Fellow Judge Delivers Blow to the Defense of Hannah Dugan

The trial of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan began this week. Yesterday, the defense was delivered a blow from the testimony of the judge, who Dugan enlisted to confront ICE officers seeking to arrest an illegal alien in the courthouse. Judge Kristela Cervera testified that she was pulled into the dispute by Dugan, who she said admitted that she was trying to help Eduardo Flores-Ruiz as he evaded officers.

Many of us were wondering who the second judge was who appeared in the hallway wearing her robes. It is irregular to see judges outside of their courtrooms wearing their robes.

Cervera said that Dugan specifically told her to keep her robe on and that she was reluctant to do so: “I didn’t want to walk in the hallway with my robe on.” Dugan, however, allegedly wanted the agents to see them in their robes as a sign of authority.

She said that the agent remained respectful but that Dugan was getting upset in the confrontation: “Her irritation seemed to progress to anger. I thought she could have been a little more diplomatic.”

That coincides with the testimony of FBI Special Agent Jeffrey Baker, who stated, “I would say angry is the best way to describe it.”

Likewise, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer Joseph Zuraw stated that Dugan ordered him to “get out” of the public hallway and told him to go to the chief judge’s office. She then allegedly helped the suspect escape through a side door.

Cervera also testified that she was “shocked” by Dugan’s later conduct and that “judges should not be helping defendants evade arrest.” She added, “I was mortified. I thought that someone may think that I was part of some of what happened.”

Cervera said she was shocked by attorneys praising her for helping Flores-Ruiz escape. She described attorneys pumping their fists and telling her, “You go, Judge,” and saying, “Judge, you’re ‘goated’ now.”

She said that she avoided Cervera but ran into her in an elevator. She noted that Cervera told her she was “in the dog house” with the Chief Judge for trying to help Flores-Ruiz.

The testimony supports the allegation that Dugan knowingly sought to help Flores-Ruiz and that her actions were outside her role as a judge in the courthouse.

Dugan is charged with obstruction of a federal agency, a felony, and concealing a wanted person, a misdemeanor. As I discussed in earlier columns, the defense may be hoping for jury nullification in the liberal district. The reaction of lawyers lionizing the judges for facilitating the escape of a suspect may suggest that such a conclusion is possible in this district. The defense may be hoping that at least one juror will discard any testimony and stand with Dugan against ICE and the Trump Administration.

The jury pool can only be viewed as overwhelmingly in favor of Dugan. Kamala Harris won Milwaukee by a margin of 68%-30% over Trump.  The chances of getting politically motivated jurors are obviously significant, though that obviously does not mean that jurors cannot be persuaded in the end by the strength of this evidence.

  1. It’s Not Just ‘Illegals’ Anymore

The Trump administration plans to ramp up efforts to strip some naturalized Americans of their citizenship, according to internal guidance obtained by The New York Times, marking an aggressive new phase in President Trump’s immigration crackdown.

The guidance, issued on Tuesday to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services field offices, asks that they “supply Office of Immigration Litigation with 100-200 denaturalization cases per month” in the 2026 fiscal year. If the cases are successful, it would represent a massive escalation of denaturalization in the modern era, experts said. By comparison, between 2017 and this year to date, there had been just over 120 cases filed, according to the Justice Department.

From: “Trump Administration Aims To Strip More Foreign-Born Americans Of Citizenship”

    The New York Times, 12/17/25
    …………………………………………..

Turley writes about Judge Dugan instead of this?? And Trump’s even setting quotas here! As though getting rid of immigrants is just ‘so’ important that we can’t limit the effort to only illegal immigrants. One presumes Melania Trump will keep her citizenship. Yet questions remain about Melania’s early days in this country.

    1. Trump can ask for as many cases as he wants.

There are very very limited grounds by which one can have citizenship stripped.
Generally it requires a lie during the visa, greencard, citizenship process that is significant and would have resulted in denying you entry.
The most well known cases are Germans who failed to disclose they were Nazis.
But the most common is lying about being a criminal at the time you came here – mostly drug dealers.

