Stanford Students Defiant As They Stand Trial for Anti-Israel Property Damage

The five Stanford students accused of vandalism in the 2024 anti-Israel protests are finally being tried for the property damage. No comment more summed up the mentality on many of our campuses than that of German Gonzalez, who declared, “It is ridiculous for me or for any of us co-defendants to be accused of property damage.” There remains a sense of license to commit crimes.

Gonzalez dismissed the notion of being held accountable for damages estimated to run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars: “This is all just a distraction from the very real property destruction and crimes that are occurring in Gaza every day because of Stanford University’s investments and actions.”

Defense counsel Leah Gillis justified spray painting “genocide” on buildings by saying, “Using the word genocide is the same as saying the sky is blue.”

The comments before a criminal trial show a continued sense of entitlement to commit crimes. These students did not adopt such views in isolation.

It is now common in higher education to hear inflammatory language from professors advocating “detonating white people,” denouncing policecalling for Republicans to suffer,  strangling police officerscelebrating the death of conservativescalling for the killing of Trump supporters, supporting the murder of conservative protesters and other outrageous statements. One professor who declared that there is “nothing wrong” with such acts of violence as killing conservatives was actually promoted.

A student last year published a column asking “when must we kill them?” Even high school teachers are calling upon the Secret Service to kill Trump and his supporters.

It is no wonder that students believe that occupying and trashing university buildings is justified and commendable. The students in the protest spray-painted messages such as “kill cops” and “death to Israel.”

What is most striking is how these defendants and their counsel are making such statements before a criminal trial. Usually, defense teams are circumspect in making inflammatory or incriminating statements. Perhaps these defendants are simply hoping for jury nullification given the liberal jury pool.

Earlier accounts indicate that at least one protester is now a cooperating witness who will testify against others.

In this coverage, one member of Stanford Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), Amanda Campos ‘26, explained that

“Students acted to break through indifference, to force attention on an injustice that holding signs outside an office could never achieve. DA Rosen is wasting judicial resources to score points in a Trumpian attack on free speech and dissent, consistent with his history of overcharging.”

It reflects the same absurd claim that attacking people or buildings is a form of protected speech. It is not.

Drawing the line on free speech rights is often a difficult one. In my book, “The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage, I argue for universities to focus on conduct rather than the content of speech. Occupying buildings, harassing students, destroying property, and shouting down speakers are forms of conduct that should be subject to suspension or expulsion.

This case is an important effort to maintain that line between speech and conduct. The “ridiculous” element is the notion of these defendants that they have a license to commit criminal acts so long as they view their cause as righteous.

  1. Trump is clearly doing a wonderful job of “running” Venezuela after removing Maduro, and restoring law and order.

The US Embassy in Caracas has reported that, “”There are reports of groups of armed militias, known as ‘colectivos,’ setting up roadblocks and searching vehicles for evidence of U.S. citizenship or support for the United States.”
“As international flights have resumed, U.S. citizens in Venezuela should leave the country immediately,” the embassy said.

And Trump expects American oil companies to move in and take over the oilfields.
I’m sure that these American companies can’t wait to move their workers into Venezuela

    1. . Those are cartel militias fighting to stay in business. The government of Venezuela will have to stop that but there is doubt. In the heads of the government they may be thinking well keep the narco trade and obtain the oil trade.

That won’t do. Venezuela will need to prove the narco state has been wiped out. It’ll take time.

But… but…OMG! OMG! Venezuela with it’s communist government in his grip doesn’t run as well as Democrat communists are running Minneapolis and Minnesota today!

It’s been an entire week since Trump arrested and extradited the unelected and indicted dictator of Venezuela to bring him to justice! As Biden repeatedly said while putting a multi-million bounty on Maduro’s head “No one without the last name “Biden” is above the law”.

Democrat prediction: just like Trump bombing Iran’s nuclear weapons facility started WW 3 as predicted – there is NO WAY American oil companies will return to Venezuela after having all their infrastructure and the oil they paid billions of dollars for the right to extract stolen by communists!

Bookmark this comment – and see if it is repeated as often six months from now like the earlier prediction of WW 3.

