Fraud Fetish: Lawyers Accused of Duping Fetish Club Members With Help of Dominatrix

web-george-guldi-239x300Lawyer and Former Suffolk County legislator George Guldi, 57, is accused in a bizarre fraudulent conspiracy. With the help of a famous dominatrix and two other lawyers, the Long Island attorney is accused of a 450 million mortgage scam.

The alleged fraud involved straw buyers and excessive mortgages.

Another lawyer, Ethan Ellner, 49, is accused of creating fake titles to homes that claimed that they were free and clear of debt and mortgages. It appears that the fetish club offered beatings and bonuses. They allegedly then paid people from the club $5000 to $10,0000 to overstate their income and to pretend to be wealthy bidders on East End Homes in order to get banks to loan more money on the homes than they were worth.

Another attorney, Dustin Dente, 37, is accused of participating in some real estate closings.

“paid people from the club $5000 to $10,0000 to overstate their income and to pretend to be wealthy bidders…”

I suspect the above referenced patrons are going to get all of the submission role-play the can handle once they’re sent to jail.

This scheme was so wrong on sooooo many levels :-p
