Mugabe however went with none of the above and instead lashed out at homosexuality, which he described as filthy, filthy disease.”
The 89-year-old president urged people to “damn” homosexuality and warned them that homosexuality “destroys nations, apart from it being a filthy, filthy disease.” Mugabe has made gays the focus of his public remarks, declaring them “worse than pigs, goats, and birds.” Of course the destruction of his own country by his own hand is almost complete. The country has only a couple hundred dollars in the bank while his wife and family spends lavishly on themselves.
By getting people to hate gays, Mugabe clearly hopes that they will not be thinking of the billions that he and his family has squandered. For most Zimbabweans, it is the Mugabe family that is the filthy disease destroying their name.

I said no such thing. I actually do not care what you say or to whom you say it or why. Moreover, I would object to any censoring of you in this or any forum based on your comments alone, mainly because you have not blatantly threatened anyone with anything.

So what does a person say when they go to universities to protest against gay peoples’ choices, advocates against them being able to marry, denies that they might be gay for reasons other than choice, proclaims they have no right to claim discrimination when a state supreme court rules that they were, and consistently derides seemingly everything related to gay issues, calls LGBT issues as oppression and tyrrany? i suppose you would say “I have many gay friends” like many of those do who claim to be on a high horse of virtue while at the same time undermining and subjugating an entire group of people who just want to have a fair shake in life.
You claim that you have never bashed a gay person. Well maybe if in your mind the only way to bash a gay person is to tie them to a sawbuck fence and pistol whip them to death then you might be right in that respect. Any time there is some new achievement that gay people have accomplished or legal issue or movement toward their acceptance by a wider group of individuals you are right there to criticize and denounce this for whatever reason you concoct whether based upon your religious doctrine or legally invalid and baseless argument. You advocate a position that clearly shows that you feel gay individuals are second class citizens and how dare they want to have the civil rights that straight people have.
But what is so unacceptable is that you claim that you are the type of person that does not speak out of spite or carries no animosity toward gay people, advocacy such as yours just provides the basis for someone who believes your position and is influenced by the propaganda that gay people are unworthy or less valuable as people and even a threat and then goes to another level and starts the actual physical and emotional attacks against gay people because they have been conditioned by a climate of scorn and dehumanization that your position fosters. If you support sexual liberation, then argue for it based on its merits and not this nonsensical idea about a class of devalued humans being hated by the majority for something they have no control over. To keep the record straight, I have always stated that there are a multitude of reasons for sexuality, not just choice, but here you go falsely asserting that I deny people are gay for reasons other than choice. If homosexuals were honest enough to say that they have the ability to exercise self control in regards to sex, I would not even have to remind people that our choices about sex do play a role in determining our sexuality.
Do you even know how destructive the homosexual lifestyle is? Have you considered how they die younger, suffer depression more often, abuse drugs and alcohol at a higher rate than others, that they suffer from diseases at a high rate?
