Well-Known Antifa Member Sentenced to Jail Despite Journalism Defense

Alissa Eleanor Azar, a well-known Antifa activist, was sentenced to jail recently in Oregon after being convicted of felony riot and disorderly conduct. What is notable about the case was the journalism defense put forward by Azar, who claims that she was not a participant but press. That assertion is belied by not just videotapes of Azar assaulting members of the far-right group The Proud Boys but her long record of violence.

The court rejected the journalism defense after reviewing videotapes showing Azar organizing with Antifa and then engaging in the attacks. Ironically, while arguing for press freedom, her counsel attempted to bar media from the courtroom, seeking an order to block the conservative outlet Post Millennial, which has dedicated much coverage to Antifa.

As discussed in my new book, “The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage,” I explore the history of Antifa as a movement that began in Germany:

“Antifa originated with European anarchist and Marxist groups from the 1920s, particularly Antifaschistische Aktion, a Communist group from the Weimar Republic before World War II. Its name resulted from the shortening of the German word antifaschistisch. In the United States, the modern movement emerged through the Anti- Racist Action (ARA) groups, which were dominated by anarchists and Marxists. It has an association with the anarchist organization Love and Rage, which was founded by former Trotsky and Marxist followers as well as offshoots like Mexico’s Amor Y Rabia. The oldest U.S. group is likely the Rose City Antifa (RCA) in Portland, Oregon, which would become the center of violent riots during the Trump years. The anarchist roots of the group give it the same organizational profile as such groups in the early twentieth century with uncertain leadership and undefined structures.”

Despite the denial of its existence by figures like Rep. Jerry Nadler (D., N.Y.), I have long written and spoken about the threat of Antifa to free speech on our campuses and in our communities. This includes testimony before Congress on Antifa’s central role in the anti-free speech movement nationally.

As I have previously written, it has long been the “Keyser Söze” of the anti-free speech movement, a loosely aligned group that employs measures to avoid easy detection or association.  Yet, FBI Director Chris Wray has repeatedly pushed back on the denials of Antifa’s work or violence. In one hearing, Wray stated “And we have quite a number” — and “Antifa is a real thing. It’s not a fiction.”

We have continued to follow the attacks and arrests of Antifa followers across the country, including attacks on journalists.

Some Democrats have played a dangerous game in supporting or excusing the work of Antifa. Former Democratic National Committee deputy chair Keith Ellison, now the Minnesota attorney general, once said Antifa would “strike fear in the heart” of Trump. This was after Antifa had been involved in numerous acts of violence and its website was banned in Germany.

Ellison’s son, Minneapolis City Council member Jeremiah Ellison, declared his allegiance to Antifa in the heat of the protests this summer. During a prior hearing, Democratic senators refused to clearly denounce Antifa and falsely suggested that the far right was the primary cause of recent violence. Likewise, Joe Biden has dismissed objections to Antifa as just “an idea.”

It is at its base a movement at war with free speech, defining the right itself as a tool of oppression. That purpose is evident in what is called the “bible” of the Antifa movement: Rutgers Professor Mark Bray’s Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook.

Bray emphasizes the struggle of the movement against free speech: “At the heart of the anti-fascist outlook is a rejection of the classical liberal phrase that says, ‘I disapprove of what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it.’”

Bray admits that “most Americans in Antifa have been anarchists or antiauthoritarian communists…  From that standpoint, ‘free speech’ as such is merely a bourgeois fantasy unworthy of consideration.”

Antifa has often targeted journalists or critics for violent attacks. The conservative site Hot Air showed attacks by Antifa supporters after the hearing.

Judge Todd L. Van Rysselberghe for the 5th Judicial District Circuit Court of Oregon sentenced her to 14 days in a local jail, followed by 36 months of supervised probation and GPS monitoring. That short stint was still more than courts and prosecutors have been willing to impose in past cases involving Antifa violence.

Previously, Azar was charged with violence in the Portland riots. However, as with other district attorneys, Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt dropped those and other charges despite massive property damage and injuries associated with those riots.

The use of media credentials by Antifa activists has dangerously blurred the line of press and protesters for police. That puts real journalists at greater risk.

In the meantime, Antifa (the group that supposedly does not exist) has elected members to legislative offices in Europe as more radical parties make inroads both in the United States and around the world.

Jonathan Turley is the Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University. He is the author of “The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage” (Simon & Schuster).

  1. FACT CHECK

Of the States that allow 3rd trimester abortions, these are the ones that DO NOT have explicit statutes detailing the care of live-born infants from abortion procedures:

    Colorado
    Delaware
    New Mexico
    Oregon
    Rhode Island

In other words, they can be allowed to die.

The kunt from ABC is a liar, and so is Kamala Harris.

    1. “PLACENTA TO MOTHER’S IMMUNE SYSTEM, ‘DON’T KILL THAT BABY.'”
      _____________________________________________________________________________

And here are some bonus scientific facts that prove it’s not just an organ or part of the mother.

During its early stages of development, the placenta of the unborn child secretes neurokinin B-containing phosphocoline molecules, which protects the child from detection by its mother’s immune system, because it can be interpreted as a foreign body and is subject to attack. This is because the fetus is of non-identical genetic material to the mother due to their different DNA.

Also present in the unborn child are lymphocytic suppressor cells which stop interleukin 2 (IL2) cells from signalling cytotoxic T cells to kill the child. The purpose of IL2 cells is to distinguish between self and non-self (parts of the mother and foreign parts). The lymphocytic cells would not need to inhibit the response of the cytotoxic T cells if the IL2 did not signal the feuts as a foreign body. This would not occur if it was one of her own organs because the response would not be initiated.

An organ does not have its own organs. The fetal heartbeat begins at around 22 days after fertilisation as I said earlier, and brain waves are detected at about six weeks, which means the unborn child has a heart and a brain. At seven weeks, all other organs are present, although not fully developed, which would mean not only did the mother have an organ with different DNA to her, but this organ also has its own organ systems, and so the mother has an extra heart, brain, stomach, liver, etc.

      1. A fetus or human zygote is a living member of the human species. This is a scientific fact and not an opinion. There are a lot of opinions on the matter but the facts are based in science. A male’s sperm contains 23 chromosomes, a female’s egg contains 23 chromosomes as well. When the sperm and egg come together they cease being a sperm and egg and become a human zygote or fetus with 46 chromosomes. The fetus directs its own growth and development while in the womb. The sperm and egg are both living organisms and contain human life but are not considered a living human until they come together through the process of fertilization.

  2. Who REALLY lied at the debate?

A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimate that “between 2003 and 2014, around 143 babies died after being born alive following failed abortions.

So, its either legal, or smeone went to jail. Which is it?

