Max Mosley, President of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), is at the center of scandal that makes ex-Gov. Eliot Spitzer look like a junior leaguer. In the video shown below, Mosley is reportedly engaged in a five hour orgy with five prostitutes dressed as Nazi guards — a particularly embarrassing performance given the fact that Mosley’s father, Oswald, was the pre-war leader of Britain’s fascist “blackshirts” and even invited Adolf Hitler to his wedding.
According to the English papers, Mosley enjoyed re-enacted scenes from a concentration camp with the prostitutes and the video shows the orgy ending with the prostitutes drinking wine while Mr Mosley, 67, “recovering” with a cup of tea.
In the video, Mosley allegedly speaks German as he uses a whip to beat the women and also being mistreated himself — including a lice inspection at the pretend camp. Click here

Notably, Formula One Management and Formula One Administration president and CEO Bernie Ecclestone has said that, “Assuming it’s all true, what people do privately is up to them. I don’t honestly believe [it] affects the sport in any way.” That is a reasonable position. It is entirely his private life. The Nazi history in his family, however, does raise a legitimate concern over his personal views.
What is interesting is how this would be handled in the United States. There is a tort protecting people from the public disclosure of embarrassing private facts. While there is an exception for publications in the public interest, it would make for an interesting challenge. Mosley is clearly an important international figure, but this is a private matter. Yet, his Nazi fantasies would appear of public interest given his position and his rather infamous father.

I suggest you look up the meaning of non sequitur, it might give you insight into your post. Also is the fact that you can shoot a pistol and/or a rifle so comforting to you that you think it’s a major issue? By the way don’t you mind that Oswald Moseley was a personal friend of Hitler’s? Perhaps that makes him heroic in your eyes as you crouch frightened behind your front door comforted by all your firepower.

Still it was a comfort when Professor Turley took down the original graphic for this story. For my 1940’s born generation, the swastika is still visually shocking when displayed. I remember reading comic books and the germans flag in them showed the swastika reversed, so deep was the repugnance. After all this time, it still shocks, symbolizing pure evil…

That sounds like “sins of the father” to me, and in any event wasn’t Max acting out the prisoner role? It all seems a pretty tawdry story to me, and your last paragraph is grasping at straws to justify it.
OK, I checked the story and Max plays out both roles. But the only real issue should be the dominatrices’ (or their pimp’s) breach of contract/confidence. News of the World should give Max an account of profits.
