Antifa Denial: How a Violent Anti-Free Speech Group Became a Non-Entity in American Politics

Below is my column on the rise of Antifa deniers in Washington. Once embraced and even marketed on the left, Antifa has become the group that must not be named as political violence rises across the country. It does not matter that radicals identify as Antifa, coordinate protests, carry Antifa flags, wear signature clothing, and espouse the same ideas from the “Antifa handbook.” There have even been people elected as Antifa representatives. Yet, the current spin is to pretend that they do not exist as a single organization to deflect the debate over violence on the left.  Even with the past and current FBI directors saying that they exist as a group, politicians are mocking those who object to Antifa, even journalists and others targeted by its members.

This week, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison (D) claimed that “nobody” knows what the left-wing terrorist organization Antifa is and that it does not exist. However, he previously promoted the “Antifa Handbook” in 2018 and praised the group as terrifying Trump. Now, however, he has joined the chorus of Antifa denials as political violence rises around the country.

Here is the column:

Roughly seventy years ago, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover famously declared, “There is no organized crime in America.” Hoover’s stubborn denial of the existence of the mafia continued despite ample evidence to the contrary, from arrests to congressional testimony.

Many have speculated on why Hoover maintained his stubborn denial. Perhaps, they say, he was trying to avoid the political embarrassment of long ignoring the single largest criminal network in the country.

Many today seem to be adopting a Hoover-esque wilful blindness about another violent group: Antifa.

Politicians and pundits are denying that the left-wing anarchist group exists, mocking President Trump’s designation of Antifa as a terrorist organization.

Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.) seemed to morph into Hoover before our very eyes, including a posting in which he challenged anyone to “name one member of ‘Antifa.’”

Former House Judiciary Chair Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) was widely ridiculed for denying the existence of Antifa.

Others on the left have joined Goldman in this absurd claim. Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel committed part of his monologue to assure viewers that Antifa is no more than a mythical “chupacabra.” “You understand there is no Antifa,” he said. “This is an entirely made-up organization.”

I have testified about Antifa before Congress, run columns on the organization for over a decade, and wrote a book discussing Antifa. I did oppose declaring Antifa a terrorist organization due to free speech concerns, but I also know that it is very real.

By design, Antifa avoids typical leadership hierarchies and organizational structures. Antifa was first created in the 1920s, associated with the Weimar-era German communist group Antifaschistische Aktion.

It is easy to satisfy Goldman’s demand in naming some members, since they self-identify as members of Antifa. One such student came from my campus and proclaimed that Antifa was winning after his arrest for property destruction.

When another radical was arrested after taking an axe to a congressional office, he self-identified as a member of Antifa.

Before Kyle Benjamin Douglas Calvert, 26, implanted an IED device outside of Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall’s office in downtown Montgomery, he put up stickers reading “support your local Antifa.”

Numerous Antifa members have been arrested, including some who claimed to be journalists.

Many protesters belong to Antifa groups that have names like “Rose City Antifa” and offshoots like Love and Rage and Mexico’s Amor Y Rabia. Antifa members have been elected to the French and European parliaments.

Rutgers Professor Mark Bray’s “Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook,” called by some the “Antifa bible,” explains that the group is united in its opposition to free speech. “Most Americans in Antifa have been anarchists or antiauthoritarian communists,” he writes. “From that standpoint, ‘free speech’ as such is merely a bourgeois fantasy unworthy of consideration.”

Law enforcement officials like former FBI Director Christopher Wray have long debunked the deniers like Goldman. “Antifa is a real thing,” said Wray.

Ironically, when many on the left are not denying its existence, they are rallying their members or actually selling Antifa merchandise. Former Democratic National Committee deputy chair Keith Ellison — now the Minnesota attorney general — proclaimed that Antifa would “strike fear in the heart” of Trump. His own son, Minneapolis City Council member Jeremiah Ellison, declared his allegiance to Antifa in the heat of the protests this summer.