Communists: lying in hopes of creating fear and terror they can hopefully use to get elected.

      Your move, Tovarisch….

    3. The US Embassy in Caracas ICE Watch has reported that, “”There are reports of groups of armed militias, known as ‘colectivos,’ anti-ICE anarchists setting up roadblocks and searching vehicles for evidence….. yada yada yada

Has Tim Walz shot himself yet? Just wondering if he has ovaries like the lesbians that stalked ICE Officers

    4. “Trump is clearly doing a wonderful job of “running” Venezuela after removing Maduro . . .”

He is — if you cherish freedom for political prisoners:

“In January 2026, following the US capture of Nicolás Maduro, Venezuela’s government began releasing political prisoners, including opposition figures, journalists, and foreign nationals . . .”

Among those freed were “high-profile figures like former lawmaker Biagio Pilieri, opposition leader ally Enrique Márquez, and Spanish citizens (including activist Rocío San Miguel) . . .”

Go ahead and sneer at those victims and their loved ones — to their faces.

    5. The current VZ govenrment will stop this – or they too will find residence in US Federal prison – if they survive arrest.

Regardless dismantling a narco state is difficult.

  2. Thank you, Dr. Turley! “Those who bless Israel will be blessed, and those who curse Israel will be cursed.” Genesis 12:3

    1. In a probate court it is not allowed for a beneficiary of an estate, or any person with an interest in it to testify. If this reasonable and time tested principle were to be applied to current questions in Palestine, the Bible would be not be allowed as evidence.

      1. I was a beneficiary of an estate. I was called to testify in probate court. Your statement, “In a probate court it is not allowed for a beneficiary of an estate, or any person with an interest in it to testify,” is incorrect.

      2. “In a probate court it is not allowed for a beneficiary of an estate, or any person with an interest in it to testify. ”
Not anywhere I am aware of.

The rule I believe you are referring to is the dead mans rule – that specifies that the intent of the decedant is determined by their written records not interested parties testifying about their alleged words.

It is mostly just a prohibition against hearsay.

      3. Even if what you say were true, which it isn’t, it’s irrelevant. The Bible was authored by God, Who is the land’s owner, and His estate is not in probate.

  3. There is ‘an invisible semantic line of ethics that is undeclared in Free Speech. Some may feel that is has been crossed while Others may feel that is has not. Each holding their respective ground in the defense of their Rights. Freedom-of-Speech compels both perspectives, sans Their’ arguments. there is no more Freedom.

    1. Sure, but destruction of someone else’s property is not speech and, depending on the circumstances, may, and should, have serious side effects including, but not limited to, pain, itching, sterility, vomiting, incontinence and death.

      1. ^^^ “but destruction of someone else’s property is not speech ” ^^^
Oldfish, are you a ‘Gaza Denier’?
What happened in Gaza sure seems like a lot of “destruction of someone else’s property”.

        1. What does Gaza denier mean? Is that someone who supports terrorism? Yes! Ask the Jordanians who had to throw out the Palestinians because they were killing and terrorizing the people of Jordan. Ask Egypt who put walls and troops to prevent Palestinians from entering Egyptian territory. Ask those nations of the Middle East, who made the Muslim Brotherhood illegal and called them terrorists.

What is wrong with your ability to see terrorists? Are you a leftist who wants to destroy America, as was written in the Muslim Brotherhood’s documents from the Holy Land trial which said their objective is to destroy the West from the inside.

          1. OldFish is equally a Holocaust denier and a Gaza denier regarding the “destruction of someone else’s property”.

            1. What a silly comment. How does Gaza relate to free speech? Gaza is a war.

              Holocaust…
              Many people were killed
              Maybe half were jewish
              Numbers probably not accurate
              Hardly unique in human history
Never forget will not work as a guilt trip or a cudgel to control my opinion.

Gaza? Old tribal warfare, not my problem, don’t want to fund either party or sacrifice Americans in that morass

              1. “Numbers probably not accurate”

Further research based on documents (Nazi and others) indicate a higher number than presently accepted. Do you have a better number?

