Did Stormy Daniels Just Implicate Tom Brady?

downloadOk, I admit that I am a Bears fan and this could be the only way to get Tom Brady out of the next session, but doesn’t this picture look a tad familiar?  Check out this picture: Tom Brady  Or here in his hoodie: Tom Brady. With our new young quarterback scheduled to face the Patriots this year, it is close enough for me.

Stormy Daniels released the sketch today of the man that she says threatened her in a parking lot in 2011.  She describes him as 5’9″ and 6′ tall, between his 30s and early 40s, and with a lean but “fit” body type.  Brady meets all of the criteria except the height. He is 6’4” but he had to be stooping to lean into the car.  It takes something off the height.  He was 39 in 2011.

Notably, in 2011, Tom Brady was making all types of statements against his interest, including his love for deflated balls.  He also has a history of angrily telling people to drop matters like . . . well  . . .  football.

He has even pushed back on reporters in saying that he “wanted to stay out of this debate.

He is also known to be a friend of Donald Trump.

I will be seeing my former student Michael Avenatti on Wednesday when we both participate in an event. I will claim my $100,000 at the event.

“I kind of do not know what the f Kay this story is about.”

LOL. That makes two us, Liberty, that makes two of us.

      1. Ken Rogers – JT is a Bears fanatic, not just a fan. If he could implicate Tom Brady of the Patriots in a crime and have him taken off the roster, it would be a personal coup. 😉 Da Bears who don’t have a chance in hell while Brady is playing, might just have a chance if Brady were suspended.

Personally, I don’t think Da Bears would have a chance even if Brady was suspended. 🙂

I’d surmised all that. What I didn’t (and don’t) understand is the motive for a frivolous jock joke about Daniels’ reported threat to her of bodily harm, particularly in the context of a Constitutional crisis in which powerful agents of the Deep State have been trying to effect a coup d’état against a seriously suspect, but nonetheless duly elected POTUS.

I’d love to be shown that I’m exaggerating the gravity of the struggle between Trump and the Deep State, so if you think you can help in that connection, please do.

Since writing the above, I’ve run across the following open memorandum by 27-year CIA veteran Ray McGovern:

Will Congress Face Down the Deep State?
            January 30, 2018
            By Ray McGovern

“With the House Intelligence Committee vote yesterday to release its four-page memorandum reportedly based on documentary evidence of possible crimes by top Justice Department and FBI leaders, the die is cast. Russia-gate and FBI-gate are now joined at the hip.

“The coming weeks will show whether the U.S. intelligence establishment (the FBI/CIA/NSA, AKA the ‘Deep State’) will be able to prevent its leaders from being held to account. Past precedent suggests that the cabal that conjured up Russia-gate will not have to pick up a ‘go-to-jail’ card.

“This, despite the widespread guilt suggested by the abrupt way that several senior-echelon DOJ and FBI rats have already jumped ship. Not to mention the manner in which FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, was unceremoniously pushed overboard yesterday, after Director Christopher Wray was given a look at the extra-legal capers described in the House Intelligence Committee memorandum.

“Granted, at first glance Deep State’s efforts to undercut candidate Donald Trump at first seem so risky and audacious as to be unbelievable. By now, though, Americans should be able to wrap their heads around, one, the dire threat that outsider Trump was seen to be posing to the Deep State and to the ease with which it held sway under President Barack Obama; and, two, expected immunity from prosecution if Deep State crimes were eventually discovered after the election, since ‘everybody knew’ Hillary Clinton was going to win. Oops. [Emphasis added]

            Accountability This Time?
There seems to be an outside chance, this time, that the culprits who did actually interfere in the 2016 presidential election in an effort to make sure Trump could not win, and then did all in their power to sabotage him after he his electoral victory, will be held to account by unusually feisty members of the House. [Emphasis added]

“It is abundantly clear that members of the House Intelligence and House Judiciary Committees are now in possession of the kind of unambiguous, first-hand documentary evidence needed to get a grand jury convened and, eventually, indictments obtained.