But ,with Antifa violence on the rise, Democratic leaders have gone back to denying its existence even as Antifa deploys its signature black hoodies and masks.

Indeed, some liberal activists admit to having coordinated violent protests with Antifa groups. For example, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill professor Dwayne Dixon was a member of the radical gun club Redneck Revolt, a group recently referenced in flyers quoting the assassin of Charlie Kirk to rally the left. The flyers read, “Hey, Fascist! Catch! The only political group that celebrates when Nazis die.”

During a panel at Harvard University, Dixon reportedly admitted that an Antifa-linked group requested his gun club to provide security during the August 2017 Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia: “Prior to that day, as the planning for the defense of Charlottesville proceeded, the local Anarchist People of Color Collective … had requested that Redneck Revolt be present to secure Justice Park for a wide variety of activists who were expected to assemble.”

The denial of the existence of an actual group is meant to deflect the discussion of the rising violence from the left, as these same politicians fuel the rage with reckless rhetoric. But they’re not so good at keeping their story straight. While whipping up the mob with claims that democracy is dying and comparing their opponents to Nazis, they deny the existence of the very group that politicians like Ellison praise for targeting conservatives.

Hoover declined to admit the mafia existed until, on November 14, 1957, dozens of mobsters were found meeting in a farmhouse in Apalachin, New York.

What is different is that Antifa has repeatedly had such farmhouse moments, with prosecutions revealing a national movement with self-identified members. So why the denial? These are the shock troops for some politicians who think that they can use the violent group for political advantage. They are mistaken. Antifa is unlikely to have much use for establishment liberals once it gains more power.

Until then, Antifa can count on the Goldmans of the world to give them cover in denying that they exist.

In the film “The Usual Suspects,” the character Verbal Kint offered this explanation for the invisible villain Keyser Söze: “The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he did not exist.”

Jonathan Turley is the Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University. He is the author of the bestselling book “The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage.”

300 thoughts on “Antifa Denial: How a Violent Anti-Free Speech Group Became a Non-Entity in American Politics”

  1. Grannies should stop associating freely if, by doing so, they can’t help themselves from becoming violent.

  2. Professor Turley,

You could replace every reference to “Antifa” with “environmentalist in your article, and that’s the problem.

Antifa is a movement loosely based on an idea. It is not an organization. There is no leader, just like there is no leader of environmentalists. There are political parties which politicians that are self proclaimed “environmentalists” like the Green Party but in no way does the Green Party represent even a plurality of environmentalists.

You cannot label an idea a terrorist group without engaging in viewpoint discrimination in violation of the First Amendment. That doesn’t mean that Antifa does not exist, it just means it doesn’t exist as unified organization. It is sad that you write an entire article and yet fail to actually identify this “group’s” leadership. And that’s because you cannot.

    1. Antifa is a hired group of thugs. The “group’s leadership” will soon be exposed by following the money and then comes the RICO prosecutions.

        1. Of course no one speaks for the “group.” That is how a terrorist group operates. They get money, laundered, through NGOs from leftist millionaires and billionaires for them to continue their domestic terrorism. We all know this. Only a leftist or a dupe would claim otherwise.

    2. Of course the good professor cannot identify the “group’s” leadership. He does not have the kind of assets the FBI, or DOJ has. And, as a domestic terrorist group, they operate like a terrorist group. Small cells. They have web sites but do not spell it out for everyone to see their leadership. They might be soy boy thugs but they are not dumb. But they all have similar goals: commit domestic terrorism, protect illegals and criminals, drive to overthrow the government, establish their version of a socialist or communist society. They seem to have this weird idea that the people are going to rise up and fight as one against the fascists and overthrow the government!! They just might be surprised when they rise up, all three of them, and find they are surrounded by not just LEOs but Constitution loving Americans. With guns. Aimed at them. That is probably why the leftist Democrats are so insistent on indoctrination in public schools and in universities and fight so hard against school choice or young people whom chose not to go to college. They lose their captive audience for indoctrination.

