CBS News has made great strides under Bari Weiss, but clearly there remains work to be done. On Monday’s “CBS Evening News,” CBS News Homeland Security and Justice Correspondent Nicole Sganga declared that the video released by DHS shows “the minutes leading up to the murder of Renee Good.” It is an all-too-familiar pattern in which the mainstream media aligns its reporting with the advocacy of groups on the left. As I have written, one can certainly disagree with the necessity of using lethal force in this instance, but it fell well within the established guidelines for the use of such force set by the Supreme Court and lower courts.
Spanga added, “Trump administration officials have claimed she intended to ram ICE agents before she was shot.”
In the end, it does not matter what her intentions were. Her actions, not her intentions, drive the analysis. She refused orders to get out of the car after obstructing the federal agents and then struck the officer.
The protests and the reporting seem entirely detached from the legal standard. It is much like the media mantra that the January 6th riot was an “insurrection.” It did not matter that no such charge was brought against Trump or others. (Only a handful were charged with sedition, which some of us opposed).
Democrats, particularly in Minnesota, where the fraud scandal is consuming the coverage, have leaped to the front of the mob to call for the arrest of this officer. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) on Monday again described the incident as “a clearly thought out murder.”
Omar explained:
“I mean, it is, the most BS statement again, that the administration, can put out. You see this officer clearly go in front of, the car as she reverses. You see his hands, on the car, you see, his feet is very far away from the wheels of the car. So there was no possibility, that he might have been afraid, of getting, hit by the car. And so it is a clear PR, it’s a defense, of a clear murder, that we see on TV, by the administration. And it is shameful, and it should not be acceptable is unconscionable. And I stand by everything that I’ve said.
…
“I am very comfortable with the word murder. There is no conscience way in which you watch the video that the administration itself has produced. And you do not see this person, this officer, Jonathan Ross, clearly murdering this woman. Not only does he shoot her in the face, but you see two more shots being fired on the side of the driver’s window. There is no way to explain this outside of it being a clearly thought out murder, an execution of this woman.”
A “clearly thought out murder”? The video shows a split-second response from an officer who was struck by the car.
The Supreme Court has stressed that the reasonableness standard is addressed “from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene, rather than with the 20/20 vision of hindsight.” As the Court stressed in Graham v. Connor, “police officers are often forced to make split-second judgments—in circumstances that are tense, uncertain, and rapidly evolving[.]”
Notably, even officers who were able to evade or dodge an approaching car have been found to have lawfully used lethal force. No actual contact is required.
Given the strong arguments that can be made for this officer, one would think that CBS and other news organizations would avoid a declaration of murder. Even if you disagree with the use of force, it is not true that this can be reported as murder. There has not been a completion of the investigation, let alone an adjudication.
I think it is a mistake to immediately refer to the sins of the extreme left when justifying one’s actions. The transgressions of others are no excuse (or justification) of my own transgressions. I would suggest the following: if all Americans could watch these videos, the clear majority (minus the extremes on both sides) would conclude that this is a grave embarrassment for the Executive (and for the “shining city on the hill” as a whole). I have spent 23 years of my adult life in and/or with Americans from college studies to career jobs. Deep down I hope that the America I used to know will return to the surface again at some point in the future.
It may surprise that I was very happy when Trump won the election a year ago. Why? Because I had followed the writings of Professors Turley and Dershowitz. I had truly come to the conclusion that the Left had become a greater danger to American democracy than Trump. This expectation turned dramatically into an illusion on February 28 of last year when the Leader of the Free World ambushed in the Oval Office the head of government of an American ally. A democracy which had been brutally invaded by a dangerous autocracy, a dangerous autocracy which despises the values of Western civilization and the Western world. An autocrat who is not afraid of the Ukraine’s military strength but, instead, of the Ukrainians’ longing for the liberty and freedom of the West, fearing that this might transition to his autocracy. And now the President of the nation which had for ages been viewed as the beacon of liberty, the country of last resort – and now this President acts like a bully, turns the victim into the perpetrator. Not like a Mafia boss as some have claimed. No; a Mafia boss lives by a codex; a Mafia codex at that but a codex. The Godfather stood up to Sollozzo. The American President beats down on the weak and schmoozes up to the strong. Like a street thug. A person who lies unashamedly (and all the time). A person who states that “it is hard to believe the ICE officer is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital” when the video showed clearly how that officer walked away from the incident in full strength and giving orders.