                “Hardly unique in human history”

Can you find any other type of Holocaust where the aim was to kill people ***all over the world*** based on their religion?

Can you think of any Holocaust that had industrial type killing centers while inventing new chemicals to more efficiently kill people? Can you think of one with the organization of the Nazi’s using census tables, punch cards (equipment and cards provided by IBM where the CEO had an agreement to be paid so much money per card?)

                Where ideology trumped war plans?

The Holocaust is comparable to other genocides, but it is unique. It doesn’t devalue other genocides.

“Old tribal warfare… don’t want to fund”

Yes, but Israel is the recipient of a fraction of the aid that goes to its enemies, and Israel spends its money on American military equipment. It uses and modifies that equipment during war. The improvement of the equipment is given to the US, which benefits American security.

I don’t want to fund these things either, especially regarding Israel, because that aid forced Israel to be dependent on the US, permitting the US to force Israel to risk security based on the political needs of the party in power. Specifically, America forced
Israel to sacrifice its security in every response to an attack by its enemies. Israel was on its way to Damascus and Cairo to end the wars, but the US intervened. Wars generally don’t end until there is a clear victory. Refer to the Peloponnesian Wars and many of the wars thereafter.

                1. S. Meyer, the Holocaust wasn’t based on religion, but on race. The Nazis were militant atheists and rejected the old superstitious Judenhasse, replacing it with the modern scientific Antisemitismus, which for the first time hated Jews not for what they believed but for what they were. No longer could a Jew escape by abandoning his faith and his people; his very genes condemned him.

But what made the Holocaust unique is that it’s the only genocide in recorded history that was undertaken for no rational reason. Every other genocide has been a people trying to exterminate their enemies, who are at war with them; either the victims want to take away what belongs to the killers, or the killers want what belongs to the victims. But in the case of the Holocaust the Jews weren’t the Germans’ enemy. On the contrary, before the War most Jews had fond memories of the civilized way the Germans had behaved in WW1, and would have been ready to support Germany had it asked them for that support. Instead the Germans decided to wage unilateral war and wipe the Jews out for no reason at all. That’s what makes it unique.

                  1. Milhouse, you are reviving the question of whether Jews are a race or a religion.

Jews are a religion, not a race. It can get confusing because there is a third category sometimes applied to Jewish people: an ethnoreligious group. I exclude that definition because it often adds confusion rather than clarity. The Nazis referred to Jews as a race, a modern construct, but their definition was based far more on hateful ideology and antisemitism than on fact. Within the Jewish population, there is no specific gene, physical trait, or skin color.

When A-Party (either one) feels that the “invisible semantic (speech) line of ethics” has been crossed, there is an assertion of ‘Rights’ to their ‘Perspective’ (point of view) of an opinion that They own.

We all do our share of that. No one has a perfect balance, particularly Politicians and it’s fair to say that of today’s University Faculty as well (including Jonathan).
The evidence suggest that ‘Everybody’ is becoming a Politician, of which, is a inherent systemic evil of Freedom of Speech.

          Are you a “Seventh Denier”????

Exactly like what we did to Japan’s property after December 7th – now being done to Gaza (gifted to Arab terrorists by Israel 20 years earlier) after their October 7th.

See the clear parallels between what we did to Japan and then Israel repeated with Gaza???

          1. YES – and those actions were predicated upon the respective Party’s perspective (they felt they were necessary) to which they own responsibility.

OldFish, Empirical Arguments such as the original comment are not your forté.
‘Throwing Monkey wrench’s for a living’ into blog comments, is not a worth while profession.

          1. Someone that believes the perspective that the “destruction of someone else’s property” did not happen in Gaza.

          2. Denier [ de·ni·er ]
            /dəˈnīər/
            noun: denier; plural noun: deniers
            a person who denies something.

            Gaza Denier:
Someone that believes the perspective that the “destruction of someone else’s property” did not happen in Gaza.

        3. The property destruction in the Gaza strip is of no more significance than the destruction of property in Germany between 1939 and ’45. Likewise the very very few innocent civilians killed in the Gaza strip are no more significant than the many innocent German civilians killed in WW2.

