My Wray or the Highway: New Report Raises Troubling Questions Over the FBI Spiking Report Contradicting Wray

Newly declassified FBI documents obtained by Fox raise troubling questions over the FBI allegedly spiking findings that contradicted the testimony of  then-FBI Director Christopher Wray. The FBI had uncovered a Chinese conspiracy to influence the election in favor of then-President Joe Biden, including the creation of false driver’s licenses. Wray denied that such efforts were occurring and the FBI reportedly proceeded to effectively bury the report.

Agents had found that the Chinese manufactured fake driver’s licenses and shipped them to the U.S. in a scheme to help Biden. That not only contradicted the narrative of the election, but Wray’s testimony.

Wray testified before Congress that the FBI had not seen any coordinated voter fraud ahead of the 2020 election: “We have not seen historically any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it is by mail or otherwise.”

That does not appear to be true, However, the FBI “recalled” the reporting after his testimony “in order to re-interview the source.” It also directed “recipients” of the original report to “destroy all copies of the original report and remove the original report from all computer holdings.”

In a letter to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R, Iowa), Assistant FBI Director Marshall Yates stated that “Although the source was reengaged and provided additional context to support the initial IIR, FBI Headquarters maintained its position not to republish the report.”

Of course, there is little interest in most of the media on this foreign interference story despite the allegations of a cover up before the election.
Critics are alleging a cover up with FBI agents effectively told that it is my Wray or the highway when it came to Chinese interference with the election.

  1. So, where do I go for my apology from all the people who attacked me for correctly observing that the ’20 election had to be bent in some way?

    1. We ALL deserve apologies! We ALL observed the voting interference and fraud: refusals to allow bipartisan observing, covering up of windows, the feeding and repetitive-re-feeding of ballots in counting machines, trucks pulled-over with hauls of ballots to other states, mules feeding stacks of ballots in on-the-corner ballot drop off boxes, to recall just a few of the many ways and means of stealing an election. What they did was stunning.

Now, looking back on Biden’s illegitimate and embarrassing years (we had to endure); the election theft was more than just “news;” it was subversion, demoralization, complete with a dictator’s punishments of political dissidents in the J-6 excessive prosecutions .

  2. If we DON’T get the names, then we truly have something to worry about. If Patel and Bondi don’t bust open this deep state cabal, then either they are lacking the will power or they have been compromised.

    1. whimsicalmama,
I think there still might be some deep state/Biden hold outs at the upper levels that are hiding or obstructing Patel and Bondi.

  3. I don’t think Trump or Musk had even an inkling of just how dirty, corrupt and embedded the deep state is. I’m thinking that we need the legal equivalent of a few bunker buster bombs to even begin cleaning up this fetid swamp.

  4. The FBI (or any agency) not a monolith.

The lower level subordinate employees and contractors are generally very good people, selfless and sacrificing to serve the American people.

But these honorable employees and contractors “take orders from superiors”. The top management of any agency is a political appointee.

Most political appointees and their lackeys have absolute contempt for the American oath of office. The make a promise to GOD to protect the constitutional rights of their fellow Americans, not violate rights. Most political appointees hate their own supreme loyalty oath. They seem to view legal 1st Amendment exercises as a greater threat than any foreign enemy.

The lower level subordinate agency employees (of any agency) have rent, mortgages, college tuitions and families that depend on their paychecks (like most Americans). So even when they have supervisors disloyal to the American oath of office they have to follow those orders.

If there are any members of Congress with backbone and ethics, they would very forcefully mandate Oath of Office training at least once per month to counter these disloyal political appointees.

Since the turn of the 21st Century we have a crisis of constitutional-disloyalty. America invented the jobs of torture-lawyers and torture-doctors (violating professional ethics standards). America had a president that tried to illegally the U.S. Constitution through executive orders. America had its first off-shore gulag torture prison. America was denounced by Amnesty International and the International Red Cross [Christian organization] for human rights abuses. Several Catholic popes have reprimanded the USA for cruel & inhumane treatment of the least among us.

