Activists from the Left and Right Convicted in Two Cases Involving Fraudulent Charities

There was a strange synergy recently as activists from the left and the right were convicted of fraudulent charities to benefit themselves. In our “Age of Rage,” there are many who capitalize on the times to elicit funds for different causes. Prosecutors have secured convictions in two cases where such conduct was alleged in Georgia and Nevada.

In Georgia, Sir Maejor Page, also known as Tyree Conyers-Page, raised a massive amount of money in the wake of the murder of George Floyd. The Black Lives Matter activist had a checkered history including arrests for police impersonation, but was still able to capitalize on the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery to solicit donations for his group Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta (BLMGA).

While Page pledged that “All funds will be used to fight for george floyd… the movement … [and to]… fight for justice,” prosecutors alleged that he used the $450,000 in contributions for clothing, guns, prostitutes and a home. Even after his tax exempt status was revoked by the IRS, he continued to raise money as a not-for-profit group.

In messages, Page bragged that he “bought a big ass cribo” and fell into a windfall like winning the lottery. He was sentenced this week to 42 months in federal prison.

U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio Rebecca C. Lutzko declared that she would continue to “hold accountable those who try to profit by scamming unsuspecting people out of their money like Page did here.”

Across the country, Michele Fiore, a justice of the peace and former member of the Las Vegas City Council, was also convicted of wire fraud. Known as “Lady Trump,” Fiore  was found guilty of six counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

She was also accused of running a scheme to defraud donors to a charity. Her charity was supposed to memorialize Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer Alyn Bec, who lost his life in the line of duty.

Both will be appealing their convictions, but Fiore is still awaiting sentencing.

The prosecutors alleged that she instead used the $70,000 on herself, including for travel and her daughter’s wedding.

  1. Lighteredknot says: I believe I know some so-called ministers that God will sentence to Hell for scamming many people. Is it not true some Founders of BLM utilized contributions tpo purchase expensive homes and personal properties? Any of those been sentenced?

  2. Technically they are correct. The agency that spent 640 million dollars on illegal aliens is a separate division of FEMA but when the legislation provided this funding they had a choice. The choice was to provide funding for illegal aliens or make the same funding available for disaster relief. They chose illegal aliens.

  3. Now they’re trying to say that illegal aliens can’t get help from FEMA. Here are the qualifications directly from the FEMA handbook.

WHO FALLS UNDER ‘QUALIFIED ALIEN’ STATUS?

    “Qualified alien” status includes:

A legal permanent resident (“green card” holder)
An asylee, refugee or an alien whose deportation is being withheld
An alien paroled into the U.S. for at least one year
An alien granted conditional entry (per law in effect prior to April 2, 1980)
    A Cuban or Haitian entrant
Aliens in the U.S. who have been abused, subject to battery or extreme cruelty by a spouse or other family/household member or have been a victim of a severe form of human trafficking.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) administers the Shelter and Services Program (SSP) in partnership with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The SSP is a federal grant program that provides financial assistance to non-federal entities that offer humanitarian services to noncitizen migrants who have been released from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) short-term holding facilities. The SSP’s goal is to support CBP in the safe, orderly, and humane release of noncitizen migrants. $640 million was spent by this agency to support Illegal aliens in 2023. 640 million divided by 20 million illegal aliens equals $32,000 per alien. The good folks in North Carolina get $750 bucks. No gaslighting allowed.

    1. I think you’re correct except the 32,000 per protected alien includes the labor of grantees and another level of administration. In Springfield the Haitian Cultural Center 😂 is part of it as are the transportation vans etc.

These private grants from public money are lucrative. Millions are earned by grant writers and others. It’s one reason the migrants are being funneled without passports and visas.

Mr. Mayorkas is one fine swindler. His favorite children’s story is ” The Emperor’s New Clothes”.

Both people in the article are swindlers.

      1. * Honrable mention to the attorneys and lawyers at the Haitian Cultural Center.