If Trump finds 120 people a month who meet that criteria – he and pretty much all of us would want them denaturalized and deported.

To be clear – once you are a citizen – your FUTURE conduct can not get your citizenship revoked. You cn only have citizenship revoked for Lying to get citizenship.

There is plenty of case law – even Supreme Court Decisions on this.

Separately NYT is not a credible source.

There are no questions about Melania’s early days in the country.

You constantly avoid ACTAUL facts and spin fake naratives.
Melania arrived on a Travel Visa WHILE she was being sponsored for a Work Visa.
She signed modeling contracts prior to receiving a Work Visa but she did not actually do the modeling.

It is however normal for people with a work Visa application to begin work prior to final approval.

Regardless revoking Citizenship is quite difficult and requires hearings in Atricle III courts.

Todate Trump has been the most law abinding president in my lifetime. He has followed idiotic court orders up until they are overturned.

    2. There are myriads of things Turely can write about He is not obligated to write about what YOU or I wish he would.

He could write about the DC court of appeals asking Boasberg why he is trying to precede with a contempt investigation on a case he never had jurisdiction over ? Why He is assuming Article II powers he does not have ? And Why he is atllowing Plantiffs Lawyers to Depose the governments lawyers in a case that has been removed from him, and that the Plantiffs have no part in.

He could write about DOJ’s motion to Xinis to rescind her Garcia TRO – because she has ruled that the 2019 Deportation order is not valid.
As DOJ noted – that ENDS the case and her jurisdiction. But her TRO precludes DOJ from acting lawfully in a case She has by her own order ended her own jurisdiction.

  2. I love my orange god, he is so badass…

“Audio clips obtained by the New York Times show President Donald Trump giving explicit instructions to Republican in Georgia on how to flip the result of the 2020 election, in which Trump lost Georgia to then-President-elect Joe Biden.”

Who needs elections when you have an orange god.

    1. But I love even more our recently departed Pedo In Chief. Because he guaranteed me safe access to young kids ass.

    2. Flipping GA in 2020 was easy – just get rid of 1% of the 200K+ illegal mailin ballots that were cast.

It is not a crime to tell people to go out and fix Fraud.

  3. Latinos On Track To Desert Republicans

Republicans are reeling over an apparent erosion of support from Latino voters, a voting bloc that boosted the party in 2024, in Tuesday’s off-year elections.

According to CNN exit polling, New Jersey Gov.-elect Mikie Sherrill (D) won the support of 68 percent of Latino voters, while Virginia Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger (D) received 67 percent support from Latino voters.

The results mark a shift from just one year ago, when the voting bloc helped propel President Trump to victory. Republicans say the time is now to course-correct ahead of next year’s midterms.

    https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/5595939-hispanic-voters-leaving-republican/
    ……………………………………..

Apparently Hispanics didn’t take Trump seriously last year when he campaigned on the urgency of mass deportations. But no pollster in America expects Hispanics to vote Republican in 2026. Interestingly, California Republicans supported anti-immigrant legislation back in the 1990’s. And California Republicans have been in constant retreat since then. Funny how that goes.

    1. Citarelli got the same percent of the Hispanic vote in 2025 as he got in 2021.

Hispanic voters were not voting for Trump in 2025 – they were voting for Citarelli.
both NJ and VA are problematic – because it is an off off off year election and both parties had poor candidates.

Republicans do have a problem in 2026 – that Problem is that a large number of Trump voters do not show up if Trump is not on the Ballot.

The GOP is going to have to figure out how to deal with that in 2026 and 2028. At the same time Democrats have a Poor candidate problem and a too far lleft problem.

  4. It’s sickening to hear expectations that Jurors will confuse reaching a verdict based on facts and law with their political preference. Once people lose their trust in Jurors to do their legal duty with honor, the whole system of justice collapses. Yes, your expectations of how things should operate matter. We can’t remain a superpower with a conscience unless people understand their responsibility to uphold positive expectations. If that means tuning out negative-emotion-drenched media, so be it.

