Swank Flasher: Man Who Allegedly Flashed Girls at Lemonade Stand is Finally Caught With Help of Young Victim

m_image11fd101b4ff9388fad0d988c47Rodney Swank, 52, may be the most misnamed man in the world. Not only is he accused for exposing himself to children, he picked 8 and 9-year-old girls in St. Louis at a lemonade stand to engage in flashing. What is most remarkable is that he returned to the area recently and flashed a young girl who had the presence of mind to write down his license plate number.

Swank is charged with two counts of sexual misconduct involving a child.

something similar happened to me when i was a kid nearly 30 years ago. a guy was sitting in the back of his van parked by a neighborhood park. the back door of the van was open and he was diddling himself while fully unclothed. all the kids were walking home from school. we thought the guy was VERY strange, but, oddly, we did not feel threatened. we were somewhat amused at how weird it was to see a guy naked, playing with himself, in broad daylight! someone told their parents and we were questioned by the cops. none of the kids understood exactly why this was considered so wrong but the parents did freak!
