Now, here is a respondeat superior case: a tourist goes to a bar in Goa, India where he is beaten to death by the staff for being rude. This is what the family says happened to Austrialian John Kelly, 65, at the Club City Restaurant.
Goa has become a very dangerous place for tourists of late. 15-year-old British tourist Scarlett Keeling was recently raped and left for dead by two local men in Goa.
In Kelly’s case, the staff cited an “arrogant attitude” when he entered the barn around 8 am on the day that he arrived in the city. He probably thought “club” in Club City referred to a social gathering rather than a weapon of choice for the staff.
Security staff reportedly joined the attack in tearing his clothes and beating him. He died 10 hours after being attacked at the bar at Calangute. Police have denied accusations of a delay in taking any action in the case.
So another braindead comment?
Now I’m a republican? And not just a republican, but a PAID republican?
😐
How exactly does your brain correlate that empty charge considering I’m an Obama supporter?
And you are the one who made it personal, sport. If you can’t bring the heat, ride the pine.
lol
You are a piece of work. Republican schill. It’s nice they think Turley is important enough to pay you to troll here.
I don’t have to give you shovel.
See what?
You’re not saying anything.
You’re just name calling and saying “nuh uh”.
Did you have a coherent sentence to include or is your brain finished with you for the evening?
And if you are too stupid to see that, I’m done with you. Your nick is a good choice. You’re a fine example of retrograde evolution, cowardice and narcissism.
Sad. Amusing. But sad.
If thats the best answer you’ve got, then I’ve proven someones ignorance alright.
Yours.
You have proven nothing but your ignorance.

Once the Dalai Lama was asked what would he do if he was in a room and armed men taking hostages and gained access to a gun. He answered that first he would try to dissuade the attackers peaceably. If that didn’t stop them, he would shoot them in the arm or leg. If that was insufficient to protect the others, he said he would shoot the hostage taker in the head.
Well, thats the Dali Lama.
I would have shot the hostage taker in the head first.
😐
Negotiations tend to go much smoother at that point.
Oh, and did I mention you apparently have the same amount of “too much time on your hands”, that you accuse me of?
😐
Or did you think your comments were invisible to the rest of us?

And I bet you own a lot of handguns. You already know what I think of handgun owners
Well then I suggest you stay away from Vegas, as I do not own handguns. Never have.
Fortunately, my parents were cool parents, and enrolled me in the Joohn Rhee Tae Kwon Do schools (remmber the commercials witht he little kids saying “Nobody bothers me”) at a very young age, where I studied in Maryland until my 19th Birthday. Following that, I continued studying various forms of Martial arts for the next 10 years, including Hapkido (bone breaking) and Hung Gar (a low stance style of Kung Fu that was good for my back), and Aikido, (wrist locks). By the time I hit 30, I moved onto rock climbing and weight lifting, but I never forgot nor disrespected my training in the martial arts. To this day, I’ll never forget when my instructor brought in a VCR and showed an episode of “Kung Fu” at a belt award ceremony for the brown belts. It was the episode where one of the masters has young cain build a fine vase, then he has a blunderbuss (firearm) in a box, where Cain is told to pull the trigger. Cain cries and says, why did you have me destroy it? And The master says “to show you that this tool, is only designed for one thing. To destroy”.
I never really liked guns growing up, and thus they never found a way into my world. But if I felt the need for one, I would feel no shame in owning one, as apparently big mouths like you want to suggest one should.
Because in this world, theres always going to be throwbacks like you who think the world should be returned to a physical primitive “pecking order”, where the strong rule and the less strong shut up and get out of their way.
Its because your brains, never developed with your brawn.

Wow, CMM. I see you are still proving you are a humorless prick.
Well, since half of what I said to you was spoken in jest, it appears you are the one who is humorless, not to mention reduced to petty name calling absent any intelligent response.
Did I mention you have way too much time on your hands?
😀
Gah, pardon my grammar.
Not you CMM. You’ve earned the right for me not to give a damn what you think. Schmuck.

That comes from the head of Tibetan Buddhism.
Being a Buddhist does not mean one is a doormat. It means you walk the path of peace until given no other option.
Hey, don’t feel so bad about being ignorant. It shows in a lot of your postings, but it usually comes across as humor (not today however).
Hubris? Look in the mirror.