    1. While I hope that Jurrors do not use this case to show the country about Jury Nullification – the entire purpose of Jury Nullification isfor the people in the form of a Jury to send a message.

I am not going to pi$$ on MN jurors because they are sending a message I do not like.

political jury nullification in blue districts is troubling – but within the rights of jurors.

Republican Jurrors are also able to send messages.

I would like to see more jury nullification not less – this is just not the case for it.

But if you beleive in something – you have to allow those you do not like to do it too.

I am far more concerned about biased judges.

  5. Not The America We Knew

Judge Dugan, like most Americans, is simply not used to having masked paramilitaries snatching people off the street. This trend doesn’t fit our concept of what America should be like. For all we know these masked men are the same militias that turned out on January 6th.

And when these same masked men invade hospitals and courthouses, arresting anyone in their way, it scarcely bodes well for democracy.

In fact, recent reports indicate that ICE plays fast and loose when charging people with ‘assaulting’ it’s officers. Doctors in hospitals have charged with assault for just holding their arms out and asking, “Hey, what’s happening?”

So when a ‘constitutional law professor’ like Johnathan Turley, for instance, condemns judges for not cooperating with ICE, you have to question how committed he is to the Constitution.

    1. “Judge Dugan, like most Americans, is simply not used to having masked paramilitaries snatching people off the street. ”
ICE is not a paramilitary. They are US federal Law enforcement. They arrest illegal immigrants. We have had LEO’s to do that pretty close to since the founding.

“This trend doesn’t fit our concept of what America should be like. ”
You are correct – law enforcement officers enforcing the law does not fit the lefts concept of what america should be like.

Regardless this is not out of the ordinary.

“For all we know these masked men are the same militias that turned out on January 6th.”
Unlikely – but even if True – so what ? Protestors are free to seek govenrment jobs.
Regardless there was no militia at J6 – if there had been the results would have been different.

“And when these same masked men invade hospitals and courthouses, arresting anyone in their way, it scarcely bodes well for democracy.”
What you are describing is called Police. We have had police in the US since mid 19th century. It is not new.

“In fact, recent reports indicate that ICE plays fast and loose when charging people with ‘assaulting’ it’s officers. Doctors in hospitals have charged with assault for just holding their arms out and asking, “Hey, what’s happening?””
In nearly the entirety of the US grabbing a law enforcement officer is criminal assault. I do not like that – but it again is NOT new.
Grabbing a law enforcement officer is usually aggravated asualt. Merely bumping into them is simple assault.

No one is playing fast and loose – this is litterally the law. J6 protestors were convicted of agrevated assault for putting their hand over top of the hand of a capital police officer.

If you do not like the law – I will join you in trying to change it.

But you are wrong to claim this is something new or stretching the law – it is not.

You would be very wise to be very careful about your conduct arround ANY law enforcement officer.
It is extremely easy to get charged with Agrevated Assault

Do not make physical contact with ANY Law Enforcement officer. If they move toward you – back away.
If they bowl you over – you could still be charge with Assault.

Frankly Ice is taking far more abuse than most LEOs do.
People have gone to jail for years for dropping an egg onto a police cruiser from an overpass.

“So when a ‘constitutional law professor’ like Johnathan Turley, for instance, condemns judges for not cooperating with ICE”
This is not about cooperating with ICE. This is about not interfering with Law Enforcement.

If you do not like the law – take that up with congress.

Do not take it out on law enforcement.

      1. John Say, John Say, you’re spitting into the wind. They don’t understand. While it says “may” in the law as to cooperation it does not say actively oppose, obstruct federal LEOs.

People have learned places to stay out of in this chaos. Much of this is AI and people appear to like living in violence?

Hideous violence in the holidays. At least there’s Christmas this year and not otherwise.

        1. I absolutely support arresting and convicting people – even protestors who actually interfere with LEOs.
But I do not support turning grabbing an LEO into aggravated assault or throwing snowballs into simple assault.

