A West Virginia woman has accused a West Virginia state trooper of raping her and then internal affairs officers telling her to keep quiet about the crime. She has stated that the cruiser audio system captured part of the trooper’s assault. This is the second rape allegation against a trooper in 18 months.
The woman worked at a strip club and said that the trooper offered to drive her job but took her along a country road instead.
The woman says that she was first contacted by the police that afternoon at the bar before going to work. They told her that they suspected that she had a meth lab in her house and demanded her house key. She gave it to them and the accused officer took her to the police barracks. She states that, once there, the police did not ask her any questions but instead made sexual comments to her, including one officer telling her that she was not worth more than a nickel.
She says that, while still at the barracks, the accused officer exposed himself to her and demanded oral sex. She refused. The officer then allegedly took her to a remote spot and raped her.
She says that the internal affairs officers told her that, if she stayed quiet, they would punish the officer more than would the legal system.
The chief of police stated that the officer was on administrative duty but did not indicate whether the accused internal affairs officers were also on administrative duties.

This corruptness is going on in Accomack County and Northampton County on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Lawyers, Judges, Cops and Board Advisors all looking out for one another. Not accepting lawsuits that would jeopardize a judge. There is only one lawyer in Accomack county that is licensed in Accomack county for civil lawsuits, and he would not accept my money to sue the jail for making its inmates sleep on the floor with no blanket, mattress, or cot. The paint (lead Based underneath new paint) was chipping and falling into our food and drinks before they were served through the bars. We were served red , no lie, pure bright red meat and was told it was not raw or blood, but that it was in fact (a lie) the dye that is put in the meat, let me just say it was dripping out of it. I was found fending for my life due to the corporal coming in the jail and taking away the t.v causing major unsettlement in the cells without calling in road cops to address the situation (they, the correctional officers, are not even certified to enter cells) and left the cells unlocked in the pitch darkness. They do not bring meds that are prescribed to be given as needed. I almost watched a diabetic die due to his blood sugar not getting attention from the jail. despite him being an African American and more pale than me they waited over 2 hours to bring him crackers for his sugar. He almost died literally in front of our eyes. We had to scream for help which still took 30 – 45 minutes before we had anyone respond. This is going on all over America. The police state is near and it is showing itself to everyone. When are we going to have enough and put our foots down to the tyrannical devils?

Away from that academy. They don’t teach you anything
But how to be violent. Don’t believe me? Get a list
Of the officers who have been forced to quit and ask them.
There are numerous horror stories of that academy and it might
Take me years to do it but my mission is to have it investigated
On a state and government level. And have the staff at the

West Virginia, police seem to think they are above and beyond the law. I am sure this police corruption is all over this country. I have had a incedent with police dept. five yrs ago were I filed police brutality and of course the officers never do any wrong. Even the Lawyers in this town of Martinsburg West Virgina did not allow me to file against officer. They are all protecters for each other. I am now also having trouble getting them to file charges on a mother and daughter who have been harassing,stalking, they have threatened to kill my 15 yr. old daughter, accused me of beating a 15 yr. old child up, and ect….wrongfully accusing myself and my daughter of many different things, that all evidence has proven them liers. I have been in fear for my daughters safety and have begged them to prosecute this so called family. but they will not. So they are allowing them to continue there mental frenzy. Women in this country seem to fall short on power to stand up for themselves,but those of us who do please continue. When we do the men usually try to say right from the start that we have psycological issues. I have and will continue to stand up for myself and others when needed. STAY STRONG LADIES !!!!

I see that she was complying with a request by a uniformed officer…not consent to abuse. Can you point out the consent? Cause I sure don’t see it….
I’ve lived in West Virginia…it’s possible internal affairs wasn’t lying when they said “if she stayed quiet, they would punish the officer more than… the legal system” – lots of places to disappear in those hollars.

I had to search for what you stated. I also saw she consented too. I then read the main article and it had something to do with another troopers statement to her. I am wondering why they did not do anything to him as he was there and complacent to the abuse going on.

The employees of a New Jersey warehouse knew something didn’t smell right when two New York City cops ordered a bunch of day laborers to load hundreds of boxes of perfumes valued at $1 million into a fleet of rented vans.
Two members of the gang were busted by Carlstadt, N.J., police last month as they tried to flee the warehouse after a call had been placed to 911.