I live in a country which, in the last 10 years, has been affected by illegal immigration far more than Americans have. So I am definitely not a supporter of such immigration. And, yes, if there are laws governing immigration, they should be enforced to the letter.
It is the culture which is being promoted by the Trump administration and which is my concern. A culture of vulgar aggressiveness; a culture of primitive “might is right” thinking. As one American columnist recently described it: “Trumpism can be seen as a giant attempt to amputate the highest aspirations of the human spirit and to reduce us to our most primitive, atavistic tendencies.” Sadly, I now see how this culture is increasingly pervading the commentators in this blog; a blog which I had admired for its culture in the past.
Great strides? This is more like the end state of decay of the network.
They are now an outlet for the opinions of a billionaire who owns the joint. Bari Weiss is just doing the same job that Turley does – to get the message from the billionaires to convince the middle and lower class to be minions.
Wait, Turley is sending the message of billionaires to convince the public to be minions? What billionaires are funding Turley?
It has always been routine standard practice for any officer involved shooting to be investigated by an independent authority.
Anonymous/X/George/Svelez, in your daily zeal to lie daily about Professor Turley, you skipped right past the uninvestigated extrajudicial murder of Ashley Babbitt – which you celebrated the day prior to Goode dying as a result of choosing to commit assault on a police officer.
The “routine standard” in that point blank execution of Babbitt while she was unarmed and not assaulting that or any other officer, was to celebrate him as a hero, put him on the national media as the courageous savior of the country. Oh, and promote him!
In his zeal to throw red meat to the MAGA mob, Turley quite deliberately ignores the refusal of the DOJ to investigate the shooting of Nicole Good.
But the DoJ IS investigating that shooting – while Biden’s DoJ did not investigate Babbitt’s extrajudicial murder.
The Babbitt shooting was investigated by the US Attorney for DC, the Civil Rights Division of DOJ, and the Metropolitan Police Department’s Internal Affairs Division.
Here is a summary of the findings, and a link to the full report.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia’s Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section and the Civil Rights Division, with the Metropolitan Police Department’s Internal Affairs Division (IAD), conducted a thorough investigation of Ms. Babbitt’s shooting. Officials examined video footage posted on social media, statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses to the events, physical evidence from the scene of the shooting, and the results of an autopsy. Based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution. Officials from IAD informed a representative of Ms. Babbitt’s family today of this determination.
https://www.justice.gov/usao-dc/pr/department-justice-closes-investigation-death-ashli-babbitt
Video shows that she was unarmed and climbing through a window. The officer shot her in the neck from a distance of a only few feet. It really doesn’t matter, from the point of view of the truth, what the official organs of government said.
Let me simplify it for all you hand wringers. If someone fired a gun at a cop, would they have to actually hit him before he is justified to return fire? Even the most insane people on the left would agree he does not. Now replace “gun” with “car.” Both are deadly weapons capable of causing injury or death. Cops don’t have to get hurt before defending themselves.
Legacy media is Marxist propaganda. X and alternative media is where you find news.
The comments here all seem to have jumped straight to the equities of this incident, and they are important. However, the point of the column is how the CBS “news” person jumped straight to calling it a murder, not an alleged murder, not “what some claim is murder”, or any of the other qualifiers routinely used to report news. Note that the report went on to say that Trump “claimed” Ms. Good drove at the officer. In choosing to characterize the killing as factually a murder while calling the other side’s position as a “claim” CBS continued the standard network “news” policy of slanting the coverage.
Situation Common To Retail Security
Anyone who has worked retail security for any length of time has been in this situation on at least 2 or 3 occasions.
The shoplifter makes it to their car 10 paces ahead of you; then locks themself in and cranks the engine. As the store detective, you can only get their license plate plus a description of the vehicle.
But you don’t jump in front of their vehicle. The shoplifter might be wanted on felony warrants. They may just plow you over! It’s a frustrating situation. But if your day is busy enough, it might be forgotten by closing time.
Therefore this nonsense that Agent Ross had to jump in front of that SUV, sidestep around, then shoot Renee Good 3 times in the face is darkly absurd. Nothing would have been lost if Ross had simply allowed Good to drive away.
WHY was she allowed to antagonize them?? Actions have consequences. SHE shouldn’t have been there to begin with.