“It is no exaggeration to suggest that the Republic and the Constitution are at stake.” [Emphasis added]

          2. Ken Rogers – some years back an outsider was elected governor of Arizona and the insiders did everything in their power to get him impeached. They jumped on every little thing he did or said. I would liken this to that. Check out, Evan Mecham.

  1. “WhoWhatWhy”, 4/9/2018, about the unexplored Russian connections of Michael Cohen-worth reading.

    1. Or maybe people should try reading the real Michael Cohen Story, as related to the FISC (FISA Court) revelation that Fusion GPS had been given unlawful access to raw NSA intelligence data base, did an illegal search, came up with the WRONG Michael Cohen (without knowing it), and that’s how his name got mentioned in the fake Steele “dossier. This is going to send quite a few people to prison.

  2. Stay out of Polk County

Operation “Naughty Not Nice” undercover prostitution sting caught 80 “Johns.”

Got police officers, hamburger flippers, Business managers…Most were married…80 “Johns” were arrested. Police Chief said tax payers are paying porn star @ $1600/month.

  3. Maybe this is another instance of using the cliche bad guy. For instance, there have been so many people who make up imaginary minorities as the villain when they fabricate a story. That’s rightly denounced as not only filing a false police report, but targeting a minority by describing a fictional criminal as one of them.

Perhaps this is a case where she wanted to give her story more credit so she had to think of some fictional bad guy, and the first image that came to her mind to describe to the sketch artist was Tom Brady.

Here’s the problem. Your past behavior affects your believability, which is what lends the fable of the Boy Who Cried Wolf such truth. Trump’s history of cheating makes accusations by porn stars and Playboy bunnies credible. Some could be telling the truth, and some could be lying, but you tend to believe cheating allegations against a man with a history of cheating. Don’t like it? Then become a faithful rock of devotion. After years of this, people will start to believe in you.

On the other hand, Stormy Daniels spent years tearing down her own credibility. She said on camera and in writing, that the affair did, did not, did, did not, DID happen. That flexibility with the truth makes people less likely to take her at her word. Don’t like it? Then become a paragon of truth. After years of this, people will start to believe in you.

Personally, I know Trump had a history of cheating. I don’t particularly want to know details from porn stars or any of his other mistresses. I only find relevant any bad workplace conduct in his current job, or of course any allegations of any illegal activity. Other than that, this is tabloid stuff. I feel sorry for Melania, Baron, and all of Trump’s children, adult or minor. It’s interesting to the public because he’s a public figure, but I cannot understand the 24/7 coverage of his past affairs.

I wonder if President Trump will be the first sitting president to get divorced.

Now, on to what are we going to do about Syria and North Korea and Iran. There were children who were bombed with chemical WMD. That means that their lungs and sinuses were scorched with chemical fumes, their airways swelled shut, and their lungs filled with foam. If they survived the initial blast, then they slowly smothered in terror. If they survive, then their lungs might be permanently scarred, and they would be out of breath for the rest of their (shortened) lives. I am haunted by the video of the neighborhood men frantically hosing down victims. They held a toddler face down so foam could drain out of his mouth and gave him a puff of someone’s inhaler. That’s all they’ve got. An inhaler. Because villages in Syria do not keep nebulizers and antidotes to chemical WMD in cabinets on every block. That child was arching his back, straining backward, his fist clenched by his head, muscles locked, because he couldn’t breathe and was consumed with terror. I’m rooting for Nikki Haley, and think everyone needs to get on the same curve. I hope President Trump and the US are successful in the fight against WMD and terrorism.

“Now, on to what are we going to do about Syria and North Korea and Iran. There were children who were bombed with chemical WMD.”

Why would Assad would do such an incredibly stupid thing, certain to provoke international outrage, when he was already winning the foreign-sponsored war against his regime?