        1. Don’t forget the Clinton Foundation and great work they did for the Haitian earthquake victims…

    2. “The Great Asylum Fraud”

Asylum might be valid for one or one hundred but not 80 million.

Asylum is patently and prima facie unconstitutional.

    3. So the FEMA handbook trumps the law ?

This is typical left wing nut thinking.

Gain control of a single portion of government and dictate your will through that.

Please cite Law anywhere that entitles illegal aliens to natural disaster releif funds ?

      Regardless

      YOU HAVE BEEN FOUND OUT.

You can pretend what was done was legal – and maybe the courts will buy your argument.

But the FACT is that you used money that was supposed to be for citizens during a disaster and used it for illegal immigrants in a crisis of your own creation.

Legal or not – people KNOW what has been done.

  4. These grifters are pikers when it comes to fraud. The race grifters in America have them beat by a country mile. One of them by the name of Jesse Jackson often stands on the platform with Joe Biden and regularly appears on MSNBC. This guy raised a ton of cash after he encouraged the riots in what he called Hymietown in New York City that resulted in four Jews being dead. Just holler stop the racism and you get tons of cash and as an added benefit you get some dead Jews. It’s great work and you can get it if you try morality aside. The two grifters in this article are laughed at by BLM and called small potatoes through a toothy grin by the real professionals of the trade.

  5. Is this a fraud? Our tax dollars provide revenue for the government programs that protect us from mass disasters. Yet, I’d be interested to know why Mayorkas says FEMA is out of money for any future disaster relief (even though we are smack in the middle of this hurricane season)–but somehow had FEMA spending $1 Billion for charities supporting open border and non-citizen migrants.
I KNOW that the defense/response to my comment will be that Customs and Border Patrol allocated the money to FEMA for migrants under the SSP (Shelter and Services Program) –and this is separate from the Disaster Relief Program…

But still, in such a disaster as Helene…
Citizens/constituents who lost everything but their lives must WAIT:
“FEMA seldom provides immediate cash aid to people who lose their homes [from disasters], instead requiring them to complete onerous housing applications that can take weeks to process (even for the standard $750 payment, which must be applied for). It requires many survivors to apply for and be denied a loan from the Small Business Administration, a separate government agency, before they can get housing aid. It denies them aid if they already have home insurance or if their homes had been damaged before a disaster, and it imposes a mountain of paperwork on people who need to appeal aid decisions or who miss application deadlines.” https://www.civilbeat.org/2024/01/fema-to-overhaul-its-disaster-aid-system-after-decades-of-criticism/
    Meanwhile,
…undocumented migrants get IMMEDIATE food, clothing, HOUSING, cash, medical benefits, as well as paid relocation assistance through the Shelter and Services Program.

I don’t care how many undocumented migrants are good, hardworking people. The issue for me, rather, is the blurred line between what are the benefits of being a citizen of this country, vs. what are the benefits of being a non-citizen-including those who thumbed their noses at our laws and snuck in here illegally?

    1. Over the years, Congress has consistently underfunded the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and members of the Republican party in the House have been particularly active in seeking to reduce funding for FEMA. In a concerning move, Republicans did not include an extension of funding for FEMA in their stopgap measure aimed at averting a government shutdown. It’s important to note that this lack of funding for FEMA is unrelated to the issue of migrants. Instead, it appears that Republicans in Congress are attempting to shift blame for their decision to prioritize ‘saving money’ over ensuring adequate funding for FEMA in order to avoid a government shutdown.

      1. “In a concerning move, Republicans did not include an extension of funding for FEMA in their stopgap measure aimed at averting a government shutdown.”

        Maybe that’s because:

“In April of this year, FEMA announced $640 million in new funding, $300 million for “direct funding” to help immigrants settle in the U.S. while the other $340 million went to cities via grants for the same purpose.

      2. Because they take in $4.3 Trillion and spend $6.2Trillion.
        Time is running out…

    2. * people voted for their money and money of even you to be used for these purposes when your Legislative and Executive branches were seated. Let’s talk about the BIG trillions of dollars swindlers. 😂

  6. Jonathan: Unscrupulous people taking advantage of donors is nothing new. But there is one case you won’t discuss–and that’s the case of notorious Steve Bannon–who along with DJT, is the current poster child for fraud.