Kamala said this “And as you rightly mentioned, nowhere in America is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion. That is not happening.”

6000 abortions per year occur in the third trimester. That’s 23 per day. But Kamala just “knows”, even though the CDC purposely does not track it, that none of those were after viability.

      1. I guess if 23 school kids were getting shot ever day, that would be “very rare”, so long as 930K of them were dying every year from other causes.

    1. Babies born alive–in what condition? Extremely premature? With multiple anomalies that are incompatible with life? You quote “fox news”–they lie.

    2. If a pregnant mother is murdered, the perpetrator is charged with double homicide.

      Abortion is homicide.

      Abortion is murder.

The Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-212) is a United States law that recognizes an embryo or fetus in utero as a legal victim, if they are injured or killed during the commission of any of over 60 listed federal crimes of violence. The law defines “child in utero” as “a member of the species Homo sapiens, at any stage of development, who is carried in the womb.”[1]

  3. Lies and lying convicted felon sexual abuser liars.

“You can look at the governor of West Virginia, the previous governor of West Virginia,” Trump said. “He said ‘the baby will be born, and we will decide what to do with the baby. In other words, we’ll execute the baby.’ ”

Linsey Davis of ABC News, one of the debate’s moderators, responded with a fact check: “There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it’s born.”

Yea, we’re talking about you djt

    1. Prior KKK black face comedian and Virginia DEMOCRAT Governor Ralph Northram proposed after birth abortion as did the Scum bags in the New Yawk State House. FACT

    2. Linsey Davis of ABC News, one of the debate’s moderators, responded with a fact check: “There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it’s born.” Yea, we’re talking about you djt

Let’s talk about you bag-of-smashed-foreskins lying “moderators” and cowardly Anonymous Soviet Democrat lying Useful Idiots. Particularly when you do such a spectacular self-own about yourself and the other liars that night: Harris and her “moderators:

In Walz’s state and on his watch, five infants were “born alive” in 2021 during failed abortions, and none was provided life-saving care, the Minnesota Department of Health reported on July 1, 2022.
      MNAbortionReportJuly2022.pdf

Three other infants were “born alive” during abortions in 2019, Walz’s first year as governor, and they too perished without life-saving care, according to a July 1, 2020 report from the same state agency.

Yeah, we’re talking about you cowardly Anonymous lying Soviet Democrats, you pathetic oxygen thieving waste of skin and rations.

  4. Here’s another little lie Kamalala has tried to spin. DJT is the center point for Obama birther movement. LIE : HRC and Philip Berg Philadelphia DNC operative were the very first to take issue with Obama’s citizenship. For the record, Joe Arpaio and an FBI forensic forgery investigator reported that Obama’s live birth certificate was indeed a forgery. Not that it matters but it is revealing the extents that the Marxist Pigs will go to overthrow our Nation.

  5. While its easy to get off topic here…

The underlying issue here is very important.

Being protected by claiming you’re a member of the press has a limited shield of protection.
Once its been proven that the actions taken exceed that of a journalist… that shield is lost.

This is just the first case where if there is any evidence of a so called journalist acting in support of ANTIFA or some other radical group… they will be arrested and charged.

    1. Being protected by claiming you’re a member of the press has a limited shield of protection. Once its been proven that the actions taken exceed that of a journalist… that shield is lost.

The IG’s investigation of Comey/Strzok/Obama/et al and the Democrats “Russia Dossier” found that 37 FBI agents had received “gratuities” after leaking details of the FBI investigation of the “Trump Russia Dossier”. If you’re thinking “cup of coffee, split a pizza at Pappa John’s, etc”, we’re talking about two center ice seats for a Washington Capitols hockey game as just one example: $800+.

What if a Trump administration had the balls to go to those identified FBI agents with an offer they couldn’t refuse: “Name the journalist who paid you that bribe to leak information on the investigation – or go to a federal prison as a corrupt federal agent who accepted bribes.”

And if those investigators then went to journalists who got finked out by those corrupt FBI agents and said “Give us the names of those in the Democrat party who you coordinated with to “leak” this information about Trump – or you’ll go to jail for bribing a federal agent, and leave with a ring piece you can turn a Harley Davidson around in”.

The First Amendment doesn’t provide cover for bribing federal agents. And the Mainstream Media has increasingly been doing just that since Trump ran for office.

[Sidebar]: Anyone believe that not one of the FBI/DoJ “leakers” never in the four years they ran with those stories, told CNN, the NYT, WaPoo, etc: “We knew almost immediately that this dossier was actually commissioned and paid for by Clinton, Obama, and the DNC”.

And they posted the “leaks” anyways?

Comical anus orifice. isn’t he? Large parts of the DOJ (e.g. FBI) have been nothing but political weapons since he was appointed. I don’t generally think very highly of Mitch McConnell, but I mentally thank him constantly for keeping that mother fornicator off of the Supreme Court.

  7. OT

“HIS SUPPORTERS ARE JUST AS DESPICABLE”

“The reason it does not end his career is his supporters are just as despicable. Trump is a narcissist, so his whole thing is a complete lack of compassion and empathy for everybody else. It is all about him. That is why he lies about 9/11.”

    1. Oh it’s the Hildabeast. And she’s (or it), has updated the ole line. It’s the basket of despicable s now.

  8. What’s needed is another Joe McCarthy. Beyond that, current law enforcement at all levels is has been feckless when this modern Sturmabteilung sets to work. The outcome of this trial is a joke. She and the rest of her ilk are already planning the next move.

    1. McCarthy broke the story, but the Democratic House prosecuted it. A better example was Palmerism under Wilson. Also, prosecution under Diversity (e.g. racism) during FDR’s administration. Then there is the modern Whitmer conspiracy if entrapment for political leverage, the Pelosi-rrection to silence speech, and Obama administration of American Civil Liberties Unburdened targeting citizens.

  9. The last thing a Trump cult supporter wants to hear about is there are ANTI-FACISTS, it ruins the plans for the Dear Leader.

    1. Fishstick, they are the fascists. They are the Nazi Brownshirts of the Democrat party. Only a fool would not be able to see it.

      1. nazi – a member of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, which controlled Germany from 1933 to 1945 under Adolf Hitler and advocated totalitarian government, territorial expansion, antisemitism, and Aryan supremacy, all these leading directly to World War II and the Holocaust.

That pretty much describes trump and his cult followers.

    2. Yawn. I love to hear about antifa, I have been practicing my marksmanship and look forward to putting it to good use.

    3. Nothing says “anti-fascist” better than being a Democrat street thug burning the country down (except in places like Montana where you’ll get your Nazi ass shot off if you try it) during the 2020 election campaign.

FishAnus: proud supporter of Cheap Fake Moderators fact checking Trump by lying to protect Harris: “President Trump… SIR! No state in this country allows the killing of newborn babies!”.

