The use of “biological terrorism against African-Americans” shows that whomever allegedly thought this up also thinks that a “virus particle” is a biological entity.
No so.
They are more like a “guided missile” or a “smart bomb”, being machine rather than being biological organisms.
There is not much, if any, controversy as to whether “virus particles” (e.g. prions and phages) are alive/life because they are much smaller and “less functional” (e.g. have fewer molecules), than viruses.

The recipient of the largest amount of “free govt. money” is the military, for example (MOMCOM – A Mean Welfare Queen).
They admit to loosing more money than most other entities receive.
Is it still fraud when you admit you don’t know what you did with the free money?
Grant fraud is rampant, it’s “free govt. money.” Wherever govt. money is available, there is lots of fraud. How could this possibly surprise anyone?

The government turns a blind eye toward it because the grant money would have just been used by some other scientist yielding dubious results. So they give him $19 million and then tell him not to apply for 3 years. This guy is laughing all the way to the bank.

The website you mentioned has a pecuniary interest in the matter: “Origin of AIDS is a contribution from Dr. Leonard G. Not that such information is axiomatically a dis-qualifier, it is just that they have a pecuniary interest, which as this post indicates, can be a source of pressure that sometimes squeezes the integrity out of people of science, such as the star of this post, Dr. Dong-Pyou Han.
That said, there are some interesting aspects of HIV that point to a human engineered scenario:
(What is HIV?). If the given name HIV is a true description, in that, it can only infect humans, then it would not be an insane hypothesis to say that its current mutated or evolved state in the sequence of time “originated” after humans originated.
That makes it a recent mutation and/or of recent evolutionary developments, since homo sapiens (humans) are now about 200,000 years into existence (Wikipedia, “Human”).
The hypothesis and argument that HIV was engineered by human scientists is not satisfied by the mere fact and/or premise that HIV originated after humans did.

“Rabbit” is used as a metaphor (“liberal” and/or “licentious (rabbit habit)”), as is “blood” (“bloodline”, “heritage”, “background”, “genealogy”, “behavior (bad blood)”, “race”, etc.).
The combination of the metaphors “rabbit” and “blood” to produce the composite metaphor “rabbit in your blood” as the Warden did, is interesting.
Perhaps assistant prof. Dong-Pyou Han of Korea understood the use of that metaphor in the linguistics of our culture.
That would cause some to “lower their guard” (metaphor) because HIV is also associated with licentiousness and “bad blood” homosexuals when fear bends and molds the metaphor or metaphors.
His supervisor, Dr. Michael Cho, missed it for several years after all (not to mention a lot of other scientists).
I also think that Dr. Dong-Pyou Han should be prosecuted for criminal fraud.

