Despite the recent litigation over the abusive use of police dogs, there appear a few dogs that may be too playful. In this video a police dog is having a great time with multiple people running — too much fun to stop the fleeing suspect.

It looked to me like the dog was doing a better job than the cops. He was circling the fleeing suspect trying to coral him and the cop fell too far behind for the catch.