Not to mention that most of what was destroyed was not the property of those claiming it.

    2. These vandals are not before this court for free speech. They are before the court for civil disobedience. They could testify that Harvard instructed them to be civilly disobedient. Other witnesses can be called to testify giving evidence of instruction to commit crimes. This can be used as a defense by deflecting blame and trying Harvard instead. These children are victims. 😏

  4. There has been plenty of speculation about who and what is behind the destructive indoctrination of malleable students and other malcontents. Multiparty attacks on the US are now in full swing.

The brainwashed, useful idiots are taking on all of the downside risks while the manipulators hide behind their wealth and their credentials. Wake up, America.

    1. . There cannot be any capitalist nations, old fish. No more 1st worlds, all must be 2nd and 3rd worlds! There are 4th worlds, too, without a form of government and rely on subsistence farming. Fuel is generally cow pies and other dung.

      Stay away from imported foods.

  5. There was a panel of psychologist teachers that talked about the events of BLM. One asked what she would say to her young daughter regarding the looting. She said the stores have insurance and America was started with the looting at the Boston Tea Party. ( what really happened that Boston Tea Party was lost on her) Nothing defeats the liberal narrative

  6. The Palestinian cause has long been championed on college campuses. Up to the last couple years, most over 22 years old, with the exception of Peter Pan college professors, realized that Israel took the high road. Although the Oct. 7th(2023) attack was horrendously vicious, Israel’s response has been overly extensive. Domicide has been committed, and Israel under Trump’s defecto permission, has not eased up.

    1. Why should Israel let up? This has been going on for decades and Israel is virtually always constrained when they respond and then the cycle just repeats. I would suspect that if it was your family, or children, or grandchildren you would not let up. This is a war for survival and not a police action. The actions of Hamas are similar to previous actions over the centuries by other entities.
Germany was utterly destroyed by the war they started. Italy was smart enough to quit and switch sides in WW2 and survive with less destruction. Japan was less wise and was promised that if they did not surrender they would suffer complete and utter destruction and when they failed to surrender then the US started that utter destruction. Japan was destroyed as a society and was in the throes of mass starvation when they finally surrendered. They, in fact, were lucky that the US immediately stopped the war and started a massive movement of food and material to ameliorate the starvation. The US could have continued on and reduced Japan to nothingness but we stopped and did what we could do to save the people.
Why should Hamas get a break? What have they done to promote peace and understanding, turning arms into plowshares , using aid to build homes and business and not tunnels for destruction. Hamas deserves annihilation. Their acolytes at Stanford should be send there to help in the recovery and rebuilding . Sort of a work release program.

      1. Israel has many enemies, but Hamas was the least threat of them all. That attack on Oct. 7th, was very low tech, and a complete failure of security on Israel’s part. Meanwhile, Netanyahu’s excesses, bolstered by his extreme right wing coalition, has furthered the Palestinian cause with EU recognition. The restrictions on aid have caused a backlash which resulted in the violence in Australia and elsewhere against Jews.

        1. Since when is murder not considered murder (terrorism) based on the weapon used?
Since when do we have the victim fight for his life against only one murderer (terrorist) while the other murderers attack to kill?

          Where is your common sense?

The backlash you talk about is known as antisemitism, nothing else.

        2. michael molovinsky says: Israel has many enemies, but Hamas was the least threat of them all. That attack on Oct. 7th, was very low tech

Obama and Biden’s favorite Islamic terrorists are also Mikey’s favorite Islamic terrorists.

No neighboring country other than Iran is attempting military assaults on Israel – many are doing the opposite by signing onto Trump’s Abrahamic Peace Accords. But Mikey loves him the same Iran controlled, funded, armed and directed hajji terrorists that Obama and Biden equally love. The ones who have killed almost as many Americans as they have those filthy Jews that Mikey despises.

The enemies of Israel who for decades REPEATEDLY AND DAILY launched terrorist campaigns and individual terrorist attacks are the terrorist groups funded, armed, and trained by Iran.