This week in California a lawyer is suing the U.S. government, claiming that the HIV-AIDS virus is a man made virus developed and manufactured in the United States with the knowledge of the U.S. government. On June 27th. prominent lawyer and AIDS researcher, Dr. Boyd E Graves JD* will finally present his case, number 02 CV 02396**, before Judge Jeffrey T. Miller in a San Diego court, claiming that the HIV virus, the virus that causes AIDS, is a virus that was manufactured in American laboratories between 1962 and 1978. On November 27th. last year the Office of the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services granted Dr. Graves sixty days to file suit in the United States federal court against the U.S. government. Graves claims he has hundreds of government documents proving HIV-AIDS was designed as biological terrorism against African-Americans. His action was initially brought in the U.S. Supreme Court, Case No. 00-9587.***
Researchers have long suspected that HIV arose as a result of a viral “cross-species jump” from primates to humans. The theory is that, through contact with chimpanzee blood, possibly through hunting them and eating the meat, humans were exposed to Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV) which mutated into Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Not everyone agrees with this theory, and recently it has been challenged by Dr. Graves, who believes he has discovered the most terrifying inference about HIV-AIDS. Graves claims it is becoming increasingly clear that this virus was not, as scientists at first thought, passed from chimpanzees to mankind, but was probably knowingly developed by doctors and scientists working for the United States government. Graves says that in April 1984, Dr. Robert Gallo filed a United States patent application for his invention, the HIV-AIDS Virus. According to Graves, the scientific evidence is compelling. He says:
“The HIV-AIDS Virus was manufactured as a designer bi-product of the US Special Virus programme. The Special Virus programme was a federal virus development programme that persisted in the United States from 1962 until 1978. Dr. Robert Gallo’s 1971 Special Virus paper reveals that the United States was seeking a “virus particle” that would negatively impact the defence mechanisms of the immune system. The programme sought to modify the genome of the virus particle in which to splice in an animal wasting disease called Visna.” Graves says Dr. Gallo’s 1971 Special Virus paper is identical to his 1984 announcement of AIDS, and in 2001 Dr. Gallo conceded his role as “Project Officer” for the federal virus development programme, the Special Virus.
Graves claims the US Special Virus was added as a “compliment” by vaccine manufacturer Merck to experimental hepatitis B vaccines given to gay men in New York City, Los Angeles and San Fransisco; and smallpox vaccines given to blacks in central Africa, during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. Shortly thereafter the world was overwhelmed with mass infections of a human retrovirus that differed from any known human disease, it was highly contagious and it could kill. Boyd Graves now believes that HIV-AIDS is probably an evolutionary, laboratory development of the peculiar Visna Virus, first detected in Icelandic sheep. Graves himself is a graduate of Annapolis US Naval Academy and law school who, in 1992 tested positive for HIV.
“Today I am hailed as “the Man Who Solved AIDS”, he says. “What many people do not understand is that HIV contains particles of an Icelandic sheep disease, VISNA. Visna is from nazi Germany. It too is man made. The Supreme Court case was brought from a lower court which dismissed the origin of AIDS as a frivolous issue. I do not believe anyone in the world considers the origin of AIDS frivolous.”
He claims to have one piece of evidence he’s convinced will force the judge to rule in his favour saying: “If that happens the government will be forced to release all sorts of previously-classified research which proves the real origins of HIV-AIDS. The United States must account to the American people and the people of the world for the U.S. Special Virus Program.”
In a new report, UNAIDS, the United Nation’s joint program on HIV-AIDS, says that an estimated 45 million people worldwide are now living with HIV. UNAIDS executive director Peter Piot said: “Within the first 20 years, 58 million people have become infected and 23 million have been killed by HIV-AIDS.” So, if Boyd E Graves is to be believed, and on June 27th. he can try to prove his case in the US federal court, it appears that HIV-AIDS may be a virus that has been manufactured and utilised by doctors and scientists with the knowledge and co-operation of the government of the United States of America. If this were to be proved true, two questions emerge. Firstly, for what reason was such a deadly virus invented? Secondly, according to all the laws governing the manufacture, development and deployment of biological and chemical weapons, was the invention and use of the HIV-AIDS virus by the United States the first act of mass bio-terrorism the world has witnessed?

Most people believe that the origin of HIV, the AIDS virus, derives from some natural evolutionary event. By the end of the symposium, the esteemed delegates concluded HIV’s origin, and AIDS, was not likely to have come from polio vaccine transmissions as chimpanzees were not proven to have been used during the manufacture of this vaccine
The hepatitis B vaccine was not considered by this esteemed gathering. Suspiciously neglected, this vaccine was produced in chimpanzees during pilot testing conducted in New York City, among gay men, and Central African villagers between 1972 and 1974. This was precisely timed for the emergence of AIDS in these exact, demographically distinct, communities by the late 1970s. The fact that this fact was neglected proves shoddy science or gross negligence at best.
Importantly, among the most respected of all HIV/AIDS origin theorists, the U.S. Government’s chief DNA sequence analyst at the Los Alamos Laboratory in New Mexico , Dr. Gerald Myers, reported with his colleagues that the origin of HIV could not have begun with “cut hunters” or other single isolated cross species transmissions (called “zoonosis”). He reported that genetic sequencing studies prove some “punctuated origin of AIDS event” took place during the mid-1970s giving rise, virtually simultaneously, to at least ten different HIV “clades” (or genetic subtypes) associated with ten different distinguishable AIDS epidemics in Africa alone. The most likely cause of this widespread bizarre zoonosis was some man-made (i.e., iatrogenic) event involving chimpanzees.
alain, Unprotected sex is only one way that the virus is spread. Blood transfusions is another. HIV/AIDS has been contracted by men, women, and children, straight and homosexual. It doesn’t discriminate.

They did find a cure . Its called “quit buggering each other without condoms and stop shooting up.” I know that doesn`t help the children who are victims of this immoral practice but do we really have to make someone a hero for “coming out”. I am sick of all this political correctness. I think my own brother belongs in prison for knowingly spreading the aids virus resulting in three deaths I know of and probably hundreds more so I got a little different take on it .