I could’t have said it better. Agent Ross stepped in front of Good’s car and drew his weapon. During my time as a military policeman, and I assume that all police officers undergo the same training, my fellow officers and I were continually cautioned to draw our weapons only when it became necessary to pull the trigger.
Ross drew his weapon before any threat presented itself. For further study, watch this video: https://www.fox2detroit.com/news/ice-policy-use-lethal-force-redacted-questions-linger-following-minneapolis-ice-shooting
Not an expert by any means, but I think a lot of police training has less to do with public safety than it does avoiding liability. It’s easy to sit here five days after the fact having seen all the videos and make a decision but this was a decision made in an instant. I read the Minnesota law on use of deadly force and there are three paragraphs in the analysis. When I was done reading it I wasn’t even sure what the standard was, much less in the middle of a heated confrontation. These folks need to stay out of Ice’s way.
Police are absolutely not dedicated to public safety. They are the blue gang and everyone else is a subhuman target for abuse. They care very little about liability since the Supreme Court gave them a nearly 100 % guaranteed Keep Out of Jail Free card. The main times that card doesn’t work is for especially cruel murders or embarrassment to the town they are employed at. Rarely is there any financial or confinement penalty for most even heinous actions.
During my time as a military policeman, and I assume that all police officers undergo the same training, my fellow officers and I were continually cautioned to draw our weapons only when it became necessary to pull the trigger.
During my deployments over in Afghanistan, if the MPs actually did do that and then pull the trigger because unholstering made pulling the trigger necessary as claimed above… the ground around their vehicle checkpoints would have been littered with dozens of empty brass. And the ubiquitous Toyotas would be full of MP bullet holes from what would have been dealt with as negligent discharges.
Approaching vehicles, carts, pedestrians OFTEN had characteristics regarding the occupants or what was in them that made it common sense to unholster and be at the low ready… they would have been foolhardy to have done otherwise.
But claiming every time an MP unholsters, it’s because it’s the last step before completing the action of aiming and firing their weapon? Whether in CONUS or in Afghanistan???
That’s X-level BullSchiff.
Ross drew his weapon before any threat presented itself.
That is not true. He drew it immediately as she began accelerating towards him.
He was already reaching to draw the gun while she was backing up. He had already made the decision to shoot her, a decision not shared by any other ICE agents near the vehicle. He had been goading the passenger and didn’t like that the passenger didn’t cower enough. That’s his motive for killing Good.
Ross wouldn’t have been forced into this situation had Good and Butch not taken it upon themselves to interfere and obstruct with a lawful immigration process. I don’t care whether the people ICE pursues are hardened criminals or just criminal lights by hopping our borders. Get them out and should people interfere or obstruct that process, arrest them. If they offer resistance, beat their ass, if they offer lethal resistance or threat of severe bodily harm, do what you have to!
No one forced Ross into this situation. He decided to engage them for no particular benefit to the situation and then decided to kill Good to punish Good’s wife. No one was stopping ICE from their task. If ICE is so easily distracted then either train them better or wash out the weak willed killers.
The agent was told to have some lunch to prepare for what might come. I guess he did.
Situation Common To Retail Security. Anyone who has worked retail security for any length of time has been in this situation on at least 2 or 3 occasions.
A Democrat claiming that they were a mall cop, is hoping they can convince normal Americans that store security has both the same powers of arrest as well as the same scope of proactive law enforcement that ICE and other federal officers have.
So for example, if their neighbor is walking past the entrance to the Walmart where they’re the team lead on that store’s Retail Security SWAT team, and they know there is a warrant for that neighbor’s arrest due to not paying their parking fines, they can scramble their Walmart SWAT team and use their arrest powers to chase their neighbor out through the surrounding public area to affect a high risk arrest for those unpaid tickets.
Then – if you believe that BullSchiff – they claim that as a mall cop they had the exact same operational training as ICE.
Waiting to hear their war stories of being the team lead on the WalMart store security SWAT team!
A store security person has no power to arrest the person, and is not paid to endanger himself. A law enforcement officer, which ICE agents are, does have the power of arrest, the duty to arrest, and is specifically paid to put himself in danger in order to arrest someone who might indeed be a dangerous felon. That’s why store security people are generally not armed, while law enforcement officers always are.
It is negligence for a law enforcement officer to deliberately let a criminal escape arrest.
They are not paid to put themselves in danger. Their number one mantra is to go home safe every night, even if they kill someone to do so. I think their death rate for on the job (many are heart attacks or car crashes when off duty) is lower than for pizza delivery drivers who get killed as part of robberies.