Back in 2020 Bannon and three co-conspirators were charged by the DOJ with money laundering, fraud and conspiracy over Bannon’s “We Build the Wall” scheme. Bannon promised his donors that “all the money you give goes to building the wall”. Turns out most of the money went into Bannon’s pocket and that of his co-conspirators.

One of Bannon’s co-conspirators plead guilty and was sentenced to 51 months in prison. Bannon plead innocent to the charges and was then pardoned by DJT in the last hours of his presidency. That’s when Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg stepped in and filed similar state charges against Bannon. This past July a NY judge ordered Bannon to stand trial starting on Dec. 9. The delay was to allow Bannon to complete his 4-month contempt sentence after he refused to testify before the J. 6 House Select Committee.

Alvin Bragg, who already has a notch in his belt after a jury found DJT guilty of 44 counts of business fraud, said Bannon “acted as the architect of a multi-million dollar scheme to defraud thousands of donors across the country–including hundreds of Manhattan residents. It is a crime to turn a profit by lying to donors and in New York, you will be held accountable”.

It’s curious you would discuss minor players like Page and Fiore without mentioning Bannon’s pending trial in NY. I think we know why. Your job is to deflect–to avoid discussing DJT’s close association with another fraudster–Steve Bannon– that might adversely affect DJT’s chances of re-election. That’s a disservice to your readers in this “age of rage”!

    1. Would you like to start your own blog, PLEASE, and maybe open it with your own article about how Steve Bannon has raped this country? WHO ARE YOU to spend the day discussing everything BUT the topic that JT chose to discuss?

      1. Dennis’ comment is “on topic” if defined as having to do with internet fundraising fraud.

It’s “off topic” if news relevance is passed through a partisan-allegiance filter favoring Trump / Repubs.

        1. pbinca: Dennis’ comment is “on topic” if defined as having to do with internet fundraising fraud.

Never trust a slimeball that only wants to talk about just one tiny part of a story – rather than the whole story. With that in mind, give us your best California Democrat guess on what percentage of Dennis’s posts are actually on topic? It’s not like you’re new here.

Then tell the original poster that he was wrong to point out that Dennis’s efforts here on behalf of the Soviet Democrats in power/running for office come across as posts rather than seeming to be using Professor Turley’s webspace to present his own blog.

You know anybody else here or elsewhere that begins their posts every single time by addressing the owner of the blog by their first name, as though they’ve been lifelong fast friends?

Seems rather disgusting to me, trying to trade on the name of the owner of this space. Kind of like the Biden’s using The Big Guy’s name to sell America to the Chicoms and Russians

    2. * Denny, he’s been charged and it’s a good thing he’ll be tried where? In the fairest courts in all the land.

Mirror , mirror on the wall who’s the fairest of us all….

    3. Dennis says, “Bannon plead innocent to the charges and was then pardoned by DJT in the last hours…

WOW, another one who claims to be lawyer (like gigi), how many briefs did YOU write, Dennis?

Because the correct word, that EVERY lawyer should know, is either “pleaded” or “pled.”

    4. Jonathan: Unscrupulous people taking advantage of donors is nothing new.

Dennis, I can’t believe that’s your lead in line for confessing to the felonies and grift of Black Liars & Marxists and Hillary Clinton and how they soaked their donors for tens of millions of dollars. As usual with Democrats and amoral grifters (but I repeat myself), when they’re accusing others of doing something wrong, you can pretty much guarantee that they’re attempting to direct attention from what they’re doing.

The self-professed communist went on a real estate buying binge, snagging four high-end homes for $3.2 million in the US alone. Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 37, also eyed property in the Bahamas at an ultra-exclusive resort where Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods both have homes. Luxury apartments and townhouses at the beachfront Albany resort outside Nassau are priced between $5 million and $20 million.

      https://legalinsurrection.com/2015/04/clinton-foundation-turns-itself-in-before-getting-caught/

The Clinton Foundation’s finances are so questionable that non-profit experts are calling it a slush fund. The Clinton’s finances are so messy that the nation’s most influential charity watchdog put it on its “watch list” of problematic nonprofits last month. The Clinton family’s mega-charity took in more than $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013 but spent just $9 million on direct aid.