  10. *OT

There is no winning right or left. The most disturbing AI fact is that the race is even close. The left is clearly destructive and the right trying to maintain ground.

To the right, what do you even hope to do when half the population will start fires and babble lies and nonsense forever?

The world is on the brink of nuclear war. Iran dreams of it. Dreams do come true.

Vote Trump for peace. Harris will step on landmines with every step.

    1. Or rather, she will do her best to ensure the ground WE walk on is planted thick with those landmines.

    2. “The world is on the brink of nuclear war. Iran dreams of it. Dreams do come true. Vote Trump for peace. Harris will step on landmines with every step.”

That may not wait for the election. If you want to see the aftermath of nuclear war in all it’s chilling horror, watch a documentary film named “White Light, Black Rain” featuring some of the survivors of the bombings of Nagasaki and Hiroshima. It is difficult to watch, since it was produced in Spanish, with Japanese speakers over-dubbed in Spanish, and English language subtitles beneath that (and for the extreme human damage portrayed) , but worthwhile anyway, since a current remake may soon be coming to somewhere near you, thanks to Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and their Deep State buddies:

Putin Puts West On Notice: Long-Range Arms For Ukraine Will Mean ‘NATO At War With Russia’
      https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/russian-counteroffensive-kursk-belatedly-full-swing
“The White House is ready to green-light use of American missiles to strike
      targets deep inside of Russia…”
While no direct mention was made of nuclear weapons in Putin’s statement, it is clear that Russia could not successfully prosecute a war with NATO with its conventional weapons.
Below are the full Thursday Putin comments, translated and issued by
      Russian state media:
“I have already mentioned this, and any experts will confirm, both in our
country and in the West, that the Ukrainian army is not capable of
[independently] carrying out strikes using Western modern, long-range
precision systems. It cannot do this. This is possible only with the use of
intelligence from satellites which Ukraine does not have. This data is only
available from satellites of the European Union or the United States, in
other words, from NATO satellites. That’s the first point,” Putin said.
“The second and very important, perhaps key point is that only NATO
servicemen can make flight assignments to these missile systems.
Ukrainian servicemen cannot do this,” Putin said.
“So this is not about whether or not to allow the Ukrainian regime to
strike Russia using these weapons, but of deciding whether or not NATO
countries are directly involved in the military conflict or not. If such a
decision is taken, it will mean nothing short of direct participation of
NATO countries, the United States, European countries, in the war in
Ukraine. This would constitute their direct participation, and this, of
course, changes the very essence, the very nature of the conflict. It will
mean that NATO countries, the United States and European countries, are
at war with Russia. And if this is so, bearing in mind the change in the
very nature of the conflict, we will make appropriate decisions based on
the threats that will be posed to us,” Putin said.
“The use of Western high-precision long-range weapons against Russia
will mean direct participation of NATO countries in military operations in
      Ukraine” — Putin

  11. All this nonsense about fact checking…

Fact checked with who exactly? Someone rang up the Pope?!?

The only means these nitwit monitors had to do any fact checking is what? Right, the propagandized news media lies.

  12. Anti-Fascist is what communists call themselves when they want to conceal their true identity.

  13. Well of course she only got 14 days for inciting a riot that caused millions of dollars in damages. When you’re a member of the enforcement wing of the Democratic Party you shouldn’t have to spend a lot of time in jail so that you can carry out your next assignment from the Harris/Biden mafiosi. In 14 days she’ll be right back at her post to operate knowing that if she is arrested again the Harris bond fund will soon come to her rescue. Remember that Harris said that the protests (mostly peaceful riots) should not stop. Mission accomplished. Member of the violent branch of the Democratic Party protected.

  14. Dennis McIntyre LIE OF THE DAY

    Episode IV

    Jonathan

We have yet to see Dennis the coward show up to answer for the previous three LIES OF THE DAY, but he got an early start today, before we even woke up. Let’s get right to it.

Probably the saddest thing about McIncrier is the IRONY of him calling Trump a liar, and LYING about it in the same breath.

the moderators FACT CHECKED him on two occasions–

Here, Dennis shows that he didn’t watch the debate (add that to his list of lies), as he falsely claims that Trump was fact checked twice. Trump was fact checked FOUR TIMES. Dennis is either LYING again, or woefully ignorant as usual.

The important point, as we all know, is that the moderators did not challenge Harris on ANY of the TWENTY FIVE lies she told. But they appeared perfectly choreographed to cue up Kamala, as in “VP Harris, have you ever met Putin?” (that would make 5)

Dennis is getting more desparate in his lies, the closer we get to the election. Here he feels a need to try to speak for Kamala, because she did such a poor job herself. All the polls show it.

Below is a link to a Newsweek article, showing the FOUR TIMES that Trump was fact checked.

As Dennis gets more desparate, we will become more vigilant in pointing out his lies. McInliar is free to spread his nonsense among his sewing circle, Gigi, Svelaz-George, and Lawn boy, but we will not allow him to lie on the Turley blog with impunity.

It appears that Dennis is determined to keep us gainfully occupied, fact checking his lying ass.

    https://www.newsweek.com/every-time-donald-trump-was-fact-checked-during-debate-1951818

    1. You posted a link supporting Dennis’s point. Trump was indeed fact checked twice for lying. The problem is he lied so much and so hard that even his own VP pick admitted the Springfield immigrant story was false. He had nothing to back it up with.

      1. The propagators of the Russian Collusion Hoax, the Biden-sharp-as-a-tack hoax, and the transitory-inflation hoax (to name only a few) have no platform to accuse anyone else of promoting falsehoods.

        1. The Communist focus on the superficial aspects of what is now daily America. They will obfuscate the problems of 30M illegal interlopers, Haitians with an IQ less than 80 swarming our cities, illegals costing taxpayers billions of dollars per year, all to argue about eating someone’s pet or duck out of the pond. News flash, if you’re hungry you will eat whatever you can, in these third world countries they eat everything that moves. In Russia during WW2, they ate each other and children. Fix the problem not the result of the problem. If you don’t see the left is hell bent on stealing your Nation to turn it into some third world sht hole with obedient serfs, you’re part of the problem.

        2. Do you, as a Trumpster, believe that if you keep calling proven Russian interference in 2016 a “hoax”, that somehow it will become true?

Did you see Biden’s recent speeches at the DNC and thereafter? Biden is just fine. Trump, OTOH was clearly rattled by Harris. She eliminated any concerns about her ability to handle bullies like Putin by cleaning Trump’s clock.

          1. Gigenius

The hoax was that there was collusion. Get a grip, ya spastic.

            Was alpha Bank a hoax?

Was the pee tape a hoax?

Why did you lie on this blog about being an attorney?

