Dr. Jack Cassell, 56, a Mount Dora urologist and a registered Republican, left a message for Obama supporters on his door: heal thyself or at least find a doctor elsewhere.
Cassell posted a sign reading “If you voted for Obama…seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years.” Personally, I am not sure I want a proctological exam with a guy who is really pissed off at Democrats and liberals. Hint: when you visit Dr. Cassell bring a copy of Rush Limbaugh on tape, the exam goes much smoother.
Curiously, Cassell insists that telling Obama supporters to “seek urologic care elsewhere” is not denying them care: “I’m not turning anybody away — that would be unethical. But if they read the sign and turn the other way, so be it.”
This raises an interesting question. It would seem unethical to deny care based on political beliefs but state law only addresses race, religion,
gender, sexual preference or disability. However, as an ethical matter, it would seem rather clear but I am but a juris doctor.
To further his unique combination of politics and proctology, Cassell supplies copies of a health-care timeline produced by Republicans and added a sign that reads “This is what the morons in Washington have done to your health care. Take one, read it and vote out anyone who voted for it.”

U.S. Medical Society Sues to Overturn ObamaCare- The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) has filed a lawsuit against the newly enacted health care bill, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), making them the first U.S. medical society to take legal action against the sweeping health care overhaul.”
Calling the AAPS a “US Medical Society” is like calling the KKK an American Christian organization.
The AAPS is a small CONSERVATIVE anti government group that includes members like Ron Paul and calls Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, “evil and immoral”.
AAPS is just another right wing front group that right wingers taut whenever it does their bidding.
Now that President Barack Obama has signed the pro-abortion health care bill into law, a supporter of his has admitted the rationing components in it. During an appearance on ABC’s “This Week” Paul Krugman admits some of the concerns that pro-life groups pointed out during the debate.
Krugman claims accurately that the cost/benefit board established over private medicine by the new health care program will be able to impose “more or less binding judgments” refusing care.
He said these judgments will save “a lot of money” in the context of treating the elderly and people with disabilities and terminal illnesses.
Krugman also said the panel will prevent treatment that isn’t “medically” useful.
Wesley J. Smith, an author and attorney who is a bioethics watchdog, noticed the interview.
“No, the money won’t be taken out of the hide of patients who want physiologically useless treatment, it will come at the lethal cost to patients whose treatment will be refused because it could work, based on the invidious judgment that the patient’s life is not worth the money to support,” he said in response.
“In short, Krugman has admitted that contrary to the many mendacious denials by Obamacare supporters, the new regime will impose rationing,” as happens in the UK, Smith added.

that is a good one, you call me a liar and a racist and then say that?”
******************************
Byron, first I did not call you a liar. I said you were lying about the fact that I brought up banking first. I did not. You did.
But in your typical ambiguous stratagem you moved the goal posts down the field, claiming now it mattered who you were actually talking to when you brought it up, which was not a parameter defined when you made the blanket statement.
That’s what the ambiguity and vagueness does for you and no doubt why you do it. It makes it easy to later add parameters that were never suggested nor implied in your original statement so you can play gotcha. Also you’re never quite pinned down on anything. Makes backpedaling a breeze.
As for calling you a racist, you’ll have to show me where I did that. I scanned the comments quickly and don’t see where I did. I called Duh a racist, because he made racist comments. And I called Tea Baggers racists.
Or are you now admitting you’re a Teabagger?
Byron, move the goal posts all you want, but that accusation/slander comparing a cogent logical poster with a demonstrated mentally ill poster is both baseless and childish and you know it. Please don’t encourage it from the trolls.
Carry on.
Well since Byron was the only person I was debating, and since Byron was the only one making those claims, it is unlikely it was anyone else. Unless of course someone is intentionally misleading by pretending to be Byron under a different name.
Either way its just more diversions from either Byron or an obvious friend of his playing games to create more diversions. False accusations, lies about me that have zero to do with what we are discussing, all typical right wing tactics. I don’t know why the animosity is being directed at me for simply debating you on the facts but personal attacks are nothing more than an admission of defeat.
goneville:
“A common trait of right wing bloggers is when their arguments fall flat, they stoop to attacking the man rather than the message. If you focus on the facts, rather than personal attacks, you’ll do better in a debate.”
that is a good one, you call me a liar and a racist and then say that? But thank you for the advice.