The group spent the bulk of its windfall on administration, travel, and salaries and bonuses, with the fattest payouts going to family friends… “It seems like the Clinton Foundation operates as a slush fund for the Clintons,” said Bill Allison, a senior fellow at the Sunlight Foundation, a government watchdog group where progressive Democrat and Fordham Law professor Zephyr Teachout was once an organizing director.

Dennis, you give normal Americans the feeling that the only reason you come here is to subject yourself to being jeered and mocked.

“In August of 2005, I was a U.S. Army colonel serving on the Army staff in the Pentagon. Before Hurricane Katrina was even nearing landfall, I was detailed as a shift officer in the National Military Command Center (NMCC) for hurricane support operations. As a career logistics officer, this was the culmination of a noncombat mission I had been associated with since I was first commissioned: disaster relief and humanitarian support operations.”
“The devastation wrought across the American Southeast by Category 4 Hurricane Helene last week has naturally drawn comparisons to the 2005 Hurricane Katrina response. As a veteran of military logistics, I can confirm that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ response to this round of mass suffering has been orders of magnitude worse than federal actions taken after Katrina.”

  9. The reason most cultures adopt a religion that instills values and prohibitions is precisely because those cultures realize the vast proclivities to which humans are susceptible. Once the failed marxist and secular minds of the “enlightenment” and the unfettered intellectualism of the following centuries led us to the paths of atheism/anarchy; we are seeing just how depraved and immoral humans can be when unfettered by a moral code. We see Epsteins, Diddys, Weinsteins and all the creators of ponzi schemes down to that hapless mayor of NYC. We shouldn’t be surprised since we gladly embraced the anarchy of the “be free to be me” hippy generation that finally broke the dam on behavior restrictions.

    1. * Yes, as the moral standards were deleted after the adoption of existentialism the standards were replaced with nothing. There isn’t a meaning of life and there are no truths.

Greed is a powerful temptation. Most likely everyone has a price big or small. Did the two crooks mentioned have a criminal background?

Moral standards are a road sign saying Slippery road ahead. Decrease your speed. Good stories!

The hurricane and FEMA, Homeland Security is another case in point. Grants are given out in the millions of dollars to private non-federal entities, Mr. Mayorkas, and grant writers make a bundle.

The most powerful man in government may just be Mayorkas, an unelected official.

      1. You don’t really thing an actual elected official has been running this disaster for four years now do you?

        1. he’s the front man, of course. The same forces that propelled an unknown like obama to the presidency are manipulating all of this.

    2. OK, I agree that ’60s anti-authoritarianism over-corrected, leading to excess vice and decadence.

But, it also corrected vice and decadence operating behind the shield of authority. I would point to the repugnant pedophilia within the Catholic clergy, and the way child molestation by step-fathers was shoved under the rug of paternalism, and racial bigotry meted out by law enforcement. Religious morality was supposedly in effect during hundreds of years of such debauchery.

In some areas, we’re winning (secular humanists), and in other areas, we’re losing. The struggle continues against human weaknesses, first in ourself, then in the kids we raise, in our workplaces, and finally in the political sphere.

We’re on the right track as far as keeping power distributed and accountable — not allowing concentration of unchallengeable authority.

      1. There are still pedophiles etc. the difference is now that these pedophiles are welcomed into our schools to read to our children in drag… but now we have erased any means of stopping anything. We all know how depraved humans can be – our history books are full of it and that is why we need standards of behavior and yes, some will sweep it under the rug, just like they are doing about illegal crimes now – but if we have no standards, we are powerless to stop anything.