What percentage of abortions are medical emergencies?

What became of the Trump tariffs?

How did Trump get 6 democrats to vote against the “border bill”?

You have all the answers. How about 6 more?

            1. A Republican-led Senate Intelligence Committe investigated and documented all the connections between the Trump campaign and Russian hackers. Why don’t you believe them?

              1. Pretty sure all reports of Russian election interference came up as no impact to the election. Gigi, you are the gift that keeps on giving. I don’t recall any connection made to the Trump campaign? Wasn’t that what the Mueller report investigated to no end result of proof of anything other than a political hit job? Now let’s look at Comer’s financial information on $50M in laundered money to offshore accounts. Why do you think Hunter plead?
                Fool

          2. Gigi: Do you, as a Trumpster, believe that if you keep calling proven Russian interference in 2016 a “hoax”, that somehow it will become true?

Gigi, do you, as a Commie Democrat Bytch On A Broomstick believe that if you keep pimping that the “Russia Dossier” was real, suddenly people will stop knowing that Clinton, Obama, Biden, and the DNC illegally paid for a Russian spy and a British spy to write it?

And were fined by the FEC for campaign violations – but oddly enough, not charged for those FEC violations by Alvin Bragg who charged Trump… despite the FEC finding he did nothing wrong.

      2. “The problem is he lied so much”

How IRONIC, that the only idiot on this blog that LIES more that Dennis McInliar is Svelaz-George.

        1. ABC had a duty, as responsible journalists, to challenge the absolutely outrageous lies Trump told because, as we have seen, people could get hurt as a result. The first is that Haitian immigrants (they are here legally, BTW) were stealing and eating people’s pets in Springfield, Ohio. That is a baldface lie, and the leader of the Haitian community says that his constituents are afraid of getting killed or injured as a result. Officials in Springfield say it’s not true. Trump still won’t back down.

The second baldface and outrageous lie is that third-term aborted fetuses that are born alive will be killed. Trump claims this is what Governor Northam said. Governor Northam is a pediatric neurologist. Here’s what Governor Northam actually said, according to local news outlet WTOL, dateline 6/28/24:

“Many anti-abortion activists, including Trump, have highlighted this particular comment made in the interview:

“If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen,” Northam said. “The infant would be delivered, the infant would be kept comfortable, the infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired. And then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.”

But Northam was only addressing what happens in cases where a baby is born with severe deformities and has a low chance of survival. What’s often left out of the above quote is what he said immediately before it:

“When we talk about third-trimester abortions, these are done with the consent of, obviously, the consent of the mother, with the consent of the physicians — more than one physician, by the way — and it’s done in cases where there may be severe deformities. There may be a fetus that’s non-viable.”

He then gives the hypothetical example about a mother in labor.

The governor’s question and response can be seen in the video below, beginning at 38:46:

His comments were part of a response to a question about whether he supported a bill proposed in 2019 by Virginia House Del. Kathy Tran, which would have loosened the state’s restrictions on abortion later in pregnancy, including the third trimester.

Republican Del. Todd Gilbert had recently asked Tran, a Democrat, during a committee hearing whether her legislation would let a pregnant woman who is dilating request an abortion if a doctor certified that the woman’s mental health was impaired.

“My bill would allow that, yes,” Tran said in response. She later told The Washington Post that she “misspoke” and that she should have said, “Clearly, no, because infanticide is not allowed in Virginia, and what would have happened in that moment would be a live birth.”

FROM 2019: Controversial abortion bill has Virginia torn

Ofirah Yheskel, a then-spokesperson for Northam, said at the time that he was only trying to describe the “tragic or difficult circumstances” often involved in late-term abortion.

“Attempts to extrapolate these comments otherwise is in bad faith and underscores exactly why the governor believes physicians and women, not legislators, should make these difficult and deeply personal medical decisions,” she said.

Experts told the Associated Press that it is not physically possible to perform an abortion later in pregnancy if a woman has already gone into labor naturally.

“Patients who are laboring at term are never having an abortion,” said Sarah Prager, a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Washington. “They are having a delivery.”

Parents whose babies are born with a low probability of survival then make decisions about whether to provide palliative care or to take extraordinary measures to save them.

There are many reasons patients might seek an abortion later in pregnancy, including a catastrophic fetal diagnosis and risks to their own health.

Amy Nelson, an OB-GYN in Virginia, said that it is unlikely any ethical doctor would agree to perform an abortion simply because a woman changed her mind about an entirely healthy pregnancy late in the game, even if it is legally permissible.

“Ethics would get involved more than anything else,” she explained.

Even in states with few to no restrictions on abortions, there are other mechanisms to ensure appropriate decisions are made.

“The truth is that all physicians in the United States are bound by medical ethics and standards, state law, federal law, and the bylaws of their professional medical associations,” said Jamila Perritt, an OB-GYN in Washington, D.C. and the president and CEO of the advocacy organization Physicians for Reproductive Health.

Kristyn Brandi, an OB-GYN in New Jersey who provides abortions later in pregnancy, said that she is “not worried about not having a limit because I know that I trust my patients to make decisions that are best for them.”

She added that she has never met anyone “who just kind of woke up one day and decided that they didn’t want to be pregnant.”

Trump was, once again, lying about full-term normal, healthy babies being aborted and then killed–that’s murder in virtually every state. He said this to garner support from Evangelicals. The issue is to what extent parents want heroic measures taken to prolong the life of a fetus with lethal abnormalities who has no chance of survival. I have known several people in this situation–a child born with an abnormal heart with so many defects that it could not be fixed; another case–a child born prematurely who was blind and deaf with bilateral cleft lip and palate, abnormal connections between his esophagus and lungs and just a vestige of a heart, along with other internal derangements–this child lived a few hours, but due to prematurity and massive birth defects, could not survive surgery.

The nature of the lie Trump told could get people killed because, as we have seen, his fans believe his lies.

      3. “Trump was indeed fact checked”

If a tree falls in the forest and Svelaz didn’t hear it, does that mean the tree didn’t fall? The first remedial course Svelaz needs after his brain is repaired is logic.

        1. S. Meyer, again, what the heck are you talking about? You never make sense. Do you stop to breathe to be able to think? How are you able to cobble together sentences without passing out?

          1. I’m sorry, Svelaz. I should have warned you that you would be unable to understand what this meant. You must understand the origin of this common phrase, that even children do. I would explain it to you, but first, you have to deal with the discussion of the Middle East, where your facts were wrong, and you did not understand what you were talking about.

I use that discussion to demonstrate to others, not you, that your words are meaningless and your thoughts are random. It’s not about proving you wrong but showing others your lack of understanding. Logic is your devil.