Well, as it turns out, he didn’t.

“Famed War Reporter Robert Fisk Reaches Syrian ‘Chemical Attack’ Site, Concludes “They Were Not Gassed”

If we aren’t to be duped and manipulated, we should be highly skeptical of anything published in the Corporate Media about foreign leaders, as they have a long and reliable history of disseminating Deep State propaganda on behalf of the Military-Industrial-Intelligence-Financial Complex, from William Randolph Hearst’s role in starting the Spanish-American War, to the New York Times’ role in starting the Iraq War, to CNN’s and MSNBC’s current demonizing of Putin and Assad.

Here’s a good example of why such a skeptical attitude toward Corporate Media propaganda is called for:

  4. In a previous post, I had explained how the law draws a great distinction between prostitution and pornography and the distinction lies entirely on who the party is that is making the cash (or equivalent) payment. Thus, if party A pays party B in exchange for sex, that’s prostitution. But if party A pays party B to have sex with party C, and then videorecords the event and sells the videorecording online, that’s pornography.

However, shrewd attorneys may note a potential loophole in evading the potential for a charge of prostitution simply by being creative in the circumstances of the arrangement. For example, suppose that Stormy Daniels’ attorney, Michael Avenutti, wants to have sex with Stormy Daniels in exchange for the legal fees that she owes him. Now, if an exchange were to actually take place, this would be prostitution, albeit a bartering arrangement.

But, let us add a wrinkle to the situation to evade a prostitution charge. Let’s say that Jon Turley pays the legal fees that Stormy Daniels owes Michael Avenutti and, in exchange, he merely gets to watch Stormy Daniels having sex with Michael Avenutti. Under this arrangement, Michael Avenutti has successfully avoided any potential prostitution charge. Pretty clever for Michael Avenutti and Jon Turley, huh?

    1. “… the law draws a great distinction between prostitution and pornography …”

But the law has a lot of trouble drawing a distinction between prostitution and practicing law.

  5. Another day “Draining the Swamp!”

Donald Trump never promised you a rose garden.

    1. It seems to me that Michael Avenutti and Stormy Daniels are in the same business. No wonder they are working so closely together. They both make money by screwing strangers.

We all know what Stormy Daniels does for a living, but what many don’t know is that after Michael Avenutti bought Tully’s Coffee for $9.2 million 5 years ago, Avenatti’s company has been named in more than 50 state and federal legal complaints, including commercial lawsuits, breach of lease actions and warrants for unpaid taxes. And on top of that Avenutti closed many of the stores down many states, leaving employees in limbo, landlords unpaid, and customers with worthless loyalty cards.

      1. That, and MORE, is mentioned in the link I provided. And though the bar association won’t confirm or deny whether it’s currently taking any action, the guy is the subject of a very serious complaint to have his law license revoked.

At least Stormy provides her “business partners” satisfaction of a sort. Avenatti doesn’t even let the people he screws reach a climax.

  6. That sketch looks like Michael Cohen. All kidding aside, by Muler sending Cohen referral to Southern District of NY, has indicated that he’s got nothing on Russia-Trump collusion and threw Cohen to the wolves (Southern District of NY). No way would Muler make the referral if he had something on Trump-Russia collusion. Cohen probably rubbed Muler the wrong way and Muler killed two birds with one stone (1) Cohen referral, and (2) signal that he’s got nothing on Russia-Trump collusion.

    1. Ho Hum. He aleady said that a few weeks ago …

Now when are the FBI and DOJ agents going to raid Daniels and Daniels lawyers files? Starting to look more like a contrived manufactured put up job with the Star of the Bimbo Brigade attempting to deliver what the Demo’s paid for secret agent zero zero Nothing couldn’t produce.

