We have another academic who has found himself in an embarrassing criminal case involving prostitutes. Keiser University’s President Matt McEnany, 60, was mugged and carjacked by two women on what the police say was a “sexual rendezvous.” McEnany was reportedly meeting with two women identified only as “Luscious” and “Brittany” and was struck from behind when he got out of his 2011 Toyota Venza Sunday night.
The police say that McEnany told them that he was picking up the two women from their “grandmothers’ houses” and that he met then a few months ago after his car broke down.
The police however said it was an arrangement for sex. The police played the tape of McEnany’s call to 9-1-1: “I had two supposedly friends of mine needed a ride. I pulled up here and I got out of the car and some black guy jumps me. He throws me down to the ground and starts kicking me and the two girls and the guy get in to my car and take off with it, my wallet, everything.” He says that he was robbed of $100 and that “I was picking up these two girls because they needed a ride somewhere.”
The problem for McEnany is that the police clearly believe that his statement is false, which can itself be a criminal act. Indeed, the police say that they have evidence of their communication for months and Police Chief Mike Chitwood described the communications as “sexually graphic and pretty disgusting.”
There is then the question of whether McEnany should be disciplined for allegedly trying to pay for sex. While some have called for legalization of prostitution, it remains a crime. That would make two possible crimes facing President McEnany.
Keiser is a private non-profit university based in Florida with its main campus in Fort Lauderdale.
Kelli Lane, associate vice chancellor of media and public relations at Keiser said McEnany has been suspended pending a “thorough and comprehensive” investigation.
Lane said the school is cooperating with police.

Nick: I enjoy watching Forensic Files, all true murder cases. But I’ve never seen one involving a “burn phone.” What I did learn is that more people seem to be caught by purchasing their murder supplies at Walmart than anything else. That company records EVERYTHING that goes on in their stores and parking lots and keeps those records for YEARS. And they know by the product code which store sold the product, whether it’s a shovel, duct tape, tarp, rope, etc. Then their computers correlate the sale to the video showing the purchaser at the check stand, and their outside cameras will catch his vehicle. The company has amazing supply chain management, so a lot of criminals are in prison today because they wanted to save $2.00 on a box of bullets or a bag of lime.
@Isaac – He probably figured his wife would know, if he offered more. He’s conceited to offer only $100 for two girls. hahaha
Hey Texas: prostitution isn’t easy money–until and unless it’s made absolutely professional, it’s a failure of the imagination, a job like another job at best; a sad story, a last resort; at worst, rape and murder. What it isn’t is easy money–dissembling mentally, gritting your teeth or faking pleasure while someone “manhandles” your body, while you risk disease and violence–ha ha–which pretty much describes a lot of “normal” sex too—how is that easy money? Dude.
Although one needs to search, there are still pay phones in this country. Just look for any surveillance cameras in the vicinity.
I don’t get the “burn phone” thing. I had one many years ago in college before I could afford an iPhone. I remember buying one at the college bookstore, along with a pre-paid card for the minutes. But then the phone had to be activated by calling in, so wouldn’t that defeat the secrecy aspect? The police could contact the company and ask who activated this particular phone. While someone could, I suppose, provide a false name, he would still be traceable through the phone number that he used to activate the account….right?
If you want contact someone, do as Neo says. Use a burner. Use up the phone for at least a few weeks at least, getting rid of all the minutes to contact prostitutes. Then dump the phone, repurchase a new one, repeat.
Why? Because using your primary phone is a hassle. Police can and will LOOK into the phone records. Seriously… If you are ever at all caught, in trouble, or did something dirty, having nothing on your phone makes you look clean. A burner phone, on the other hand, is very expendable and easy to lose. Really easy to lose.
The AoC in FL is 18, so pretty much McEnany is screwed. However, had he moved to Indiana, the AoC is 16. He would NOT be having a problem there. I guess the job he had was too cushy. 18 is about a good age for him to find prostitutes, though they’re not always in ample supply. They’re most likely trafficked.
There’s been some talks by people on YouTube to decriminalize prostitution. They cite the fact men are frustrated with their overbearing, hateful, spiteful wives and wanted to have company with younger women who would give nurturing, loving, and understanding companionship. While I can certainly understand the need for husbands to want better wives, prostitutes are by far from that imagery as shown in films, such as the Aussie show where prostitutes give high-class services. It’s also a realistic portrayal in some parts where men fall in love with their whores and ask them to leave the life for the man himself.