        1. whimsicalmama posted: There are still pedophiles etc. the difference is now that these pedophiles are welcomed into our schools to read to our children in drag… but now we have erased any means of stopping anything… and yes, some will sweep it under the rug

pbinca is desperately trying to provide cover for his fellow pedophile Democrats: the public K-12 school teachers and their unions who sexually assault approximately 10% of public school students at least one time during their years in unionized public schools.

Pedophilia has been a feature of the Democrats’ massive supporters and massive donors, public school teachers and their teachers’ unions, for well over 30 years now.

Unionized school teachers and their crime wave of pedophilia has been known by government for years – one of the reason the Democrats dropped their guts when Betsy DeVos was named Education Secretary. DeVos had been fighting against the crime and the coverup for years as a private citizen before being appointed to the Trump Administration.

And you bet that they will try to sweep it under the rug. That’s exactly what Biden and Harris attempted to do at Union President Randi Weingarden’s demand. You don’t refuse a union leader that puts hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars back into your pockets at election time.

The pervert president and the pervert teachers working together to cover the Democrat pedophilia crime wave in unionized K-12 schools is a perfect example of a self-licking ice cream cone:

The Sad Lesson of Public School Sex Abuse Of K-12 Students: It’s Pass the Trash, Not Catch the Trash
          https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/2024/08/28/sad_lesson_of_school_sex_abuse_its_pass_not_catch_the_trash_1054578.html

Democrats like pbinca trying to hide from what they’ve known is a pedophilia crisis in public schools for decades while excoriating only the Catholic Church are just as much perverts and pedophiles in their souls as the pedophile Democrat trash they try to give a pass.

      2. Pbinca deployed his tunnel vision (hoping the Democrat Memory Hole working out of California would save him): I would point to the repugnant pedophilia within the Catholic clergy

I would point out that you chose to completely ignore the far more widespread and higher instances of pedophilia carried out by members of teachers unions, who have been and continue to victimize about 10% of all children during the time they attend our unionized public schools.

Forbidden Fruit and the Classroom: The Huge American Sex-Abuse Scandal That Educators Scandalously Suppress While 10% Of Children Are Victims
        https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2024/07/10/forbidden_fruit_and_the_classroom_the_huge_american_sex-abuse_scandal_that_educators_scandalously_hush_up_1042969.html

Experts who track the problem don’t take the problem lightly. Research from Hofstra University that found roughly 1 in 10 students in K-12 schools have suffered some form of sexual misconduct by an educator. Terri Miller, head of the advocacy group SESAME (Stop Educator Sexual Abuse, Misconduct and Exploitation), said the number of victims is staggering.

“The rate of educator sexual misconduct is 10 times higher in one year’s time than in five decades of abuse by clergy,” Miller said, noting that in 2021 the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops reported it had received nearly 4,300 sexual abuse allegations. “Another striking contrast is we are not mandated to send our children to church; we are mandated to send them to school.”

So pbinca, are you going to plead ignorance is the reason you didn’t mention the massive pedophelia crime wave being carried out by your fellow Democrats in the public school teachers unions?

Are are you going to use the excuse that you can’t multi-task, so you chose to mention Catholic priests as your example rather than your fellow Democrats who are far worse pedophiles and child molesters.

Are Democrats who cover for their pedophile fellow Democrat teachers and their unions who are major supporters of their political party just as sick and perverted as the unionized teacher pedophiles and groomers they ignore?

Clearly, whether it’s willingly allowing millions of Illegal Alien children to be sold into sexual slavery or ignoring the massive pedophilia crime wave in Democrat teacher’s unions and their members – the party that is the home of widespread pedophilia.

The Catholic Church? The Democrats make them look like pre-schoolers playing show and tell in comparison.

    3. “We see Epsteins, Diddys, Weinsteins and all the creators of ponzi schemes down to that hapless mayor of NYC.”

Apparently, you are unaware of the centuries of corruption wrought by religion. Or even of the recent corruptions in the Catholic church.

Either that or you are trying to evade them to peddle religion as a cure for modern ills.

“[T]he failed marxist and secular minds of the “enlightenment” . . .”

