This is an astonishing video posted on YouTube that purportedly shows police officers smashing the windows of the car of retired businessman Robert Whatley, 70, and then dragging him from car.
Notably, the driver complained “It’s something you might expect in America but not in the quiet of the British countryside.”
By the way, the police reportedly pursued him for not wearing a seatbelt.

Hi AY and Buddha,
My theory is that Toodles is Tootie’s 14 year old home-schooled son. What do you think?
Air Force Motto:
The probability of survival is equal to the angle of arrival.
Joke Time:
As a group of soldiers stood in formation at an Army Base, the Drill Sergeant said, “All right! All you idiots fall out.”
As the rest of the squad wandered away, one soldier remained at attention.
The Drill Instructor walked over until he was eye-to-eye with him, and then raised a single eyebrow. The soldier smiled and said, “”Sure was a lot of ’em, huh, sir?”
Why someone joins the Army: Some drink from the fountain of knowledge; they only gargle….
Not to leave the Navy out in the cold:
You heard about the 120 sailors that went to sea for 6 months? Yeah, 60 couples came back…..
I guess the moral of that story frankdawg, if you can’t take a joke…become a Marine…
M=Muscles
A=Are
R=Required
I=Intelligence
N=Not
E=Expected.
MARINE, YES SIR, SIR….Hey who was that second sir for by the way?
There were plenty of charges though – most of them going off around me in the delta.
Oddly enough I was held against my will by the Marines. I was standing in my skives after my draft physical when 2 USMC Sargents walked in and gave us all a grand pep talk about joining. Oddly enough (this being the height of the Viet Nam war) nobody stepped up. So he added “bottom line, we are 2 recruits short of our quote this month and we need real men to step forward!” I made a terrible mistake – I laughed. He looked at me & said “You just volunteered!”
The rotten bastards held me against my will for just over 2 years after that.
Buddha,
I’ll sent it back COD when I am through with it. I think you did that to me, so its only fair don’t you think?
Sometime next week it should be in your hands, ready for the crescent half moon……..
Speaking of tin foil . . .
Dear Anonymously Yours
Thank you, I feel that I am carrying the Torch of Liberty by spreading the word that USMS will incarcerate people without a criminal charge.
In 2004, DOJ Office of Inspector General audited the USMS Prisoner Tracking System and found that the systems are vulnerable to fraudulent use. OIG said that USMS should implement a way to verify the accuracy and completeness of input records. Those 2004 audit concerns are still open, unaddressed. http://www.justice.gov/oig/reports/USMS/a0429/final.pdf
USMS relied on an order by former judge Naughty Nottingham that I should be incarcerated without a criminal charge or arraignment. I got the Prisoner Tracking System records thru FOIA and they showed me as “w-trial” for 124 days without a charge or bail hearing. The U.S. Attorney says they weren’t involved and have no files on me. After my release, USMS hunted me down again because Nottingham said so. USMS asked my local police to detain me without a warrant showing an offense. All the jail records, transport records etc. are blank where the “§” is supposed to me. The name of the former USMS marshal for Colorado was affixed to an order for detention of unsentenced prisoner.
It is pretty well established that former judge Nottingham was a regular at strip clubs and purchased prostitution appointments at least weekly starting in 2003. According to an affidavit from a driver for the Denver Players brothel, prostitutes were delivered to Nottingham at a condo and at another unnamed location. I think the second location was the federal courthouse in Denver and that Nottingham was using his office after hours for sex, because it was free. A big part of USMS duties is driving and guarding judges 24/7 and they also guard the federal courthouse. I think that Nottingham or someone associated with him took photos of USMS guards in compromising positions and used them to blackmail the guards into ignoring the statutes to incarcerate me without a criminal charge and that they just assumed no one would ever find out.
The stated reason that Nottingham ordered me incarcerated is that I pursued a civil lawsuit against third parties. The Feds got a warrant for the records of the Denver Players and found that they had Nottingham’s info as well as credit cards belonging to lawyers. I think that the defense lawyers paid for Nottingham’s prostitutes. I think that not only did they not want a trial about my damages, but that they didn’t want any admission of evidence because my underlying lawsuit involved local government corruption in Steamboat Springs CO. The former president of the Steamboat Springs City council recently revealed that he had pled guilty to conspiracy to sell hash but that was secret when he was in public office and the police reported to him. He set the police budget and controlled their job security. The Routt County assessor later said that there are many illegal buildings in Steamboat and enforcement of the regulations is lax. I think the 3rd party civil defendants wanted to keep that secret, so they didn’t want my evidence admitted in court, so they asked judge Naughty to extort me. In the attorney bills, they itemized over 20 calls to and from the court that we were not privy too. There is just no reason to assume that the police anywhere are honest.
I guess I missed that one. But I can imagine how he did it….
W=c,
roflol
That reminds me of one of the early episodes of “NYPD Blue” where Sipowicz takes a call from a “distressed citizen” and calms them down with instructions on how to use tin foil.

K.S.,
Suck it up. The US has concentration camps and death camps already. We have one near you. Please turn your transponder on again this morning and communicate with US.
We will assist you as soon as the exact coordinates are located.
I am looking at you right now and it has been noticed that the foil is coming loose from the sprocket. Please take the shield off and place an aluminum sheet over you head while you are making the repairs. We do not want anyone else to locate you before we do. Now that you have done the sheet. Get a oven mitt and place it on your left hand. Now please, take the sprocket and grasp firmly with the right hand and observe where the separation of the aluminum coating and sprocket are not meshed up correctly. Squeeze for 5 seconds to hold in place.
Thank you and US will be there to retrieve you in 25 minutes or less. Thank you for your patience.

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=129090596 Colorado is the most interesting primary today on both sides of the aisle.
Tootles,
Take a flying leap of faith and jump.
SmallGovGuy,
You need training. Not sure if house training or obedience school is in order, but you are barking up the wrong tree here.
Kay,
That post was not very nice. I do want to know more about your 5 months at the USMC detention unit for civilians.
SM,
I guess they ain’t talkin no peach pits….For now, Georgians can enjoy one more day of a Republican primary that’s seen battles over who has more gay friends (not in a good way) and, literally, the bandying about of the phrase “big boy pants.”
