?
Poor thing, probably experienced alot of rejection, personally and professionally.

        3. Gigi – may I ask why you engage in such severe misogyny against Bondi and Leavitt?

          1. She doesn’t hold a candle to Sqeeky in that category. Her comments don’t even get pulled.

    2. @Gigi

I honestly don’t know why you even bother anymore. There must be something better for you to do. Feed a bird. Have a coffee. Whatever. Nothing is wrong in your life, and that is 200% guaranteed.

    3. Gigi – can you explain why you use misogynistic slurs like “dumb, stripper-haired loser” against AG Bondi?

  11. The current legal dilemma was foretold years ago when legal interpretations took on politics of identity and subsequently protection of the bureaucracy. One of the most recent examples where a nominee for the Supreme Court would not say what a Woman was, and now the Courts want to stymie the simplest of common sense, eliminating fraud in government.
Bertrand Russell: “The infliction of cruelty with a good conscience is a delight to moralists. That is why they invented Hell.”

  12. In other good deportation news, the brothers and roommate of the Laken Riley killer are being deported after pleading guilty of possession of fake green cards. They also had in their possession counterfeit Social Security cards.
    https://www.theepochtimes.com/us/three-venezuelan-nationals-linked-to-laken-rileys-killer-to-be-deported-5828359?utm_source=partner&utm_campaign=ZeroHedge
Once Trump and ICE locate and deport the violent, criminal illegals, they should target those in possession of fake green cards or SS cards.

    1. Upstate Farmer – The police probably grew suspicious of the brothers and roommate when the Social Security administration said that they were 200 years old but the police thought they did not look a day over 40. Hmmm.

    2. @Upstate

And it is absolutely, 100%, among other things that are also being fulfilled, precisely what I voted for. All of us in the ‘plurality’ (suck it, Wally) did. These organizations didn’t just destroy my home town, they destroyed m home STATE, and it is far past time we deal with it. I have said for many, many years – treat the cartels like a military threat, because they have become one, and they are far too used to getting their way.

We are waaaay past the movies showing South American plane hijackings as the issue (some may not recall those days). I am not sorry about *any* of this. Get these ****ers out, and destroy their home bases, like an ant hill or a beehive. It’s the only way it will stop, and Mexico and South America have been all too happy to comply for nigh on decades at this point, as have coyotes and runners in this country. This is not new, just exponentially worsened under a dem congress and then a Biden presidency, and that’s without even throwing in the Soros interference in local elections of DAs etc.

There is no terminal force terminal enough to deal with this pox upon humanity. I have exactly zero sympathy for these people. None.

Biden was Al Capone, and that is all there is to it. That his dem handlers thought that was perfectly fine – all you need to know. That is how willing they are to sell us all out for their own self-preservation.

      1. PS – it is legitimately sad to me that so many JFK dems that fought in or protested the Vietnam war are suddenly in favor of the thing they protested and fought against, nay, even lost their lives for. The modern left, which is a global mistake at this point, working in perfect tandem just like their fascist forebears, is absolutely Robespierre 2.0, and I pray we don’t have to get the guillotines out again, metaphorical or otherwise. Let’s not do this again, at least here. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Call a clown a clown, and let’s move on before things get really stupid.

  13. Jonathan: When DJT illegally used the Alien Enemies Act to round up Venezuelan immigrants

Jonathan, do you get tired of Dennis McIntyre pretending to be your friend on a first name basis and then blatantly lying to you every day through that extra fecal hole he has in the middle of his face? Has he ever defended his lies since his last attempt with his famous failure of “Using an AR-15 round to hunt with would totally destroy the deer” several years ago?

    Ludecke v. Watkins, 335 U.S. 160 (1948)
    https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/335/160/

Nothing, except push back by federal judges like Chief Judge Boasberg!