    3. “Antifa is a movement loosely based on an idea. It is not an organization.”

The Democrats’ street thugs in Antifa is just a commie bowel movement, not an organization?

But they wear an all black uniform – just like all military organizations all wear the same uniform. They chant the same violent military war cries. They have handbooks. They organize through websites – their coordinated attempted ambush intending to murder ICE officers was planned and organized through the internet. You want to call that just a movement loosely based on fascist communism.

You can call their flaming Molotov Cocktails “First Amendment” free speech son; their criminal history has won them their richly deserved designation of being a terrorist organization.

Cry as you want in their defense, that’s the way it goes for them from this point onwards.

  3. You, the members of the MAGA echo chamber, are the ones who are intolerant of different perspectives.

    1. @Anonymous

You, anonymous the stupid, that somehow has the time to post here 100 times a day – pbbblt. Whatever crevices of your brain that satisfies, glad it’s keeping you going, I guess; the rest of us really don’t care. But you know that already. I would love to find the monstrosities that were your parents and spank them, then I would spank you. and all would be well. Guess your nanny figured that was above her pay grade, even though your parents were rich.

    2. We are not intolerant of different perspectives. Charlie Kirk proved that. What we are intolerant of is lawlessness that antifa represents and to a degree, leftist Democrats who also espouse lawlessness. Antifa and to a degree leftist Democrats disobey the law to help criminals.

    1. And Democrats have proven they are the party of lawlessness, fascism, socialism Marxism and soon to be communism.

    2. Communism and fascism are the two inbred sisters born of the same Karl Marx mother and Communist Manifesto.

Claiming one is less evil than the other identifies which of those two inbred sisters you want to go to bed with.

  4. The Redcoats were enforcing laws, too, much to the delight of the Loyalists, which many you
    Archer Bunkers would have been.

  5. The January 6 protestors were more violent than any Antifa member ever has been, at a very important and symbolic place. Turley is afraid of a book. How ironic. Books don’t kill people, people kill people.

    1. Never saw anyone on Jan 6th trying to blind LEOs or helo pilots with lasers. Never saw anyone on Jan 6th attempt a coordinated attack on ICE agents, shooting one in the neck.

    2. “The January 6 protestors were more violent than any Antifa member ever has been”

Oh look – here we have a seasoned Antifa Veteran now assigned to attempt Psy Ops. Got his medal for the WEEKS he was part of the invading insurrectionist Democrat storm troopers that seized entire city blocks by force of arms with Baby Killer AR-15 Assault Weapons, while people voluntarily in newly established sovereign Antifa territory were murdered by their occupation force!

First Amendment nor the Second Amendment don’t kill people – Antifa terrorists kill people in what they demand be called “mostly peaceful protesting”.

      1. I am going to be really angry with myself if I have been fooled by AI again. Still looking for the original video I encountered. In between other stuff.

        1. Floyd,
Seriously, gotta be careful with AI content videos. It has gotten very good. I watched one by Particle6 talking about Tilly Norwood, the only ‘tell’ I picked up on was three of the “people” in the video was their teeth were too perfect. Too straight, too white. The whole minute and a half video was all AI generated content. Some are estimating the technology could cut production costs by up to 90% This has the potential to be a major industry changing event. And that is why Hollywood types, namely actors but actual production people are not far behind (i.e. makeup, wardrobe, sound and camera, etc.) are freaking out. Meanwhile, movie companies are looking at this quietly and crunching the numbers.

          1. I know! AI is getting better every day. I like a lot of AI music, like Groove Monkey. Solo Hustle is great. And for old songs, geeesh! Look at this. There is even a Frank Sinatra cover of this song. How are people in the future going to handle this??? I try to check out stuff, but the video I saw about the ANTIFA denialism script was real, I think. Now, I can’t find it to try to verify it.

