    From the article:

“Milstein handled child-abuse and neglect cases as an attorney for the Department of Social and Health Services.”

    *************

This is the judgment of the guy charged with protecting children from abuse and neglect? Oye vey!

This is incredible. 138 times to harass his neighbor. For what purpose did this serve?

Not that I don’t think it is funny. But your neighbor? That is just too close to home.

I am only kidding. I do believe that this man has a serious drinking issue and did this while under the influence.

    Milstein,

You need a better hobby. 138 times? From your home computer?

    Yeah.

You need a better hobby, genius. Preferably one that doesn’t involve computers.
