There is an extremely disturbing videotape below of an elderly woman in Florida being abused and assaulted at a pool as teenagers cheered and jeered. At one point, Leon Balfour Jr., 16, picks up Nancy James, 68, and throws her to the ground. He then picks her up and tosses her into the pool. It is a level of unprovoked and spontaneous violence that is truly shocking. The question is how to deal with a teenager with his level of rage.

Heavy has detailed the history of Balfour who has now been charged with battery on a person 65 years or older, 7News WSVN reported.
Balfour was processed at the Broward County Juvenile Assessment Center before being transported to the Broward Regional Juvenile Facility. The question is whether he will be treated as an adult. James was merely walking her dogs when she was surrounded by the teenagers. She found herself in the middle of about 200 people at Players Place Apartment Complex in North Lauderdale, Florida, when she asked for them to just turn down the music at the pool. She serves on the board of the association. She was hospitalized for the night and her dogs were eventually tracked down by a neighbor.
Balfour’s father was convicted for a first degree murder in 2008. Leon Sean Balfour-Joseph.
Balfour did not turn himself in until his image was widely distributed with the video, which went viral. Do you think that this 16-year-old should be tried as an adult? Juveniles are generally released at age 18 and sent to juvenile centers. The concern is that sending them to a prison like his father will only harden him into a habitual offender. Yet, this attack reflects a level of rage and violence that makes him a credible threat to society.

Can you imagine the media coverage, if this was a group of white youngsters partying and slamming an old black woman on the ground and in the pool?
CNN and Don Lemon would have been all over the case for days with lots of news. And there would have been demonstrations in the streets and so on.

My biggest issue is with the 200 people who laughed and jeered and failed to protect an older lady. There are always going to be antisocial ruffians but why did no one stop him? Men and women both should have rushed to help but instead they all acted like hooligans. None of them was raised right and are an embarrassment.
This reflects the erosion of our society and the crumbling of our values. I’m so sorry for this lady’s ordeal and glad her dogs were found safe. There was a time when her gender and age would have been a shield enabling her to diffuse the situation. Clearly that time has passed. Pity.

Another aspect of this is, what is the effect upon the elderly lady’s mindset regarding blacks??? Obviously, before being assaulted by the black savage, she thought that black youths were like white youths and would respond reasonably to being asked to turn down the music. And certainly not respond with violence. Which, smart white people would have known better to assume in the first place, which makes me think this old biddy was probably a liberal.

You should use the same fact-finding procedure with juveniles that you use with the rest of the population. Everyone should be tried as an adult. The question is the sentence. A sliding scale of remissions according to precise age should be the order of the day for defendants under 25 but past their 9th birthday, with the convict remanded to age-graded prisons if incarceration is the penalty (one set for youngsters 9-11, one for 11-14, one for 14-17, one for 17-21, and one for 21-25). Family court can in appended proceedings review the youth’s situation and impose certain custody arrangements and probation.
One thing that one might do is to re-introduce corporal punishment: the cane, the birch, and the pillory-and-stocks. Seems right for this kid.

Would be allowed for whites, but it would difficult to draft a criminal law that would so obviously target white offenders. . Impossible to apply to blacks because cultural Marxism/end stage liberalism is the hegemonic ideology of US and certain US vassal states like UK and Germany.

I think the sister of Steven Jobs (a perfectly ordinary employee of community college in the Bay Area) said her brother had acted to protect her over the years (“I’m not the sort of person who would do well with the media”). Most people are absorbed in their everyday life and do not give much thought to principles of living or to features of public life. Neither Sybrina Fulton nor Tracy Martin seem to have been grounded enough to avoid being blown to and fro by fools and grifters. The whole business is absolutely absurd, and a passably grounded person would have told the flyspeck from Florida Memorial over the phone to buzz off.
When the thug picked her up, tripped, fell and, then, dropped her on the concrete, it’s only by the grace of God that he didn’t end up killing her. How her head, missed hitting that concrete, witj the full impact of that fall, is anyone’s guess. We’re all so worried about some worthless piece of sh@t and a complete waste of oxygen, fretting over the impact on his life with regard to his punishment, and, yet, not one word of concern about the condition of the poor woman who was hospitalized. What were the nature of her injuries? How severe were they? Yes, that is relative. Just because she was released the next day is no indication that she wasn’t seriously hurt by these actions–lacerations, trauma, a concussion, broken bones, etc. Remember, hospitals routinely release patients as quickly as possible, allowing them to go home to heal, so the fact that she was only hospitalized overnight is meaningless. Fascinating how the concern, about this dirt bag’s future and the manner in which he should be dealt, are what we consider paramount to this discussion. No mention as to the victim. Oh, yeah, that’s right. The black kid is always the victim. The white woman had it coming to her. Her ancestors enslaved the sh@thead’s ancestors. Sorry. My bad.

The kid showed poor judgment but clearly had no intention of permanent or serious harm. He should be punished but serve minimal time behind bars. His behavior was stupid and impulsive, but on a scale roughly equivalent to driving drunk.
I just hope the people calling out for death/castration/ethnic cleansing will look into getting therapists, because their rage worries me far more than a kid whose worst feat of anger is a dunking.

This event is not a “one off” thing. Racial hostility against whites is being taught and fostered in the black community. Some of you may think I am overdoing it, but I suggest you buy guns and ammo now, while you can.
