We have seen conservative and pro-life groups attacked on campuses across the country, including by faculty members (here and here). The latest such example is at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where a young man tosses a pro-life display while declaring, “I f**king hate you.”
Students for Life of America has reportedly identified the student as Adrian Miguelez.
To its credit, the school is pledging action:
“UNC Asheville is investigating the recent incident at Highsmith Student Union. Student safety is a top priority. UNC Asheville takes all allegations of student conduct violations seriously and addresses them in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Student Code of Responsibility.”
I hope so because we have seen case after case where universities fail to take action or order meaningless measures. This is not just an effort to stop the exercise of free speech, it is a form of political violence.
Conservative sites report that “a photo of Miguelez on the student government webpage appears to match the image of the young man in the video.” The profile with the photo declared opposition to “assaults on diversity and cultural programs” and says that Miguelez is “passionate about true justice.”
In the short video, posted by Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins on X, the student is shown saying “I f—ing hate you, I f—ing hate you.”
Universities must act in such cases with clarity and consistency. This warrants, at a minimum, a suspension of the student for engaging in political violence on campus. This is not speech, it is conduct.

There is ONLY one conclusion to be drawn from these facts. The Distruict of Columbia Federal Court is a CORRUPT TO THE CORE AND TOTALLY FRAUDULENT.

As we have seen over the years, we swing sometimes to either extremes when we react — both the left and the right. The left has been so extreme that I often wonder if the Democrat party has to drop off the extreme part of their party so that they can regain any dignity that might have once had! The right has gone too far on abortion (for me) but that is because it followed the pendulum speed — without slowing down. There needs to be re-correction but it will not happen until the Dems gain a middle ground. With burning Tesla, violence that has not consequences and a border that was sanctioned by the Dems, there is little belief that, until there are honest brokers and moderate Dems, we as a nation will not be whole again.

I have a problem with the word “antisemitism”. I can only speak for the Torah, which is in common to all three religions. I don’t care if another person is religious or atheist as long as they uphold the basic morality of the Torah. It is a book of goodness and morality. Much of Western law and social behavior is based on or similar to its laws. I don’t know how much your minister father taught you of the Old Testament, but despite some feeling that God was overly harsh, one has to dig deeper. The harshness in the Torah was more of a warning than a severe bodily threat.
Let me explain by providing an example. At the time, parents with a disobedient child could kill the child. You have heard of honor killings. Jewish law moved the ability to kill from the parents to the Jewish courts. Historically, there is no record of any Jewish court providing a death sentence to a child. I can’t discuss Australian history, but it differs entirely from Israel/Palestine. The Jews are Indigenous, so they more closely represent First Nations Australians. Palestinians, post-Russian involvement, are Muslims (Before that, the Jews were known as the Palestinians.) Mohammad was born in 570 AD, long after the Torah was given to Moses, and the Jews settled in the area that today is known as Israel. You have things backward.
When the state of Israel was born through war, the Jews didn’t throw the Muslims out. The leaders previously allied with Hitler to annihilate the Jews and told them to leave the land of Israel. Boundaries were suggested before the war and created during the war. Israel accepted all boundaries. The Arabs did not and, after each successive war, refused to acknowledge Israel’s existence even though Israel was willing to trade land for peace. The last land exchange attempt by Israel to garner peace was when, in 2005, they gave the Gazans Gaza without anything in exchange, leaving them all the wealth-building things that the Arabs promptly destroyed.
There is a significant disparity in population and land. Israel represents the tiniest fraction of land in the Middle East, with its narrowest point beyond the West Bank being about 10 miles wide. It is one of the most indefensible positions possible. The population disparity is even more significant. Every country around Israel has a greater population than the Jewish population of Israel. Lebanon is the only population that is about the same size as the Jewish population of Israel. The Muslim world is about 2,000,000,000, and the Jewish population is about 15,000,000 (2 Billion to 15 million). Look at the disparity and remember the population of Jews in the 1948 war was tiny compared to today, with almost no weaponry, no Tanks and no airforce against all surrounding nations attacking them with tanks and an airforce. Logically, who do you think was the aggressor?