            1. Nobody understands what you mean. The phrase has nothing to do with the issue at all. You just threw it in there hoping it would make sense. It doesn’t. Remember, breathe.

              1. Makes sense to me, and anyone else with a triple digit IQ.

You embarass yourself here daily, Svelaz. Why?

                What happened to Trumps tariff’s?

How did Trump get 6 dems to vote against the border bill?

              2. “Nobody understands what you mean. “

But, Svelaz, if you use your eyes and ears, you will find that most understand what I mean and say the same. Some have tried to explain it to you, but you fail, not because of effort but because you are dull and lack a minimum of self-esteem.

                  1. Svelaz, you might have a twin, but there are near non-existent odds that he will be as ignorant as you. Your actions matter. Aside from your syntax, arrogance and ignorance, there are certain other features of your posts that I may reveal, but I’m waiting for another name switch that might not happen for many months. You might want to start your clean slate when Trump is elected or takes office.

          2. George: I perfectly understand what S. Meyer said/meant.
We’ll make it simpler for you:

Lack of evidence produced does not mean that there is no evidence.
Gleaning material from CNN, MSNBC, and Huffpost does not mean that it is true or without opposing material.
Lack of reading comprehension and contextual understanding does not mean that your defective/biased perception or inference is correct.

            Does that help?
            Thanks

            1. Lin,
As always, an epic take down with elegance, grace and with fewer words!
              You are one classy lady!
Some day, I need to buy you a drink!
              Well done!

                1. I would be nothing but a perfect gentleman! Lin deserves nothing less then respect. This former Marine knows how to treat a lady.

              1. S. Meyer,
Both you a Lin totally owned sleezeze and he is just to dumb to see it!!! It is hysterical!

                1. Upstate, no they didn’t. S. Meyer is relieved that he got some help with his coherence problem. He really needed it.

It must be nice pretending that S. Meyer makes sense and letting him know so his feelings don’t get hurt.

                  1. Svelaz, when do I need help?

Let us figure out who needs help?

When the Ottoman Empire broke up, portions of the Middle East were divided into Mandates. Some of the major countries of the time each got a piece of land, which, under specific laws, was to be divided up to become nation-states. That is how many of the countries were created and the boundaries settled. Therefore, each country created worked under the same international rules.
What happened to the British Mandate?

Time for you to respond, but you don’t. You can’t. You are too stupid to do so.

                2. Upstate, have you noticed how Svelaz repeatedly uses the same words and ideas? After two responses, he uses up all he has, but he gets angrier. The anger is why he replies even when he has nothing to say. He might realize his deficient intellect, but he doesn’t have enough to recognize that he must regroup and start over.

                  1. And George’s responses are JUST LIKE Svelaz. Yet he pretends he is not the same moron.

What, there COULD be 2 people this stupid in the world—-George

            2. That’s not what he said. But it’s nice of you to defend his incoherence.

“Lack of evidence produced does not mean that there is no evidence.”

Lack of evidence produced means a lack of evidence. It does not imply nor support an assumption that there is evidence.

There is already plenty of evidence showing Trump’s claim about immigrants eating their neighbors pets is false.

              https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/some-springfield-locals-say-top-republicans-are-lying-about-haitian-immigrants-in-town/ar-AA1qsz2y?ocid=BingNewsBrowse

JD Vance is already doubling down on the claim only because he’’s being proven to be wrong and doesn’t want to embarrass Trump any further.

““In the last several weeks, my office has received many inquiries from actual residents of Springfield who’ve said their neighbors’ pets or local wildlife were abducted by Haitian migrants. It’s possible, of course, that all of these rumors will turn out to be false,” Vance posted on X”

              https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2024/09/10/politics/jd-vance-haitian-immigrants

He’s already admitted the story may be false because all he is doing is relaying what he “heard”. He’s deliberately spreading it to ensure it is believed by as many people as possible before it is confirmed to be false. Once the facts come out it won’t matter because Trump’s supporters would already be convinced no matter what and that’s the point.

              1. Wrong again georgie. “Lack of evidence” ONLY relates to a failure to prove a claim or allegation by providing evidence in support thereof. It does NOT mean that there is no evidence. That is pretty Fifth-grade stuff, georgie.

                1. “Lack of evidence” ONLY relates to a failure to prove a claim or allegation by providing evidence in support thereof.”

Trump and S. Meyer did not prove the claim by providing evidence in support thereof did they?

So, it cannot be assumed that there is evidence of the claim because none was presented. It’s just assumed there might be evidence. It does not confirm the claim is true. But S. Meyer and Trump say it is because they says so. Doesn’t work that way.

              2. So they ate a cat, so what?

ALL of this from Dennis and Svelaz is to distract from:

      4. The link clearly shows that he was fact checked FOUR times, imbecile, to ZERO for Harris.

        Get a grip.

        1. Yeah, dumbass, he was fact checked because the was the one lying. Harris wasn’t peddling BS stories that his own VP admitted were false. EVERYONE knew he was full of sh!t. That’s why he didn’t get anywhere. He was too busy spewing as much BS a he could because he did not prepare for the debate. Harris took control early and often and she manipulated him like a child. He could not stay on message and failed to do the one thing he was suppose to do, avoid getting goaded and pin Biden’s policies on her. He got so busy trying to prove his credibility instead of promoting what his policies would be. It was a huge miss on his part and his usual supporters on Fox News knew he failed.

          1. Although I do not believe they are all the same person, George, Dennis, and Gigi, when called out for their falsehoods, bias, or misrepresentations, always reduce themselves to angry, foul-mouthed, allegation-rich, nonsensical responses.

              1. “It was a huge miss on his part and his usual supporters on Fox News knew he failed.”

I always love how the libtards need to define what we saw with our own eyes. LMAO

                1. Of course they need to define what you saw with your own eyes. Because you’re denying what your eyes are seeing and your ears hearing. It’s easier and more convenient.

                2. I always love how the libtards need to define what we saw with our own eyes. LMAO

Usually they just tell us that we must not believe our lying eyes as we watch what they’re doing.

Like when your eyes told you the moderators were lying, when they told Trump: “SIR… no state in this country allows newborn babies to die.”

In Walz’s state and on his watch, five infants were “born alive” in 2021 during failed abortions, and none was provided life-saving care though two got “comfort care” while being left to die, the Minnesota Department of Health reported
                  https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/tueaftwalzs-history-born-alive-abortions-opens-door-trump-gop-flip

              2. 25 Lies Kamala Harris Told In Her Debate Against Trump
                1. ‘Middle-Class Kid’

Harris claimed that she grew up a “middle-class kid.” That is not true. As previously noted by journalist Megyn Kelly, Harris’ father was a professor at Stanford University, while her mother was a biomedical scientist at UC Berkley.
                2. Trump’s Tax Cuts

Harris falsely insinuated that the 2017 tax cuts approved by the Trump administration disproportionately benefited America’s billionaires and corporations.

