Deon Frasier, 17, and Michael Dupree-Taylor, 19, are two South Carolina teens who have distinguished themselves in the alleged depravity of criminal conduct. The two asked 45-year-old Chadwick Garrett to help them pull their vehicle out of ditch. When he did so, they allegedly shot and killed him rather than pay him for his trouble.
Garrett was reportedly promised $20 to pull the car out of the ditch. When he asked about the money, he was reportedly shot several times in the chest. The affidavit is a bit unclear on the witness who came forward. She is described as calling police 20 minutes after the shooting about her SUV being used without her permission.
Police went to the woman’s apartment and she said that Frasier and Dupree-Taylor were inside.
Police say that Dupree-Taylor confessed to being at the scene of the shooting while Frasier confessed to being the gunman that shot and killed Garrett.
Bond has been denied in the case.
The shocking case maximizes the premeditation and callous elements that tend to guarantee a death sentence. With the confessions, if admissible, the defense would have to focus on the mitigating elements on sentencing. However, this is not a good case for any jury.
I bet these two feral savage blacks were lacking the resource known as a “father.” Tommy Sotomayor did a great video on this, and he suspects the same thing:

@Art Deco,
Have you ever read “Freakanominics ” by Steven Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner?
They use statistical data that basically says that after Roe v Wade was passed crime rates went down within the next 15-20 years.
I think they did a couple of things that might be available on Ntflx.
One episode I was fascinated by was about the chance a child has of being successful based on their name.
Might want to check it out.
The Professor’s post contends that after Garrett assisted in extricating the vehicle from the ditch, “they” shot and killed Garrett rather than pay him for his trouble. The post later states that “Dupree-Taylor confessed to being at the scene of the shooting while Frasier confessed to being the gunman that shot and killed Garrett.” What is the evidence showing that Dupree-Taylor had any idea Frasier was armed or that he intended to kill Garrett?
We need to reduce the genetic factors by encouraging birth control and abortion.
I suppose it’s grossly amusing that some people’s reaction to the evil in the world is to lard on more evil.
A Truman Capote story here but with African Americans,
This horrific killing took place here in Charleston. Yet another senseless murder that leaves the community feeling shattered. These thugs are what Squeek calls “bad seeds” – morally depraved with no hope of rehabilitation. Clockwork Orange indeed!
KCFleming – if there were not whites there would have been no car in the ditch to pull out.
“more fully address racism”
Seriously, what does that even mean?
Another SJW all-purpose word salad template.
Another case of the legacy of slavery, poverty, oppression, discrimination, and cops killing Black citizens.
If only white people had not been invented, this never would have happened.
Whereas back in Africa, blacks live peacefully amongst themselves, in the richest nations on Earth, full of art and music, numerous jobs in high tech and industry, and Nobel Prize winners galore.
Paradise, but for the whites.
“What sort of environment produces such dark souls,,,?”
Possible answers:
abnormal fetal brain development
alcohol or drugs or both
a life of perceived persecution
no constructive life options
strong resentment about their own life conditions
dysfunctional thinking
Some of these possibilities are genetic. Others are environmental. We need to reduce the genetic factors by encouraging birth control and abortion. We need to correct the environmental conditions by reducing the availability of mind damaging chemicals, and more fully address racism, poverty, and ignorance. Prisons and the threat of death are failed solutions.
savages
Clockwork Orange.
If they had killed a Black Labrador canine then I would vote on the jury in favor of killing them.
Death sentence? You mean “kill them”. They killed a human. The question is whether the people as a whole in that state will kill these two. No weeny words like death penalty and execution should be employed. These two violated the Sixth Commandment: Thou Shalt Not Kill. The question up front here is whether the people in conjunction can have some trial and then kill these two killers and then will the people as a whole (all members of that state) go to Hell for their killing of the killers? If I was on the jury I would be afraid to go to Hell and vote for life in prison.
A similar case happened here in Houston on a freeway a number of years ago when a well-known scientist stopped to help with changing a tire.
I’ll bet they were just about to turn their lives around.
Hmmm why is there a dispropotionate amount of black men in lock up and why do police stops involving black men result in a negative outcome? Bueller, Bueller, Bueller………..
17 and 19. What sort of environment produces such dark souls in such short order?
If the charges are proven it is not reasonable to release these men into society at any time in the future. Felons such as these do not rehabilitate.