  6. Denying the existence of Antifa is like saying the Supreme Court supports the Constitution and has not forcibly imposed, under the “dictatorship of the proletariat,” Karl Marx’s Communist Motto: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”

Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Obamacare et al. are utterly unconstitutional, and the Supreme Court has struck down none.

These redistribution projects may not be taxed for or funded as Article 1, Section 8’s Debt, Defense, and General Welfare, and they are not possibly general, as they provide public assistance to merely 18.7% of the population.

    America: The Big Lie!

    1. The overwhelming singular failure of the American republic rights and freedoms experiment has been voters allowing the continued existence of the vile and violent, seditious DNC and their equally vile members like GeorgeX. The Democrats who blame the chaos they’ve created on the Supreme Court, not themselves for their communists’ like FDR and Obama who rammed through Social Security and Obamacare. No, they attempt to deflect to SCOTUS, where their fellow commies they put there polluted that Court with enough of their communist votes to give them what they couldn’t get at the ballot box.

The Confederate DNC who have now embraced Marx/Alinsky’s communist strategies since losing the Kluxxer Civil War and now put their fellow communists like Justices Jackson and Sotomayor on SCOTUS, polluting that court in hopes of continuing to get from SCOTUS what voters consistently reject at the ballot box.

And while GeorgeX and other communist Democrats want to blame SCOTUS – at the same time they howl in delight at the actions of Jackson and Sotomayor that they worked so hard to put on SCOTUS.

  7. It’s not a curious case of anything. AntiFa are the Democrats version of the Brownshirts. The Democrats are lying to protect their underground civilian army that does their bidding. AntiFa would be wise to see what happened to the Brownshirts when they were no longer needed because those that needed them had gained the control of the government like they wanted. Look up ‘Night of the Long Knives ‘.

  8. From J. Edgar Hoover to Dumb Dan Goldman, the “Big Lie” is the weapon of first, nay, profitable resort.

How is it that freedom and the Constitution are continually opposed—what is more valuable?

    Answer: Dinero.

For those of you in Rio Linda, that’s money.

The Democrats illegally invaded America with 15-20 million Mexicans, Latinos, et al. and ordered them to VOTE for the (D), or DINERO, on their illegal ballot.

    They do.

    They will.

  9. Many protesters belong to Antifa groups that have names like “Rose City Antifa”

Rose City Antifa has their own website to direct members to engage in law breaking and violent disturbances

Rose City Counter-Info Anarchist counter-info platform in so-called Portland, Oregon.

Rose City Counter Info is an anarchist counter-info project focused on the Portland area and the surrounding territory (primarily Oregon and southwest Washington). It serves as a platform for anarchist and anti-authoritarian perspectives relevant to our local context. This includes, but is not limited to: analysis, proposals, critiques, communiques, report-backs, news, announcements, events, guides, calls to action, community alerts, zines, flyers, and posters.

    https://rosecitycounterinfo.noblogs.org

their most recent terrorist activity involved an organized event where ANTIFA members were directed to gather and flash lasers at helicopters in the Portland ICE locale. The Portland NBC TV affiliate, KWG, covered the event vis a vis the threat to medical centers that operated medical flights, but they never mentioned the word ANTIFA.

OHSU says emergency flights will be diverted amid ‘laser party’ aimed at helicopters circling over Portland ICE facility
    https://www.kgw.com/article/news/local/ohsu-divers-emergency-flights-lasers-helicopters-portland-ice-facility/283-d41b43d0-d0d6-458c-a9d0-0605de6ea1eb

Predictably, ANTIFA bragged about their event.

    YOU’RE INVITED: LASER TAG!
    2025/10/08

This Saturday, October 11th, you are invited to fight back. All you need is a laser. Leave home – they can see where the laser is coming from. Go to a park, a field, or some other public place, and once the clock strikes 9 unleash your beam at the cop copter. Mask up. Coordinate with friends to throw a laser party!
    rosecitycounterinfo.noblogs.org/2025/10/youre-invited-laser-tag

It appears ANTIFA, Democrats/Legacy Media are all joined at the hip with or without masks. No wonder California wants to ban Glocks. Fidel Castro would be proud of these American brownshirts

  10. There is far too much to unpack with Antifa – its modern incarnation is the perfect intersection of so many confused ideas spanning the space between modern parenting, poor education, modern technology, and so many other things.