These people should be arrested, spend the night in jail be arraigned in the morning on disorderly conduct charges and released with a fine for first offenses. That is also the most that should have happened to 99% of J6 protestors.

But 2nd offenses should result in jail time.

I have not seen serious misconduct by ICE officers – but they have made 750K+ arrests int he past 10 months. I would be shocked if there were not occasional incidents of misconduct by ICE officers.
These too should have consequences. Depending on the scale annd context those consequences should range from slap on the wrist to dismissal and even jail.

LEO’s should get the benefit of the doubt – but ONLY the benefit of the doubt – not free reign to behave egregiously.

Regardless I want to see large numbers of unruly people interfering with LEOs ICE or other LEOs does not matter
aressted, fined and let go. I want to see repeat offenders Jailed for increasingly long periods of time until these protestors take their issues up with Congress or the president.

Interfereing with LEO’s is NOT protesting. It is lawlessness.

    2. You apparently don’t understand immigration law. A Final Notice of Deportation means you either self-deport, or you can be arrested by ICE and detained. These are sworn law officers (sworn to uphold the Constitution and the laws passed by Congress. The creeps who battled Capitol Police on J6 were not ICA officers. Your suggestion that those were ICE officers beating on Capitol Police is an example of a false narrative. Shame on you.

      1. The anonymous Marxist soviet radical revolutionary Democrat was simply following the George Soros/Joseph Goebbels propaganda tip of the week: (a) instead of apprehending criminals, phrase it in terms of “snatching people off the street,” and (b) be sure to mention the law enforcement officers were masked, but never reveal that the reason they wear masks is because our own storm troopers have been doxxing them.

  7. *. OT. Hochul and NY legislators have reached agreement on assisted suicide. Don’t they already have it? Hire a hitman (Ala mangione) or elect Cuomo as mayor for the elderly covid death camps? Maybe Mandani can make a deal to have NY docs declare all Jewish people have a terminal disease with dementia. Autopen works, too.

    Who said murder is wrong?

  8. This is an interesting video that does a reasonable job of explaining how many of us here got to be who we are.

But even if you do not focus on the 60’s generation – watch the video for information on what the impacts of different ways of raising chioldren has on those children.

And think about how those who were sheilded from the experenices those growing up has on those children

    1. BS John Say. If you hear someone say trust me, don’t. 80% of the people from the 60s are kaw abiding people, good doctors, lawyers and merchant chiefs.

      1. “If you hear someone say trust me, don’t. 80% of the people from the 60s are kaw abiding people, good doctors, lawyers and merchant chiefs.”

Did you actually watch the Video ?
BTW I grew up in the 60’s
SOME of the influences in the Video were not important to me. But many were.

        Many were spot on.
I was wondering arround my neighborhood without adult supervision at 4. I walked 1/4mile to school much of my childhood.
By HS I was biking 6miles to school everyday because I could do that in 20+ minutes – the Bus ride was 45min.
I was tearing apart apliances and electronics at 5.
I was not afraid of breaking things, or hurting myself. These things happened – but you get over them.
I did not experience “duck and cover” drills at school but I grew up with the expectationt hat civilization could come to an end at any moment
And yet we did not let that stop us from living.

I spent a great deal of my childhood outside – finding ways to entertain myself.
I built a sailboat that did not dail very well, and a very crude flight simulator – not something on a computer.
I tried to make my own rockets from scratch.

MOST of the experiences in this video I had. Most of the effects of growing up in the 60’s to greater or lessor extents were present in me.

This video is NOT some claim that those who grew up in the 60’s were some fragile generation – We weren’t.
While we did not have to deal with World war in the way the “greatest generation” did, we dealt with a world much more challenging than generations since – and we thrived in it.

Yes, most of us are law abiding, doctors, lawyers, merchants.

We are used to accomplishing the impossible.

One of the attributes that served me well in my life is the faith that whatever problems I confronted could be dealt with.
Sometimes that was hard and unleasant and getting past them was not easy or quick.
But it could be done and life was inevitably better.