Nice package-deal fallacy. Those Enlightenment minds were not Marxists. You might try reading a history book.

  10. Who were the victims? What if these “victims” didn’t feel defrauded? Then how could it be considered fraud if they didn’t feel defrauded? What if ithey didn’t mind how they money was being spent?

    1. You’re grouping all these donors under the same description. A reasonable person would guess that some would not feel defrauded, and some others would. The first group would drop the matter.

The legal question concerns the latter group. Do their legal rights count?

  11. Economic freedom should mean that people should be free to give out their money while others should be free to receive it, so what is the problem if it is consensual and not coerced?

  12. Wait for it, wait for it… Ah hah!

More than 50 former senior intelligence officials have signed on to a letter outlining their belief that the recent disclosure of $450,000 in contributions for clothing, guns, prostitutes and a home, “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

      1. Go ride your bike in the street lil fellow, it’s safe. The government says so…

  13. If you lie for personal financial gain, it’s a crime. If you lie to advance a political goal, that’s “free speech” (as claimed in “The Indispensable Right”).

I went back to the Ninth Commandment “Thou shalt not lie”. It makes no such distinction:

    1. Much of The left deplores religion, so why do you think the Ninth Commandment would be upheld by them?

      1. You’re partially correct. The militant progressive Dems walked away from morality, no question. For them, winning is all that matters. What concerns me are conservatives who have taken up the same kind of amoral, warlike expediency. (The obvious example is supporting a compulsive liar as their leader). If both political parties walk away from the Ninth Commandment, who is going to uphold it? This risk we face is becoming a mendocracy, where leadership is awarded to the most compelling liar.

        1. Yes, Pbinca, people of all stripes lie, but when you have concentrated lying from a group, mainly on the left, who hates, it promotes lying. Get rid of the lying left, which appears to be most of the leaders of the Democrat Party, with almost all the rest following.

You think Trump lies. You can say that, but then you can say everyone lies. One has to look at the type of lies another is making. Tell us what substantial lies Trump made in his official capacity.

What you think is a lie might be one from your perspective, but truth is frequently not easy to pin down. Trump is a promoter. He does what promoters do. He engages in puffery which is different than lying.

I have not seen substantive lies from Trump regarding his official duties. He has made some errors. He has exaggerated. But he has lied less than other Presidents and, for the most part, lived up to what he promised the American people before his win. That is important and something other Presidents fail at. They do not do what they promise.

Do you fail to see that Trump followed through or tried to on his pre-election promises?

Do you not see that the press creates many lies? The MSM is dishonest. Do you not see that? Can you distinguish between a lie and an exaggeration or an error?

You are an intelligent lady. I think you can see the differences between the types I described above. Trump has many faults, but let us blame him for them when they affect the nation.

          1. I’ve been pretty specific about how and when Trump lies — whenever something he has responsibility for goes sideways. When things are going peachy, Trump is very candid and forthright. He has a hard time admitting mistakes — I can only remember once, right after the Access Hollywood tape blowup.

Kamala Harris suffers from the same character flaw — she dodges taking responsibility for failures. (“I wasn’t the border czar”, though most of us remember when Pres. Biden gave her that portfolio in 2021).
She simply cannot answer directly when asked to explain a policy flub.

The leadership choice before us is bleak. Both candidates can be predicted to lie and deflect once in office. Neither will level with Americans about the hard choices needing to be made (the debt, what to do with 20M illegal immigrants, foreign policy, tax policy). They pretend all the choices are easy — “everything will work out fine if you just elect me and my party”.

            1. “I’ve been pretty specific about how and when Trump lies — whenever something he has responsibility for goes sideways. When things are going peachy, Trump is very candid and forthright. He has a hard time admitting mistakes — I can only remember once, right after the Access Hollywood tape blowup.”

Pbinca, I don’t doubt you mentioned things you don’t like about Trump, but even in your reply, you focus on mistakes: ” He has a hard time admitting mistakes .” Mistakes are not lies. I am not sure where the lie is in the Access Hollywood Tape. I am sure he was caught in an embarrassing moment, but he said what a lot of good men say in the locker room. In any event, that has nothing to do with his Presidency.