I think about someone like Pablo Neruda; people focus on the fact that he was a communist (which came later) and forget that it was his basic humanity that enabled him to weave such lovely threads – and that that basic humanity is not just impossible in a communist/socialist state but ultimately unworkable so narrow is their view of what is permissible, that eventually it becomes antithetical, and then punishable. Eventually punishable in the extreme as the madness solidifies.

We are in a pickle with these generations that were born in the most relatively peaceful and prosperous times the earth has ever seen, who were raised so secular (even without invoking *actual* religion), and manufacture crises where none existed before because it is projected personal, existential angst, with very dire consequences, and without any underlying morals to guide them. And Antifa are funded to the skies; there is nothing organic about it. Indoctrination paired with mobility. And a gross misunderstanding and misrepresentation of actually useful counter movements of the past. These kids go home to a hot dinner with mom and dad every night like nothing happened.

All we can do is continue to expose them and root them out, and there will be a great deal of whining, kvetching, and even violence, as we do so. We must continue, regardless. And these people are too brain dead and zombified (this unfortunately includes a great many officials who are not children and should know better) to ever acknowledge what they are doing would be impossible without the freedoms that have been acknowledged by our founded national mindset, or that others, under those auspices, are perfectly free to do the same in a different direction, or that still others couldn’t hope to have that privilege in some places, even in 2025, without being killed.

Rooting this out will not be fun, there will be extraordinary backlash, but we must do it.

  11. It’s curious how coordinated the deflection and responses are from Democrats. I have seen nearly verbatim Democrat politician and activist statements on the following:
    – Claims that Antifa is an ideology not an organization, so Antifa itself doesn’t exist
-Claims that WWII Allied soldiers were themselves Antifa
-Claims that President Trump has dementia (from the very people who gaslit us about President Biden’s clear, public, cognitive free fall)

Once one statement pops up, nearly identical posts proliferate. It’s clearly coordinated. By whom? Any connection to who ran the country while Biden was unable to leave a podium and find the exit without being led by the hand?

    1. @Karen

Is it though? This has been their playbook for at least 16-20 years. It was just a great deal less obvious before. People that have continued to fall for the dem mirage in that time have been so asleep at the wheel it’s a miracle we didn’t crash sooner, IMO.

At least now we know: it takes approximately two generations to completely upend a society. I sure hope it doesn’t take that long to fix it.

    2. Do you have a link to the video? I saw it the other day, and now I can not find it. It was media types, Kimmel, Behar etc.

      Thanks!

      1. Oh, they are an organization alright. But as a domestic terrorist group, they behave like one: Small to medium cells that operate separately from others so if they are compromised, they cannot be linked to other antifa domestic terrorist groups. But they all share the same goals.

  12. “I did oppose declaring Antifa a terrorist organization due to free speech concerns, but I also know that it is very real.” I’m very disappointed that Jonathan will fall victim to his own absolutist “free speech” in opposing the labeling of antifa as a terrorist group. Absurd! Is burning down cities, destroying homes and businesses and killing cops free speech?

    1. I imagine Professor Turley is opposed to designating Antifa as terrorists because not ALL the Democrats’ street storm troopers in Antifa use some forms of criminal violence in order to deprive others of First Amendment rights or prevent the enforcement of existing laws.

So then: at what percentage would Professor Turley, finally drop his loyalty to his Democrat party and reluctantly say “Okay, one law abiding member isn’t justification for opposing the 99% who use criminal violence being named as terrorists, while they deprive individual Americans of their civil rights and enforcement of existing laws”?

65% of Antifa members engaging in criminal activities as their form of “protest” has gone beyond that.

75%? Yep, well past that as well.

