This is an astonishing video posted on YouTube that purportedly shows police officers smashing the windows of the car of retired businessman Robert Whatley, 70, and then dragging him from car.
Notably, the driver complained “It’s something you might expect in America but not in the quiet of the British countryside.”
By the way, the police reportedly pursued him for not wearing a seatbelt.

No you are correct, these pensioners need to not drive. The behaviour of the people placing our good cops on the line everyday should never be tolerated. I hope he lost his licenses and if these Police have a job loss, then this menace to society should be sued for loss of income. I agree with everything you said, but the last line.
No seat belt could lead to greater injuries if involved in a wreck which would lead to higher nmedical bills, ergo he is a menace to society that must be stopped.

Excessive, come on….the officers are well trained to deal with any problems that may arise. What started this was he was initially stopped and left after he thought the matter had been dealt with. Ok, so then the next scene is all captured on video..Good show for the British..a 70 year old and a land rover..Someone had commented on the other thread that he had filed complaints against the police before…I wonder as they said this behavior of the police was motivated by that fact? We know all cops are good ones don’t we?