“Kamala Harris suffers from the same character flaw “

Most of us have difficulty owning up to mistakes, so both of them fit into what is common among most people. She said ““I wasn’t the border czar” which is certainly trying to avoid ownership of a policy she owned. That isn’t really a lie either, as there is no official title of border czar, but she was avoiding her failure, which in her case is one of countless failures, so one could conclude she is a failure. But while politically active, she lies frequently, and one can say her life is a lie.

The difference between the two is that Trump was successful in his political career and lied very little if he did where the lies were insignificant. In her political career, Kamala lied frequently and, for the most part, was a failure. What I have noticed is that many who object to Trump object to activities surrounding sex. However, those perceived failures didn’t involve politics, while where Kamala was concerned, her initial rise in politics appears to come from sex.

I have seen many on this blog claiming Trump lied, and on occasion, I took random lies from the lists of lies on the Internet. The majority of those lies were exaggerations or mistakes, while some were lies by those who claimed Trump lied. Most of the rest were opinions or errors. I still don’t remember any significant lies made by Trump that had a substantial effect on the country.

Maybe you can help me, and we can discuss what you find to be significant lies by President Trump, not Trump the private citizen. If you don’t like him or his policies, that is a different story.

            2. I’ve been pretty specific about how and when Trump lies — whenever something he has responsibility for goes sideways.

Trump. But never Obama and his lies. Never Clinton and her lies. Never Biden and his lies. Never Pelosi and her lies. Never Harris and her lies – except vaguely, while feebly attempting to build a shield for yourself and your amorality and double standards with a moral equivalency that doesn’t exist.

You are such a two faced fraud: if you didn’t have double standards, you’d have absolutely no standards at all.

Give us some examples that will give you a glimmer of integrity to readers here. Tell us when you called out Obama for the lies he told while in the White House.

When did Obama EVER take responsibility for his/Clinton’s “Russia Dossier”? The eight years of rekindling racial animosity after it had mostly disappeared?

When did Obama take responsibility for taking the shackles off Iran – and then illegally giving them hundreds of millions of dollars, like a drug cartel payoff to invest in terrorism and killing Americans?

Eight years of telling Americans they are living in a systemically racist country. Eight years of increasingly open borders, importing Illegal Aliens and opening the floodgates of fentanyl and other drug deaths.

Tell us when Biden took responsibility for his horrible errors? His 40+ years of racism in office? His part in the “Russia Dossier”? His part in setting the country against itself?

Between those two, whether it’s empowering Iran killing Americans through proxies, deserting Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc to murderous tyrants, or inviting Illegal Aliens to risk their lives and sexual slavery to enter America through the open border – Obama and Biden have been a key factor in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent foreigners as well as Americans.

Show us where they reassured you they took responsibility for that. Show us where you were specific about their lies.

And your feeble attempt to paint a moral equivalency between Harris and Trump to cover your amorality and double standards is beyond contempt.

One of the worst things about spending 30 years in uniform and sending some friends home in aluminum boxes was that the package deal included ensuring that the culls in America like you have the right to safely be the despicable, two faced amoral waste of American skin and rations that you are.

        2. * silly person, you know them by what they do and not by what they say. 😂

        3. pbinca, doing his tunnel vision bit again: What concerns me are conservatives who have taken up the same kind of amoral, warlike expediency. (The obvious example is supporting a compulsive liar as their leader).

Oooo…. it’s CONSERVATIVES he’s worried about. Not his Democrat party nor the pedophile school teacher unions that fund and support them.

Nobody saw pbinca crying about compulsive liars before Trump ran for office and he was happily voting for the pair of compulsive liars, the amoral, warlike police state fascists, Obama and Biden. If Biden were still being sold to America by the compulsive liars called the Democratic Party, pbinca wouldn’t have a word to say about groups having compulsive liars as their leaders.

