dcpi The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following suspect wanted for Grand Larceny in the confines of the 1 Precinct. Details are as follows: On Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at approximately 0030 hours, the victim (M/W/47) was sleeping in his room at the Cosmopolitan Hotel located at 95 West Broadway when the suspect, whom the victim met earlier in the night at the Whiskey Park bar located at 100 Central Park South, stole his personal property and fled the room. The suspect has been identified as: Cooper, Erika F/B/34 1375 River Terrace, Manhattan Cooper, who also goes by the name “Bianca Williams,” is described as approximately 5’9″, 120 lbs., small build, with brown eyes and black hair.