  7. All throughout the Presidential campaign, Tom was trying to distance himself from Trump. Now we know why.

    1. He was? No one else noticed. So what do you know? Absolutely Nothing. Same old leftist PCRap. from The Collective of The Party Ad Machina. All it proves is machines can be programmed to lie.

  8. Stormy is lying, and when asked to describe someone, she simply used Tom Brady as a template. That is what I would do if I was lying and asked to describe somebody. Pick somebody famous, and describe them, so that I could make a consistent story.

    Squeeky Fromm
    Girl Reporter.

    1. Wait a minute. Are you questioning the accuracy of a sketch made from a description of a guy she saw back in 2011? ? ?

Good thing she waited 7 years instead of immediately reporting the incident to the police so they could produce a sketch while the face was still fresh in her mind.

      1. William Bayer – are you saying that Stormy did not indelibly etch in her mind the face of the man who threatened her? Shame on you, 😉

        1. I doubt she was looking at his face. More likely some other part of his anatomy.

          1. William Bayer – that is harder to identify in a line-up. However, they did photos of Michael Jackson’s penis because it supposedly was identifiable.

                1. Yep. And ya gotta know that they want to do that to Trump, too — just for the humiliation factor. I’m still waiting for someone (besides me) to point out that Stormy looking for money from Trump to keep her mouth shut (whether her story is true or not) fits the definition of “extortion” in most state statutes.

                  1. William Bayer – her dealings seem to be with Cohen, so may they want to see his? Comey was sure trying to show how big his was on TV.

                    1. The old Mae West line (apocryphal?):

“Say, you’re a pretty big fella. How tall are you?”
                      “Six foot, seven inches.”
“Well forget about the six feet and show me your seven inches.”

                    2. William Bayer – I worked with a guy who worked for Mae West and he said she kept a personal human stud farm after she retired from the screen. She had put all her money in real estate in Beverly Hills. 🙂

                    3. And that reminds me — there’s a WC Fields movie coming up on Saturday afternoon on TCM that I haven’t seen in decades. It’s the Mae West reference and 7-inches reference that made me remember it — The Bank Dick.

                    4. If you’re a Fields fan, do you know (and this isn’t a quiz — I don’t recall the name of the movie) which movie it was where Fields is on the witness stand explaining to the judge why he emptied his revolver into a guy he was playing poker with (cut to a shot of the victim sitting in the front row of the courtroom, bandaged from head to toe), and says something like:

“Well, it was like this, your honor. I’m a broad minded man. I don’t object to 5 aces in a deck — but in one hand?” — and then under his breath he adds, “Besides, I know what I dealt him.”

                    5. William Bayer – I remember the scene, do not remember the movie. 😉

                    6. Do you recall if I’m right in remembering that the scene setting was in the Yukon, or thereabouts?

                    7. William Bayer – you know 4 Kings would cost you a fortune up against 4 Aces. 😉

                    8. Never been a card player — wouldn’t even get a card-player joke.
But I am familiar with the old saying: Two heads are better than a pair of threes.

  9. Stormy had many interactions with “Johns”. When she found out his real size, then the price went up for the client. Hookers know the business more than you do!

    1. I’d like to see Stormy’s tax returns. In some states, prostitution is illegal.

      1. Nevada is the only U.S. jurisdiction to allow some legal prostitution. Currently eight counties in Nevada have active brothels (these are all rural counties); as of June–July 2008 there were 28 legal brothels in Nevada. Prostitution outside the licensed brothels is illegal throughout Nevada.
Prostitution in the United States – Wikipedia
        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prostitution_in_the_United_States

    2. So you admit she’s a whore? what happen to the big time movie star wrapping? All shredded away. Just a hooker. Does this for hire and that for hire and whatver for hire. Kinda like the staff of CNN, MSNBC, ABC and CBS.

    3. TJ – according to her interview, Stormy had consensual free sex with Trump.

  10. 😂 How she can remember someone’s face from 2011 when she is terrified is beyond me. 2011 and all strangers are a blur to me!