They can only be a felon if they are convicted of a felony. They may be dangerous because they are roid raging racist cops with an itchy trigger finger. Good didn’t want to have the ICE agent grab her and body slam her face first into the pavement and then kick her head until she was permanently disabled and disfigured. Turns out that getting killed outright was less trouble for her than standard treatment by ICE thugs.
Respect for police used to be because they were upstanding examples. Now it is the same respect one should have for a rabid bear.
Clearly, the ICE agents should have allowed the Good suspect to escape and create a car chase that endangered the public for hours, possibly ending in a vehicular collision that may have taken the lives of or injured Ms. Good, the pursuing agents, and random citizens.
Escape where? If no one chases there is no car chase. They know where she lives. Get an arrest warrant if there is probable cause and go to her home. This is no different than a cop letting a person go on a speeding ticket – that person could just go and have a collision and take lives just the same, yet cops do this hundreds of times a day.

Kate McKinnon and Bari Weiss Had a Brief Relationship in College
Bari Weiss and comedian Kate McKinnon dated during their time at Columbia University, having an on-again, off-again relationship that later transitioned into a friendship, according to profiles of Weiss. While they were romantically involved in college, Weiss later married someone else and is now married to journalist Nellie Bowles.
OT. ^^^
In the same thread, SCOTUS is hearing the Erasure of Women case today.
Peace
Huh?! Who’s interested in this? And how is it in any way relevant to this topic, or to any topic whatsoever? Who the hell cares who dated whom in college?
Dear leftys,
Please quadruple down on your position on this shooting, in fact protest loudly against LEO’s please. Defund the police 2.0!
Sane people are watching and voting accordingly like before hehe.
“This will Never be a socialist nation” -Donald J. Trump
In case you’re still wondering why he was elected.
Defund is not disband.
This is definitely much worse than the vice president declaring the dead woman a domestic terrorist with no investigation of any kind.
Yawn, she was part of a ANtI-ice group.
Well, Dems called the cop a murderer with no investigation. Sauce for the goose….
He is a murderer. Were he to stand before the fictional God, God would ask “Did you kill someone?” and the answer would be “Yes.” He intended to kill Good. That makes it murder. It appears to not be justifiable as he aggravated a situation that could easily have been let ease.
There is a saying that one can outrun the police but cannot outrun Motorola. They know who she was, knew where she lived. Simple matter to apply for an arrest warrant if there is sufficient probable cause and go to her home.
But street thug small boy gets a gun and kills her instead.
X says: If there was nothing wrong with the conduct by the agents, then it would be a very simple matter to do a formal investigation that has always been routinely done for officer involved shootings, and then formally exonerate the agents.
But X… why isn’t the FBI’s formal investigation not good enough for you? What other federal agency would be acceptable for a federal officer engaged in enforcing federal laws shooting a felon assaulting that officer?
You’ve been celebrating and claiming the trustworthiness of the FBI with what they did during the Arctic Frost and “Trump-Russia Dossier” investigations! Now they’re not good enough for you?
BTW… as our resident self-identifying expert on law enforcement and the Constitution… provide the link to the formal investigation done into the extrajudicial execution of an unarmed Ashley Biden at point blank range by a male officer twice her size! While she was sprawled half in and half out of a window, not engaged in assaulting anyone, including the group of officers in full battle rattle that were watching her from behind at touching distance.
Your analysis of that formal investigation done of the for Capitol Police officer who killed Babbitt could be considered by you to be “a teachable moment”.
352 days of complete and abject failure each day remaining in 2026, X/Anonymous/George/Svelez….

Fastest investigation in history – wasn’t even suspended with pay during that investigation. And then after the rush job exoneration, internal whistleblowers led Republicans to a trove of concealed documents not referenced in the “investigation”.
After over 500 pages of hidden additional documents were revealed and Babbitt’s family brought a lawsuit, the investigation was re-opened. After reviewing the evidence in the hundreds of pages of new evidence, the DoJ admitted to Babbitt’s wrongful death and settled the $30 million lawsuit.
Do you need more time to find a web link to complete your half finished post as to the ultimate decision – that showed that the original “investigation” was a poorly executed whitewash?
