Meet Steven Kendel — England’s Dancing Sensation

This YouTube video features the unlikely sensation known as Steven Kendal, a 53-year-old Telecommunications Specialist from England.

He has made the finals and now has a chance to perform before the Queen despite opposition from judge David Hasselhoff. Yes, that is the newsworthy aspect of this story: David Hasselhoff is alive and a judge of talent.

    Gyges,

    Thanks for the laugh…

It was light, cute… and the guy does look a bit like Bernie Sanders, Bette Noir…

  2. Maybe it’s the fact that we’ve been working our way into “Twin Peaks” on Netflix, but I thought it was funny.

Even if this guy wins and performs in front of the Queen, can the country that produced Tiny Tim really judge?

  3. Nal,

From the comments on YouTube, it was intended as a comedy/dance routine. Not my kind of humor, but some people like it. Apparently the Hoff found it to his satisfaction.

  4. Take away the real dancers on stage with him, and this guy is pitifully bad.
