Photoshop Porn: Virginia Man Arrested for Computer-Generated Pictures Using Picture of Real Girl Engaged in Fake Sex Act

gfxphpThere could be a major criminal case emerging from Lynchburg, Virginia where prosecutors have charged Ronald Wojdyla, 57, with child pornography for superimposing his picture over a picture of an 11-year-old girl. It is a continuation of the debate over computer-generated porn, though in this case it is a real girl — only the sexual contact is fake. As the name might suggest, Lynchburg is not the place that one should test such fine points of pornography law.

This week Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Judge Kenneth Farrar found there was enough evidence to send 10 counts against Wojdyla to a grand jury based on this theory.

This is obviously an incredible creep. Wojdyla and his family went on a beach vacation with the girl and her family in August. He never touched the girl but took copious pictures.

Wojdyla’s boss at Alliance Industrial Corp., Tom Ligue, testified that the images were discovered on a computer and in a photo album in his office. Ligue was suspicious by his conduct and repeatedly closing of the same file when people were around. While Wojdyla was a lunch, he opened the file and found the disgusting pictures.

Ligue fired him and called the police. Wojdyla told police that he used his computer at work to manipulate photos to superimpose nude adult genitals over the girl’s bikini. The pictures made it look like he was having sex with the girl.

If he is convicted, the charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison on the first offense, 15 years on subsequent offenses.

There is no question that this man is one sick guy. However, there remains the question of whether it is pornography when the picture is a fake and does not depict an actual sexual contact. Recently, the Supreme Court of New Hampshire ruled that putting the face of a child on adult bodies did not constitute child pornography. Clearly, there is a basis for him to be fired and sued civilly but the case will again raise the question of liability for purely fantasy images.

This is obviously more than cartoon characters having sex as in the recent English case, but it remains a computer generated image.

Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi can stop clucking now. For the last three years, Democratic leaders cheered GOP ethics woes. Dean accused Republicans of making “their culture of corruption the norm.” Pelosi touted cleanliness as a liberal virtue. But with the eye-popping pay-for-play and bribery case against Democratic Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich topping a year of nationwide Democratic scandals, the corruption chickens are coming home to roost.

Democrats and the media can no longer rest on the old rationalization that Blago is an exception to the “we’re cleaner than thou” rule. 2008 was the year of Democratic Reps. William “Cold Cash” Jefferson, Banking Queens Chris Dodd & Barnie Frank, Charlie “Sweetheart Deals” Rangel, and former Detroit Mayor Kwame “Text Me” Kilpatrick. It was the year Democratic Massachusetts State Senator Dianne Wilkerson got caught stuffing bribes from an FBI informant down her shirt. It was the year 12 Democratic leaders and staffers in Pennsylvania’s state Capitol were stung in a massive corruption scandal involving cash, sex and abuse of public office. And it was the year of multimillion-dollar embezzlement scandals at Democratic satellite offices of ACORN and the SEIU, Etc. Etc. and Etc.!

The Democrats have met the culture of corruption, and it looks like it ain’t just elephants among the jackasses soiling public office.

Duckworth comments on consideration for SenateBy Alexis Hunt
    Saturday, November 08, 2008 at 9:48 p.m.

QUINCY, IL — Now that Barack Obama will be moving to the White House, his seat in the U.S. Senate representing Illinois will have to be filled.

Obama met with Governor Rod Blagojevich earlier this week to discuss it. Illinois law states that the governor chooses that replacement. There’s already been speculation about his selection…from Congressman Jesse Jackson, Junior to Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affairs Director Tammy Duckworth.

Duckworth made an appearance in Saturday’s Veterans’ parade in Quincy. We asked her about the possibility of filling Obama’s seat.

“The Governor’s office confirmed yesterday that he is considering me and I am deeply honored jus to be considered. I hope whoever is selected is someone who is willing to travel around the state and gets to know this wonderful state. I’m just honored to be considered,” Duckworth said.

The governor expects to make his decision before Christmas. Part of the timing depends on when Obama officially vacates his senate seat.

Hey how about that Jonathan Alter on MSNBC! Already making cover for Obama by saying “Blogojevich will probably lie about President Elect Obama’s involvement in the selection”!

You know, this is just an observation, but you might want to actually let the guy, …you know, actually get sworn in and all before you work to trash his presidency.

At least American’s gave Bush the benefit of the doubt UNTIL he started screwing things up.

Doesn’t President “elect” Obama deserve the same consideration?

How about we wait until he’s actually the president before setting out to ruin him?

The secret to comedy is repetition. And being perpetually off topic.

CAN WE IMPEACH A PRESIDENT-ELECT BEFORE HE IS SWORN IN?

It seems that the trolls have changed their names again. I just can’t keep track of them without a scorecard. Buddha, I think you are right that repetition is one of the trolls main strengths. They sure know how to repeat false and misleading and nonsensical statements without missing a beat. It reminds of Sirhan Sirhan’s “automatic writing” in the book, RFJ Must Die. Same mentality at work.

Guantanamo Commander Says Prison Won’t Close, Even With Obama in Office

    Wednesday, December 10, 2008

GUANTANAMO BAY NAVAL BASE, Cuba — Guantanamo’s commander knows that the prison on this base won’t close anytime soon after President-elect Barack Obama takes office.

“Obama knows the hard part, the important part to get ready is where you’re going to put the detainees, and the legal process that you intend to use to continue any sort of prosecution or resolution of their cases,” Thomas told reporters Tuesday night. “The easy part is taking them from JTF-Guantanamo and putting them on an airplane.”

Thomas, who took command six months ago of the Joint Task Force that runs the prison camps, said no member of Obama’s transition team has visited the base or is scheduled to do so in the next six months calender.

“If and when there is an order to close it, we will close it,” Thomas said in a discussion with U.S. and foreign reporters on the base for pretrial hearings for five men charged with carrying out the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.

Most of which consists of cut and pastes from other sites.

I’d classify it no higher than SPAM.

    Waynebro,
Spam is much more intelligent. At least spam has to find a way to defeat the software designed to stop it. These Trolls just have to logon and spew their repetitious mantras. Free Speech is a bitch sometimes.

    Returning to the topic.

    Which is more difficult?

Defending against a deformed mind that may become a risk to children?

Or defending society from a government that learns to define and prosecute thoughtcrimes?

I wonder if you could hire these guys for parties? Like a clown would be hired. Could I get them to just show up and read whatever incomprehensible babble that I provided? Could they do it with a straight face? Or can they only spout things like this from a keyboard?
