Now, here is a respondeat superior case: a tourist goes to a bar in Goa, India where he is beaten to death by the staff for being rude. This is what the family says happened to Austrialian John Kelly, 65, at the Club City Restaurant.
Goa has become a very dangerous place for tourists of late. 15-year-old British tourist Scarlett Keeling was recently raped and left for dead by two local men in Goa.
In Kelly’s case, the staff cited an “arrogant attitude” when he entered the barn around 8 am on the day that he arrived in the city. He probably thought “club” in Club City referred to a social gathering rather than a weapon of choice for the staff.
Security staff reportedly joined the attack in tearing his clothes and beating him. He died 10 hours after being attacked at the bar at Calangute. Police have denied accusations of a delay in taking any action in the case.

I am still in North Carolina, but I am ask that you avoid the personal attacks and name calling (even when left partially unspelled for appearances). The passion is great but the the personal stuff is not welcomed.

Like I said, I thought Professor Turley was against that sort of thing, but apparently not when it comes to his cronies.

See, that was for me folks. Patty apparently a supposedly grown woman, is noticably obsessed with what can only be described as stalking me and rallying others to “gang up” on me for some reason. Not sure why, but I think it has something to do with her wanting to be the center of attention.

Whats noteworthy about all of Patty C’s (aka crazy lady)posts is that she doesn’t actually “disagree” with anything I say.
She simply comes in to whatever thread I’m in, and starts calling using profanity, calling me names and proclaiming herself superior to the lowly “crobartlebee”.
She doesn’t actually provide an opposing argument. Just launches personal attacks.
Just vicious, hatefilled diatribes of spite and venom. Theres no opposing position. No facts to contend. No points of reference she is refuting.
Just one personal attack, after the next.
As she did here tonight, and in any post she sees me in debate or contention with another person. She just comes in and shores up the other person, troll-like even, and never actually “says anything”.
It would be nice once in a while, if Patty, in all her moral, intellectual and professional superiority, would toss in a few actual issues that she is contending against, with maybe some supporting data or logic and reason, that refutes some actual position I am advocating, instead of just constantly launching simple minded person attacks.
