Washington State Assistant Attorney General Pleads Guilty to Telephone Harassment of Neighbor

180px-Handcuffs01_2003-06-02Former Assistant Attorney General Jonathan Milstein, 41, has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to community service for his harassment of a neighbor. He resigned the day before his sentencing.

Milstein will have to do 240 hours of community service.

Milstein is accused of posing as his neighbor to on at least two adult sites called Fling and Adult Friend Finder. She was called by dozens of people around the country looking for sex and the FBI was able to track the Internet postings to Milstein. He is accused of logging on at least 138 times.

  2. This is incredible. 138 times to harass his neighbor. For what purpose did this serve?

    Not that I don’t think it is funny. But your neighbor? That is just too close to home.

    I am only kidding. I do believe that this man has a serious drinking issue and did this while under the influence.