BTW Jonathan, isn’t Chief Judge Boasberg, your fellow Democrat member of the Washington DC Bar Association the same judge who allowed those other Democrat members of your bar association to repeatedly perjure themselves to himself and his court in the illegal “Trump-Russia Dossier” FISA warrants scam. Didn’t drag a single one of those Democrat felons back into his courtroom to sentence them for their perjury and contempt of court!

Same Judge Boasberg who allowed that OTHER Democrat member of your bar association, Kevin Klinesmith, off with a slap on the wrist after he forged documents that criminalized a patriotic American veteran, Carter Page?

Jonathan: you and your Washington DC Bar Association have much greater problems within the ranks of your Bar Association than being lied to daily by Dennis McIntyre. Or writing click bait articles about Claire McCaskill, another fellow Democrat lawyer also working as a political commentator.

  14. Sending violent gang members back to the home county is not ‘disappearing’ people. It’s the US has done before Trump made his first cameo in 1989’s “Ghosts Can’t Do It,” a horrible Bo Derek movie.

  15. It’s ironic that Democrats denounce Trump’s executive orders by comparing him to Hitler, Putin or other dictators. Isn’t a more appropriate person for purposes of comparison Franklin Roosevelt? But of course, they all (including the “Presidential historians”) adore FDR.

  16. Chuck Schumer went on the view recently to basically say ever tax dollar is sacred and nobody could possibly have any legitimate objection to the way such dollars are spent. He even mocked people who have such objections. He, like most of the Dem party it seems, is pushing back against DOGE finding and eliminating waste, fraud, and corruption.

So . . . let’s examine that theory with an example: federal spending on an agency called the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), which . . .

. . . occupied a nine-story office tower on D.C.’s K Street for only 60 employees, many of whom actually worked from home, prior to the pandemic. Its managers had luxury suites with full bathrooms; one manager would often be “in the shower” when she was needed, while another used her bathroom as a cigarette lounge. FMCS recorded its director as being on a years-long business trip to D.C. so he could have all of his meals and living expenses covered by taxpayers, simply for showing up to the office.

There’s more, which you can read it at the link below. These people are grifters, living high on the hog off of productive people’s tax dollars. So Chuckie Schumer can GFH.

  17. Dennis McIntyre you know perfectly well that the men that were on the plane to Venezuela were notorious gang members. They have a special tattoo that is a tear drop beneath their eye for each person they’ve murdered. Now we have you standing up for them. With you it’s okay as long as they’re not one of your family members. You sir are a man whose chest beats with a heart of granite. Doesn’t the bile in your throat bother you.

    1. “Dennis McIntyre you know perfectly well that the men that were on the plane to Venezuela were notorious gang members.”

Nobody knows for sure and that is the problem. The DOJ is already lying to a judge. Why would their claims be taken at face value?

“They have a special tattoo that is a tear drop beneath their eye for each person they’ve murdered.”

That doesn’t tell us anything. There are plenty of prisoners here witht that same tattoo and are not affiliated with Tren de Aragua.

What is at stake is the Trump adminstration not following the law. Due process doesn’t stop just because you have a certain type of tattoo. The Constitution’s protections don’t end when ink is imprinted onto your skin.

  18. Nerve agents cause people to disappear into the next world. Let’s not give the Musk/Trump administration ideas.

BTW, as a noted lefty has observed, it’s time to stop imbuing overgrown dangerous toddler Elon Musk with a “supernatural aura”.

    1. Interesting, so with that comment, what you are illustrating is that the Left is not at all concerned about climate change, nor do they really support immigrants. With their attacks on an American company started by the most productive and successful immigrant in American history – a company that has done more for EVs and the climate than any other car company in the world – they show that all of that posturing was insincere. Their true, bottom line, motivation is hate and destruction.

      1. Democrats love black people, unless they are conservative. Then they hurl racist slurs at them. They fight for women, unless they are either conservatives, or athletes who don’t think it’s fair to have to get undressed in front of biological males or compete against them in women’s sports. Then they hurl misogynistic slurs at them. They love immigrants, as long as they are illegal, and especially if they are criminals or cartel members. They target a wildly successful, philanthropic immigrant with racist and xenophobic slurs, even telling him to go back to Africa. They love electric vehicles, unless they are manufactured by a company owned by someone who votes Republican. Then they engage in domestic terrorism, vandalizing or burning Teslas, charging stations, and dealerships, and assaulting Tesla owners.