That said, you will find very few instances of acts like this in states that have a different mindset among the population i.e. Montana, Idaho, etc.
States like that, more often than not, it would indeed be FAFO – which is why these culls choose to give regions with that mindset a pass.

And a lawyer that was instrumental to bringing J6 before SCOTUS, resulting in the Fischer decision:

Repatriation flights with TdA members have resumed, but the Administration seeks to press the fight over the primacy of the Executive in affairs dealing with national security and foreign relations. The Trump Administration has filed a 40 page Application to Vacate the Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) issued by District Judge Boasberg halting the removal of members of the Venezuelan criminal gang Tren de Aragua (TdA). This brief has been filed less than 48 hours after the Circuit Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Court denied a similar motion for an Emergency Stay.
One obvious takeaway is that DOJ was prepared for their expectation that the appeals court would rule against it. The brief filed this morning with the Supreme Court is not something that the Solicitor General’s Office threw together overnight. That also means this is a case that the Administration has focused on for the purpose of making its argument against nationwide injunctions and the way they are being used by activist progressive judges to frustrate the policy changes being implemented by the Administration.
The article is not a short read, nor within the grasp of those with notoriously insufficient reading comprehension like George. It identifies and explains the errors made in these rulings regarding standing, jurisdiction, Habeas, and the supposed class action to protect Biden/Harris/the DNC’s Venezuelan terrorists that Boasberg and his Appeals Court cronies have invented and defended.
Whether the tag team of “conservatives” Roberts and Comey Barrett (The Woman Who Would Be Chief Justice) will allow it to be heard by the Supremes remains to be seen. Roberts is heavily invested in Boasberg and after putting him in charge of the FISA courts, allowed him to turn the FISA courts into Obama Propaganda Perjury Factories. Barrett is obsessed with refusing any case other than those which appear years later through the normal process.
But this is an excellent analysis of the obvious flaws and failings in the rulings of Professor Turley’s other fellow members of the Washington DC Bar, Boasberg and his accessories on the Appeals Court.
It’s a column of analysis on these Washington DC District Judges that Professor Turley should have similarly provided rather than providing us with columns focused on hate filled Democrats; those culls quit being news 12 years ago.

Frankly I think this man-child should have his mother come and wash his mouth out with soap and then there should be stocks built in the middle of each campus for a course in comparative justice. Would it be better for a person guilty of such acts to be condemned to community service or should they sit in stocks in the center of the campus to contemplate their excessive “passions”? I would like for people here today to suggest some comparative judicial punishments for people in this conundrum.
Of course there is also the road gang but that brings up a lot of the racist past that I would rather stay in the past.

During its early stages of development, the placenta of the unborn child secretes neurokinin B-containing phosphocoline molecules, which protects the child from detection by its mother’s immune system, because it can be interpreted as a foreign body and is subject to attack. This is because the fetus is of non-identical genetic material to the mother due to their different DNA.
Also present in the unborn child are lymphocytic suppressor cells which stop interleukin 2 (IL2) cells from signalling cytotoxic T cells to kill the child. The purpose of IL2 cells is to distinguish between self and non-self (parts of the mother and foreign parts). The lymphocytic cells would not need to inhibit the response of the cytotoxic T cells if the IL2 did not signal the feuts as a foreign body. This would not occur if it was one of her own organs because the response would not be initiated.
An organ does not have its own organs. The fetal heartbeat begins at around 22 days after fertilisation as I said earlier, and brain waves are detected at about six weeks, which means the unborn child has a heart and a brain. At seven weeks, all other organs are present, although not fully developed, which would mean not only did the mother have an organ with different DNA to her, but this organ also has its own organ systems, and so the mother has an extra heart, brain, stomach, liver, etc.

I was liberal and pro abortion in college and my 1st 2 years in medical school and then in my 3 rd year I assisted in a saline abortion. Things were no longer theoretical and the fetus that was on the green towel was dead and I had contributed to that death, deliberately. Thats when things, for me, started to change. My oath was to life and it’s preservation and I had just killed a human being. Took me a while to actually say that out loud to myself. Eventually I did. Sorrow I ever did that and I could have refused but did not to my sorrow. Never again.