That is not true. Data produced by the IRS has shown that “on average all income brackets benefited substantially from the Republicans’ tax reform law, with the biggest beneficiaries being working and middle-income filers, not the top 1 percent,” according to Justin Haskins, writing in The Hill.
                3. Trump ‘Sales Tax’

Harris claimed Trump will implement a “sales tax.” Trump has not pledged to do such a thing if elected president.
                4. Jan. 6

Harris contended that the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol was the “worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War.”

Contrary to Harris’ claim, the J6 events did not put American self-governance in jeopardy, nor did it expose Americans to risks like those experienced during World War I, the Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor, or World War II, to name a few.
                5. Project 2025

Harris claimed Trump will implement Project 2025 if elected. Trump has repeatedly said he has nothing to do with Project 2025.
                6. Just Restoring Roe

When asked whether she supports any restrictions on abortion, Harris dodged the question, instead claiming that she “absolutely support[s] reinstating the protections of Roe v Wade.”

Moments before that, however, Harris pledged to sign legislation such as the ill-named “Women’s Health Protection Act,” which would codify abortion through all nine months of pregnancy. In addition to her history of co-sponsoring the original version of that legislation, Harris also voted against protections for babies born alive after botched abortions.
                7. Pro-Life Laws Criminalize Miscarriages, Ectopic Pregnancies

Harris claimed that several states have “Trump abortion bans” that “make it criminal for a doctor or nurse to provide health care,” threaten women with prison time, and “make no exception, even for rape or incest.”

The lifesaving laws designed to protect thousands of innocents every year from elective abortions, however, do not criminalize treatments for spontaneous loss or complications. In fact, every single pro-life policy on the books includes exceptions for abortion when it is deemed necessary to save the life of a pregnant woman.
                8. Trump’s Abortion Stance

Trump, Harris told Americans on Tuesday night, will sign a national abortion ban and hire a national “abortion … monitor that would be monitoring your pregnancies, your miscarriages” if he is elected.

The Republican’s 2024 abortion platform, however, explicitly states decisions about ending life in the womb should be left “up to the states” and mentions nothing about crowning a national pro-life coordinator. The GOP presidential nominee has also sworn multiple times that he would not sign federal legislation curbing abortion.
                9. Ninth Month Abortions Don’t Exist

Harris also used her time on the debate stage to assert that “nowhere in America is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion.”

“That is not happening. It’s insulting to the women of America,” Harris claimed.

Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, however, shows that thousands of abortions are performed after 21 weeks gestation. The CDC’s findings do not include reporting from at least four abortion-friendly states (California, Maryland, New Hampshire, and New Jersey), which suggests the number of late-term abortions in the U.S. is likely much higher.
                10. Border Bill

Harris claimed a congressional border bill proposed earlier this year would have stemmed illegal immigration and fentanyl at the U.S. southern border.

That statement is categorically false. The bipartisan measure would have enshrined the existing invasion into federal law.
                11. SCOTUS Immunity Ruling

Harris mischaracterized the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity, claiming the decision would mean that Trump “would essentially be immune from any misconduct if he were to enter the White House again.”

The vice president’s claim is misleading at best. While a majority of justices determined that a U.S. president possesses “absolute immunity” for “actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority” and “at least presumptive immunity” for “official acts,” they separately noted that “[t]here is no immunity for unofficial acts.”

The justices further remanded the Biden-Harris Justice Department’s get-Trump lawfare back to the lower courts to determine whether the actions alleged by Special Counsel Jack Smith constitute “official acts.”
                12. Fracking Ban

Kamala Harris claimed she made herself “very clear in 2020.”

“I will not ban fracking,” she said.

But her position was clearly against fracking as she ran for her party’s 2020 presidential nomination when she said, “There is no question I’m in favor of banning fracking.”
                13. Minnesota Rioters Bail Fund

Harris seemingly denied that she undertook efforts to bail out left-wing rioters following the 2020 death of George Floyd.

“She went out in Minnesota and wanted to let criminals that killed people, that burned down Minneapolis — she went out and raised money to get them out of jail,” Trump said, as Harris shook her head.

As The Federalist’s Jordan Boyd previously noted, “Accused rapists, repeat offenders, and rioters alike benefitted in June 2020 when Harris encouraged her social media followers to donate to a bail fund dedicated to those arrested for their months-long, $2 billion siege of cities like Minneapolis.”
                14. Trump’s Role in J6

Harris claimed that Trump “incited” the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol.

That is false. Trump specifically told protestors to “peacefully and patriotically make [their] voices heard” and sought to deploy 10,000 National Guard troops to the Capitol ahead of Congress’s certification of the 2020 election results.
                15. J6 Deaths

Harris claimed that “some” police officers died as a result of the demonstrations at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

That is false. For example, medical examiners determined that Officer Brian Sicknick died of natural causes — not from the violence perpetrated on Jan. 6.
                16. ‘Fine People’ Hoax

Harris repeated the debunked lie that Trump praised white supremacists marching in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2017 when he said there were “fine people on both sides.”

This is false, as Trump was referring to both sides of the debate on whether to allow historic monuments to remain standing.
                17. ‘Bloodbath’ Hoax

Harris regurgitated the false narrative that Trump claimed there would be a “bloodbath” if he loses this November.

The vice president took Trump out of context. The 45th president was not calling for violence but was discussing the economic disaster that awaits Americans if Democrats win the election.
                18. Trump’s NATO Comments

Harris distorted the former president’s remarks by claiming he told Russia it could “do whatever the hell [it] wants” regarding Ukraine.

Harris took the former president out of context. Trump’s remarks came during a South Carolina rally, during which he recounted a story from when he was president and speaking with a NATO member. Trump purportedly indicated that he would withhold U.S. support if the member didn’t pay its minimum defense spending obligations.

“‘You didn’t pay? You’re delinquent?’” Trump recalled telling the unidentified NATO member. “‘No, I would not protect you. In fact, I would encourage them to do whatever the hell they want. You gotta pay. You gotta pay your bills.’”
                19. Autocrats’ Preferences for President

Harris claimed that the world’s autocratic leaders are pulling for Trump to win. While there is no definitive way for Harris to know this for most leaders, Russian President Vladimir Putin did publicly throw his support behind Harris’ presidential bid last week.
                20. Combat Zones

Harris claimed that “there is not one member of the United States military who is in active duty in a combat zone in any war zone around the world [for] the first time this century.”

That isn’t true. As noted by former U.S. Rep. Peter Meijer, R-Mich., the United States has “troops in Syria and Iraq who are routinely attacked by Iran-backed militias.”