“More than 500 pages of internal documents from DC Metropolitan Police concerning the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt in the Capitol on Jan. 6 reveal witness accounts stating she was not holding a weapon at the time of her death. Several other officers present at the time stated that they were confused when they saw Lt. Byrd shoot Babbitt while she was partially through the window and assumed she must have been pointing a weapon that they could not see”.
Trump ordered the DoJ to reward Ashli Babbitt for her martyrdom on Trump’s behalf. Rather easy since it wasn’t Trump’s money and he wants to motivate others to sacrifice themselves for him.
Ashli Babbitt….. 🙂
The FBI investigates against laws. The Civil Rights Attorneys look at constitutionality. There aren’t specific penalties for violating constitutional rights as there are for violations of laws.
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) on Monday again described the incident as “a clearly thought out murder.”
In the interest of preventing the slaughtering of citizens, protecting women, ensuring human rights and peaceful protests, Rep Ilhan Omar should travel to Iran to serve as a legal observer, from one Muslim to a group of Muslim jihadists. another. Birds of a feather.
What could possibly go wrong ?
Iran now slaughtering civilians — not just protesters — as death toll surges into the thousands
https://nypost.com/2026/01/13/world-news/iran-is-now-slaughtering-civilians-who-arent-involved-in-anti-regime-protests-witnesses-warn-as-death-toll-surges-into-the-thousands/
Omar should not be here. It’s a case that should have brought about legislation that refugees have a limited stays. That limit might be a time period or until other accommodations have been made but no refugee can remain indefinitely.
She is an American Legislator, not an Iranian citizen. The State Department is charged with foreign nations.
Any person operating a vehicle and repeatedly non-compliant with any law enforcement anywhere would have been shot in same way. Race, sex, gender, income level, legal status, political ideology, are all irrelevant factors in this shooting. The templated media and Democratic Party reactions and coverage to leverage and sell the story are certainly expected, predictable and certain as well. The only exception to being shot may have been if the driver were a 95 year old with cognitive impairment. Perhaps the ACT-UP or whatever Leftist Non-Profit Community Agitation Organizations are involved should recruit elderly minority women to train in upcoming ICE interference operations for optimizing outcomes and daring officers to shoot when great-granny accidentally hits the gas instead of the brakes while she’s only trying to pick up some cat food and prune juice around the corner.
The why didn’t the guy stop working to open the door and just kill her outright after the first command?
HAHAHAAH – “CBS news has made GREAT STRIDES under Bari Weiss!” WOW – Here’s the latest update on how Bari’s doing at CBS:
She literally wrote in a memo to her producers “Let’s make sure every single night has something with viral potential…..the goal for this road show is not to deliver the news so much as it is to “drive the news”.” WOW – yes Professor Turley – someone with such high journalistic standards is definitely worthy of your praise 😉 No wonder you like her so much – you guys are cut from the same cloth!
It is you who is the fool. You have personally used your own confirmation bias to interpret what she said.
“Drive the news” means to stay on top of it and stay in CONTROL of it. Don’t get caught in a traffic jam- stay focused and move ahead of your competitors. That might mean fighting the propaganda from MSNBC and CNN.
Your interpretation is not fact.
Not just from the same cloth – paid by the same class of people, oligarch billionaires.
Dear Mr. Turley, until the left begins talking about the many young women killed by illegal aliens, I do not have time for their “tears” over Ms. Good. Ms. Good planned on interfering with a police operation and placed herself in harms way. She got what she deserved.
Research generally indicates that undocumented immigrants have lower homicide conviction and arrest rates than native-born U.S. citizens.
Its 2.2 out of every 100,000 and us citizen is 3 out of every 100,000
https://www.cato.org/policy-analysis/illegal-immigrant-murderers-texas-2013-2022
Whomp whomp
Research generally indicates that undocumented immigrants have lower homicide conviction and arrest rates than native-born U.S. citizens.
That’s the research that took great care to avoid mentioning that many law enforcement agencies and prisons don’t bother determining the status of the prisoner, whether American, legal immigrant or “undocumented immigrants.
And therefore, the only imprisoned criminal Illegal Aliens are the ones who WERE specifically identified in that group – the rest magically become “native-born U.S. citizens”. Not even naturalized American citizens.
(now how do law enforcement experts make the mistake of improperly calling criminal Illegal Aliens “undocumented immigrants”????)
Same Cato that has been demanding “there shall be no borders” for decades?