They have another thing in common: Israel’s enemies are the same as America’s. They are our enemies who have been screaming “Death To America” and also engaged in killing Americans over the last three decades.

A Cheap Fake Conservative American would bust their ass developing tunnel vision so they couldn’t see that.

While lying that successfully taking down Israel’s electronic components of their border wall/fence was just some uneducated sand Arabs bypassed by the Industrial Revolution.

In Mikey World, if it isn’t far left socialist in Israel, then it must be extreme right and guilty of excesses in defending itself after the hajji butchery two years ago.

Obama and Biden’s favorite Islamic terrorists are also Mikey’s favorite Islamic terrorists.

    2. The Gaza issue is a political issue between the USSR, from the east, and the West. It was a political creation. You may not realize it, but the Jews were also considered Palestinian, and their birth certificates prove it. The people of Gaza are mostly latecomers, and the only reason their numbers are so high in that location is that the Arab nations wanted it that way. You must not realize their underlying ethnicity, or the fact that when they settled in Jordan, they were booted out. The same happened in other Middle-East nations.

Israel was attacked by a group whose mission is to destroy Israel and then the West. Leftists are looking for power, so they support terrorism to help bring down America’s republic. Israel did more than any other countries, under these conditions, than any other country has ever done. You sound like a leftist, so you fail to see the truth, since power is your only objective.

    3. michael molovinsky says: Israel’s response has been overly extensive. Domicide has been committed, and Israel under Trump’s defecto permission, has not eased up.

The Cheap Fake Conservative Mikey has a failed blog with an excellent search function. Search that blog and look for any evidence of Mikey claiming during 2023 and 2024 that Biden was earlier enabling Israel’s “domicide”.

Or find any mention and condemnation from him of our American “domicide” during (for example) the First and Second Battle of Fallujah, where we pretty much destroyed that city of half a million people.

And we did American “domicide” to Falujjah and Iraq without any nonsense that would unnecessarily endanger our troops by providing warnings beforehand of which targets we were going to hit with bombs, missiles, artillery, etc.

In Mikey World, there was actually a historical state/country of “Palestine”, populated by people called “Palestinians”, not Arabs. Oh… and vicious Hamas terrorist violence against Israel only happened Oct. 7th 2023.

All that is needed for “Death To America” to succeed, is Cheap Fake Conservative Americans to say nothing.

      1. First it wasn’t my real name, now I’m a “Cheap Fake Conservative” ? Whatever, but thanks for. mentioning my extensive archives, which are on the companion blog, Molovinsky On Allentown

In reality, I was a long time fan of Netanyahu, until his political survival became dependent on the extreme right which he now caters to. In addition to excessive action in Gaza, he’s allowing his support base to run amok on the West Bank. Years ago, I took some classes at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and may know somewhat more about Israel and Gaza than Mr. Anonymous.

        1. “In reality, I was a long time fan of Netanyahu, until his political survival became dependent on the extreme right which he now caters to.”

Based on your own statements and repeated factual gaps, it is difficult to see why anyone should credit this claim. Invoking prior admiration reads less like context and more like an attempt to recast yourself as a centrist after the fact. Assertions about past sympathies do not substitute for knowledge, nor do they conceal the illogical ideology driving your conclusions.

“In addition to excessive action in Gaza, he’s allowing his support base to run amok on the West Bank.”

The premise itself is flawed. Israel is facing an existential threat from terrorists deliberately embedded in civilian populations, operating without uniforms, and using women and children as shields. In such wars, decisive and overwhelming force is not excess; it is survival. The only thing that has ever restrained such actors is Israel’s demonstrated ability to destroy them quickly and completely.

“Years ago, I took some classes at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and may know somewhat more about.”

This is not evidence, and it does not advance your argument. Credentials and proximity are not facts. If you believe your conclusions are sound, rebut the substantive points raised here and elsewhere. You have not done so. Instead, you substitute ideology for analysis and rhetoric for evidence, as though repetition can stand in for proof.