        1. The Beatles, yes, the invention of the electric guitar that was louder than an orchestra. Funny the songs were so short like a commercial or jingle. No variations on a theme of Paganini. Now just screaming or AI produced music. Old originals are hard to come by.

    2. . School children today have duck and cover and the additional training for what to do during a school shooting, how to dodge fentanyl death using narcan, how to keep your privates intact, what to do during egregious shame from racial slurs and profiling and more.

      1. The video was not about Children today. It was about what shaped those of us who crew up in the 60’s.

I think it was pretty good about the factors that influenced us and how.

It did not PERFECTLY fit my experiences growing up – but it was pretty close.

      1. I have no idea what you are saying ?

I can not speak to growing up in the late 70’s or 80’s.
I was born in 1958, That is generally the tail end of the “baby boom” My parents were kids during WWII they were part of the post war generation.
My first consequential memory was watching JFK’s Funeral on a B&W TV.
Most of what is in this video is true of my experiences growing up – though I was fairly independent much EARLIER.

I was roaming the neighborhood on my own at 4 & 5. By 6 I was traveling miles on my own on my Bike.
I snuk into junk yards to find intereting things to take apart. To try to understand, and to try to make things out of.

My Children grew up in the late 90’s and early 21st century. My wife and I tried to give them the best of what we had been given growing up.
We did not succeed perfectly – but my kids are pretty different from their generation. They are more resiliant. More independent,
They are not suffering from the anxiety and depression of most of their peers.
I am very proud of them. But they did miss out on many influences that helped form me and my generation.

        1. Well John, JFK assassination was horrible. Outside of that crime was unheard-of.

I didn’t watch the end of the video.

          1. The Crime rate in 1960 was about what it is today. It started rising in the 60’s and peaked in the early 80’s coming back to the level of 1960 only recently.

    3. Yep! WGN Bozo’s Circus really screwed Me up. Years and Years of therapy, god know how many prescription bottles full of Lithium and Thorazine I had taken before reaching 14 yrs old. Still cant handle going to a Birthday Party without freaking out over if a Clown was going to show up. Every night I go to sleep I dream I still can’t get the ping-pong ball into bucket No.#6, as Ring Master Ned, Cooky the Clown and Bozo are pointing and laughing their heads off at me – It’s just wrong John Say, make it stop Please!!!

  9. President Donald Trump’s exhibit of previous presidents at the West Wing of the White House now has a new addition — plaques that include negative commentary written in Trump’s voice.

You know each day trump does something really low you wonder is this the end? How dispicable can this guy get?
Each day a new low on how terrible a human being can actually be.

    1. The guy isn’t even truthful in his insults

The plaque for Biden (which is under not a portrait of Biden but a photo of the presidential autopen) used Trump’s denigrating moniker “Sleepy Joe Biden” and called him “the worst President in American History” who won the “most corrupt Election ever seen in the United States.” The plaque further alleges that Biden “caused the highest Inflation ever recorded.”

“…highest inflation ever recorded”? WTF. trump is truly an idiot.

      1. Something much more interesting, Fani Gets Frothy In Epic Meltdown Over Payments To Lover

Fani Willis loses her damn mind when presented with documents showing how much money her office paid her lover Nathan Wade during the witch hunt against President Trump:

“Why don’t you investigate how many times they called me the n word?” pic.twitter.com/luC6E5rORM
        — Greg Price (@greg_price11) December 17, 2025

Didn’t Dennis brag about how Fani was going to spank Trump’s fanny and have him in a orange jumpsuit before the summer was over? Where is Trump now? Oh, that is right. Back in the Oval Office.

        1. Imagine if she had steered a $2 Billion dollar bribe to a family member, like Trump did.

Note that the problem was “the appearance of impropriety” and not that there was evidence of any.

Having previously worked for Willis, McAffee should have recused himself to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

“Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee did not find that Willis’ relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade amounted to a conflict of interest that should force her off the most sprawling of the four criminal cases against the former president.”