“Three soldiers were killed in Jordan earlier this year!” he wrote on X.
                21. Blaming Trump for Biden’s Botched Afghanistan Withdrawal

Harris attempted to pin the Biden-Harris administration’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal, which got 13 U.S.service members killed, on Trump.

“Donald Trump, when he was president, negotiated one of the weakest deals you can imagine,” Harris claimed.

That isn’t true. According to a report recently released by Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, “The evidence proves President Biden’s decision to withdraw all U.S. troops was not based on the security situation, the Doha Agreement, or the advice of his senior national security advisors or our allies. Rather, it was premised on his longstanding and unyielding opinion that the United States should no longer be in Afghanistan.”
                22. Gun Confiscation

Harris claimed that she doesn’t support mandatory gun confiscation.

That is false. She has openly expressed support for such a policy.
                23. Trump’s Foreign Policy Record

Harris claimed, “Donald Trump is weak and wrong on national security and foreign policy.”

That is false. Under Trump’s administration the U.S. southern border was secure, and America facilitated multiple peace agreements between Israel and Arab states. Under the Biden-Harris administration, Russia invaded Ukraine, Iran-backed Hamas launched a terrorist attack on Israel, and China has ramped up its threats toward Taiwan, the Philippines, and Japan.
                24. Defunding the Police

Harris shook her head and claimed, “That’s not true,” when confronted by Trump over her past support for defunding the police.

As noted by ABC News, however, Harris previously expressed support for “reimagin[ing]” policing and “redirect[ing] resources” from police toward what the outlet described as “other areas of government [such as] schools and small businesses.”
                25. IVF

In an attempt to link Democrats’ abortion goals with in vitro fertilization, Harris claimed that “under Donald Trump’s abortion bans … couples who pray and dream of having a family are being denied IVF treatments.”

Trump, however, has openly touted IVF and even promised that he would make taxpayers fund it.

              3. George: Your attempt at projection is hilarious.

Your predictable and inevitable projection of your lying onto Trump (and others her)e in hopes to protect lying Democrats and their lying “moderators” is always an insult.

As when you claim the moderators were correct to “fact check” Trump by saying he was lying when he stated newborns who survived botched late term elective birth control abortions (which we’re told never happen in the first place) were left to die without medical care.

The biggest reason the lying moderators and you lying here fails, George, is that Minnesota keeps records on those newborns killed on the authority of lyin’ Stolen Valor Governor Walz. And the Internet is forever:

In Walz’s state and on his watch, five infants were “born alive” in 2021 during failed abortions, and none was provided life-saving care though two got “comfort care” while they were left to die, the Minnesota Department of Health reported
                https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/tueaftwalzs-history-born-alive-abortions-opens-door-trump-gop-flip

And I thought the worst of you is you wanted governments that would allow you to continue cosplaying as a woman so you could go into little girls’ changerooms to put your junk on display in their faces.

You and your party are just the right people to have adopted the New Hitler Youth Movement.

You should have been on the other side in the war on terrorism, George. Then we could have had a proper sight picture of you where you belong.

          2. “he was fact checked because the was the one lying

Harris lied 25 times. Where were you?

Name calling. Feeble bro, you must have run out of things to say.

See bolding…thats like 8 typos for you this morning. you must be getting triggered and in a rush to lie.

Slow Down. Breathe. Then lie some more. You got this.

I will admit, only you lie more than Trump and Harris.

            What happened to Trumps tariff’s?

How did Trump get 6 dems to vote against the border bill?

          3. You are right, Sleazvez. Harris played Trump. Because she was ALLOWED to by the “modertaors”. She never answered a single question, instead she spent the whole night trying to define Trump.

Everyone knows who and what Trump is. What do you think, that there are some who don’t know? Get a grip.

For undecided voters, they wanted to know who Kamala is. All they found out is that she is an evasive, conniving, unserious person who’s only claim to the throne is “I ain’t Biden and I sure ain’t Trump”.

This is not a game, you dunce. SHE will be dangerous in the white house.

Tell me how the LEAST popular VP in history FAILS UP to POTUS? Get a grip.

            1. I only and respectfully disagree with you that Kamala is “an evasive, conniving, unserious person.” I believe her one-act performance was very seriously and highly planned, scripted, connived, calculated, and rehearsed several times.

(But I don’t believe Trump won the debate either. BOTH failed to respond specifically to many questions. Finally and as an aside, I thought Trump’s demeanor was reserved and more presidential than Kamala’s childish smirks, eye-rolling, wide-mouthed faces, –and starting out the gate by warning viewers that Trump would be telling them many lies. The moderators should have addressed/admonished her at that point.
In the end, I give them both 50-50, if anything, maybe a 52-48 favoring Trump, because he did respond specifically a few times, whereas Kamala responded by spreading nonspecific and off-topic joy and hope.)

              1. I only and respectfully disagree with you that Kamala is “an evasive, conniving, unserious person.” I believe her one-act performance was very seriously and highly planned, scripted, connived, calculated, and rehearsed several times.

So the only item you disgree with is whether she is a serious person?

A serious person running for POTUS would not “planned, scripted, connived, calculated, and rehearsed” to fool the american people she wants to lead.

                1. “Kamala’s childish smirks, eye-rolling, wide-mouthed faces,”

I respectfully submit that you just agreed about the “serious” part as well.

                  1. Yes, out of the phrase by Anonymous, – that Kamala is “an evasive, conniving, UNSERIOUS (emphasis mine) person,” I only disagree that she was not serious. Sorry, I thought that was pretty evident in my statement.

                    1. “Kamala’s childish smirks, eye-rolling, wide-mouthed faces,”

I respectfully submit that you just agreed about the “unserious” part as well.

                2. “evasive, conniving, unserious person”

Evasive—“BOTH failed to respond specifically to many questions. Kamala responded by spreading nonspecific and off-topic joy and hope”

Conniving—- “believe her one-act performance was very seriously and highly planned, scripted, connived”

                  Unserious—-“Kamala’s childish smirks, eye-rolling, wide-mouthed faces”

                  It appears you agreed wholeheartedly.

              2. “evasive, conniving, unserious person”

Evasive—“BOTH failed to respond specifically to many questions. Kamala responded by spreading nonspecific and off-topic joy and hope”

Conniving—- “believe her one-act performance was very seriously and highly planned, scripted, connived”

                Unserious—-“Kamala’s childish smirks, eye-rolling, wide-mouthed faces”

                It appears you agreed wholeheartedly.

      5. Wrong again Georgie. JD simply said that reports were made to police, but that it is POSSIBLE that they were false.

        1. Gigenius

Why did you lie on this blog and claim to be an attorney?

What percentage of abortions in the US are “medical emergencies”?