          1. Contrary to anonymous slurs, I have been a student and supporter of Israel for over fifty years. Up to two years ago, I actively supported West Bank settlement/funds such as Shiloh. The original partition (47/48) did not include the West Bank or Gaza. Palestinian/Arab aggression justified settlements there and the Golan. However, recent expansion and aggression on the West Bank do not intend co-existence, but rather Palestinian expulsion.
Contrary to previous misinformation, the archives on my long standing blog, Molovinsky on Allentown, verify my long term support of Israeli policy until very recently.
On a nuts and bolt issue, I find many of my replies don’t take. I get a message that I’m commenting too frequently, while yourself and John Say and others response at will?

            1. “Contrary to anonymous slurs, I have been a student and supporter of Israel for over fifty years.”

You can say whatever you wish, but that doesn’t mean you should be trusted or believed. Your firm and illogical adherence to your ideology is your giveaway. I don’t doubt your studies. I doubt your conclusions.

“The original partition (47/48) did not include the West Bank or Gaza.”

The original partition was a military compromise accepted by Jewish leaders but never accepted by the Arabs and Arab governments in the area. Instead of peace, they opted for repeated wars.

The history of the Jews starts in the Levant and involves more than a single compromise peace deal. It encompassed Lebanon (in whole or part), and parts of Syria and Jordan, including all of the West Bank. They are the indigenous people of the area, one of the criteria used in determining statehood. Following World War I, the British were given a mandate based on international law created after the war. All of the British Mandate was to be divided up by the British, as the primary and controlling administrative authority, creating new borders. Fighting broke out, and the British changed an original plan of the entire region being given to the Jews and created an Arab state, Transjordan, leaving the rest for the Jewish people. That was their first two-state solution.

When Israel declared independence, the UN decided on a further movement of the border based on the outcome of war (which was wrong, as international law does not permit the change of borders due solely to war), leaving Israel with about one-third of the land they were supposed to have. Jordan occupied the West Bank contrary to international law. When Israel retook that land, it was returned to Israeli control, which had a prior lawful claim under the Mandate. The Palestinian Arabs objected, using terrorism as their means. Today, the West Bank is solidly held by Israel, and Israel is sovereign over it.

“Contrary to previous misinformation, the archives…, verify my long-term support of Israeli policy until very recently.”

I do not know whether what you say is true, but examination of your archives displays a contextual ignorance of the world around you, where you pick and choose the facts and opinions that satisfy your needs. Maybe in earlier times, your ideology was tempered. I don’t know. You can clarify your positions with documented facts if you spend your time in the search for truth rather than a search for questionable facts that you find acceptable to your ideology.

(Note: We all, at times, have problems posting a comment. You are likely facing the same problems inherent to the blog, which has little to do with what you say.)

        2. No one is “running amok” in Judea, Benjamin, or Samaria. What you call “running amok” is nothing more than the Jewish residents fighting desperately for survival, for not having to live their entire lives in fear and being picked off a few at a time. All they want is the natural right to live in peace in their native land, on property that was ownerless before they homesteaded it, or that they legitimately purchased. All the local Arabs had to do in order to enjoy peace as well was to let them be, but they insist on murdering them all, and the Jews refuse to be passive victims.

  7. Thoreau expected people to pay for their crimes of conscience. Anyone who avoids accountability is a fraud.

    1. Ben Franklin and Thoreau agree on this point. He wanted the colonists to pay for the tea and not pay for the tax. He was overruled, but that made the Tea Party political vandalism.

  8. Isn’t it ironic that some of the most ill-informed, unenlightened, clueless, maladjusted, under-educated, and incapable-of-contextual-reality people—are educators and their students?

  9. They seem to be born in the wrong era. They would have been great candidates for Charlie Manson’s family. Bobby, Mary, Clem, and Squeaky would have been their buddies.

I guess they are on the second half of their lesson. Now, they are finding out. The best education they will get. They should have to work out the damage in restitution of their own sweat, not from their trust fund.

  10. This problem stems from postmodernism and is driven by several reinforcing factors:

Students have been told for years how smart they are,
Students feel a constant need to be validated,
    Students expect instant solutions,
Students lack coherent rational or religious belief systems,
Students are desensitized to or intoxicated by violence, and
Students are unable to think critically.