        There is a pattern here.

    2. Dear Anonymous from the darkside.. you need to ask yourself WHY it bothers u so much that a man like Elon Musk came along to basically serve Humanity with his successful Technological enterprises & activities, and free Charitable accomplishments, like bringing stranded astronauts back to Earth, providing his Starlink infrastructure to stranded Hurricane victims, donating his time & energy to find Fraud & Waste in our Govt., and many verified $Billions he has given away to pure Charity endeavors… We thought he rather humbly acknowledged the applause he received when introduced at the Presidents ‘SOTU’ speech recently… ..interesting to hear the childish jealousy and lack of appreciation coming forth, like here…

    3. Anonymous:

Can you explain why you think Elon Musk is an “overgrown dangerous toddler”?

He gave over $5 billion to charity in one year alone, via the Musk Foundation, using the funds for pediatric cancer research (St Jude’s), other healthcare initiatives, STEM and other education initiatives, hunger, and other initiatives.

When Ukraine was invaded by Russia, Musk provided them with Starlink. Musk has helped Israel in a similar fashion. Musk offered to retrieve the stranded astronauts last year, though NASA declined the individual mission, citing budgetary constraints. Musk has helped during CA wildfires for years, including providing supplies to firefighters and communities. During the Pacific Palisades fires, he sent mobile Starlink bases to firefighters, for badly needed communications as fires took out cell towards and electricity was shut off for days.

Elon Musk has had arguably the largest impact on private space exploration, collaborates with Nasa, built tunnels in Las Vegas using new boring technology to ease traffic congestion, manufactures electric cars, invests in green energy, employs thousands of people… Currently, he has been tasked with going through all the books on government spending, rather like in the movie “Dave”, identifying wasteful spending, fraud, and illegitimate contracts, and presenting those reports to the President. Every day, he has identified saved American taxpayers roughly $50 million. Vital government programs are predicted to run out of money very soon, and Elon Musk has identified billions of dollars in fraud, and places for savings, across the various 3 letter agencies. That’s a good thing. Former presidents Obama and Clinton also had their own investigations to root out waste and fraud in government spending.

In short, Elon Musk has had an exponentially higher impact FOR GOOD, benefitting more people, than virtually anyone else in the United States. I don’t know about you, but I certainly haven’t employed thousands of people, rescued any astronauts, collaborated with NASA, or donated billions to charity.

You would see Elon Musk destroyed over politics. All that good that he’s done for so many people is less important than politics. Think, for a moment, what that communicates about your own character.

  19. Let’s just cut to the chase. What she is really saying is somebody should put a bullet in this guys head. What she is really saying is that this guy should be disappeared beneath six feet of dirt. She just dresses it up with the Hitler comparison. Given the chance she would pay for the bullet out of her own pocket. The Democrats are very proud to have her as their spokesperson. Hell, if they’ll cut off the penis of a ten year old boy what’s the matter with a little 30 caliber applied to the head of a political opponent. Trump said it best. Fight, fight, fight.

    1. Thinkitthrough,

If McCaskill gets what she wants, I pity her. Now that might, as Chuckie Schumer so aptly put it, “unleash the whirlwind”, and the Dems may not know what hit them.

Tensions have been increasing in this nation for at least the last 30 years, and, at some point, things will spin out of control, and there won’t be any walking things back, calls for civility, etc, which will stop it.

To quote Pink Floyd: “The rusty wire, which holds the cord, that keeps the anger in, gives way and suddenly it’s day again”.

Perhaps everyone on both sides of the aisle, but particularly those on the left, should really think, I mean really think, before they speak — it could spare this great land a whole lot of grief in the end.
