Fox News and conservative media has been reporting that black protesters have been hunting white citizens in retaliation for the recent police shooting, including a reporter who said in a YouTube statement that he had to leave the area in fear of being killed. The question is, if these reports are true, why there has been no hate crime reporting or Justice Department investigation. There is also a sharp conflict raised over CNN’s reporting of the statements of Sylville Smith’s sister. The sharp contrast in coverage suggests either exaggeration from one side or avoidance from another. There of course should only be one side in the reporting of news, but this is the latest example of the reason why so many mistrust the media.
The riots began after the 23-year-old Sylville Smith was shot by a black patrol officer. He was armed with a stolen gun and fled from a car during a traffic stop. The loaded gun had been stolen in an earlier burglary. Smith had reportedly an extensive criminal record. The police appear to have have body cameras so we will hopefully be able to learn more about the reason for the shooting, though the officers stated that they fired after the gun was brandished or pointed at them.
Independent journalist Tim Pool received acclaim in his coverage of the Occupy Wall Street movement. He also has reported that whites were being hunted down. While Pool expressed sympathy with the protesters, he stated “For those that are perceivably white, it is just not safe to be here. And that’s why I’m deciding to leave.”
Fox has also shown videos of groups calling for the running down of whites seen on the streets.
None of this means that all or most of the protesters are engaging in racist retaliation. However, the sharp contrast in reporting is precisely why people increasingly view media as pursuing hidden agendas or shaping the news.
Another sharp contrast is found between the Washington Times and CNN. The Washington Times has accused CNN of editing out the words of Sylville Smith’s sister who called for attacks on the suburbs. Instead, CNN reported that she called for peace and no violence.
CNN showed Sherelle Smith telling protesters: “Don’t bring the violence here and the ignorance here.” In both broadcast and Web stories, CNN framed Smith as calling for peace. However, the Washington Times said that CNN cut away before Smith yelled” “Stop burning down shit we need in our community. Take that shit to the suburbs. Burn they shit down. We need our shit. We need our weaves. I don’t wear it. But we need it.”
That is a very different take from the CNN.com article saying that Smith “condemned violence carried out in her brother’s name, saying the community needs those businesses.” More importantly, it is also obvious news if the sister of the victim is telling people to burn down the suburbs. Reporters are not supposed to shape the news. The report it. That is news. It is also legitimate to explore the history of race tensions and segregation in Milwaukee — the underling anger that erupted into the streets. Likewise, it is obviously news if there are racist retaliatory attacks and whites being chased down streets or pulled from cars. These conflicting piece raise troubling questions of how our media has diverged over preferred narratives as opposed to fully reporting all of these elements.
Milwaukee is just another example of the Dem monopoly running big cities in this country right into hell. PC, media lies and spin, breakdown of law, are why we may have a President Trump soon. Hell, JT is very liberal. However, he is intellectually honest and analytical. The fascists here blast him for having the temerity to tell the truth.

Why doesn’t any president(no, not just President Obama!) spend more(any) time in the inner cities? A lot of the issues these people have been simmering for over 50 years. Every election cycle we hear plenty of lip service then after the election, business as usual. The Democrats take the inner city people for grated and the Republicans don’t even try. I think it’s time we take a different approach.

One has to examine what is behind that statement. What was the dork thinking? If one drives around Ferguson and takes video one will not find anything which looks like a Ghetto. The root of what Chuck Todd was saying is that Ferguson is 70 percent Black. Al Sharpton comes in with his troops and encourages outsiders from around Ferguson to come to that stretch of West Florissant Ave on the edge of Ferguson and burn stores down.

With regard to the YouTube “news reporter” the myth of the Black people coming after him is ludicrous. if there is one group in all of America who should be afraid of another group it is Black people should be afraid with ample reason and cause of what any one White person can do, has done or is capable of having done to them. Does anyone remember door to door salesmen selling Encyclopedias, Bibles and especially vacuum cleaners? Remember the White guy getting out of his car and lugging his products in Black neighborhoods without fear or thinking Black person might hurt him, no of course you don’t cause nobody did Him harm. But just put a Black man in that situation trying to sell in a White neighborhood, things don’t turn out the same. I have never heard a family member grieving their loss, say to anyone publicly in front of cameras or privately for their neighborhoods to start violence against anyone. They put on a brave face and stand in front of cameras and mics and ask for calm, tell people not to do violence in their name or their loved one. Total chaos until Police detected that “Charles” had killed his own wife and jumped off a bridge. No White man ever has to worry that “He fits the description” of a suspect. But every Black man and sometimes every Black person does! Remember when the SC mom killed her sons by drowning them in her car She let roll into a lake. The handy Black man was there to help her out. A Black man took her car with her children who were in car seats in her car. Well, if we just go by the stereotype, this would have been easy Black men just make babies they don’t support them, like or love them. 95% of Black people all across this country knew immediately no Black man did this. But everyone of them knew it would not be far-fetched for them to be charged with this crime. That is our history in this Country. If something awful (criminal)happens with little exception think or speak the words; I hope it wasn’t somebody Black, because unlike any other ethnic group we are all guilty of whatever it was. So Fox News can’t be bothered with the truth and the other networks do little on balance. Riots and displays of rage though sometimes understandable truly hurt only those already in pain.

Damn. Not being there it is hard to figure out what’s going on. But I do know that violent infiltrators are regularly shipped in as we saw last summer here in Charleston, SC after the shooting of Walter Scott and then Dylan Roof and Emanuel 9. Our local BLM group essentially told the folks who came from other places and wanted to burn our city to f&*ck off – that’s not the way we handle things around here.