95% Oh yes, that’s also in the rear view mirror.

Just like his continued membership in the DNC and saving his fellow Washington DC Democrat lawyers with faint criticism to save their legitimacy, Professor Turley will never bring himself to even publicly proclaim that Antifa is a criminal enterprise whose goal is to deprive other Americans of their First Amendment rights and enforcement of existing laws.

Agree that the methods they specifically use are clearly terrorist in order to terrorize Americans with potential harm or death if they attempt to exercise their First Amendment rights? Prossor Turley will never admit that’s what we’ve been watching for over eight years.

Antifa also overwhelmingly vote Democrat, just as Professor Turley continues to do. Can’t have an organization of your fellow Democrats named as terrorists. Just as you can’t allow Democrat presidents who use police state fascism to take out any and all they see as enemies to be called totalitarianism and Lenin-like.

  13. The Democrats have not had a highly organized militant arm since the Ku Klux Klan sank into white-sheet ridicule. Their omnipresent street gangs, which the media call activists and protesters, may avoid clear branding, but they are not spontaneous, they are directed and encouraged by politicians, and they are clearly being financed by radical plutocrats. The DOJ should follow the money.

The goal of politicized gangs is to stimulate counter-violence that can then be blamed on the other side. Then a State of Emergency can be declared. Trump’s designation of Antifa as the domestic terrorist soviet that it is encourages the state to enforce the law and thus prevent counter-violence. By denying the existence of Antifa, Ellison hopes to exaggerate the opposition to the violence that he clearly favors.

    1. Africans vote 90+ percent Democrat, and the KKK was the “highly organized militant arm” of the Democrat party?

      1. The best of the Democrat Kluxxer power years ended well before the late 1950’s. In the early 1900s, Black Americans primarily supported the Republican Party because Democrat racism and enforced segregation was still going on. That continued under both FDR and Truman, as the KKK still marched unchallenged in American streets.

Eisenhower ended that. Like Reagan later after he gave amnesty to Illegal Aliens and then watched them swiftly convert to being Democrat voters, Eisenhower only got 40% of the black American vote in his last election in the late 1950’s, when Democrats changed to portraying themselves as being the party fighting Democrat racism in Democrat controlled states.

How does that fit with the question you asked?

  14. Claiming Antifa doesn’t exist is akin to claiming the Brown Shirts didn’t exist in 1930s Germany. But then Antifa and the Brown Shirts share similar missions – to serve as violent shock troops serving a radical agenda to intimidate law abiding citizens who hold opposing political positions.

  15. Dear Prof Turley,

Of course they’re real .. . president Trump recently designated them a ‘domestic terrorist organization’.

And there is no public defense. No trials. No lawyers. No nothing.

To summarize: ‘antifa’ is whomever Trump says is antifa.

*it’s not like they have a Web Site. ..

      1. Antifa groups are monitored by the federal office in the context of its legal mandate to combat extremism.[The federal office states that the underlying goal of the antifa movement is “the struggle against the liberal democratic basic order” and capitalism. In the 1980s, the movement was accused by German authorities of engaging in terrorist acts of violence.

      2. Dusty.

You’ve got made guys informing to the Feds. Bosses are going to jail. People are getting whacked without permission.

On top of that, you got the Chinese and these crazy Russians to deal with.

*we’ve got to change with the times .. .

    1. “And there is no public defense. No trials. No lawyers. No nothing.”

dgsnowden: your lying and denying is beginning to reach GeorgeX levels – are you two in some kind of competition?

You are confident that Antifa terrorists who are arrested, including those who are subsequently charged, will not be provided a defense lawyer? Not a single one of them will ever get a trial?

What would you be willing to bet your version of upcoming events will be truthful? Rather than exposed as a sophomoric, hysterical lie?

      1. To be clear; I’m not accusing the Trump administration of novel ‘terrorist’ authorities.

Imo, these authorities stem directly from the 2001 AUMF and subsequent Patriot Act. These authorities underpinned ‘enhanced interrogation techniques’ and allowed President Obama to assassinate U.S. citizens without any due process whatsoever, e.g..