^^^ hey boys and girls, get a gander of this one. 😂
^^^ He ain’t one of us Democrat trannies… he claims there’s only two genders.😂
You’re feeding directly from the trough of manufactured democrat propaganda …… bought and paid for.
Perhaps because they are most likely to flee the country after their crimes?
Dear Mr. Turley, until the left begins talking about the many young women killed by men, I do not have time for tears over MAGA morons. Classifying according to anything except the primary characteristic of the killers, that they are men, is a statistical lie. I expect the largest number of such killers is white men, by far.
. Anyone have the forensic reports? What we know is the deceased died of a gunshot wound to the head. An ICE agent fired 2 or 3 shots in under 1 second.
Nothing else.
Camera angles are not all available.
^^^ Jonathan Ross is part of an ICE special tactical unit. The tactical unit is a SWAT team within ICE.
Please note there is a TRO in place preventing NG deployment. Some agree with Justice Alito’s deep concern for the safety of ICE agents.
^^ President Trump has my admiration at this time and his belief in the United States of America is admirable.
Jonathan Ross is part of an ICE special tactical unit? AKA thug life.
Had Ms. Good not been part of a mob organized to bait ICE agents into reacting in a manner contrary to their mission she’d be alive today. Of course, she never imagined that an armed agent could be goaded, through prolonged and unrelenting physical and psychological harassment, into a life-and-death state of alarm. Too bad for her. Too bad she didn’t understand that all humans have breaking points. Too bad that out of all the agents on scene she accelerated her SUV into one, perhaps the only one, who was so close to the edge of panic that he reacted in a life-and-death manner.
Ms. Good rolled the dice and crapped out. Too bad she didn’t understand the rules of the game.
These idiots who keep quoting “ICE Policy” by posting ridiculous BS they got “off the internet” need to stay in their bubble and leave the running of the country to the adults who are in charge.
Democrat politicians don’t care about the dead girl who clearly and proudly threatened ICE agents. They only care about votes, from Somalis and the blue-haired-nose-ring-self-loathing white chicks who virtue-signal their insanity to achieve status among their bubble mates, caring more about that than their own children.
She lived in a city/state that burned down police stations, defunded the police and clearly doesn’t promote respect for LEOs, as their governor and mayor spew from their cesspool mouths daily.
Nobody with a brain thinks this wasn’t a justified self-defense shooting by a LEO who was rightfully trying to detain a multiple law-breaker.
She didn’t have to die, but it was her choice not to comply, so she reaped what she sowed.
The opposite is true. Politicians are not threatening ICE thugs enough. Those racist violent criminal thugs need to know that their time living outside of prison will soon come to an end.
And that is if we are to go easy on them. True justice will see them all executed.
WOW. You have real issues. Just maybe you jerks should stop attacking federal law enforcement officers.
ICE are not law enforcement officers. They are violent raciest thugs. They are the enemy of humanity.
Anon 2:34pm – You simply demonstrate the effectiveness of democrat propaganda on their target audience – children.
Grow up.
INCEL much hahaha
The literally never defunded the police. When you say “respect” what you mean is “abject fear.” The mere presence of an officer should force such terror that people flop face down and soil themselves in terror lest the officer take notice; of course this will be seen as suspicious, as will walking by without comment, standing still, remaining seated – honestly everything people do can be considered suspicious by cops.
I watched a football game this weekend. On a tackle a player was hit in the hip by another players helmit.
He got up limping. It was a natural reaction to a blow to his hip.He wasn’t faking it and he went to the sideline.
I watched the video of the shooting in Minneapolis this morning. After being rammed by the car the ice agent was visibly limping. It too was a natural reaction of a blow to the hip.
We should remember that at first they tried to tell us that the agent had not been struck.
As the song goes the camera don’t lie. If the agent would have reacted just a split second slower he would have been very seriously injured if not dead. A deadly weapon does not have to be a gun. She tried to kill the man but her timing and her aim was off. Will her wife be charged with accessory to an attempted murder in the fine state of Minnesota? Not a snow balls chance in hell.
The racist thug shot the innocent woman after he was safety to the side of the car. It was murder.
Nope..
So now they are racist. This is why normal folks are walking away from you loons
He hates white women now?? You guys are nuts.
That agent had been dragged by a car and hospitalized just a few months ago; probably still recovering. What he wasn’t was getting knocked down. There is from every angle recorded a gap between him and the vehicle the entire time.
I presume you will no longer operate a deadly weapon on a public street?