What is odd is that both Willis and Wade are on the same side of the prosecution, but then McAfee expressed concern about “influence.” Imagine if a prosecutor and the head of the prosecution department discussed how to handle a prosecution, aka, influence.

As usual, the Republicans are concerned when Democrats have relationships, but not when the Republican President pays prostitutes to keep quiet about extra-marital fornication.

          1. ATS – you definitely have a vivid imagination.
            So go write a novel.

Regardless if you confuse your imagination with reality – you need psychiatric help.

Based on what was known 2 years ago – not today McAffeee ruled that Wade had to go.
6 months later in a ruling that surprised no one the GA Supreme court removed Willis from the case.
From start to finish MacAffee slowly whittled the case down – until there was nothing left and another prosecutor dismissed it.
Charges were slowly dropped – because there was not evidence of probable cause for the charges.

It is a conflict for a Government employee to be having an intimate relationship with someone they have hired.
It is worse when they are personally financially benefitting.

McAffee handled the case well. He reacted calmly to allegations against willis. He allowed approriate inquiry justified by the evidence AT THAT MOMENT. As the evidence grew – Willis’s problems grew.

            That is on Her.

This is not about the head of prosecution and the prosecutor – though that would be bad enough.

This is about the District Attorney hiring her intimate partner as a private contractor, deciding – illegally what he was to be paid.
and then personally profiting from his pay.

It does not matter who the Target was. It does not matter how good or bad the case was.
It does not matter that Willis and Wade were on the same side of the case.
The core problem had NOTHING to do with the case. Willis’s conduct would be corrupt – even criminal. If she hired her lover to fullfil and IT contract where she negotiated the fee and approved the payments.

You can do that legally in the private world – if you are the owner, but it is still smarmy.
You can not do it in public positions. This is specifically why Kushner and other Trump Family that were WH Advisors were not paid.

“As usual, the Republicans are concerned when Democrats have relationships”
Willis was free to have any relationship she wanted with Wade.,
She was not free to hire him as a government contractor, set his contract fee, approve payments and then receive gifts and payments from him.

“the Republican President pays prostitutes to keep quiet about extra-marital fornication.”
Daniels was a porn start not a prostitute , the evidence that they had sex is not credible.
But more important it all does not matter.
If Trump had sex with Daniels that is between Trump and Melania.
If he paid for her silence – that is no ones business.

      2. Biden was the worst president in US history – though honestly he was a demented figurehead. The nation was run by the Cabal of Democrat children in the WH.

The 2020 election was not the most corrupt in US history – most any late 19th century election was far worse.
But it certaintly was the most corrupt election in 50 years.
It also was the most lawless election in a century or more.

Biden did not have the Worst inflation in US history – immediately after CReating the FED as WWI approached and concluded we had 4 years of 15% inflation under Wilson.

But Biden Flation was the worst since the 1980 peak resulting from the post war failure of Keynesian economics.

People who are calling Trump Hitler or a Fascist or even authoritarian should not be calling him an idiot for slight exagerations.

        2. “But it certaintly was the most corrupt election in 50 years.”

          Any evidence of that?
Just asking because when 50 Judges asked for evidence of election fraud the trump team gave them zip, nada, nothing, zero.

          1. Yes, indeed it is totally logical to “believe” that the least popular presidential candidate in decades, received a preposterous 81,000,000 record-breaking votes. Ignore the obvious, as it’s all you’ve got.

            1. And that 4 years later Harris woulld get 6M less votes.
              2024 75M D 77MR
              2020 81M D 74M R
              2016 65M D 62M R
              2012 65M D 60M R
              2008 68M D 59M R

Notice the Republican vote gradually increases each cycle
The same would be true of Democrats – except this spike of about 10M votes from out of nowhere in 2020.
For the worst democratic candidate in decades

Trump increased the number of Votes he received by 12M which is unheard of.
But Biden added 16M democrat votes. There was no huge increase in population or voters.