This is not an easy problem to solve.

    1. The way to face down this phenomena is to unemotionally, diligently enforce laws broken, and pointedly mock the coercive, uber-conformism of the movement and the hypocrisy of its enforcers. It’s already losing juice. Just don’t overreact and mirror their ideological zealotry and closed-mindedness. Don’t become a reflection of the very thing you oppose. That will rob it of its fuel.

      1. You can pointedly mock all you want. They are not enforcing the laws, that is the problem. Soros is many things, but stupid isn’t one of them. He is fully aware of how best to use his millions. His groups realize that a DA has tremendous control over what laws will be enforced and how. Do you seriously believe that these states and cities will suddenly being cleaning themselves up?

      2. pbinca, don’t use big words unless doing so correctly. Try, “this phenomenon” OR “these phenomena.”
4th grade grammar, pb in california.

    2. @gdonaldallen

You nailed it. I don’t know what we do but let an entire generation age out, so pervasive is the damage. It’s quite a mess we’ve made for ourselves, and so many of us watching it unfold in real time have been ignored.

Perhaps it’ll emulate Lord of The Flies in toto and they will ultimately destroy themselves. It’s quite a Gordian Knot, much of it by design, which is maddening.

    1. Yes, and Scripture is very clear about God’s take on this: “Those who bless Israel will be blessed, and those who curse Israel will be cursed.” Genesis 12:3

  11. When your enemy tells you who they are, it’s probably worth listening. Every major city now has a Marxist mayor and DA. The latest one came right out and told us who and what he was. He didn’t feel the need to hide it. They are attempting, successfully, to take over the country from within, and they’re angry that you’re angry about it. In these cities, they decide what laws they want to enforce and against whom. Politicians fund these people, in exchange for their votes, through welfare and by ignoring their fraud and there is very little that can be done about it. Millions are being funneling through NGOs and NPs from billionaires like Soros and others to radical groups that are funding violence in our cities and financing the campaigns for lawless politicians and DAs. Mayorkas was put into DHS as payment to Soros. Open borders and flooding the country with illegals was the plan. We have to stop worrying about what the press thinks, they fully support what’s happening. Trump’s problem is that he wants an audience. He thinks if just explains it long enough during a press conference he’ll change their minds. Obama and Biden practically never gave press conferences, they just went about doing the job of undermining the country.

    1. There is an old joke that goes a man is riding as a passenger in a car. When they come to a red light the driver speeds right through. He asks the driver “You just ran a red light, do you want to kill us?” the driver responds “It’s OK, my brother does it all the time”. They come to another light and he does the same. Again he says “It’s OK, my brother does it all the time”. Eventually they come to a green light and the driver comes to a complete stop. “Why are you stopping?” the driver asks, “The light is green”> “Well” the driver answers, “I can’t be sure my brother isn’t coming the other way”.

Therein lies the problem with selective observance and enforcement of the law.

      1. . No, a federal judge will tell you that you must feed them. It’s the moral thing to do. 😏.

😂 true idiots. He’ll is made of idiots. The civil disobedient Renee Good is dead but where is Mayorkas?

Governor Braun of Indiana gave an enlightening interview on FOX, I think it was. Anyway, sounds like we won’t live to see the product of these endeavors.

  12. For many years I have been concerned about the increasing lawlessness of Americans. 40 years ago, I first noticed this when co-workers casually mentioned ignoring traffic lights. Through the years I noticed more and more Americans ignoring basic laws. There’s always an excuse and self-justification. It’s alarming that the students have this self-justificatlon for lawlessness.

    1. The shift was with parents. 75 years ago, parents disciplined their children when they strayed morally. Then, permissiveness set in, eventually leading to parents defending their child’s wrongdoing. Dr. Spock was the voice that coached parents to go soft on errant behavior.