*This is the 21st century. .. where have you been?

        1. dgsnowden expanded his lies: “To be clear; I’m not accusing the Trump administration of novel ‘terrorist’ authorities.”

To be actually factually clear: You lied that Antifa terrorists would NOT be allowed a defense lawyer if arrested/charged. You lied that Antifa terrorists would NOT be provided with a trial.

That’s not novel lying on your part dgsnowden – Democrats have been lying Trump would do things like that if he were reelected for YEARS.

You’re just the latest sophomoric liar to get in on attempting to spread that lie.

          * We’ve watched Democrats using that same lie the last four years – where have you been?

    2. “To summarize: ‘antifa’ is whomever Trump says is antifa.”

DGS, your comment sounds clever until you think about it. Anyone who riots gets charged for rioting. If they riot while calling themselves Antifa, that becomes part of the record, and coordination under that name can amount to conspiracy. ‘Whomever Trump says’ has nothing to do with it; the law deals with actions, not hashtags.

It’s better to stay silent than to speak and advertise your ignorance.

  16. Keith Ellison and his Leftist Dem pals have no problem easily identifying the entire coordinated Jan 6th protest-riot as a well organized Trump-Proud Boyz-Oaf Keepers attack on democracy where everyone (except the 300+ FBI agents, hirelings, AntiFa imposters) were orchestrating an armed Insurrection replete with pepper spray, flag poles, even a helmet with horns.

    1. Trump called for people to come and stop the counting of the votes. Literally coordinated by Trump. However, as with most Trump events, it was poorly planned.

The FBI showed up after the “fight like hell” group breached the Capitol building.

      1. “Trump called for people to come and stop the counting of the votes.”

That’s an ongoing Democrat lie. That is not what Trump said – if he had you would have rushed to eagerly show us quotes where Trump actually said that.

“The FBI showed up after the “fight like hell” group breached the Capitol building.” That wasn’t the “go peacefully protest” crowd – you made an honest mistake on that?

But… that is a new and even more pathetic Democrat lie. You can’t have the mental capacity of an adult to believe the FBI was able to contact 247 Washington FBI agents – accountants, profilers, cybercrime specialists, etc – and organize and rush them into any location in the timeline between the beginning and ending of the three hour long riot that became your “J6 Insurrection”.

You can’t even explain how they could even get them there through the crowded streets that day after the riot began, long before Trump even stopped speaking. They fast roped them from helicopters into the crowd to get them there on time?

Another reason Democrat totalitarian police state fascists should never be allowed near power again – they can’t even come up with plausible lies.

Please don’t make a single change to your Campaign of Lies as your election strategy going into the 2026 and 2028 elections.

        1. “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”

          – President Donald J. Trump, Jan 6, 2021

    1. Freedom of association does not include a right to commit violence and a Rainbow of other felony criminal offenses.

But the Democrats’ street storm troopers in Antifa have been claiming a right to associate to commit crimes going back to long before Trump entered politics and became their attempted excuse to justify those crimes.

      1. ICE—Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, United States Government, Constitution of the United States of America.

        America has law.

        America has law enforcement.

What kind of GOON doesn’t understand that?

Answer: A direct and mortal communist enemy of the United States.

      2. There we were, mostly peacefully protesting by throwing Molotov Cocktails at ICE goons and shining lasers in their eyes – and then for no reason they attacked us to stop our mostly peaceful protesting by doing that, in order to put handcuffs on us to arrest us and take us to jail!

  17. Of course, we can shake our heads and discredit all the Antifa denials. But for me, the real danger is the impostors.
Impostors can vandalize, destroy, burglarize, burn down, riot, beat up, or murder -all under the name and guise of the exact Opposite of the group or belief they truly represent, -just to make the good guys look like the bad ones and suffer the blame and infamy.