          2. “Any evidence of that?”
Plenty – the AZ audit found that almost 50% of the ballots did not meet the Election law requirements to be counted.
It also found that 13K people had voted 48K times, in a state where the election was decided by 6K votes.

“Just asking because when 50 Judges asked for evidence of election fraud the trump team gave them zip, nada, nothing, zero.”
False – not a signle case was dismissed for lack of evidence. These cases were all dismissed for standing. laches, mootness or similar legal claims that basically amount to – we are not going to allow you to have a hearing where evidence can be presented and witnesses questioned.

There is much more actual evidence – but that is enough to refute your claims.
SOME of the claims made by Trump ultimately proved incorrect.
While there are lots of problems with the voting machines – serious problems which do not meet the federl election law requirements for certification – and they were not even close to meeting them. Despite that, Despite idiotic statements by the people in this companies – that they would not allow Trump to win, No actual fraud (as opposed to error) has been found with the machines.
But there is evidence of many ballots being scanned and counted several times.
As to lawlessness – that is pretty trivial.
First 38 US state constitutions – every swing state except NV have provisions in their constitution requiring secret ballots.

The legal requirements for a secret ballot were established 150 years ago and are:
an official ballot being printed at public expense,
on which the names of the nominated candidates of all parties and all proposals appear,
being distributed only at the polling place and
            being marked in secret.

Mailin ballots do not and can not ever meet the last two requirements.
Anytime ballots leave the direct control of the state the opportunities for Fraud increase exponentnially.
They go up – not just because of what can happen to the balot while outside of state control,
But because many forms of fraud by election officials are now impossible to prove

The primary deterent to election fraud is the likelyhood of getting caught.
Mailin Ballots make catching some forms of Fraud impossible.

Wisonsin SCOTUS ruled multiple times that Mailin ballots were unconstitutional.
            But refused to invalidate them.

The DE Supreme court waited until 2 years after the election and ruled that mailin voting in DE was unconstitutional.

It is unconstitutional in every state that has Secret Ballot provisions in their constitution.

    2. Here are some choice quotes describing trump after he did this…

“The funny thing is all the insults and skits and bits will never fill the infinite chasm in Trump’s soul. Twice elected the most powerful person on the planet and yet still the most insecure person in human history.”

“It takes a special kind of thinned-skinned loser to drive stuff like this,”

      1. Something much more interesting, “The Biden staff, they ruined any type of good library for him,” explained John Morgan, a longtime Democratic donor. “He’ll be lucky to have a bookmobile.”
In reference to the Biden presidential library, as Biden failed to get any new donations in 2024 IRS filings show.

        1. Trump’s library will be lucky to have a book. The main reason given is that they can either donate to a library or donate to opposition to Trump and see that opposition to Trump is far more important in the next couple of years. Instead of millions going to a box with books in it, it’s going to overturn Trump’s lead in the mid-terms, a worthy cause.

          1. Trump is still raking in political donations. He will havee no problem funding a library. While he could easily fund one – just from the proceeds of his defamation laesuits against the MSM.

            He will not need to.

Trumps authority over much of the GOP right now is because he is still raising hundreds of millions in political donations,.
and republican candidates need that money.

        2. Biden and Obama can have whatever Presidential libraries they can find a way to pay for.
          I do not care.

      2. You still seem to believe that Trump is going to be taken down or even damage by what others say about him.

Most are not paying any attention. Trump is judge by the people for what he does. Not what others say about him.
Not really even what he says about himself.

Separately – Trump is Obviously one of the most secure people in the world.

You do not run for president and win facing the multiple personally threats he did if you are insecure.

        1. “Separately – Trump is Obviously one of the most secure people in the world.”

          HAhahahahahahahaaaaahahahahaha
          hahahahahah

DJT ihas skin so thin it is amazing a mosquito hitting him would break through causing him to bleed to death.

          1. Trump is not Thin Skinned.

He is someone who punches back twice as hard.
It is his style – it is not about Animus.

Trump said bad things about Kim Un, then good things, then bad things.
Whatever works to move towards what he wants.
