Since the family is preparing for our trip to France (the first for our kids) in a week or so, this item caught my eye. France has opened its first sparkling drinking fountain — a quintessentially French idea in my view.
I know that this sound like an urban legend of who the streets of Paris run with chocolate and the public fountains bubble over with sparkling water, but it is true (at least half of it).
The French converted a former garden shed in the Jardin de Reuilly. They installed CO2 cannisters and iced pipes and . . . voilà, sparkling water for the masses. The water will be kept to 7°C/45°F.
Now if they can just get those public escargot dispensers to work . . .

It’s the best time to make some plans for the future and it’s time to be happy.
I’ve read this post and if I could I wish to suggest you some interesting things or tips. Maybe you can write next articles referring to this article. I wish to read more things about it!

Although,Perrier is injected with C02 and so is Pellegrino from Italy, but there are many fountains in the world which produce naturally effervescent water also called Seltzer, which is derived from German meaning naturally carbonated water.
One example that I have tried myself is called Lindoia water in Brazil which is a seltzer.

I’m sorry to be so pedantic, but the English word “seltzer” comes from the name of a specific German town:

but the origins as a naturally occurring substance is exactly right!
Please ignore http://www.wsn.org. It’s an inactive website.
The other link is the article I cited.
catch22oy-
In 1999-2000 Perrier submitted a well application to build a pumping facility and bottling plant in Big Springs, Adams County, Wisconsin. Governor Tommy Thompson (R) of course, was o.k. with that. The residents of Big Springs were not. Perrier’s well application proposed pumping (and bottling) 500 gallons of water per minute which equals 720,000 gallons every 24 hours. The hostility of the citizens and a 74% negative vote on a special referendum convinced Perrier to move the project to Michigan, which was more interested in it.

Navin R. Johnson: [upset about the escargot entre] First they didn’t have the bamboo umbrellas for the drinks, and now snails on the food, two boobs!

The progress has been sluggish…at best.