Don’t blame the subordinate rank & file of any agency. The rot starts at the top!

    1. If it’s just below Patel and Bondi, then we need sniffer dogs to ferret out the progs. Check their social media and who they donate to or send birthday presents to – that should expose a bunch. If they are appointees, then dis-appoint them.

  5. Meanwhile, FBI Director Kash Patel is cleaning up FBI poor performers and less than expected employee agents.
Many will be reassigned from the Wash. DC Headquarters to field offices.

    1. Ratcliffe’s scathing review finds John Brennan pushed to include Steele Dossier in 2016 assessment
“A “lessons learned” review by John Ratliffe’s CIA finds multiple problems with the U.S. intelligence community’s assessment on the 2016 election, including related to the inclusion of the discredited Steele Dossier and the conclusions on Putin’s motives.”

  6. If there is any evidence left (were the licenses destroyed or sent on to their original destination) and Wray can be charged, what would be the most serious crime he can be tried for? Lying to Congress, obstruction, treason for election interference in cooperation with foreign nation? Seems like something should stick.

  7. The medias failure to report and the “deep states” willingness to lie is destroying the American peoples trust in our institutions which is critical to the proper functioning of democracy which depends upon an informed electorate.
How can peole even choose good leadership when surrounded by lies? Trump is right that the media is making itself the enemy of the people and that is too awful to consider!

  8. Wray was in on the caper all along. It turned out that Comey and Wray were brothers in arms. Wray never said a word when 51 past intelligence employees said that the Hunter laptop was Russian disinformation. How can a man in such a position not understanding that he was simply reinforcing an illusion of his own making in order to influence an election for the presidency of the nation. Only fear can explain his willingness to allow the destruction of evidence. Perhaps the in bed relationship of Joe Biden’s son with the Chinese had something to do with the FBI’s hands off approach. Consequently we can understand the big wet implementation of Wray’s lips upon the buttocks of one Joe Biden. He knew that great rewards were in his future if Biden was reelected.
Betting on the wrong horse exposed his love affair. Just like Joe Biden he gave his oath of honor without honor.

  9. Tell me again that the Brandon Regime, its media apparatchiks and the Democrat Deep State are anything other than evil and corrupt to the core. I’ll wait….

  10. OT

    Headline from WaPo today:

“Employers added 147,000 jobs in June as labor market remains resilient”

I applaud them for finally getting it right, but lets face it, two years ago that would have read “Biden added 147,000 jobs in June”

The only jobs Biden added in 4 years was 85,000 new IRS goons.

Just another example of our dishonest, TDS afflicted media.

    1. Of course, you neglect to mention that of the 147,000 new jobs, 73,000 were new GOVERNMENT jobs.
Half the new jobs were government jobs.

So much for DOGE, and efficiency, and reducing the size of government.

      By the way, where’s Elmo.
Last I heard Trump was thinking about cutting his government contracts and deporting him.
That really would be cutting government spending, don’t you agree.

        1. Nobody knows who Elmo is. Probably the stuffed doll that this whack job thinks is a living being.

      1. Where did you find that?

But state and local government hiring sharply boosted the gains.

        1. The poster is too stupid and partisan to realize that, even if his unsubstantiated ravings were accurate, Republicans are generally okay with moving government employees down the chain, closer to the people and thus more accountable.

        2. “. . . sharply boosted . . .”

They were *all* state and local govt. jobs. Fed jobs dropped some 7,000.

      2. What you neglict to mention is unlike the tradition in the Biden admin for the previous months jobs to be revised downward, both April and May jobs were revised upward. April from +147,000 to +158,000. May from +139,000 to +144,000.
Of the job gains, mostly STATE government and in health care. FEDERAL government continued to lose jobs.
So, yes. It does in fact appear DOGE is working and continue to work.
Full time workers rose by 282K while part-time workers fell 367K.
And native born workers increased by 830K and foreign-born workers tumbled by 348K.

        1. NotReallyaFarmer

          But where’s Elmo ????
          You haven’t answered that question.

By the way, shouldn’t you be out working on your “farm” ?????