  13. Can you imagine any of these defendants being in a position of power? I seriously doubt any have ever been to Gaza. They only listen to Hamas propaganda

    1. They don’t care about Gaza. The issues themselves don’t really mean anything. It is entirely about power. Hamas is a terrorist group. Israel is a western style democracy. They are only interested in anarchy and destabilizing stable governments. Very few conflicts are ever about that they appear. Do you really think that Catholics and Protestants hated each other so much that they felt the need to plant car bombs? There are so few differences that no one could possibly care. Or that Muslims really hate Jews? Most of these people are terrible Muslims. They grew up in the West, from wealthy families, they not struggling.

      1. The war has little hope of stopping. Once children have been killed, sons and daughters, there’s no end. Scars of the heart…

    2. Dollar Bill says: Can you imagine any of these defendants being in a position of power?

You don’t have to imagine. In the late 1960’s there was a violent Democrat campus radical who led others in “occupying” university administration buildings and ultimately set fire to them. With that as his resume he went straight from law school to work for the Department Of Justice, where Clinton ultimately appointed him a U.S. Deputy Attorney General. He ultimately was named a US federal judge and from that judicial bench was later elevated to U.S. Attorney General.

His name is Eric Holder. You may have heard of him.

The first Attorney General, white or black, to be held in contempt of Congress for committing felonies while in that office and referred for criminal prosecution.

  14. Looks like Dustoff is at full speed this morning. Please, give it a rest. We do not want to see your nonsense.

          1. DustOff,
Look at that! The same annony moron posting as if she is different people as if she has any support or credibility when in fact, she has none!
            How marvelous!

            1. LOL What can I say Upstate.

The truth just scares the heck out of them. Yet isn’t it funny, they scream about free speech. Yet want ME to shut up.
I wonder if they even get it?

              1. DustOff,
Ah!! Therein lies the rub. They want free speech, as long as it is theirs. Everyone else, they want to silence. Only THEY can have free speech and THEY are the ones who determine what speech is to be allowed. That is why things like truth, facts, they cannot stand.

    1. T. Moore saysLooks like Dustoff is at full speed this morning. Please, give it a rest. We do not want to see your nonsense.

It’s too early in the morning for the Democrat movie theater to be having a matinee showing of the Democrat Commie Clown Show.

      Projection:
Channeling one’s actions onto others typically refers to the psychological concept of projection, where a deeply emotionally disturbed individual unconsciously or deliberately attributes their own thoughts, feelings, and anti-social or criminal behaviors onto someone else.

This is an internal defense mechanism which allows mentally ill people to avoid confronting their own behavior and guilt by seeing it instead as as the thoughts and actions of another person who they despise and hate.

  15. Just great

Rep. Ilhan Omar says “we are going to make sure that these people pay for what they have done to us” during remarks at today’s anti-ICE march in Minneapolis.
Does this sound like de-fund the cops again.
So the crazy left threatens law enforcement officers.

Looks like they really want a civil war.

        1. DustOff,
Correct. I would note in the Omar quote, the “for what they have done to us” part, she is referring to “they” who uncovered and are stopping all that fraud.

    1. Omar wants revenge because of a war in Somalia and blames the US for not helping. Yes, she’s bad. Revenge is her game.

    1. So you hate the US obviously, as you are implying you want a new country. The answer is yes if you want to overthrow the govt. Sorry, at the end of the day, the constitution will hold and law and order will be restored. Leave if you don’t like our system of govt. The US is still the most successful govt in the history of the world.

      1. Someone’s worked up. I’d like to help. Anon said nothing about a “new country”. Have a nice day.

    2. If the students ever figure out that it’s the Arabs trying to commit genocide against the Jews, we can have this discussion.

    3. Probably, but revolution and civil war are two different things. The left isn’t interested in breaking away and forming their own country. They want complete control of this country.

  16. The left has lost their minds.

How many on the right must die until the left is satisfied from their rage!

          1. How does the joke go… If you’re a Republican under the age of 40, you have no heart, if you’re a Democrat over the age of 40, you have no brains.

        1. T. Moore saysLet me help here. Dustoff is the poster child for Americas degrading school systems. That help?

Oh well done! But… it’s too early in the morning for the Democrat movie theater to be having a matinee showing of the Democrat Commie Clown Show.