          1. You and Georgie fall for the same narrative, “like” each other, engage in your own selective spins……and are believed by no one.

      6. You posted a link supporting Dennis’s point. Trump was indeed fact checked twice for lying.

George, the moderators lied about Trump EVERY SINGLE TIME they “fact checked” him to save Harris from her lies. And now you’re here to defend their lies with your own lies to defend harris AND your fellow Democrat scummy liars, the “moderators”: Mr. Trump: no state in this country permits newborn babies to be killed.

Debate moderator lies to fact-check Trump on botched abortions, ignores eight babies killed in Minnesota
        https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/abortion/abc-news-debate-moderator-fact-checks-trump-botched-abortions-despite-8

        Or would you prefer this:

Walz’s history on born-alive abortions allowed to die shows extremist views on abortion
In Walz’s state and on his watch, five infants were “born alive” in 2021 during failed abortions, and none was provided life-saving care though two got “comfort care” until they finally died, the Minnesota Department of Health reported
        https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/tueaftwalzs-history-born-alive-abortions-opens-door-trump-gop-flip

George, as liars you and your Grinder date buddy Dennis are right up there with Harris, those moderators, and Bribery Biden himself. I’d rather have a bag of smashed arseholes sitting at my kitchen table than know you two were living and lying in the same town I do.

  15. Prior to the NSDAP taking control in Germany in the 1930s there were street battles and riots between Communist/Marxist “antifascists” and fascist street brawlers. Once the NSDAP took control the ranks of the SA and eventually SS were filled to a great degree by those old antifascists. Political allegiance among radicals is pretty fluid.

    1. Fights between National Socialists, and Marxist Socialists, are nothing more than a family squabble between cousins and strange bedfellows.

    1. She was charged under state law. Not federal law. 14 days for the crime in Oregon seems to be the appropriate punishment in Oregon. If she were a conservative she would have gotten the same punishment.

      1. Stupid Svelaz believes a fourteen-day sentence is the equivalent of a ten-year sentence. Reality says no, but to the imbecile, reality steps aside.

        1. No dumbass, you didn’t read for comprehension. I pointed out that there is a distinction. A 14 day sentence is NOT the equivalence of a 10 year sentence.

The 14 day sentence is particulate to OREGON law. Their law seems to prescribe a 14 day sentence for the crime IN Oregon. OR Oregon law allows judges to determine an appropriate sentence based on severity of the crime.

Reality says you are a stupid as you sound.

          1. You made a point that state law would be 14 days and federal law 10 years for the same crime. It’s not realistic except in Svelaz’s world and the world of leftists that can kill and, when arrested, be bailed out by Kamala’s actions so that he can kill again.

Svelaz, you are so stupid you don’t know what you say.

This takes us back to your stupidity and lack of facts about the Middle East. After you make your pronouncements, you can’t back them up.

            1. No dumbass, I didn’t say federal law would require 10 years for the same crime. That lets me know you are not reading for comprehension or paying attention. It lets everyone know you’re a complete dumbass.

I can see you are really struggling to make sense, but your inability to breathe and think at the same time seems to be an impossible task. Are you not able to do both at the same time? You should stick to making shorter sentences and simpler wording between breaths. That should help you make more sense. I can’t respond because you are not making sense. Breathe AND think, breathe and think man. You can do it.

              1. Svelaz, have you done anything to improve your intellect? As already proven, others understand what you do not. You must spend the rest of your time lighting up the wind you blow from the other end.

          2. “The 14 day sentence is particulate to OREGON law.”

LMAO you are the dumbest person EVER. Do you just ENJOY being wrong all the time?

In Oregon, Rioting is classified as a Class C felony, which can be punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $125,000

            18 USC 2101
Shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

I love how you are always like..”Uh dup, that there is a federal crime, its got to be worse.”—Spastic Svelaz

          3. “Reality says you are a stupid as you sound.”

Says the spastic idiot who said this:

“The 14 day sentence is particulate to OREGON law”

            par·tic·u·late
            /pärˈtikyələt,pärˈtikyəˌlāt/
            adjective
relating to or in the form of minute separate particles.
            “particulate pollution”
            noun
            matter in particulate form.
            “sooty particulates from diesel exhausts”

      2. “…seems to be appropriate…”.

You think she’ll learn her lesson? Become a productive member of society, maybe marry one of your grandkids? LOL.. Want to bet on that?

Look, your dunning-kruger has taken a serious turn for the worse. It appears you have clear and then unclear thoughts simultaneously and generally choose to use the unclear ones. Get help.

  16. I have always thought antifa as something as a schizophrenia like mindset. Fighting against government, civilization, capitalism, while their very existence depends on those very things. They are struggling against the noose they place around their own necks and have one hand on the lever to their own death.
Regardless, they are nothing more than a bunch of losers, thinking they are fighting for the greater good. A few years ago in Oakland CA, there was a pro-police rally after Democrats defunded the police and crime was out of control. Still is. The pro-police people were from the Oakland area, wanted more police to keep crime down, safe communities. A group of soy boy antifa, in masks of course, showed up in counter protest. That is their right. But the soy boys were not from the Oakland zip code. Things got very heated between the two groups. Ironically, if it were not for the presence of the police, the soy boys would of gotten their butts kicked.
As most extreme leftists, they seem to think all will be well if they get their way, never thinking about the unintended consequences. Just like the lawlessness in their short lived autonomous zones. That is what they want to bring to the rest of America. Do you want that kind of society? It looks more like a third world. Actually, I spent a year in the third world of third world countries, Afghanistan. They were more civilized.

    1. @Upstate

Excellent observation, and that is truth. 👍🏼 People in Afghanistan and similar try to make the most of what they have, often amidst extraordinary chaos beyond their control.

The likes of Antifa really are akin to spoiled, overgrown, mentally challenged toddlers. They’d be hilarious satire if they weren’t also so destructive. They are pretty much just spoiled, talentless, and bored. Very much the product of soft lives and soft minds.

      1. James,
Well said and spot on! They remind me of angst fill teens, looking for something to belong to when all they had to do was join chess club or the basketball team.

        1. Upstate (and James): Perfect!
As in, “all dressed up and nowhere to go…”
(in this case, more like ” all testosteroned up and nowhere to go….”)

        2. Many of these Antifa act just like the SDS morons of the 1960’s except for masks and more propensity to violence

    2. UpstateFarmer: Actually, I spent a year in the third world of third world countries, Afghanistan. They were more civilized.

Upstate, if you thought Afghanistan is the worst, your deployments weren’t as bad as they could have been.

I will raise you one tour in Somalia and a CIMIC tour in Rwanda against your or my worst tour in A’stan.

You haven’t seen sub-human savages until you pull a special in Rwanda.
