As our allies in Afghanistan have embraced a new edict declaring women worth less than men, militias in Iraq have reintroduced gruesome executions of anyone viewed as “gay” because of their haircuts or dress. So called “Emo killings” are on the rise with gays being beaten to death with cement blocks with little investigation or apparent concern from local police. Roughly 60 people have been murdered in the last six months alone in such killings
The young people are pulled aside by militiamen who smash in their skulls with cement blocks. The names of 33 people were recently published with their home addresses as “Emos” in Sadr City — given four days to go Islamically straight or face execution: “If you do not stop this dirty act within four days, then the punishment of God will fall on you at the hands of Mujahideen.”
Militias are declaring young people to be “Emo” based on their listening to Western music, dressing in black, and having radical hairstyles.

I wonder what would have happened if, when Nuri Al Maliki’s State Of Law came in second in the 2010 elections, the White House had forced him to step aside instead of joining with Iran in backing Maliki for a second term. Why are we still sending money to the country? I thought some human rights issue kicks in and cuts off funding or maybe that was just something from the 1980s.

The ideology comes from Iran and money comes from Saudi Arabia for these crazy bastards. The entire thing is sick. In a sane world, Saudi Arabia would be our bitch right now and Iran would have a freely elected government and Hooters restaurants.
What should happen is we should undo the nationalization of our oil fields which happened in the 50’s [I think] and take them back. Tell the Chinese we will sell them all the oil they want at less than market and send the King and all those princes packing on camels and donkeys.
That is what Bush should have done to begin with. Iraq and Afghanistan were minor players and Afghanistan at least was politically necessary but of relatively minor importance. You cut of the head and the dog dies. We went to war with the tail.

Some of the main stream media, along with government officials, are now beginning to say that Saudi Arabia bankrolled the 9/11 attacks.
But since the Saudi’s have oil, both Bush II and Obama I, literally and figuratively, are holding hands with the Saudi’s.
The attack against both Afghanistan and Iraq were billed as revenge for those attacks, yet those who bankrolled those attacks are getting off “scot free” because they have oil and we need oil.
This is a horrible story. Lives and treasure lost forever so that these idiots can kill innocent people trying to live their lives in “freedom”!

Bush did it as a vendetta against Sadam for trying to assassinate his father. My wife says that and has from day 1. I didnt used to believe her, it took me about 3 years to think she might be right.