          1. There hasn’t been much fanboy adulation of Elmo lately from you MAGA morons.
            What’s the problem ???
            Where’s Elmo ???

            1. I believe Elmo is taking in the delights of El Salvador.
They tell me that this is the best time of year to visit

              1. Apparently Trump provided Elmo with a special government flight to El Salvador, as a reward for all his good work

                1. Ahhh!!!!
So that’s why he hasn’t been at the Whitehouse lately.
I was wondering where he was.
I hope he is having a wonderful vacation in El Salvador.

                  1. When is he coming back from El Salvador??
He still has a lot of work to do with DOGE doesn’t he ???

                    1. Tell your doctor that you need to up your dosages, Spazzy McSpaz-A-Lot.

                    2. There seems to be a problem about Elmo coming back.
Something about his immigration status I believe

                    3. That’s right.
Trump said he is considering revoking Elmo’s citizenship.

                    4. Why would Trump revoke Elmo’s citizenship after the fantastic job he did with DOGE ?????

              2. Profound insight from our local spaz. The orderlies with your meds haven’t found you yet? Keep running!

            2. Deep thoughts, folks, deep thoughts.

Why don’t you take your spaz out somewhere else? Are you late for your meds again?

          2. We used to call your nuthouse the farm, back in the day. But you probably already knew that.

Let the nice orderly give you your meds, and then you can take your nap.

      3. “. . . 73,000 were new GOVERNMENT jobs.”

What you neglected to mention is that those were *state* and *local* government jobs. *Federal* government jobs were cut by about 7,000.

        “So much for DOGE . . .”

        So much for your credibility.

  11. Trump shouldn’t have fired Comey and replaced him with Wray in his first term then…, especially after Comey handed him the election….

Proving, yet again, Trump is an idiot. This latest attempt by you to brown nose Trump is useless, Turls.

          1. Oh my…, you missed it. Don’t worry it’ll come around and sail over your head again.

    1. So Trump shouldnt have replaced the guy who tried to destroy his presidency with a guy who was just “protecting the institution”? Sure.

Not to mention that Comey was the same idiot who used the WRONG STATUTE to justify not charging Hillary for mishandling classified information.

That you think the actions of Comey handed Trump the Presidency, and not the actions of Hillary, shows what diminished reasoning skills you’re ARBD has left you.

    2. If anyone handed Trump the 2016 election, it was Huma Abedin. She kept a laptop full of Hillary’s SOS emails, years after they left the State Dept. Then Huma’s husband was caught sexting an underage girl.
All the computing devices in the Weiner household were seized, wleaving the FBI in possession of a cache of emails that might have contained some of the 30,000 that Hillary’s legal team had deleted from her bathroom server, weeks before the election.
Comey had enough integrity not to cover up this discovery.

      1. Perhaps. We certainly know it wasn’t anything the orange feces angry fish mouth man had to offer.

        1. It uses English words, but it fails to apply any sort of English grammar. Care to try that sentence again? Maybe this time use both hands for the keyboard.

    3. Not following the “logic” here, but then again, it’s gigi, so trying to understand would be a waste of time.

Why is there always some freak who thinks that it’s her job to pollute some forum with their unwanted junk? Every day, gigi, every day. How about, next time you feel the burning need to drop another gigi turd here, try going for a walk instead. You won’t be missed, and you’ll be better off for the exercise.

        1. Talking about yourself in the third person again, I see. I’d suggest that your doctor needs to rebalance your anti-psychotics again.

          1. Yeah you’re right. Clearly the other ones can’t prevente me from kicking your ass repeatedly.

    4. Comey did not hand Trump the election. If any one person did, it was Hillary Clinton by her own doing.
If Trump is an idiot, why is he in the WH again? Why is his second admin so very successful?
If anything, your comment only proves how much of an idiot you are.