The only lying leader that comes to pbinca’s foul mind is Trump. Not Obama with his porkulous “shovel ready jobs” trillion dollar pork barrel bill. Not Obama with his “if you like your doctor and your health care plan, you can keep them”. Not Obama with his “I had no idea SecState Clinton never once used an official government email address or secured cellphone until I found out in the newspapers like you”.

And pbinca didn’t immediately think about Trump because Trump is the political leader most lied ABOUT in American history. Lied about overwhelmingly by lying Democrats like Obama and Biden that pbinca votes for.

No, he ignores their record of lies to mention Trump because the pathological liars that Democrats call “news media” do their damnedest to portray anything Trump says as a lie.

The entire Democrat party walked away from morality, no question. And they did it LONG before pbinca could use the excuse “BBBUUUTTTTT…. MUH TRUMP” sadly forced them to become pathological liars.

And when the entire Democrat party went complete Soviet Democrat amoral police state fascist… pbinca trotted alongside, asking them if he could carry one of their spears or help in some other way.

Just like he now amorally covers for pedophile public school teachers and their unions.

      2. * Now you’re arriving at what Holmes meant when he said you can’t yell fire in a crowded theater and think it’s protected speech. Lies are not protected speech is the meaning. It’s the reason for the Weissman case.

It needn’t be malicious. It just must meet the standard of a lie. Pundits and journalists and talk shows are lying. They are not protected.

Since all are equal there is not a difference between a grave digger and a public personality. Lies are swindles. Lies swindle away truth.

If lies are used the flock will be eaten by wolves. Doesn’t everyone understand this? It’s that cultural thing.

        1. * Do you enjoy punishing people? Maybe a special thrill at an execution feeling justice has been done? That’s called hate. It’s bad for the soul.

  14. I recall hearing about the guy in GA mostly about the house he bought. Made national news.
First I heard about the NV woman.
If there is an opportunity to make money, people will take advantage of the situation. Has nothing with left or right. Just human nature. Either could be a Trump or Harris supporter or dont care at all but saw an opportunity to make a buck and took it.

    1. * I understood professor Turley article to mean , be careful when making charitable donations.

Samaritans Purse has a 4 star rating. 4 stars is as good as it gets.

    1. I saw the same thing but thought it was an attempt to minimize the behavior on the right. It was a step up for Professor Turley to include the negative information about the right at all, Baby steps. A cynical person would think he’s hedging his bets in case Trump loses. He can use this to point out how impartial he is.

      1. He could have included Steve Bannon’s Build the Wall fraud case or Trump University.

Turley has complained to NewsGuard about being labeled a conservative because his articles were more critical of the left. This article is a good example of why NewsGuard was right.

      2. enigmainblack, aka Little Willy Spivey, our sometimes present intersectional black racist and Uncle Tom, has popped up to offer us the Marxist black racist version of Critical Black Racist Marxist Theory of America.

Little Willy speaking his truth generally runs along the lines of: never mind the truth, I’m here to hate Trump and conservatives, either black or white.

Not unlike ‘Queers for Hamas’ getting into bed together with hajjis who hate as much as he does, and cooperating in their shared hatred of a third person or group of people.

It was a step up for Professor Turley to include the negative information about the right at all, Baby steps.

Little Willy has never seen a step up he’s ever taken in his hate filled ugly life.

You’ll never see Little Willy ever say a bad word as a step up to the truth about his fellow racist and Marxist, Bolshevik Barack Obama.

There will be NO baby steps on that front. Just as there won’t be any baby steps upward with any negative observations on his fellow black racists and Marxists in Black Liars & Marxists grifting millions of dollars from donors – and like communists always do, taking that money and putting it towards their enrichment.

Little Willy would be there shopping for mansions beside Patrisse Cullors, his fellow self-proclaimed communist, racist and grifter, the founder of Black Liars & Marxists, spending donor money to buy himself mansions.

But while she cashed in on Michael Brown getting himself shot to death after the violent robbery of an Asian store owner and attempted murder of a cop, Little Willy has failed as a blog writer, book author, and amateur grifter.