Prostitutes are never honest all the time. They have to lie, cheat, and steal at times to get a better advantage over flaky, unwilling, or sneaky clients for several reasons. There’s been some people who have experienced meeting prostitutes over craigslist, where ads of “beautiful women” were posted. Upon meeting those prostitutes, they are so fugly beyond repair there’s a lack of satisfaction in being with them. Money drives those prostitutes to continue this life, and at times, will beat the men up if they have to to get the money. Others beg, beg, and beg, and then attempt to grab the money as much as they could to get their hands on.
They don’t give a flying crap about morals. They just want easy money and that’s how they do it: selling their bodies cheaply in order to scrape by a living. Let me tell you something else. They are not intelligent, vastly superior in their trade or skill, having overcome adversity and showing the world who they truly can be. They are dishonest, willing to lie, cheat, steal, beat, rob, murder, even rape…
To be honest, no matter how much those husbands want better wives, they should have picked far better wives before they married them. That’s where the true problem lies. Prostitution being decriminalized is NOT the answer.
Cutting it short, McEnany’s going to face hard time because he’s violating the age of consent laws. In Indiana, he would not be having the problem.
” They just want easy money and that’s how they do it: ”
Getcha getcha ya ya da da
getcha getcha ya ya here. . .
Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir?
She works hard for the money
So hard for it, honey
She works hard for the money
So you better treat her right
Alright…
This is a case of old men behaving badly because of the “little blue pill”. I read an article that reported the statistics of old and even elderly men arrested for soliciting prostitutes, catching sexually transmitted diseases, and being victims of crime by pimps have skyrocketed since the introduction of Viagra, which gives them the ability to go out and do what Mother Nature never intended anyone to do at that age. But I don’t believe that he or anyone should be charged with a crime for reporting a crime, which only discourages crime reporting and emboldens criminals.
I love the names hookers and pole dancers use. I got to know many pole dancers professionally. An insurance company I did work for wrote policies for high risk businesses like titty bars. As you might imagine, there are many confrontations w/ bouncers, leading to injuries, leading to litigation. They were always interesting cases.
What I find interesting is the statement;
“Indeed, the police say that they have evidence of their communication for months and Police Chief Mike Chitwood described the communications as “sexually graphic and pretty disgusting.”
Is that from phone records or the NSA. I guess we don’t need court orders for this stuff anymore. Has anyone ever heard of burners? Obviously he hasn’t.

If they located Luscious and Brittany (which apparently they did) or if they recovered the stolen phone they might have just looked through any of the phones. So long as the phone were not locked they could probably do that.
Further Luscious and Brittany might have been eager to share information about McEnany if they thought it might serve their interests.
Of course if the messages were as revealing and revolting as LE says one has to wonder why McEnany was not charged right then. At this point it is possible the evidence against McEnany is far less compelling than LE would have us believe. Perhaps someone hopes the court of public opinion will punish McEnany beyond what a real court and prosecutor can accomplish.
It is an institution which, like so many other of these pseudo-universities, feeds off taxpayer-guaranteed student loans. Those loans guarantee fat six-figure salaries for “brilliant” administrators such as this jerk in FL!
Not a true university. Appears to give associate degrees only.
Why is someone exercising their right to contract even newsworthy?
“Why is someone exercising their right to contract even newsworthy?”
Ummm … lets see …. Could it possibly be that there is no right to contract with a minor for sexual services?
Sounds like the arguments that were once used to justify child labor! lol
Yes, but unfortunately it appears to be such idiots who are running these useless private colleges, which are in large part responsible for the student loan crisis.
Of course, the real issue here is the age of these girls. Not only is he a cheap idiot, he’s also an ephebophile!
When you get caught like this it’s best to just take your licking and keep quiet about it. This guy is an idiot as well as cheap, $100 for two girls?
McEnany had his last name changed when the grand parents hit Ellis Island. Back in Ireland the name was Porkananny. These Micks cannot be trusted to work in colleges. Of course this is one of those For Profit colleges in Florida. Go in dumb and come out dumb too. If any of you readers have any kids going to that place by email or otherwise, tell them to pull out now like McEany should have.
Part of the problem for McEnany is the women are reported to be under age. A cover story that might have passed muster had the women been adults is likely to face more rigorous examination if the women are underage. Soliciting for or engaging in prostitution might be the very least of McEnany’s legal problems.
At this point I will bet McEnany is wondering if he should have just called it a night and reported the SUV stolen the next day.
Are Luscious and Brittany related to Precious?
Reblogged this on Scoop Feed.
With all his income, he couldn’t call a high-class escort service?
You can’t trust Ashley Madison, Luscious or Brittany.
Who cares why he was there? It doesn’t change the fact that he was beaten and robbed by a guy who could have looked a lot like one of the president’s half-brothers.