      1. Oh my, maybe one day you won’t be a full on window licker…we can always be hopeful can’t we?

        1. That’s quite the rebuttal. Stunning insight, razor sharp logic. You must be a treat at the monthly Mensa meeting.

          1. Actually, after the Mensa meeting I read this blog for examples of idiocy so I can stay grounded.

  12. Also of note, 2 Shipments Containing 4,420 Counterfeit Driver’s Licenses Seized by CBP Officers in Louisville
“This is the third time in 10 days officers have seized a shipment of counterfeit driver’s licenses. On October 12, officers seized 1,094 counterfeits and on October 24 officers seized 2,265 counterfeits. This means in 14 days officers have seized a total of 7,789 counterfeit driver’s licenses.”
“The counterfeit licenses seized were for several states including California, Ohio, Georgia, Connecticut, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Indiana, Minnesota, Iowa, and Michigan.”

        1. Now we know the Chinese not only wanted Biden to win, but appeared to have actively tried to steal the election in favor of Biden. If it were not for a corrupt at the time FBI, this could of exposed foreign election interference.

          1. Well, with Biden compromised by his family receiving millions from the CCP, it really is no surprise the CCP would leverage that with efforts to get their puppet into the White House.

          1. Pulitzers should only go to “journalists” for making crap up about the non-existent Russian “collusion”. Seriously, what did they even report on? Do they also give Pulitzers for coverage of unicorns and leprechauns?

    1. Interesting, is it not, that among the uses for such counterfeit documents the article details, one not mentioned is election fraud — it is the crime never to be mentioned.

  13. And still nobody is held responsible for anything and is being prosecuted for their misdeeds. Different day, same game.

  14. Chris Wray, Comey and associates should all be Prosecuted and sent to Jail, hard core, not a country club. Wray loved his private FBI jet, especially taking him to his home in Upstate NY and Atlanta according to press reports. Corruption that should be exposed and prosecuted.

  15. Wray had the reputation of being an extraordinary lawyer. As such, he’d be too smart to be carried away by partisan politics. The upshot of this is two fold. Either Wray is too smart by half, or the famed FBI’s seventh floor has something on him.

    1. Senator Cruz on his podcast talked about what was the essential problem with Wray. Cruz knows Wray from long back, so it was not some uninformed or media-driven take. Cruz said that Wray saw his job as protecting the institution of the FBI from outside forces, to the expense of almost anything else. As such, Wray lost sight of the immense damage that the partisan actions of Democrat FBI insiders were doing to the reputation of the FBI, simply because he reflexively fought any outside attempt to hold the miscreants to account. Wray’s own actions then fed into the reputation problem, and people lost trust of the FBI as an institution.

Not Cruz talking now, but I will add that this is the same dynamic with Justice Roberts and the Supreme Court. By cowardly failing to stand up for the law against political pressure (Obamacare, anyone?) and constantly crafting decisions on the narrowest possible standing in order to avoid controversy, Roberts thought that he was defending the judicial branch. Instead, he has made our courts a joke.

      1. Excellent observations. Circling the wagons and prioritizing defending the institutions before defending the people is why they are not trusted.

      2. First there is Reagan’s trust but verify. That is keep what you have, re- interview the source. Here we see destroy what you have, then re- interview. Why does the destroy part look too much like spoliation of evidence that impeaches testimony to Congress under oath?

      3. Pournelle’s Iron Law of Bureaucracy. There are two types of people working for any bureaucracy; the ones who want to carry out the mission of the agency, and the ones who want to protect and promote the agency itself. The latter type always rise to the top of such agency, and are responsible for creating the Byzantine labyrinth of rules, regulations and offices that make oversight, control and accountability impossible.

      4. Obamacare? Is that a law that says everyone must purchase health insurance similar to auto insurance laws? Uninsured motorists?

Nothing more was needed than major medical coverage purchased from existing insurers with stop losses similar to catastrophic home owners insurance. It was intended to save hospitals but went awry when it became mosquito bite coverage and hang nails.

  16. The FBI has the names of the Albany agents who were sending emails back and forth and all over the place making the decision to scrap the repost for the main reason that it contradicted Wray’s testimony – WHO ARE THESE AGENTS? WILL THEY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE?
