The video below shows a particularly well-planned prank for Halloween, though one has to wonder about the danger of injuries to people with weak hearts (discussed in another posting today) or resulting injuries from fright. Nevertheless, everyone shown on the film seemed to enjoy the prank, which had some funny moments.
We have previously discussed the liability dangers in such pranks in the past. It is always a difficult line to draw when dealing with people who really do not consent in advance as do people in the new trend of adult haunted houses. In this video, it appears that some people knew of the prank and were setting up their children while it seemed to come as a surprise to at least one couple.
Here is the video, which the “victims” shown on the video do seem to enjoy.

My directors back on Remulak sent me to Detroit last week. We are trying to ascertain the behavior patterns and legal policies on Planet Earth which are detrimental. The welfare system in Detroit seemed to be the key player in the city’s demise. America is now in its 100th year of prominence. It started with the beginning of WWI when Europe fell apart. We give it another fifteen and then it will be like the Ukraine. It is all over. There is nothing you can do to stop it. Once you start paying female children at age 14 or so to have babies your nation is up itShay Creek without a paddle. The family of Mike Brown is a good example.
Just when you thought it safe to enter Canfield Ave. You have heard of it. That street in Ferguson where big Mike Brown the fleeing felon got shot after assaulting the cop and where the protests arise everyday by outsiders. Transport yourself a few hundred miles north to some place called De Troit which used to be a vibrant city. This is what Ferguson and Saint Louis will be like in ten years. All because of the welfare system. Say it loud! I am dumb and I am proud. There is a monster in every field, every stream and every section 8 project.

Neo, it’s not just LEO. I also watched the “Jason” prank that followed this one. Given the increase in concealed carry permits, these people are lucky that they have not been shot. And I think that if someone did shoot them, it would be a clear case of self-defense — in the Jason video you have a masked guy, saying nothing, but coming at you with a huge machete out in the woods. I would shoot!
Most open or concealed carry states allow establishments to order disarmament before entering. I certainly would do it if I had the Jason guy creeping around. That’s an industrial claim waiting to happen. 😉
Could you imagine if that scary pumpkin guy pranked an off-duty LEO?
He probably would have been shot 30 times in the back to make us safer.
Squeeky, Byron is an old timer here, and stops by too infrequently.
No, that it really somebody named Dusty Andersen from 1944. I could have swore I had a PS with that info???
BTW, I did you two Irish Poems on the Tiger thread.
By the way is that you on the broom?
From what I am reading, dead democrats are going to be the only ones voting for their candidates this year. It used to be the dead only helped democrats win elections. Apparently that is now their constituency, gives credo to the moniker demoncrats, eh?
Oops, I put this on the Halloween litigation thread by accident, sooo could a moderator please erase the other one???
Well, since it is Halloween, and evil spirits are busting loose all over, it is time for an Irish Poem!
An Irish Poem by Squeeky Fromm
It’s the night of the screeching Black Cats!
And wart-y nosed Witches in hats!
There are Goblins and Trolls!
And meanwhile at the polls,
Vote the zombie-fied dead Democrats!
I got the same mask this Halloween and we are hosting a party for about twenty 5-7 year olds tonight. This will be interesting. 🙂
Thank God for places like this. Kids need to realize the world is a dangerous place where Mom and Dad cannot protect them.
